So schön für mich das Jahr gestartet hat, so traurig hat es für meinen Podcast-Gast begonnen. Denn der Abschied von seinem alles geliebten Vierbeiner tut immer schrecklich weh. Er fordert einem viel ab, wie ich leider auch schon bei meinem ersten Pferd Orlando erfahren musste. Unter anderem Verantwortung und es braucht Vorkehrungen, soweit man sich auf den Tod eine geliebten Vier- wie Zweibeiners vorbereiten kann. Parelli-Instruktorin Elisabeth Musil berichtet von ihren jüngsten traurigen Verlust ihres alten Bärs, um allen Pferdefreund:innen, die vor einer ähnlichen Entscheidung entstehen, viel Trost und Tipps für die Vorbereitung und die anschließende Trauerarbeit zu geben. Damit wir diese Person finden können, möchte ich euch gerne meine 3 Top-Tipps mitgeben, die es euch eventuell einfacher machen diese Person zu finden, mit der ihr eine tolle Beziehung führen könnt. Bevor ihr eine erfüllte und langanhaltende Beziehung eintretet ist es empfehlenswert sich über seine kleinen Päckchen im Klaren zu werden und diese idealerweise loszuwerden. Obwohl wir es nicht sehen, tragen wir innere Unruhe und Unzufriedenheit stets mit uns herum und strahlen dies auch gegenüber anderen potentiellen Traumpartnern aus. Unterliegen wir emotionalen Verletzungen aus der Vergangenheit, oder trauen wir uns nicht weil wir uns nicht wertvoll genug fühlen? Ob du es glaubst oder nicht, deine Umgebung kann und wird das spüren. Aber keine Angst, ich bin bei dir und gemeinsam bringen wir dich auf den richtigen Weg! :)Gleichzeitig ist es wichtig, das wir nicht nach dem perfekten Partner streben, da wir dies meist gar nicht von Anfang an erkennen können oder es diese Version Frau/Mann gar nicht gibt. Heute mal was ganz besonderes: Ich darf mit meiner Frau, Anna Ziegler, über das Thema "Wertschätzung" sprechen und über das "Reiss Motivation Profile". Ich möchte Euch einen Menschen vorstellen, der an mich glaubt und an den ich glaube. Wir sind jetzt mittlerweile seit etwas mehr als zwei Jahren zusammen und haben uns gegenseitig sehr stark motiviert, bestimmte Dinge zu tun. Für mich ist es etwas sehr besonderes, diesen Podcast heute mit meiner Frau zu machen, und ich denke man wird es an unserer Stimme hören: Ich habe einen riesigen Respekt vor dem, was Anna kann und habe sie, seitdem wir zusammen sind, viel darin unterstützt, ihren Weg zu gehen und an ihre Stärken zu glauben. Zeitig hat sie mich dazu gebracht, an mich zu glauben und Dinge einfach mal zu machen. Ich weiß, dass Anna viele Menschen inspirieren kann, an sich zu glauben und ich möchte Dir heute die Chance geben, sie kennenzulernen. Denn Anna schaut Dir in die Seele. Der Satz "Jeder ist bedeutend" ist für sie nicht einfach nur ein Satz, sondern so viel mehr. Nett und wertschätzend zu sein ist in unserer heutigen Gesellschaft - leider - schon etwas Besonderes. Obwohl es doch so einfach ist, nicht nur anderen, sondern auch sich selbst ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zu zaubern. In unserer leistungsorientierten Gesellschaft jagen wir viel zu oft Idealen nach, weil uns von außen suggeriert wird, dass man eben so und nicht anders zu sein hat: Egal ob als Parnter, Vater oder Führungskraft. Die wenigsten fragen sich selbst dabei nicht, was sie eigentlich wollen und fokussieren sich auf das, was dem Ideal noch nicht entspricht. Aber Wertschätzung fängt bei mir selbst an. Kann man andere wertschätzen, wenn man nie gelernt hat, sich selbst wertzuschätzen? Was ist das Reiss Motivation Profile (kurz: RMP)? In erster Linie ist es eine Möglichkeit den Menschen zu verstehen. Es führt einem schwarz auf weiß vor Augen, wie und wieso man wirklich tickt. Es gibt 16 verschiedenen Lebensmotiven, die jedem Menschen unterschiedlich wichtig sind: Macht, Unabhängigkeit, Neugier, Anerkennung, Ordnung, Sparen, Ehre, Idealismus, Beziehungen, Familie, Status, Rache, Schönheit, Essen, Körperliche Aktivität und Ruhe. Wie Anna das Reiss Profil nutzt und welche Gedanken sie damit verbindet, erfährst Du in dieser Folge. Außerdem in dieser Folge: "Die Würde des Menschen ist unantastbar", wertschätzende Führungskräfte, Lob & aufrichtige Anerkennung, Akzeptanz und Paarcoaching.
