Kurswechsel verstärkt sich In der heutigen Episode des Kurswechsel Podcasts dürfen wir eine neue Stimme begrüßen, die unseren Podcast in nächster Zeit aller Voraussicht nach noch häufiger bereichern wird. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Steffy Uhde seit kurzer Zeit mit im Kurswechsel Team am Start ist. Steffys Werdegang Nach einer Ausbildung zur Speditionskauffrau wechselte Steffy zu einem Automobilzulieferer und durfte dort ein großes Projekt mit begleiten. Inhaltlich ging es darum, eine Konsolidierungszelle für verschiedene Projekte aufzubauen. In dieser Zeit hat sie viel gelernt, darüber, wie Konzerne funktionieren und wurde aber ebenfalls für Schwachstellen der klassischen Konzernstrukturen sensibilisiert. Nach der Geburt ihrer zweiten Tochter wechselte sie dann ins Projektmanagement und war schnell die Ansprechpartnerin, wenn es um bereichsübergreifende Projekte und Changemanagement ging. Auseinandersetzung mit wissenschaftlichen Ansätzen der Systemtheorie Auch wenn viele Projekte sehr erfolgreich verlaufen sind, musste Steffy immer wieder feststellen, dass sie mit ihrer betriebswirtschaftlich geprägten Sicht und einer guten Portion „richtige Intuition“ an ihre Grenzen stieß. Frustriert von dieser Erkenntnis, begann sie nach Lösungen zu suchen, um den ihr offensichtlichen Schwachstellen der Organisation auf den Grund zu gehen. So kam sie schließlich auf die Theorien von Gerd Wohlan, welche auch die Arbeit von uns Kurswechslern maßgeblich prägen. Jsou to tři desítky let, co zaniklo Československo. A co vznikla samostatná Česká republika a Slovenská republika. Existovalo tehdy jiné řešení? Brněnský spisovatel, dramatik a scénárista Milan Uhde bude vzpomínat na to, jak prožil přelomové listopadové dny roku 1989. Pozdější ministr kultury a předseda poslanecké sněmovny v dobách Sametové revoluce paradoxně vůbec neplánoval, že někdy vstoupí do politiky. Jeho prioritou byla rodina, rozjíždějící se akademická kariéra a vydávání knih. He served as chief resident for both his internal medicine and dermatology programs. Dr. Uhde obtained dual board certification by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology.Dr. Uhde has presented posters, published articles and given lectures on various dermatology topics and research. He is a clinical investigator on multiple dermatologic trials through his office at Palm Beach Dermatology Group in Delray Beach, Florida. He has received numerous awards and recognition throughout his medical school and postgraduate years including the Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine Dean's Community Award and induction into the Sigma Sigma Phi, Psi Sigma Alpha and the Gold Humanism honor societies.
