A new MP3 sermon from Anchored In Truth Ministries is now available on SermonAudio with the following details: Title: Immanuel: God With Us--Trust Him in the Crisis Speaker: Jeff Noblit Broadcaster: Anchored In Truth Ministries Event: Sunday Service Date: 12/8/2024 Bible: Isaiah 7:1-25 Length: 50 min.
As the day gently transitions into night, let us take a moment to reflect and connect with the celestial beings that surround us. These angels, including Jesus, our true vine and the open door, bring messages of love, hope, and clarity. They speak to us through dreams, visions, and even visitations, guiding us with their divine wisdom. Divine Trust is about more than just believing in ourselves; it's about embracing the guidance and support from the angels and Jesus. It's about listening to our intuition, that inner voice that leads us towards our highest good. Jesus, the trusted door, invites us to build a deep, unwavering relationship with Him, where trust and faith become our foundation. As we ease into this evening reflection, let us open our hearts and minds to the whispers of angels and the teachings of Jesus. Let us trust in the divine messages we receive, knowing that we are always supported and loved. Scripture for Today: “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” - Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust yourself. Create the kind of self that you will be happy to live with all your life. Make the most of yourself by fanning the tiny, inner sparks of possibility into flames of achievement.” - Golda Meir “When you trust in yourself, you are trusting in the same wisdom that created you. When you fail to trust in yourself, when you fail to love yourself, you are denying your own Divinity, and therefore attracting the opposite of what "The Source Abba Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit is.” - Unknown Abound in Grace, @Into The Garden #Faith, #TrustAndObey, #AngelsAmongstUs, #GodsGrace

Sallie Krawcheck is the CEO and co-founder of Ellevest, an investing and wealth management company built by women for women. In a sea of financial services sameness, Ellevest stands apart with its mission to get more money in the hands of women. Prior to Ellevest, Krawcheck was one of the only financial executives of her generation to have held C-suite roles at the largest global banks — as CEO of Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney, US Trust, and Sanford Bernstein and as CFO of Citi. Today, as a venture-funded entrepreneur, she's beat impossibly long odds to raise $144 million in venture-capital funding (women CEOs raise $1 out of every $10,000 Series B fintech dollars). Fortune Magazine has called Krawcheck “The Last Honest Analyst,” Barron's considers her one of the “Most Influential Women in US Finance,” and Vanity Fair has named her to their “New Establishment List.” In this episode of Takin' Care of Lady Business®, Jennifer Justice speaks with Sallie Krawcheck, the CEO and founder of Ellevest, an investment and wealth management company for women. They discuss the importance of financially empowering women and debunking societal myths discouraging them from prioritizing money and investing. Krawcheck highlights the difference between saving and investing, emphasizing the higher chances of positive returns with investing. They address the gender wealth gap and the impact of investing on women's financial independence, including the ability to leave toxic relationships and pursue dreams. Here is what to expect on this week's show: Unveil the secrets of how compounding can amplify your investments over time. Learn why one size doesn't fit all in investing and why women might need to approach investing differently. Get a sneak peek into a platform aiming to revolutionize how women invest. How to dive deep into investments that align with your values and secure your financial future while supporting causes you're passionate about. Quotes: “We've got to change culture to recognize that money wanting money is not being unattractive or unfeminine or greedy or shrewish or ugly or any of those things.” – Sallie Krawcheck “The smart way to do it is not invest on your emotions but to invest steadily and through a sense of panic.” – Sallie Krawcheck “The past is the past. What is a quickly-made, low-effort documentary like ONE NATION UNDER TRUMP (2016) good for? Not a lot. But one thing that this ridiculous pro-Trump hagiography provided us with was a chance to marinate for long, unbroken stretches of time in the 45th president's rhetorical style. We made some unexpected discoveries about how his distinctive way of speaking led him to the presidency.Michael and Us is a podcast about political cinema and our crumbling world hosted by Will Sloan and Luke Savage. Modern man has finally lost confidence in himself. While trust in man's institutions have fallen like a rock since the 1970s per Gallup polls, trust remains in one area - science.--This is the last of the idols to fall.- Yet there is a crisis in science, headlined by the Washington Examiner.--A 2016 survey conducted by Nature Magazine found 90- of scientist respondents believed that a crisis was at hand, and a full 70- of those surveyed had tried and failed to reproduce another scientist's experiments.---For a century, evolutionists have cried out, -Who needs reproducibility- Who needs observation- Who needs verification- Who needs data---We have an elegant hypothesis that can't be wrong-- Science will fail us.--In fact, science is killing us now.----This program includes-----1. The World View in 5 Minutes with Adam McManus -The real and present danger of Russia's nukes- Tesla, Apple, Yelp, - Levi Strauss pay for abortion travel- Cop rescued nine after boat capsized-----2. She's definitely on her way as Ellevest recently announced they have $1Bn under management. We say we trust Him with our mouths, but often not with our lives. We live like God can't be trusted. Like He doesn't actually want what is best for us. Like He is just another person who, as Eve assumed in the Garden all those years ago, might hold out on us. Author Jackie Hill Perry joins Mornings with Eric and Brigitte on Thursday to talk about the reason why we don't trust God--it is because we misunderstand His holiness. God being, "holier than thou" is actually the best news in the world, and it's the key to trusting Him. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
When it comes down to it, a big part of growing in our faith is learning more and more to trust God and His timing. Part of the process is sometimes having to go through things that are (to say the least) challenging and uncomfortable. It helps to hear stories and from others who have walked a difficult path and have turned their tests into testimonies. In this episode, we feature five women we talked with over the past year. You'll hear stories of enduring through trials, learning total surrender, the power of forgiveness and even the miraculous. If you're ready for a little “faith-lift”, we invite you to click play, we think you will be truly blessed. The His & Her Money Show: Managing Money, Marriage, and Everything In Between
As Christians, each and every one of us carries our faith differently. There's no one size fits all path to serving God, but unfortunately, sometimes within the church or even just within our communities there may be underlying pressures or patterns that we feel the need to adhere to, even if it's what we know deep down may not be the right path for us. The question is, how do we break free and be our authentic selves while being authentic in our faith? Well, keep listening and you might just find some answers! On this episode of the His & Her Money Show, we're very excited to have Jackie Hill Perry at the mic with us today! Jackie has recently dropped her latest book, HOLIER THAN THOU: HOW GOD'S HOLINESS HELPS US TRUST HIM, and she's here to let us know all about it! What You Will Learn Jackie talks us through the premise of her new book, Holier Than Thou! What is idolatry? Why Jackie realized it was important to start her ministry and share her words with the world. The idea of holiness, and why it's unattainable.
