2017 racing video game
POPULARITY
Hello everyone. This here episode of Attack the Backlog is all about Need for Speed Payback, a racing game released in 2017 that feels like it was made in 1917, not directed by Sam Mendes, who surely sendes his regards to moi for the payback endured while playing Payback, also known as, “Yet Another Need for Speed game,” no one remembers because they all started blending together post-Most Wanted and, even among the blended, Payback is far from the one most want to play. But don't just take my word for it, take my video (and audio), too...
Today I will be playing NFS: Payback. The video is available at https://twitch.tv/thisjusttoxic and on YouTube at SPCCC Community Network. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/yocarwrecked/message
In this episode, Psitanium gets payback for the first time he tried playing this game. It did not go well and did not take long to get controller-throwing frustrating to a bottleneck. However, returning to the game and getting past that part allowed him to open up the full game world and experience everything Forza... sorry, Need for Speed Payback... has to offer.

Need for speed is fun, but also extremely frustrating.
Let's look back at this racing game and see if EA actually improved upon it as much as they could to make this game a worthy buy before the inevitable new installment in the series is announced.

So, you're having a vasectomy? Do vasectomies increase the risk of alzheimer's? Probably not. Jon is playing Need For Speed Payback. Hank enjoys videos from The King of Random. In this episode we try to catch up with what's been going on since we last released an episode. We talk about what's been happening with the MG, we answer a couple questions about Need For Speed Payback, and other tangents. This episode is a little more laid-back in the short amount of time we had to record. We hope you all enjoy the episode and thanks for listening!
In Netflix's American Vandal, a dick plays dick to reveal a dick (who doesn't know dick) being railroaded by dicks for drawing dicks -- dickishness ensues! Also, you're the first, last, and only line of defense against weed overgrowth, waning produces, and the inhumanity of a looming corporate agricultural enterprise in Stardew Valley for Nintendo Switch. And then, no mechanical-glove means no mechanical-love in the action-adventure game Hob, from the team that brought you Torchlight and Torchlight II. On top of that, Need For Speed Payback struggles in the qualifying round. We've got the highs, lows, and dizzying middles!

The team discuss the worst games they've played in 2017. John thinks the misogyny of House Party puts it firmly in the bin, and Brendan is still wiping the red dust from his eyes after woeful survival game Rokh. But Matt can't bring himself to call any game terrible, not even Star Wars Battlefront 2. It's not all negative vibes, however. We've also been smiling at pretty and poignant Gorogoa, climbing a mountain in Getting Over It, and shooting our way through Destiny 2's Curse of Osiris expansion. Grinden ist also angesagt.

Hört euch «Games To Listen Folge #234» an für diesen doppelten Leckerbissen, «Need for Speed: Payback» gespielt auf «Xbox One X».
This week the gang (EIC Ben, Reviews Editor Richard and Home Counties Editor Joel) talk about: We said the microtransaction controversy would be back and EA really lent into it with Star Wars Battlefront II. An EA developer who worked on Star Wars Battlefront II got death threats for his work on the game, or did he? Shockingly Marvel Heroes from Gazillion is done. Black Friday is here a week early, but the sales are good. Is GAME done for real this time as it yet again suffers a substantial loss. Jess and Janet react to EA's E3 2017 conference. Watch Jess get psyched for Need For Speed and A Way Out while Janet questions everything but confirms she'll buy FIFA 18 twice. Plus we do a mini recap of the conference. This year, EA Play featured classic sports sims like Madden 18 and FIFA 18, old reliables like Star Wars Battlefront 2 and Need For Speed Payback. And fortunately, EA Originals is still releasing indie titles: A Way Out had gamers across the internet pretty hyped for some couch co-op action. What are you guys looking forward to? How did you like EA's conference?
We got to play Star Wars Battlefront 2, Need for Speed Payback, A Way Out and more at Electronic Arts' big pre-E3 shindig in Los Angeles today. We talk about our impressions of each, and particularly how impressed we were with the co-op only A Way Out.
EA Games kicked off E3 2017 with a BANG as they presented Battlefield 1 In The Name Of Tsar, FIFA 2018, A Way Out, Need For Speed Payback, Anthem, NBA Live...
On this special episode of Video Games 2 the MAX, Sean Garmer, Randy Isbelle, and Wes Harrington discuss what was shown at the EA Play Press Conference. How did Star Wars Battlefront II look? What was new in the Sports realm? And how about that Need For Speed Payback. The guys also talk about the new games announced and more.
00:00:00 Intro & Begrüßung 00:01:46 Need for Speed: Payback - Offiziell angekündigt 00:23:02 Battleborn - Ist jetzt Free-to-Play 00:28:44 For Honor - Community soll um 95 Prozent geschrumpft sein 00:32:15 Mass Effect: Andromeda - Kotaku-Bericht offenbart Entwicklungsprobleme 01:01:13 Tekken 7 01:20:38 The Surge - Dank Update besser? 01:23:06 Friday the 13th: The Game 01:34:56 Eine wichtige Mitteilung! 01:39:51 Verabschiedung & Outro Musik: Live at WFMU on Beastin' the Airwaves with Keili on July 17 2011 (Anamanaguchi) / CC BY-NC-ND 3.0

Assassin's Creed: Origins is going to be announced at E3 2017 which has reminded everyone that Ubisoft lied about the first entry but was never truly taken to task. So what should we expect with Origins after Assassin's Creed took a year off, and how much will it dupe us this time? EA also revealed Need For Speed Payback – which looks just like every Need For Speed game ever made - and rumours spilled out that Fallout: In Space (aka Starfield) is the next title from Bethesda. Plus Dirt 4 was released. Great. So sit back, relax and join Simon Miller and Tom Ransom as they break down the week in gaming as only they can.
