Ile lat musiała czekać ofiara na sprawiedliwość – o tym w specjalnym odcinku podcastu „Rzecz w tym”. W specjalnym odcinku podcastu „Rzecz w tym” Michał Szułdrzyński rozmawia z Tomaszem Krzyżakiem, szefem działu krajowego „Rzeczpospolitej” i autorem wstrząsającego dziennikarskiego śledztwa, które ujawnia kulisy zaniedbań biskupów przemyskich w sprawie molestowania małoletniego. Takie typowe zwlekanie, przekładanie terminów, tłumaczenie się przepisami… To widać na przykładzie tego, jak wolno, wręcz z oporem, toczyło się wyjaśnianie tej historii – opowiadał Krzyżak. Dziennikarz zdradził, że jego praca nad sprawą trwała całe miesiące – badał dokumenty, przeprowadzał rozmowy, próbując odtworzyć losy pokrzywdzonego, który został opisany, jako ksiądz Marcin. Przez lata ks. Marcin, który został skrzywdzony w dzieciństwie, wypierał tę sprawę. Dopiero w 2013 roku opowiedział o niej ówczesnemu arcybiskupowi przemyskiemu Józefowi Michlikowi. Po tym przyjechał do niego sprawca, ks. Stanisław. – Próbował wymusić na ks. Marcinie wycofanie się z oskarżeń. Doszło nawet do tego, że przyznał się do czynu na piśmie, prosząc jednocześnie o nie wszczynanie postępowania – opowiadał Krzyżak. – To, że arcybiskup Michalik postanowił umożliwić sprawcy kontakt z ofiarą, było dramatycznym błędem. Miał przekonanie, że „może się dogadają”, co tylko pogłębiało cierpienie Marcina – mówi. – To sprawiło, że ofiara poczuła się zagrożona, a sprawca wykorzystał tę sytuację, by szantażować ją i wymuszać milczenie. – Mamy do czynienia z latami zaniedbań. Od pierwszego ustnego zgłoszenia w 2013 roku minęło niemal osiem lat, zanim zakończono proces karny, który mógłby wydać wyrok i zamknąć sprawę – mówił Tomasz Krzyżak o przewlekłości postępowania przemyskiej kurii. - Ta historia pokazuje, jak zaniedbania biskupów i brak reakcji na przestępstwa w Kościele mogą prowadzić do bolesnych konsekwencji – kończy Krzyżak. Alors que le seul élément tangible de son passé est son passeport, il entame une longue quête semée d'embûches afin d'obtenir un titre de séjour, entouré de compagnons d'infortune. "D'une manière générale, je ne souhaite jamais écrire sur un thème, mais me fonde plutôt sur une idée ou une situation précise, qui donne ensuite naissance à l'architecture du spectacle. J'ai écrit cette nouvelle pièce en Guadeloupe, seul, après avoir mûri ses contours pendant plus d'un an et m'être longuement renseigné.
