Tras reiterarse la inhabilitación por 15 años de María Corina Machado y Henrique Capriles, el analista político y presidente de la encuestadora Consultores 21, Saúl Cabrera y Félix Seijas, estadístico y director de Delphos, coinciden en que 70% de la población quisiera que se levantaran las inhabilitaciones a todos los inhabilitados Ambos indican que aproximadamente 20% de los chavistas también aspiraba a que esto fuera así, insistiendo que para parte de esta fracción, ella debe ser la candidata y debe ser habilitada. «No toda la gente pensaba que iba a pasar, 50% de los venezolanos pensaba que el gobierno iba a levantar las inhabilitaciones a los que eran importantes como María Corina y Henrique Capriles» añadió Cabrera. El presidente de Consultores 21 destacó que el número de personas que participarán en un proceso electoral próximo aumenta si sienten que hay unas condiciones electorales mínimas. También te puede interesar: Así respondió el Gobierno tras conocerse las decisiones del TSJ sobre inhabilitaciones Explicó que no se espera un CNE totalmente transparente, sino otros aspectos como la observación internacional, la ampliación del Registro Electoral en Venezuela y la publicidad. «La aprobación de María Corina Machado está por encima de 50%, desde hace mucho tiempo esto no pasaba con ningún político en Venezuela» acotó El analista resaltó que la oposición tiene la obligación de apoyar a María Corina en todo su esfuerzo para que pueda ser candidata También recalcó que si la gente asume que no hay condiciones, la participación estará en un 45 a 50%, sin embargo, si se percibe que hay una elección medianamente competitiva, los márgenes suben a 70% a 75%. «Tanto en el escenario de poca participación y como el de mucha participación, María Corina Machado le estaba ganado a Maduro» dijo. Por su parte, Félix Seijas señaló que la opinión mayoritaria es que María Corina tiene derecho de pelear su participación, asegurando que la gente siente que, aunque María Corina no pueda participar, el terreno electoral no se debe abandonar y debe haber un sustituto o fórmula para que la oposición participe en las presidenciales. «Maduro no supera la aprobación de 25%. Los venezolanos quieren que mejoren sus condiciones de vida, y sienten que no será así si no hay un cambio político» aclaró el estadístico.

A nueve días de la primaria opositora, Tony Frangie, periodista, especialista en ciencia política que ha colaborado con Bloomberg, The Economist y El Estímulo, aseguró que la mayoría de los venezolanos quieren que se luche por el levantamiento de las inhabilitaciones. Indicó que sin embargo, gran parte de la población está de acuerdo en tener un «plan b», siendo la opción favorita para este buscar un candidato por encuestas, no consenso. «Si María Corina Machado gana la primaria, debemos esperar por lo menos al primer trimestre del año para ver cuál será su plan» añadió. Frangie explicó que la salida de Henrique Capriles refleja un rechazo del electorado opositor al liderazgo tradicional de los últimos años, el G4, potenciando así el liderazgo de María Corina Machado. Resaltó que, según encuestas de Delphos, la participación no será tan distinta a la del 2012, 8 a 10% del electorado, lo que suele ser un número alto para una primaria. El periodista destacó que se debe liberar el obstáculo de los centro de votación, advirtiendo que muchos venezolanos no saben donde votan «Han tenido obstáculos para obtener esta información por el bloqueo de la página web. No sabemos cuál será el número real de votantes porque gran parte de los opositores no saben cuál es su centro de votación para la primaria» acotó. Insistió en que lo único que puede cambiar esta situación de confusión con los centros de votación es que parte de los acuerdos incluya algún tipo de cooperación del CNE con la Comisión de Primaria, y que a su vez incluya el uso de escuelas como centros de votación. Recalcó que por el tema de los centros de votación, la primaria terminará definida por la movilización de los partidos que tengan estructuras, siendo Acción Democrática el único con dichas características. También te puede interesar: Luis Vicente León dice que Machado y Capriles tienen que buscar consensos ante inhabilitaciones  Por su parte, Anyelitz Yanez, periodista, magíster en análisis político, marketing político y campañas electorales, señaló que el retiro de Henrique Capriles puede implicar que Primero Justicia participe en menor medida en la primaria, complicando al electorado que no se ha terminado de empapar con el proceso aunque exista un sentimiento de cambio. «Situaciones como lo que pasó en Argentina y el hecho de que no se sepa cuantos centros de votación habrá hasta que sea el día, dificultan el proceso», expresó. Recordó que de la negociación poco se conoce, pero se espera que se incluya una revisión de las inhabilitaciones, por lo que no se decantaría quien estaría o no habilitado al día de la primaria. Yanez invitó a la dirigencia a que se siente frente al país y cuenten cual es la ruta a a seguir para reconquistar al electorado. «Posiblemente Henrique Capriles sabe cosas que nosotros no sabemos, por eso posiblemente su decisión», dijo.

Saúl Cabrera, analista político y presidente de la encuestadora Consultores 21, aseguró que, respecto a la primaria, 55% de la gente dice que no le importa que el candidato esté inhabilitado, teniendo la presunción de que lograrán que lo habiliten. Explicó que María Corina sigue estando en el tope con un accionar permanente y recordando que hoy el no chavismo es una amplia mayoría en Venezuela. Cabrera indicó que la mitad de la población tiene interés en la Primaria y que de ese 50% de la población hay 16% seguro de participar. Referente a las recientes alianzas entre Primero Justicia y Un Nuevo Tiempo, insistió en que pudiera pensarse que unas alianzas van a ayudar a aumentar en el número de personas que votaran por una opción, sin embargo, advirtió que ese tipo de alianzas ayuda en la maquinaria, pero no en la votación. «Los venezolanos pasan por encima de las alianzas políticas» añadió. El analista resaltó que Vente Venezuela se ubicó este año como el primer partido porque es el de María Corina Machado y en estos momentos los candidatos son los que definen a los partidos. «A la gente no le importa mucho el cómo, le importa un cambio, después de toda la experiencia, no le importaría que fuera una imposición» acotó. Destacó que la gente está esperando Unidad y está buscando un centro. Félix Seijas, estadístico y director de Delphos, señaló que la acción de María Corina se ha venido consolidando de manera lenta, pero consistente y con una explosión en los últimos meses. Ambos coincidieron en que  María Corina Machado se sigue consolidando en el primer lugar pese a estar inhabilitada. «Cuando inhabilitaron a Leopoldo y esto era algo distinto, la gente lo tomaba con cuidado y prefería no votar por un candidato inhabilitado, hoy en día el que no está inhabilitado es un extraño» dijo. Seijas aseguró que la gente toma las inhabilitaciones como parte de la lucha y la gran mayoría piensa que es una pelea que se tiene que dar. Advirtió que atentar contra la primaria en este momento es algo distinto porque la gente se apropió de la idea, explicando que, incluso el que no va a votar, dice que la primaria se debe dar porque es un derecho. «La población, al adueñarse de la idea de la primaria, verá con malos ojos a quien atente contra ella» afirmó. El estadístico indicó que se retome un diálogo como el de México, no cambiará la disposición de la gente a votar.

Il periodo preso in considerazione attraversa tre secoli: dall'Ancien Régime al secondo Novecento. Un racconto unico. Un percorso espositivo di confronti che comprende oltre 300 opere, tra quadri, sculture, accessori, abiti d'epoca e contemporanei. L'esposizione forlivese, la prima del suo genere, somiglia a un vero e proprio kolossal. Nuclear physicist-lecturer Stanton T. Friedman received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Physics from the University of Chicago 1955 and 1956. He was employed for 14 years as a nuclear physicist by such companies as GE, GM, Westinghouse, TRW systems, Aerojet General Nucleonics, and McDonnell-Douglas working on such highly advanced, classified, eventually cancelled programs as nuclear aircraft, fission and fusion rockets, and various compact nuclear power-plants for space and terrestrial applications. El Ayuntamiento de Rincón de la Victoria contratará hasta 38 jóvenes desempleados del municipio a través del Programa de Empleo Juvenil “Joven Ahora” de la Junta de Andalucía. Para optar a estos puestos, el solicitante deberá tener entre 18 y 29 años y estar inscrito en el Servicio Andaluz de Empleo (SAE) y en el Sistema Nacional de Garantía Juvenil. Así lo ha anunciado la concejala de Empleo, María de la Paz Couto (PP). “El Ayuntamiento ha recibido una subvención de la Consejería de Empleo, Empresa y Trabajo Autónomo de la Junta por importe de 342.000 euros para desarrollar el Programa de la Iniciativa para la Promoción del Empleo Juvenil en el Ámbito Local (Joven Ahora) con el que podremos contratar a 38 jóvenes desempleados”, explicaba Couto. En este sentido, el alcalde de Rincón de la Victoria, Francisco Salado (PP), reconoce la importancia de este tipo de programas para mejorar la empleabilidad de los más jóvenes. “La reducción del desempleo juvenil constituye uno de los retos más importantes para la sociedad por cuanto supone poder poner en valor el potencial intelectual y productivo de esta población. Conscientes de ello, nos inscribimos en el programa “Joven Ahora” para paliar este problema y apoyar el empleo de nuestros jóvenes”, apuntó. Los contratos serán de seis meses y duración determinada a jornada completa para desarrollar labores de conserje, administrativo, albañil, jardinero y peón. Félix Seijas, estadístico, profesor de la UCV, director de Delphos y articulista, aseguró que los venezolanos quieren un líder que transmita empatía, que entienda los problemas que tienen los ciudadanos, con sentido de unidad y frescura. El estadístico indicó que hay varios líderes que se están moviendo por todo el país, pero ninguno ha resaltado. Señaló que hasta que no se defina una fecha de primarias en el país, es difícil que se vea una campaña abierta, acotando que los liderazgos se están cuidando. Seijas explicó que aunque pareciera que falta mucho tiempo para las presidenciales, es todo lo contrario, queda muy poco tiempo. El director de Delphos destacó que dentro de los presidenciales en la oposición están Henrique Capriles, Leopoldo López, Manuel Rosales y Juan Guaidó, recalcando que hay varios nombres pero no hay ninguno que despunte. También resaltó que la oposición se está enfrentando a un régimen consolidado y que tiene ventaja.

On December 17, 1969, a press release announced the closing of the Air Force's UFO investigation, Project Blue Book. Despite this, the UFOs didn't go away, and once the media stopped focusing on the end of Blue Book, stories of UFO sightings again made the news and graced the pages of many newspapers throughout 1970 and 1971. Toward the end of 1971, there was a case that would become a classic that was looked into by an investigator who would become well known as a specialist in UFO trace cases over the coming years.In the November 5, 1971 Salinas Journal out of Kansas, there is an article (page 4 of link) headlined, “Delphos Youth Surprises UFO.” It is reported in the article that 15-year-old Ronald Johnson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dural Johnson, “was doing his evening chores in the early dark Tuesday night.” This was November 2. Outer space was on the minds of Kansans in 1972. Kansas astronaut Ron Evans journeyed to the moon on the Apollo 17 mission. Western Kansas was being considered for the new Space Shuttle launch site, and some locals did not like that idea.
