In this essential episode, we dive into a candid conversation about the role of pastors and church leaders in responding to sexual addiction and betrayal trauma within their communities. Many leaders feel illequipped—or even fearful—of “getting it wrong” when someone discloses their pain. Our guest, Dr. Barbara Steffens, offers practical wisdom on how pastors can take meaningful first steps, create shame-free environments, and offer spiritual care without needing to be counselors or experts. We explore common missteps leaders make, how to respond with grace when harmful advice is being given, and what it means to walk in both truth and compassion. For those seeking to make their churches proactive rather than reactive, this conversation casts a vision for what safe, healing spaces can look like—where both individuals and couples impacted by sexual brokenness can find support, truth, and lasting hope. Whether you're a pastor, ministry leader, or a concerned member of your church, this episode is packed with clarity, encouragement, and next steps. In this KE Report daily editorial, we welcome back Dan Steffens, President of the Energy Prospectus Group, to break down the latest developments across the oil and natural gas markets. With crude prices recently dipping below $57/bbl and natural gas showing relative strength, Dan shares his insights on market fundamentals, storage levels, and the outlook for key producers and income plays. Key Discussion Points: Oil Market Outlook - Despite headlines of oversupply, U.S. crude and product inventories remain below seasonal averages, with Cushing storage levels near record lows. Dan believes strong support around $57 and possible SPR refilling could stabilize prices. Natural Gas Demand Drivers - U.S. LNG exports are expanding rapidly, projected to reach ~20 Bcf/day in Q1 2026. Rising AI data center power needs are emerging as a major new demand source, with multiple gas-fired plants being developed to support this growth. Top Natural Gas Producers - Companies positioned to benefit from rising demand include EQT Corp (EQT), Antero Resources (AR), and Range Resources (RRC). Balanced Oil-Gas Plays – For diversified exposure, Dan highlights Ovintiv (OVV), Devon Energy (DVN), and Coterra Energy (CTRA), each with substantial natural gas and NGL production alongside oil output. High-Yield Midstream & Income Ideas – The safest dividends lie in midstream operators such as Plains All American (PAA) (≈9% yield, tax-advantaged), Enbridge (ENB), and Oneok (OKE) - all benefiting from steady volume-based cash flows. Dan also notes Black Stone Minerals (BSM) and Kimbell Royalty Partners (KRP) as strong royalty-income opportunities. Hedging & Cash Flow Stability - Many of these firms are well-hedged, ensuring consistent dividends even amid commodity price swings. With gas futures near $4, Dan expects renewed investor rotation into gas-weighted producers through year-end. This weekend's KE Report show dives deep into two key corners of the commodities market. In the first half, Matt Geiger breaks down precious metals sentiment post-Beaver Creek and where copper could be the next big mover. In the second half, Dan Steffens highlights why select oil and gas names remain undervalued despite a flat pricing environment. Segment 1 & 2 - Managing Partner Matt Geiger of MJG Capital joins to discuss Beaver Creek's upbeat sentiment and why he sees precious metals in the “middle innings,” expecting near-term consolidation in gold/silver while turning bullish on copper given supply disruptions and an extreme copper-to-gold disconnect. He also weighs in on the Elemental Altus–EMX royalty merger and Tether's role, majors like Centerra taking stakes in juniors, and his playbook of favoring early-stage copper names, taking profits into hype, raising cash, and redeploying into high-quality pullbacks. Click here to visit the MJG Capital website to learn more about Matt's fund Segment 3 & 4 - Dan Steffens, president of the Energy Prospectus Group, argues that even with range-bound oil and gas prices, geopolitical risks and the IEA's shifting outlook keep supply tight. He highlights company-specific catalysts - Crescent Energy's merger and hedges, Diamondback's gas-to-power/AI plans (and Viper Energy), Devon's buybacks, and dividend-rich Northern Oil & Gas - while favoring natural-gas-weighted names ahead of rising LNG demand, a possible La Niña winter, and increased year-end M&A.
This week's episode is something truly special. I sat down with Joy Steffens, also known as Mammabear Joy, whose story captured South Africa's hearts during lockdown. After tragically losing her son Dylan to cancer at just 22 years old, Joy decided to honour his dream of becoming a DJ. At the age of 60, she went to DJ school, learned to mix house music, and now plays on stages across the country... even opening the main stage of one of South Africa's biggest dance festivals. Her journey is about more than music. It's about love, resilience and keeping a dream alive through courage and rhythm. Watch the full conversation here and feel inspired by a mother's love that continues to move us all.

Market rotation broadens beyond big tech, gold equities attract generalist capital, and energy stocks set up for future revaluations.

This week's KE Report Weekend Show dives deep into a market environment where nearly everything seems to be climbing higher. In Part 1, Rick Bensignor breaks down why tech and industrials are powering this melt‑up while retail traders outsmart institutions. In Part 2, Dan Steffens highlights overlooked energy opportunities despite oil's quiet range and natural gas volatility. Segment 1 & 2 - Rick Bensignor, President of Bensignor Investment Strategies and publisher of the In The Know Trader reports, kicks off the show to discuss a market environment defined by broad melt‑ups but driven mainly by tech and industrials, while noting opportunities emerging in beaten‑down healthcare, select metals like gold and silver despite near‑term pullbacks, cautious stances on oil and bonds, and long‑term upside potential in uranium and even Bitcoin as institutional adoption grows. Segment 3 & 4 - Dan Steffens, President of the Energy Prospectus Group, joined the show to discuss why oil has been stuck in a tight $65–$69 range despite low inventories, how tariff fears and muted demand are weighing on prices, and why U.S. production may soon decline. Bunch of short interviews with some of the Fly Racing ambassadors and Max from Seat Concepts from the PIR Fly Racing 2026 gear launch.
Letzte Woche gab's eine kleine Pause. Warum? Toni erklärt differenziert, man kennt's. On this Weekend's Show Rick Bensignor breaks down the Fed's gridlock, bond market uncertainty, and why industrials are quietly outperforming. Then Dan Steffens dives into energy market disruptions - from Middle East conflict to LNG trends - and outlines why Canadian natural gas producers may be the most overlooked contrarian trade of the summer. If you enjoy the show, be sure to subscribe to our podcast feed (KER Podcast), YouTube channel, and follow us on X for more market commentary and company interviews. Don't forget to subscribe and leave us a review! Also check out our Substack where we email you summaries of Daily Editorials and the Weekend Show! Click here to check it out. Segment 1 & 2 - Rick Bensignor, President of Bensignor Investment Strategies, shared his outlook on markets, emphasizing that the Fed remains on hold with no clear urgency to cut rates amid geopolitical risks and sticky inflation. He highlighted oil as the key market driver following its rebound due to the Iran-Israel conflict, but noted uncertainty remains with no clear trend. Rick also pointed to a stalled bond market and mixed equity sentiment, suggesting markets are rangebound with rotation into industrials and mega-cap tech, all while the risk of stagflation grows. Click here to visit the In The Know Trader website. Segment 3 & 4 - Dan Steffens, President of the Energy Prospectus Group, wraps up the show discussing how the escalating Israel-Iran conflict is fueling a $15 risk premium in oil prices, while also highlighting strong fundamentals in both oil and natural gas markets. He emphasizes that despite geopolitical uncertainty, upstream energy companies remain highly profitable with rising cash flow, and sees Canadian gas producers as a contrarian opportunity amid improving LNG demand and storage dynamics. This weekend's KE Report dives deep into two pivotal commodity trends: Matt Geiger of MJG Capital outlines why it's “game on” for junior mining stocks with a breakout on the TSX Venture, while Dan Steffens of the Energy Prospectus Group unpacks the tug-of-war between fear-driven oil pricing and strong natural gas fundamentals. If you enjoy the show, be sure to subscribe to our podcast feed (KER Podcast), YouTube channel, and follow us on X for more market commentary and company interviews. Segment 1 & 2 - Matt Geiger, Managing Partner at MJG Capital, kicks off the show to discuss the improving outlook for junior mining stocks, highlighting that while the TSX Venture isn't as mining-heavy as in past cycles, rising capital flows and exploration activity suggest a potential early-stage bull market for juniors. Welcome to the KE Report Weekend Show! On this weekend's show, we take a step back from the daily market noise to focus on the broader trends in the gold and energy sectors. We explore how investors are positioning across the commodity equity spectrum, from large-cap producers to junior explorers, and highlight key developments on the production side that could influence both prices and sentiment moving forward. Segment 1 & 2 - Joe Mazumdar, Editor of Exploration Insights, returns to break down his comprehensive analysis of North American-listed gold producers, highlighting how companies like Agnico Eagle, Kinross, Alamos, Lundin Gold, and Dundee Precious Metals stand out due to high margins, strong balance sheets, and consistent operational execution. He also discusses shifting investor preferences between growth, dividends, and jurisdictional risk, along with the growing competition from royalty companies and implications from recent M&A activity. Click here to visit the Exploration Insights website to follow along with Joe. Segment 3 & 4 - Dan Steffens, President of the Energy Prospectus Group, returns to share his outlook on oil and natural gas prices, citing geopolitical risks, seasonality, and LNG-driven demand as key factors shaping the market. He explains why U.S. oil production may have peaked, lays out his bullish thesis on natural gas amid rising AI-driven electricity demand, and highlights specific small-cap energy stocks like Hemisphere Energy, Rubellite Energy, and Range Resources that offer strong free cash flow and dividend potential in a low-price environment. With your co-hostesses: Pam Blizzard from RecoveredPeace.com Lyschel Burket from HopeRedefined.org Bonny Burns from StrongWives.com Support HFW through a donation Today, we are approaching another type of betrayal we hear far too often from women navigating their healing journey, being missed when going to their community of faith after betrayal. We thought we would approach this conversation a little differently and encourage faith communities. Many of us don't know what we don't know. When we learn and know better we can do better. Dr. Barb Steffens is joining us today and helping us understand how a faith community can be a safe and responsive community for betrayed partners. We Will be Discussing: What are some common experiences for women being “missed” by their faith community. What should a care pastor/faith leader/community do when meeting with a betrayed wife or the couple after discovery? What to do when they want you to fix it? What resources can they offer? What do you do when a woman doesn't understand her impact, yet? What if a woman reaches a brick wall with getting support from her faith community, should she stay where is, or to seek a new faith community? Other options? What hope can we leave for our listeners today? Maggie Steffens: Captaining Olympic TeamsOn episode thirty-five of Mindful Warrior Radio, we welcome Maggie Steffens. Maggie is a professional water polo player and four-time Olympian on Team USA. Named to the Women's National Team at 16, Maggie has continued to represent her country at every major international championship since. At 19, she was a member of the 2012 gold-winning squad at the London Olympics, where she played alongside her older sister, making them a truly dynamic duo! Not only did the Steffens sisters bring home gold, but Maggie tied the Olympic record with 21 goals and earned the title of team MVP.Four years later, Maggie led Team USA to a second consecutive gold medal as the captain of the U.S. Women's Water Polo team at the Rio Olympics. In 2019, she made history by leading the team to their first-ever three consecutive FINA World Championship titles. A year later, at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, she helped the team secure yet another gold medal.Maggie won three National Championships (2014, 2015, and 2017) at Stanford University where she graduated with a degree in science, technology, and society in 2017. She also earned NCAA Tournament MVP honors, and received multiple accolades, including MPSF (Mountain Pacific Sports Federation) Player of the Year.Maggie continued her studies at Stanford, completing a master's degree in management, science, and engineering and then went on to play professionally in Budapest and Barcelona before returning to Long Beach, CA in the summer of 2019 to train for her third Olympic games. On Mindful Warrior Radio, Maggie tells us that the goal of leadership as a team captain is to “trust yourself enough to let go and trust your preparation.” She explains that the advantages of doing so are being able “to be yourself, not only out of the water but also in it, whether it's taking a risk, going for the shot, or swimming a bit faster when it matters. It's about building trust in yourself, and in turn, trusting others—your teammates, your coaches, and the shared mission of the team. Reaching that level of trust is hard, but it's a big part of what allows your light to shine. After all, it's hard to let that light shine if you don't have trust in yourself, others, and a common purpose.”About the leadership challenges of being a team captain, she says, ‘I'm constantly thinking about the team, even as I'm going to bed. Of course, I'm focused on how I can improve, but I also ask, what does the team need? What does each player need? How can I approach each situation? Being captain has really emphasized that responsibility. I'm always thinking about the team; that's just who I am. And it can be challenging to balance fostering team development and harmony while still putting in the effort to become the person I want to be.”To learn more about Mindful Warrior and Mindful Warrior Radio, please follow us on Instagram @therealmindfulwarrior and check out our website at www.mindfulwarrior.com
