"Y'all need a Batman!" he jokingly exclaimed.Once upon a time, Chappelle considered San Francisco his second home, even using it as his personal ATM when he needed some quick cash during the early days of his career. But alas, it seems his love affair with the city has fizzled out.And he's not alone.According to a recent poll by The San Francisco Chronicle, a whopping 70 percent of the city's residents agree that homelessness is among the top three problems plaguing the Bay Area. Ouch!Homelessness in San Francisco has skyrocketed by 35 percent since 2019, making it the hotspot for wandering souls. With approximately 38,000 individuals homeless on any given night, California seems to be a magnet for the roofless population.But fear not! Mayor London Breed has unveiled a master plan, backed by a jaw-dropping $600 million proposal, to tackle this pressing issue.
