In just days, the DUI manslaughter trial of Tamara Sytch, aka “Sunny,” is set to begin in a Volusia County courtroom. Sytch is accused of DUI manslaughter in the death of a 75-year-old man. This comes following years of criminal charges against Sytch for a variety of reasons, mostly DUI's. The majority of those convictions were in northeastern states and Sytch did serve extended jail time on more than one occasion. 

Tamara Lynn Sytch could be in prison for Life. The past charges the prosecutor will use against "Sunny" or Tammy Lynn from WWF(E) ECW and WCW fame. This week on Episode #195 of The #GMTEPodcast, The Express Takes coming from me to you are once again sizzling and need to be heard. It starts like usually with my Recap/Thoughts on WWE Friday Night SmackDown, AEW Rampage (back at its normal time), & WWE Monday Night Raw. BTW, Monday Night Raw had a pose-off in The Main Event Spot. I'll talk about what that reminded me off from back in the day. I go over the numbers and ratings for these shows as well as WWE NXT 2.0 & AEW Dynamite from last week with thoughts about those shows as well. We them move to some Wrestling News and Notes and they are not good. First I talk about Saraya-Jade Bevis better known as Paige from WWE announcing that she's leaving them on July 7th. The question people are asking is that will she be joining AEW in the future? I give my answer to that question and if she's medically ready to return at this point. Jeff Hardy once again finds himself in legal trouble with the law. I discuss what happened with him and why Tony Khan did exactly what needed to be done be suspending him without pay until he gets the full help he needs and why wrestling should be far from Jeff Hardy's mind at this time. Former Wrestler Tammy "Sunny" Sytch is back in the news again as she and her legal team are trying to get a Civil Lawsuit filed against her dismissed by the family representing of the victim whom Sytch allegedly killed in a car crash. I talk about that and what I believe should happen with her. A new study is out talking about if people who win big at the lottery would tell their closest family members or not. This is quite the survey that was done. Finally I discuss how you could have the chance to spend a night in the actual Mystery Machine Van used in the 2002 Live Action Scooby-Doo Movie. Tammy Sytch has been arrested and charged with Felony DUI Manslaughter (2nd Degree), driving with a suspended/revoked license, and seven misdemeanors including multiple license/vehicle infractions (as a habitual offender), DUI w/Property Damage and more. She faces up to 30 years in prison from the Florida charges alone. Factor in her issues with other states, and it gets even worse.
