This week Ang is joined by fellow single parent and podcaster, Irina Shehovsov. As well as a podcaster, Irina is also an NLP trainer and coach, time line therapy master practitioner, motivational speaker and a best-selling author. After her divorce, Irina realised that nobody could save her but herself. This realisation led her to go on a journey of self-discovery and learning. Once she came out the other side she understood how a holistic approach to health could help other women who had gone through similar experiences and so she set about sharing her learnings.
