Tänaseks on kabinetid seitsmes erinevas linnas üle Eesti. We tie a yellow ribbon around these questions and more in Season 2, Episode 22 of Family Matters.Alex Diamond, David Kenny, and John McDaniel heard that the long-running network sitcom Family Matters ends with side character Steve Urkel going to space.

Hei-hei! Oleme sünnitamast tagasi ja seisame teie ees värskete emadena. Tänane episood on pisut teistsugune - Agnes võtab teemaks kaks artiklit - esimeses räägib näitlejast, kes tappis oma ema väga kahtlasel põhjusel ning teises kuuleme järjekordsest USA politsei-prahmakast. Eliise räägib kuulaja poolt soovitatud teemast - Kanada jalad. Miks uhtub Kanada kallastele üksikuid jalgu, enamasti suuruses 46? Kuula ja vb saame teada... Lisaks lugudele teeme otsa lahti Q&A'l, kuid kuna tegemist on küllaltki suurte küsimustega, millel on mahukad vastused, jätkame seda järgmises episoodis! Nagu ikka, saatke meile enda lugusid aadressile unejutudpodcast@gmail.com ja kuuleme juba järgmine nädal!

Jasmine Loh was enjoying a pleasant lunch at work when the aneurysms hidden in her brain suddenly burst. Her world went blank briefly while the stroke settled into this thirty-something's head. A few minutes later, she reconnected with reality and went back to work to continue validating the performance of semiconductor fabrication equipment. That was in 2014. She left her job in semiconductor manufacturing due to her stroke, wrote a book, taught herself email marketing, and now does digital services for friends and clients In 2021 I met Jaz through Clubhouse. She co-hosts an online support group there from her home in Singapore. I enjoyed hearing Jaz's perspective on her stroke story, her dreams in the early days, and her experience of nearly "crossing over." You can experience all that, too, in this conversation with Jasmine Loh. Teemasid jagub seinast seina. Alustuseks tehakse juttu eesti mängijate liikumisest välismaalt koju ja kodust välismaale ning mõistagi leiab pikemat lahkamist PAF liiga liidrite Pärnu Sadama ja BC Kalev/Cramo omavaheline duell. Teistest meistriliiga klubidest rääkides jõutakse ühtäkki sinnamaani, kus Tartu Ülikool/Maks&Mooritsa treeneritele Toomas Kandimaale ning Tiit Sokule soovitakse ilusaid unenägusid. Huvitav, mis põhjustel? Pikemalt arutletakse ka Saksamaa Bundesligas toimuva üle. Maik-Kalev Kotsari kodumeeskond Hamburg on alustanud hooaega viie järjestikuse võiduga. Vastused saatke hiljemalt 24. detsembriks aadressile pihtaspohjas@delfi.ee. Head nuputamist ja head loosiõnne!

The last time Paul & Chris got together to do a short show minus any guests, they talked Star Trek Discovery. How fitting that the first Sauce Packet of this year is talking about season 2 of the show. Oh, and we’re sorry that the “short” show went long, but we had a lot to say about Time Crystals. Please Red Angel, go back in time and give that MacGuffin a better name. The thrilling start of our episode is us trying to pronounce a name in the chat room. You can join us during our live recording via our Live page. We usually tweet, toot, and post upcoming shows on Patreon. What’s a chat about Star Trek with Paul without Darmok and Jalad? Chris shares his distaste for the actress playing Michael because of her Walking Dead days. He spent a lot of time doing recaps called Mocking Dead. Chris’ partner has issues with the organization structure of Starfleet. This is an issue that often comes up on Random Trek. We talk of the original series callback of the pilot, The Cage. -The Masters of the Universe episode of Film Frown was too much fun and why we referenced it. Thanks for listening! Jalad kannavad meid läbi elu, seega on korras jalad on üliolulised. Eesti üks parimaid igapäevaselt jalalabaprobleemidega tegelevaid ortopeede, dr Vahur Metsna on öelnud, et isegi näiliselt tühisest veidi kõverdunud väiksest varbast võib välja areneda tõsine emotsionaalne katastroof.
The Human Frontier in Guernsey. In this episode of Primitive Culture, recorded live at the Guille-Allès Library in Guernsey, regular host Duncan Barrett is interviewed by Laura Perkins about his book Star Trek: The Human Frontier. Duncan discusses his own history with Star Trek and looks at some of the cultural influences that have inspired the franchise’s writers over more than half a century. In a wide-ranging discussion, that looks at the mid-1960s onwards, Duncan and Laura discuss the role—and limitations—of allegory as a storytelling device and how Star Trek has always moved and warped with the times. Then, in an audience Q&A, the conversation turns to the the latest iteration, Star Trek: Discovery, and the ways in which the new series goes—boldly or otherwise—beyond what has gone before.

The Federation have been trying without success over the course of 100 years to establish relations with the Children of Tamar, a truly strange civilization of people who communicate through metaphor and imagery. Captain Picard is hopeful that the crew of the Enterprise will finally make progress and decipher their strange and complex language, but things get complicated when the Tamarian Captain beams them both down to a planet where they have to hunt an invisible beast.
Your hosts Zach and James bring you the latest anaylsis from the sixth episode of
Star Trek and Epic Heroes. “Sokath, his eyes uncovered!” When Captain Jean-Luc Picard finally cracked the Tamarian language, he countered “Darmok and Jalad at Tanagra” with an ancient myth of his own: the Epic of Gilgamesh. One of the earliest known works of literature, this deeply strange but profoundly beautiful Mesopotamian poem, predating the Old Testament by more than a thousand years, offers an unlikely bridge between two very different spacefaring cultures. In this episode of Primitive Culture, host Duncan Barrett is joined by Clara Cook to discuss Star Trek’s engagement with epic narratives, focusing on the Epic of Gilgamesh and the Old English poem Beowulf, as played out in TNG’s “Darmok” and Voyager’s “Heroes and Demons.” Do Starfleet’s brave and brilliant officers share a common heritage with the epic heroes of yore? And to what extent can a twenty-fourth-century reader understand a poem written in a culture so alien from their own? Chapters Intro (00:00:00) Epic of Gilgamesh and “Darmok” (00:03:31) Beowulf and “Heroes and Demons” (00:31:46) Heroic Qualities and Epic Tropes (00:43:16) Monsters and Realism (01:07:02) High and Low Culture (01:24:34) Final Thoughts (01:36:59) Host Duncan Barrett Guest Clara Cook Production Justin Oser (Editor) C Bryan Jones (Executive Producer) Matthew Rushing (Executive Producer) Ken Tripp (Executive Producer) Norman C. When the walls fall at Shaka, Kiazi's children's faces get really wet. The beast is at Tanagra, but it's anyone's guess where Darmok and Jalad are w/r/t the ocean. Will Zinda's face be black and his eyes red? Who, if not Mirab, is going to unfurl these sails? Is Uzani's army going with the fist open or the fist closed? Is the river Temarc in winter or what? It's the episode that opens Sokath's eyes.
Tänase saate külaline Sander Tuul kõndis suve lõpus 375 kilomeetrit mööda Eesti matkaradasid. Sander jutustab, kuidas kõndis mööda pikki teid niimoodi, et jalad olid viimaks katki, kuidas puutus rännakul kokku inimeste headusega ja kas niimoodi üksinda metsades ja matkateedel rännata on üldse ohutu. Samuti annab Sander nõu, millised on Eesti parimad matkarajad ja kuhu tasuks matkata algajatel. Hea inspiratsioon, et alustada Eesti avastamist!

Chris promotes his made-up holiday Someday if February, the 3rd Saturday in February in which you prioritize something from your Someday list instead of your To-do list. Built on the Tent protocol which places your data in your control rather than a service, Cupcake.io is a twitter-like place for conversation that Chris enjoys using. Paul talks about his involvement in West Michigan’s Online Cooperative and his exit from version two, West Michigan FarmLink. Pay someone else to do your chores? Check out TaskRabbit. Be good. Don’t make waves. There was a new Venture Bros special recently that you may be able to watch here for a limited time (and if you’re lucky enough to be surfing from the States). Paul mentions that Amazon Prime Instant Video has the remastered Star Trek: The Next Generation. Netflix does not. The Darmok and Jalad at Tanagra tee missing from your closet. What other projects had Roddenberry at the helm? Chris has recently watched Genesis II and Planet Earth featuring the Hyperloop?
