Non si tratta (ancora) di vero e proprio matrimonio civile tra tre o più persone (di sesso vario o simile; quindi è cosa diversa dalla poligamia, dove c'è un uomo maschio con più mogli femmine, tipica dell'Islam), ma siamo sulla "buona" strada.Che il "matrimonio" gay sia stato l'inizio dello sdoganamento delle più varie e fantasiose forme di convivenza si diceva da sempre. Ogni mediazione, ogni compromesso, a cominciare dalle unioni civili, vale a far diventare "diritto" quello che è solo capriccio e - nella migliore delle ipotesi - sentimento. Se "love is love", bisogna accettare tutto, se non conta il genere, non conta neanche il numero. E il principio di uguaglianza non si può violare.Chi pensa a una famiglia numerosa, pensa - per esempio - a una famiglia con 4 o 5 figli? Roba vecchia. Roba arcaica e stereotipata. Anche un po' omofoba o quanto meno patriarcale ed eterosessista. Oggi le nuove "famiglie" numerose, quelle che meritano rispetto, tutela sociale e considerazione legale, che vanno prese a modello per le nuove generazioni, hanno magari un solo figlio, ma ben 5 genitori. Come nel caso che abbiamo riportato su questo portale anni fa di due donne e tre uomini olandesi che hanno avuto un bambino: 5 genitori con uguali diritti e responsabilità, tutto a "beneficio" del piccolo. Per i bambini, in fin dei conti, vale il detto più siamo meglio stiamo, no?

The story of a young man who dressed as an SS officer for Halloween, and was assaulted, is the pulse of our society. In a time where a man can dress as a psychopath or murderer, a woman as a degenerate whore, an historical costume of fine detail is rejected with violence by mobs of hysterical, brain dead drones. Worse still, the man was charged with assault despite the woman he supposedly assaulted assaulting him on camera - itself part of another issue that involves double standards for men and women in society. It shows the acceptability of violence if it is considered justified and the violence against men if the same is considered justified. Hindu and Buddhist swastikas, or the Manji, are treated in like manner by ignorance. Otherwise, it's perfectly acceptable to wave flags with a hammer and sickle that represent an ideology that not only killed hundreds of millions of people in the 20th century alone, but that is making a resurgence today with terrifying numbers of people demanding its implementation. Furthermore, these things have been blamed somehow on Islam when its founders were actually close to being exclusively Jewish. Similar reactions of screaming and curses can be found on the religious right when confronted by witch costumes. What is happening here if not the reactions of cult adherents? In February 1946, when 20-year-old Malcolm Little was sentenced to eight to ten years in a maximum-security prison, he was a petty criminal and street hustler in Boston. By the time he was paroled in August 1952, he had transformed into a voracious reader, joined the Black Muslims, and was poised to become Malcolm X, one of the most prominent and important intellectuals of the civil rights era. While scholars and commentators have exhaustively detailed, analyzed, and debated Malcolm X's post-prison life, they have not explored these six and a half transformative years in any depth. Paying particular attention to his time in prison, Patrick Parr's Malcolm Before X provides a comprehensive and groundbreaking examination of the first twenty-seven years of Malcolm X's life (1925–1965). Learn why Naghmeh Panahi  says "I think we have misunderstood Genesis" and "Because we are honoring women in the house churches of Iran is one of the reasons God is blessing so much." This is Part One of our remarkable interview with underground house church leader Nagmeh Panahi. Why did Naghmeh feel ashamed when she saw how God raised up women to lead the underground house churches during the revival in the land of her birth? Bruce and Naghmeh talk about this and the life changing insights from Eden that open doors for all to minister using God's good gifts. Born in Tehran in 1977, Naghmeh Abedini Panahi immigrated to the United States at the age of nine and soon converted from Islam to Christianity. In late 2001, after graduating from college, she returned to Iran to work as a businesswoman and missionary. There, she witnessed—and experienced—the oppression and violence women are subjected to every day in the Middle East. It was there that she also met her future husband, Saeed Abedini, with whom she led one of the largest house-church movements in Iran. In 2005, due to persecution, she and Saeed moved to the United States, where their two children were born. When Saeed visited Iran in 2012 to work on opening an orphanage, he was arrested for his involvement in the underground church and sentenced to eight years in a notorious prison. Naghmeh unceasingly advocated for Saeed's release, appealing to President Barack Obama, Donald Trump, the U.S. Congress, the United Nations, and nearly every major news outlet over the three and a half years that Saeed was in prison. Yet underneath the surface of her leadership in the Iranian house church, her family life in America, and the spotlight of her advocacy, Naghmeh had been an abused wife, and Saeed's imprisonment had further intensified his controlling and abusive behavior. It took the crisis and aftermath of Saeed's arrest for Naghmeh to finally recognize what had been happening to her and begin to find healing. Naghmeh's personal experience with domestic violence and the misuse of religion to reinforce abuse has given her a passion to advocate for women who are vulnerable to abuse and oppression because of religion. She is the cofounder and executive director of Tahir Alnisa (“Setting Women Free”) Foundation, which serves women and children around the world impacted by domestic abuse and religious-motivated violence. “I just want the Bible. How much does it cost?” First, the young Druze woman tried to access and read her own religion's holy book. But she wasn't allowed to read it. Then she tried to find a Quran. The pastor told her that God's Word is priceless, but that he would give it to her without cost. Shocked, she took the Bible and began to read, eventually giving her life to Jesus.
