Veď potom, po vojne, na Národnom súde minister národnej obrany Ferdinand Čatloš povedal, že on Tisa ešte pred deportáciami informoval, že nacisti židovské obyvateľstvo vraždia. Tiso napriek tomu, že mal takéto informácie, že prichádzali k nemu prosby aby proti deportáciám zasiahol, a že diplomaticky intervenoval i Vatikán, on napriek tomu neurobil nič. Naopak, po niekoľkých mesiacoch bežiacich deportácií, vystúpil s verejným prejavom v Holiči kde povedal, že je to všetko v poriadku, čo sa deje a je to podľa kresťanských princípov,“ dopĺňa historik Hlavinka.Deportácie slovenských Židov, obete i páchatelia. Poemas selecionados de Santo Tukaram. Nascido na vila de Dehu, em Maharashtra (Índia), Tukaram Bolhoba Ambile, Tukaramou ou apenas “Tuka” (1608 - 1650), foi um grande poeta místico hindu. Seus pais faleceram quando ainda era adolescente. Aos quinze anos, casou-se, mas perdeu sua esposa Rakhumabai e seu filho de fome. Torturado pela morte de sua primeira esposa e o fracasso em sua busca espiritual, Tukaram entrou em uma profunda depressão. Nesse momento, sonhou com um guru chamado Raghava Chaitanya, que o iniciou no caminho espiritual. Em outra ocasião, foi visitado em sonho por Namdev e pelo Senhor Vitthal (Avatar de Vishu), e foi informado de que era sua missão compor abhangs (poemas religiosos). Após um período de contemplação em isolamento e severa austeridade, Tukaram começou a escrever poemas, inspirado por sua devoção ao Senhor Vitthal. In early 2003 Hablan Por La Espalda toured Europe and I joined them on that endeavor. We've stayed in touch but haven't seen each other since then, so this was a perfect opportunity to catch up and dig a bit into his band's history, which actually goes back as far as 1996, when Martín started the band together with his brother Fermín and Valentín, the other guitarist. Today HPLE is well known and popular in Uruguay, but it hasn't been an easy road for them. They famously screwed up a couple of times and for some time even were Uruguay's most hated band. They upset Brazilian cowboys and straight edge kids alike, as well as German PC people. Tuka also talks about the difficulties of getting good music in the pre-internet 90s in a country like Uruguay and skateboarding and going to see Guns'N'Roses live for his 13th birthday as the key events that set off his musical career.
