This is a follow-up episode to the last Melina Costanza podcast, #119. That episode was one of the fan favorites, josh favorites, and even favorites of other professional climbers. Go listen to that one first, because it was amazing and will set the stage for this follow-up episode. It's only been a month since Melina last came on, but in that month she won US Nationals, both in Lead and Bouldering, and did so for the second year in a row. Yes, in 2023 she won Lead and Bouldering and in 2024 she AGAIN won Lead and Bouldering! On top of that she won multiple high level local comps this month and found the time to go outside and do a slew of double digit boulders. One of which was a near flash of a V13 (she still sent 2nd go)!Melina is incredibly articulate and insightful on the intricacies of performing at the highest level of competition. In the last episode she detailed her training leading into Nationals, and since she had such a stellar performance we wanted to sit down and explore exactly how that training turned into perfect execution.Don't miss this one… These two pods together are not just a 2x, it's squared. Every release is unique, but each also builds on previous batches and fits into the unfolding saga of Found North. All our whiskies are non-chill filtered with no coloring or additives. Batch 001 and Batch 002 were released in April 2021 and both received Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Batch 003 was awarded Double Gold and Batch 004 won "Best Canadian Whisky" and was awarded Double Gold at the John Barleycorn Awards Spring 2022. Found North Hell DiverFirst Flight Description Hell Diver First Flight is the newest addition to our High Altitude Collection. Unlike our Batches where we blend fully matured whiskies, our High Altitude Collection is defined by the process of blend, finish, reblend. Adhering to this creation philosophy, Hell Diver started as a blend of 15, 22 and 23 year old corn with 18 and 19 year old rye, which we recasked into Pedro Ximénez Sherry, Cognac, and New American oak casks. Over the following year, we meticulously tracked these casks' progression, pulling and vatting them as they reached their peak maturation. To achieve the correct balance, we only used two-thirds of these casks in the final blend. We designed the original blend with Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks in mind. Sherry casks are heavy-handed and prone to overwhelm meek-spirited whisky. A domineering cask requires an imperious spirit. As such, we created a deep, rich and viscous original blend with prominent orchard fruit preserves, earthy rye spice and pronounced rose blossom water top notes. We believed this foundation would handle the sweet and dry resonance of PX Sherry casks. Flavor Notes A swirling aura of fig preserves, chocolate pound cake and straight cacao waft from the glass as the first pour flows from the bottle. The nose evolves into caramel, shortbread wafer and candied apricot with coffee ice cream and chocolate covered raspberries.Hell Diver lands like a power chord, strumming cinnamon, dark chocolate and wood spice on the front palate. This whisky is a maelstrom of layered flavor and texture. Like the wind and the tide, the oily-sweet viscosity on the tongue merges with the crackling nutmeg spice on the roof of the palate, meeting in the middle to create a tempest of tannin, graham cracker, vanilla and allspice, all tinged a deep shade of ruby red fruit. If your palate had eyes it would see claret. The flavors coalesce, the sea calms and the finish leaves you with reverberating notes of candied dates and cloves. Why We Made This Whisky For us, Found North is an ongoing journey, an unfolding story. When we made Peregrine, we had a vision for an elegant, elevated whisky; a bird, a blend and a style that could wear the crown of the High Altitude Collection. The resulting whisky embodied the high-soaring Peregrine Falcon that reaches for the heavens. As we contemplated the next chapter in the collection, we wanted to create Peregrine's counterpart. Though the loon is a great flier, traveling upwards of 500 miles in a single day, it is known for its aquatic prowess and its eerie nighttime call that haunts the foggy northern lakes of North America. Nicknamed the Hell Diver, the Common Loon is an uncommonly heavy bird allowing it to propel itself below the water's surface. And if you read this far Batch 10 release is right now so get it while you can.
India has made chess history winning both the team golds at the Budapest Olympiad, which saw participation from a staggering 193 teams in the Open section and 181 women's teams. In the Open section, the Indian men's team of D Gukesh, R Praggnanandha, Arjun Erigaisi, Vidit Gujrathi and P Harikrishna were so dominant they finished a good four points clear of the second-placed USA. The Indian women's route to the team gold was much tighter. They had to win their match on the final day, which they did. What does the double triumph mean for Indian chess? What went into this historic achievement? And how can India build on this success? Guest: Rakesh Rao, former Deputy Editor with The Hindu's Sports Bureau. Host: G. Sampath, Social Affairs Editor, The Hindu. Edited by Sharmada Venkatasubramanian.

Interview with Nolan Watson, President & CEO of Sandstorm Gold RoyaltiesOur previous interview: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/posts/sandstorm-gold-royalties-tsxssl-positioned-for-30-production-growth-debt-reduction-3933Recording date: 17th September 2024Sandstorm Gold Royalties, the sixth-largest gold streaming and royalty company globally, is positioning itself for significant growth in the coming years. Led by President and CEO Nolan Watson, the company has embarked on a strategic path that could potentially double its production and substantially increase its cash flow over the next five years. Two years ago, Sandstorm made a bold move by acquiring over $1 billion worth of assets, financed through debt. While this initially raised concerns among investors, especially in a rising interest rate environment, the strategy appears to be paying off. Watson explains, "I'm a big believer that you need to buy things when nobody cares about growth and then when all of your shareholders are banging on the door for growth, that's when you should not be buying things because that's when they're very expensive."The company's growth projection is anchored by five (among over 230 other) projects:Greenstone (Equinox Gold)Platreef (Ivanhoe Mines)Robertson (Barrick Gold)Hod Maden (SSR Mining)MARA (Glencore)These projects alone are expected to drive Sandstorm's production from approximately 75,000 royalty ounces today to potentially over 150,000 royalty ounces within five years. Importantly, this growth projection does not include numerous other development projects in Sandstorm's portfolio, providing potential upside beyond the company's current guidance.Financially, Sandstorm is focused on improving its balance sheet. The company expects to reduce its debt from $640 million to $350 million by the end of this year, with plans to eliminate it entirely within three years. Once the five key projects are operational, Watson projects that Sandstorm could generate nearly $300 million in annual free cash flow at current gold prices.Management's confidence in the company's prospects is evidenced by significant insider investment. Watson himself has borrowed $3 million to purchase additional Sandstorm shares, stating, "I'm convinced Sandstorm shares can double or triple."While the company currently offers a modest 1% dividend yield, the focus is on debt reduction and potential share buybacks once the balance sheet is strengthened. Watson emphasizes the company's commitment to maintaining or increasing the dividend. For investors, Sandstorm offers exposure to gold price upside without the operational risks typically associated with mining companies. The company's streaming and royalty model provides a diversified portfolio of assets operated by major mining companies, potentially reducing single-asset risk. The investment thesis for Sandstorm is supported by broader macroeconomic factors that could benefit gold, including economic uncertainty, monetary policy decisions, currency devaluation concerns, and gold's role in portfolio diversification. However, investors should still be aware of potential risks, including gold price sensitivity, project execution risks at partner operations, geopolitical risks in some jurisdictions, and the impact of interest rates on the sector. In conclusion, Sandstorm Gold Royalties presents an intriguing opportunity for investors seeking exposure to the gold sector. With a clear path to production growth, improving financial position, and strong management alignment, the company appears well-positioned to capitalize on its recent strategic moves. As always, investors should conduct their own due diligence and consider their risk tolerance when evaluating this investment opportunity.View Sandstorm Gold Royalties' company profile: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/sandstorm-gold-royaltiesSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

Cheers,Scott and JakeBourbon Lens Blue Note Bourbon™, the award-winning whiskey portfolio which features big notes and a smooth structure, is making waves in the spirits industry. Founded in 2014, B.R. Distilling Company holds the oldest distillery license in the city of Memphis, Tennessee. Blue Note, launched in 2018, is artfully crafted to honor the rich blues music that is synonymous with Memphis. The brand's whiskey portfolio is distilled in partnership with Bardstown Bourbon Company (parent company of Green River Distilling Company) and then aged just north of downtown where the Mississippi and Wolf Rivers collide. The long summers filled with infamous Memphis heat and cooler evenings forces the whiskey deep into the oak, creating an unmistakably rich flavor that's bold yet smooth. “The location of our warehouses with high humidity and higher average temperatures than Kentucky make it the perfect place to age our whiskey,” said Logan Welk, President and Chief Operating Officer, B.R. Distilling Company. “Our award-winning flagship Blue Note expressions prove that point, with both Juke Joint and Crossroads winning Double Gold at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition two years running and Blue Note Uncut being named #7 on Whisky Advocate's list of top whiskeys in 2022.” The Blue Note Bourbon portfolio includes: Blue Note Juke Joint ($34.99) Blue Note's flagship Straight Bourbon Whiskey is bottled at 93-proof, unfiltered Mash Bill: 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley Awards: 2024 Platinum Medal, San Francisco World Spirits Competition; 2022, 2023 and 2024 Double Gold Medals, Wine Enthusiast (93 pts) Blue Note Crossroads ($44.99) Finished with several types of toasted French oak staves and bottled at 100-proof, unfiltered Mash Bills: 70% corn, 21% rye, 9% malted barley and 78% corn, 13% rye, 9% malted barley Awards: 2024 Platinum Medal, San Francisco World Spirits Competition; 2022, 2023 and 2024 Double Gold Medals Blue Note Uncut ($49.99) Aged for a minimum of four years and bottled at variable proofs Mash Bill: 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley Awards: Whisky Advocate's #7 top whiskeys of 2022 (92 pts) Blue Note Straight Rye Whiskey ($34.99) The most recent release is bottled at 93-proof, unfiltered Mash Bill: 95% rye and 5% malted barley Awards: 2024 ASCOT Awards Double Platinum, Whisky Advocate (90 pts) The brand has also introduced several highly awarded limited-release offerings, which include Premium Small Batch, Single Barrel Reserve, 17-year, and Special Reserve. Blue Note's packaging is unique and quintessentially Memphis. Metallic blue music notes accent the front label, which features a guitar-like illustration, further reinforcing the product's connection to the Bluff City's musical roots. Production Facility & Tasting Room The 110,000 square foot production facilities, located on Royal Avenue just North of downtown Memphis, are open from Monday through Friday from 10am – 4:00pm and includes a unique and intimate tasting room. Guided tours are available on Thursdays and Fridays for $10 plus tax & fees. Guests can add a Tasting Flight Experience for an additional $5. Interview with David Reeves, MD of Calidus Resources Ltd.Our previous interview: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/posts/calidus-resources-asxcai-reignites-growth-with-financial-restructuring-production-milestones-5138Recording date: 20th June 2024Calidus Resources (ASX:CAI) is positioning itself as an emerging mid-tier gold producer in Western Australia, with a strategic acquisition set to potentially double its annual gold production. The company, which currently operates the Warrawoona gold mine, acquired the Nullagine project in December 2023 in a move that could significantly boost its output and financial performance. The Nullagine acquisition, secured for a remarkably low upfront cost of A$250,000 with deferred consideration, represents a pivotal moment for Calidus. The project comes with substantial existing infrastructure, including a 1.8 million tonne per annum processing plant that was operational until recently. This acquisition is expected to increase Calidus' annual gold production to over 100,000 ounces, with initial production from Nullagine targeted at 30-40,000 ounces per year.A key advantage of the Nullagine project is that its production will be unhedged, allowing Calidus to fully benefit from the current high gold prices, which are around A$3,500 per ounce. This is particularly significant given the company's existing hedge book and debt obligations associated with the development of the Warrawoona mine.Calidus' Managing Director, Dave Reeves, emphasizes the transformative potential of this acquisition: "What we're trying to do is just get cash flow now. We've got a situation with our hedge and our debt over the next 18 months we need to sort, and this provides a massive boost in cash flow for us because it's all unhedged."The company plans a phased approach to restarting production at Nullagine, focusing initially on two historical mines within the project area - Beatons Creek and Bartons. Beyond these initial targets, Nullagine offers significant exploration upside, with numerous deposits yet to be fully evaluated.Investors should note that while Calidus presents a compelling growth story, it also faces challenges. The company is working to reduce its hedge book, which currently stands at 73,000 ounces, and manage its debt obligations. However, the increased cash flow from Nullagine is expected to accelerate these efforts. The broader macroeconomic environment for gold remains supportive, with ongoing geopolitical tensions and economic uncertainties potentially sustaining high gold prices. This context enhances the attractiveness of Calidus' expansion strategy.Calidus offers exposure to a growth story in the gold sector, with the potential for significant value creation as production expands and financial constraints are resolved. Key factors to monitor include Progress on the Nullagine restart and initial production figures, pace of debt reduction and hedge book unwinding, exploration results, particularly from high-potential targets, overall operational efficiency and cost management. As Reeves notes, "There is a point where that debt and hedge is gone, and wow, it's a different company then." This encapsulates the potential transformation that Calidus could undergo in the near future, making it an intriguing prospect for investors seeking exposure to the gold mining sector.View Calidus Resources' company profile: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/calidus-resources-limitedSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

Coors Spirits Co. was established in 2023 to house Molson Coors' growing spirits division as part of the company's shift from a beer company to a total beverage company. Molson Coors' entry into spirits began with the 2021 launch of Five Trail Blended American Whiskey, which gained quick accolades that included Double Gold at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. In spring 2023, the company added Barmen 1873 Bourbon (a reference to the hometown of Coors Brewing founder Adolph Coors and the year he established the brewery in Golden, Colo.) to its lineup. And in August of 2023, Molson Coors acquired Blue Run Spirits of Georgetown, KY, a distiller of luxury bourbons and rye whiskies to complement the portfolio. Further innovation is planned for the years to come.

“You can sometimes convince somebody to buy a bottle of your whiskey the first time because of the story that you have, and I think we have a good story, but if the whiskey is no good, then they're never going to buy another bottle. So the ideal combination is you've got a really good story and you've got a really great product.” -Ted Dumbauld, USNA ‘81 Ted Dumbauld is the Founder and CEO of SoNo 1420, an innovative, Double Gold award-winning distillery in South Norwalk, CT known for its ultra-premium brand whiskeys, vodkas, ready-to-drink vodka-based cocktails, innovative Threesome Ready-to-Mix Cocktails, and botanical gins. Before starting SoNo 1420, Ted was a successful investment manager of public and private securities and an aggressive and creative deal-maker. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and his Master of Science in Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management. In this episode, we discuss: Ted's inspiration for starting SoNo 1420 and what makes his product unique How the special “1420 Finished At Sea” product offering is made The key elements to building a successful spirits brand from scratch The most important relationships Ted has related to sales and marketing Ted's most important goals for 2024 and the biggest challenges he is currently facing Ted shares the challenges that are unique to the spirits industry as it is a three-tiered system made up of producers, distributors, and sellers. Because SoNo 1420 works with many different distributors to get its product out there, there is a lot of work involved when entering into a new market. As an emerging brand, Ted works hard to come up with creative ways to market his products so customers are familiar with them once distributors get them on the shelves in retail locations. We enjoyed speaking with Ted about what it takes to build a successful whiskey brand in the competitive spirits industry. Cheers to the growth of SoNo 1420! Welcome to the daily304 – your window into Wonderful, Almost Heaven, West Virginia. Today is Thursday, Sept. 7 Charleston's Bullock Distillery wins a rare and coveted award at a world spirits competition…take a look at one of the newest niche sports: low-water paddling…and an Ohio County library unveils a colorful new mural…on today's Daily304. #1 – From GAZETTE-MAIL – During all the hubbub surrounding Chef Paul Smith's James Beard finalist nomination earlier this year, another local star was making a name for itself on the international stage. That “star” is The Bullock Distillery's flagship Karst Water Select Straight Bourbon Whiskey, which recently won a rare and coveted Double Gold designation at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The competition is the largest in North America, with thousands of entries, but only a few dozen Double Golds. “Every bottle we entered won,” says sales manager Royce Tanner. “Our vodka won Silver, our Gin won Gold, and our bourbon won Double Gold.” Learn more at www.bullockdistillery.com. Because the South Branch Potomac flows through the rain shadow of the Allegheny Front and to the east of North Fork Mountain—the driest single ridgeline in the entire Appalachian Mountain range—it is a low-flow rio that typically offers a brief window of reliable levels for paddling in early spring. It's called low-water paddling, and it's as X-stream as it gets. (Get it? because no water means it's an ex-stream). “In late April 2021, the South Branch Potomac was at 2.4 feet—just a smidge below the recommended level. But given our newfound love for this world-class stretch of river, we decided to test the waters and see just how low we could go,” Jones writes. Read more: https://highland-outdoors.com/low-water-paddling/ #3 – From THE WHEELING INTELLIGENCER – The Ohio County Public Library unveiled a new mural inside the library's main floor recently, offering a colorful change of scenery with an unusual combination of inspirational figures. Completed by local artist Vondel Bell, the new mural called “Colors and Thoughts” is anchored by a cross-section of a human brain divided into “left-brain, right-brain” hemispheres, highlighting the theory that people boast different personalities because of their use of different parts of their brains. The mural also features two famous figures who embody these two different characteristics — poet Maya Angelou and theoretical physicist Albert Einstein. The faces of the two 20th century icons are shown in vibrant color, and they are positioned with a twist – as Angelou appears on the analytical side of the brain and a laughing Einstein appears on the artistic side. “I think it's beautiful,” said Sean Duffy, programming director and local history specialist at the library, noting that the mural offers several positive messages – particularly that the library is a place where everyone is free to think and express themselves without judgment. The Orphan Barrel Whiskey Co. is an endeavor to rescue nearly forgotten barrels of delicious whiskey and share them with discerning adult consumers. We are inspired by creativity, delicious whiskey, good times and great stories. The project is owned and run by DIAGEO and headquartered in Tullahoma, Tenn. However, we like to think the project is founded in dark, quiet corners of rickhouses around the world where great whiskeys are just waiting to be discovered. About Samantha Johnson: Since joining Diageo as a Quality Technician in 2018 and being named a Master Blender in 2020, Samantha has blended a number of fan-favorite, high-quality whiskies including I.W. Harper 15 Year-Old and Bulleit Rye. In fact, her very first blend—I.W. Harper 15 Year-Old—won Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition that same year. Samantha initially uncovered her passion for working with whiskey while completing her senior thesis at Hanover College where she sped up the maturation process by rapidly aging the liquid to mimic a 4-year-old aged whiskey. After graduation, she received her Master's in agriculture (with a focus in food science and management) from Washington State University and landed a position as a Quality Technician at Bulleit Bourbon Distillery. The release of Scarlet Shade marks her first offering under the Orphan Barrel brand. Bourbon Lens Coverage and Show Links: Orphan Barrel Whiskey Co. “It's about leaving the planet in a better condition than it is currently. What you're witnessing is years of neglect. It's the humans who have screwed it all up, and the warming of the earth is no different. The oceans are changing. The topography is changing. Mussels are being fried when the tides recede. This is all unnatural. Or maybe it's natural. I think it's Mother Nature just being pissed off and saying, “This is what you get.” And so it's up to everyone to change their ways. Their shopping habits, their eating habits, how much gas they use. All that stuff which people think “that can't affect anything.” Well, you're seeing the result of it now.”Ian Seabrook is an Underwater Director of Photography in the Motion Picture and Television Industry, working on a number of feature productions, such as Batman v Superman, Deadpool 2 and Jungle Cruise, along with documentary films such as The Rescue. Cheers,Scott and JakeBourbon Lens Five Trail Blended American Whiskey, the first full-strength spirit from the iconic Molson Coors Beverage Company, announces the release of its limited Batch 002 blend. Bottled at 95 proof, the new expression is sold for an SRP of $59.99 and is currently available in markets within Colorado, Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin. Supporting the evolution of Molson Coors as a beverage company, Five Trail debuted in September 2021 with Batch 001 – an intentional blend of 4-Year Colorado single malt, 4-Year Kentucky four grain bourbon, 4-Year Indiana wheated bourbon and 13-Year Kentucky bourbon, cut to proof with pure Rocky Mountain Water. It was bottled in partnership with Bardstown Bourbon Company and received numerous accolades and awards, including Double Gold at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Platinum Best of Class in the SIP Awards and Double Platinum in the 2022 Ascot Awards. The Batch 002 blend is also bottled in partnership with Bardstown Bourbon Company but replaces the 4-Year Colorado single malt with 6-Year and the 13-Year Kentucky bourbon with 12-Year. The result is a golden amber whiskey with an aroma of sweet caramel, pecans, and biscuit with hints of wood sugar, caramel, apple, white cherry, smoke, ginger, and allspice on the palate. The finish is easy going and lingering with notes of oak, ginger, and nutty balance. “The response to Five Trail has been overwhelming,” said David Coors, Vice President of Next Generation Beverages at Molson Coors. “Our team really loved the flavor profile we came up with for the inaugural release and wanted to keep Batch 002 in this same vein. Batch 002 is an homage to our debut expression, but with a few nuances stemming from the thoughtfully selected mixture of age statements, creating a complex and layered flavor profile. I hope whiskey drinkers and spirits enthusiasts will enjoy this release as much as the first, if not more so.” Along with Batch 002, Five Trail also launched the below expressions, available in limited quantities within the brand's eight distribution markets: Barrel Proof: Barrel Proof takes the Batch 002 blend and bottles it at 119 proof. A whiff unlocks aromas of cinnamon brioche, milk chocolate, ginger, caramel apple, and vanilla pudding. A sip features notes of caramel, marshmallow, and candied dates, with ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper on the end, finishing with caramel, ginger, oak tannin, and campfire smoke. Cask Finish Series: Bottled at 95 proof, it's crafted from a blend of 4-Year Indiana wheated bourbon, 4-Year Kentucky four grain bourbon, 4-Year Colorado single malt and 7-year Indiana rye. The whiskeys are rested in Imperial Porter Barrels from the AC Golden Brewing Company in Golden, Colorado and cut to proof with Rocky Mountain Water. It features notes of biscuit, roasted nuts, and caramel on the nose with hints of toffee, vanilla pudding, apple, candied date, almond, oak, black tea, and cinnamon crumb cake on the palate. Expect a finish of nuts, delicate ginger, and cinnamon. Small Batch Blend: The Small Batch is blended from a base of 4-Year Indiana wheated bourbon, 4-Year Kentucky four grain bourbon, and 8-Year Colorado single malt whiskey with 17-Year Tennessee whiskey. Honey amber in color, there are notes of warm baked bread, slight citrus, ginger, white pepper, and cardamom on the nose with honeyed granola, creamy vanilla, orange marmalade, oak, and honeysuckle with a bit of paprika on the palate. The finish is warm and powerful ginger and oak melded with embers of smoky overlay. It's bottled at 95 proof. “We're thrilled to continue Five Trail's journey with these new expressions,” said Kim Fox, Marketing Manager – Wine & Spirits. “Whether you're a whiskey novice looking for a flavorful bottle or a whiskey connoisseur looking to expand your cask strength collection, we truly have something to satisfy everyone. We're excited to keep experimenting and expanding our footprint in whiskey and beyond.” About Five Trail Blended American Whiskey Five Trail marries Colorado provenance with the innovative distillation techniques of pioneering distillers in Kentucky and Indiana to produce this golden amber whiskey, using Coors malt from their brewhouse and the purest water in America, straight from the Rocky Mountains in Colorado. Five Trail is founded in an Unbroken Spirit, spanning a journey that started 150 years ago, with trials, tribulations and an enduring frontier spirit. On this episode of Barrel Room Chronicles I speak with John Ralph about his Double Gold award winning Poitin, and the history of the Irish Spirit. Then later in the show I speak with Chef Louise Leonard, about a redheaded Mary. About Mad March Hare: First distilled by monks (God bless you lads), the Irish enjoyed their poitín for a thousand years before it was banned by the Brits in 1661. But we're resilient feckers and poitín never really went away. It remained part of Irish drinking culture and was given names like Cratur, Mountain Dew, Mountain Tea and Devil's Spittle. And you always knew a man, who knew a man, that could get you a bottle. Now legal again, poitín can be found on backbars all across Ireland, instead of under the counter. At Mad March Hare, we use only the finest, locally sourced malted barley and distill three times in small copper pot stills in the traditional way. We then cut the spirit with Irish spring water to 40% ABV resulting in a drink that is full of character and exceptionally smooth. Sláinte!
