Ce comportement provenait d'une recherche automatique sur le web qui a mal interprété un mème viral comme une vérité. Grok alignait aussi ses réponses controversées sur les opinions d'Elon Musk et de xAI, ce qui a amplifié les biais. xAI a identifié que ces dérapages étaient dus à une mise à jour interne intégrant des instructions encourageant un humour offensant et un alignement avec Musk. Pour corriger cela, xAI a supprimé le code fautif, remanié les prompts système, et imposé des directives demandant à Grok d'effectuer une analyse indépendante, en utilisant des sources diverses. Grok doit désormais éviter tout biais, ne plus adopter un humour politiquement incorrect, et analyser objectivement les sujets sensibles. xAI a présenté ses excuses, précisant que ces dérapages étaient dus à un problème de prompt et non au modèle lui-même. THE FIRST VERSE of Proverbs 20 expresses a truth we've all seen at least once: Drunkenness leads to bad behavior. But there's more to it. In the Semitic world around ancient Israel, pagans practiced a ritual called marzeah, referenced in Amos 6:7, that was apparently intended to induce an altered state of consciousness to allow participants to communicate with the spirits of the dead—which were actually the demonic spirits of the Nephilim destroyed in the Flood. We also discuss verses related to commerce, such as God's disapproval of dishonest weights and measures; the value of hard work and avoiding idle gossip; and allowing the Lord to work in His own time instead of taking it upon ourselves to execute what we think is His judgment. In the Cherokee community there is a creature that has been born from fear. Now we are human so we have plenty of fears, but the one in particular that our cryptid is born from is the fear we have of death. This being is a shapeshifter that takes the form of a raven in order to search for its next victim. Once that victim is found then all bets are off. The Adventures of Mr. Mocker

Show Notes  I often get asked my thoughts on going into business with friends and honestly, I have seen it succeed and I've seen it go sideways. Today, we are going to focus on the good. I'm interviewing Susan Mocker and Devon Cretella, owners of Extending Grace, a home decor shop in Hubbard, Ohio. They are sharing partnership advice and what worked for them and how two friends turned a shared creative hobby into a successful retail business partnership.   What Has Worked in Business for Susan and Devon   They are business partners whose skill sets compliment each other. Susan is great at social media and “front end” tasks while Devon takes on more behind-the-scenes tasks. Susan and Devon trust each other's decision making. They started their business with a shared belief that both of their intentions are good and that they are always working toward the same end goal.  Neither is afraid to speak up when something isn't working and both are willing to try new things. Every year, they get away from their shop for an annual planning retreat. They plan Extending Grace's year with intention away from home and their shop to avoid distractions.   “Write it in pencil because business is flexible.”   They have an intense focus on building and collaborating with their community. In the episode, you will hear them explain their incredible success with their own workshops, the online platform “CommentSold,” and bringing in outside teachers to host workshops in their store (for free!). Both Susan and Devon knew when the time was right to start their business and how to balance life with work. (HINT: It wasn't the first time the idea came to them!) Advice for Friends Who Want to Go into Business Together   Put everything in writing. Try working together first: learn how the other person operates and be sure your styles compliment each other. Picture the partnership as a marriage: Can you move together in the same direction toward the same goal? Be willing to make adjustments when things aren't working and shifts when things are working very well.
