Gave him technique called Yoga Nidra- it is a yoga sleep for 20 minutes that is equivalent to 3 to 4 hours deep restorative sleep. Made him recordings and he would listen to them every single night and that will help him to sleep. He would wake up the next morning feeling better to function well enough addressing his daily activities. He was able to save his business and started to expand and he's doing very well. What is Yoga Nidra? - It is an ancient Yoga Practice. A state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, induced by a guided meditation. It is a state of orchestrated approach to taking you into deep levels of relaxation.
