Ile lat musiała czekać ofiara na sprawiedliwość – o tym w specjalnym odcinku podcastu „Rzecz w tym”. W specjalnym odcinku podcastu „Rzecz w tym” Michał Szułdrzyński rozmawia z Tomaszem Krzyżakiem, szefem działu krajowego „Rzeczpospolitej” i autorem wstrząsającego dziennikarskiego śledztwa, które ujawnia kulisy zaniedbań biskupów przemyskich w sprawie molestowania małoletniego. Dziennikarz zdradził, że jego praca nad sprawą trwała całe miesiące – badał dokumenty, przeprowadzał rozmowy, próbując odtworzyć losy pokrzywdzonego, który został opisany, jako ksiądz Marcin. Przez lata ks. Marcin, który został skrzywdzony w dzieciństwie, wypierał tę sprawę. Dopiero w 2013 roku opowiedział o niej ówczesnemu arcybiskupowi przemyskiemu Józefowi Michlikowi. Po tym przyjechał do niego sprawca, ks. Stanisław. – Próbował wymusić na ks. Marcinie wycofanie się z oskarżeń. Doszło nawet do tego, że przyznał się do czynu na piśmie, prosząc jednocześnie o nie wszczynanie postępowania – opowiadał Krzyżak. – To, że arcybiskup Michalik postanowił umożliwić sprawcy kontakt z ofiarą, było dramatycznym błędem.
