Among the films discussed were an absolute discovery, La Dérive (1964, directed by Paula Delsol), Ken Russell's one and only The Devils (1971), another discovery Report to Mother (1986, John Abraham), Moonlighting (1982, Jerzy Skolimowski), and Tilai (1990, Idrissa Ouédraogo), with shout-outs to The Pelechian Project (1966-1975, a collection of shorts by Armenia's Artavazd Peleshian) and Taiwanese classic The Dull Ice Flower (1989, Li Kao Yang). En Haïti, des années après le départ de certains Casques bleus impliqués dans des cas d'exploitation et d'abus sexuels, des femmes et des enfants continuent de vivre avec les conséquences de ces violences, souvent dans l'oubli et la précarité.Lors d'une récente mission en Haïti, Najla Nassif Palma, Défenseure des droits des victimes et des survivants de l'exploitation et des abus sexuels commis par le personnel de l'ONU, a rencontré des femmes et des enfants victimes d'abus attribués à d'anciens Casques bleus.« Mon rôle, c'est d'assurer que ces victimes ne sont pas invisibles, qu'elles ont une voix, une assistance et un accès à la justice », explique-t-elle à ONU Info.Dans cet entretien, la Défenseure revient sur les besoins exprimés par les survivantes, notamment l'accès à un soutien psychologique, médical et à des activités génératrices de revenus pour reconstruire leur vie et retrouver leur dignité.« Elles souffrent en silence, elles sont stigmatisées, parfois elles ont peur des représailles », confie Mme Nassif Palma.Elle évoque aussi le témoignage d'une jeune fille née d'un abus sexuel commis par un Casque bleu, l'importance de la reconnaissance de paternité pour les enfants nés de ces violences, ainsi que les efforts menés avec les autorités haïtiennes, la société civile et les agences onusiennes afin d'améliorer l'accès à la justice et aux services.Najla Nassif Palma rappelle également que « les Nations Unies ont une responsabilité particulière parce que l'agresseur représentait les Nations Unies » au moment des faits.Face à l'extrême violence des gangs, Haïti accueille aujourd'hui de nouveau des forces internationales. C dans l'air du 13 mai 2026 - Chômage, inflation : vous n'avez encore rien vu ...Deux mois et demi après le déclenchement de la guerre au Moyen-Orient, le détroit d'Ormuz est toujours fermé, la situation piétine sur le plan diplomatique et les voyants économiques commencent à passer au rouge. L'Insee vient de publier ses chiffres pour le premier trimestre 2026 : le chômage est en hausse de 0,2 % et atteint 8,1 %, son plus haut niveau en cinq ans. Les prix à la consommation ont augmenté de 2,2 % sur un an au mois d'avril, tirés par la flambée des prix de l'énergie. La croissance française est à l'arrêt. L'activité économique a stagné au premier trimestre, et la banque centrale n'a pas fait de prévision chiffrée pour le second trimestre. Autre signe d'inquiétude, les faillites d'entreprises ont frôlé la barre symbolique des 70 000 en mars dernier, selon des données de la Banque de France.Avec un pouvoir d'achat en recul, les courses deviennent un casse-tête pour de nombreux Français. Les boutiques sont de plus en plus désertées, et le secteur de la mode en particulier connaît une crise très profonde, marquée par une succession de redressements judiciaires et de fermetures qui fragilisent même des marques que l'on pensait incontournables. Quelle est la bonne manière de le faire ?   Joëlle Zask : Quel est le bon aliment, quelle n'est pas la bonne quantité, quel est le bon geste, quels sont les bons ustensiles, quelle est la bonne situation, quelle est la bonne manière de faire pour que le destinataire soit en quelque sorte accompagné dans son acte de manger et non assujetti à un service que je lui procurerais de l'extérieur ? C'est-à-dire comment un geste que, moi, en tant que mère, en tant que pourvoyeur de nourriture, je me sens obligée de faire et que le destinataire est dans l'obligation, en quelque sorte, de recevoir pour vivre. Et pourtant, le tremplin de l'indépendance et de la liberté. La nourriture est la première pièce de l'édifice social, tout part de là, ou devrait en partir  L'obligation éternelle envers l'être humain est, écrit la philosophe Simone Weil, de ne pas laisser autrui mourir de faim. La réponse à cette nécessité vitale est le point de départ, et la condition pour tout le reste. Peuvent alors se poser d'autres questions : sur la manière de bien donner à manger. Comment manger sans s'empoisonner quand l'alimentation industrielle surtransformée rend malade ? D'où l'importance de souligner la différence entre alimentation et nourriture : L'alimentation induit au corps une mécanique physiologique, comme l'essence nécessaire à une voiture pour qu'elle fonctionne. Elle est toujours standardisée, au plus haut point, comme l'industrialisation peut standardiser.  Nourrir – nutrire – signifie faire grandir, élever. Celui ou celle qui nourrit se met à l'écoute de l'autre. Il y a tout un monde entre alimenter et nourrir, tout un fossé dans la manière de donner à manger.   Comment aider sans asservir ?   Comment emmener une personne âgée à retrouver l'envie de manger quand son corps souffre et le goût de la vie l'a quittée ? Comment donner à manger à des enfants qui ignorent d'où vient ce qu'ils mangent ? L'architecte Albert Speer est nommé Inspecteur général pour la construction de la capitale du Troisième Reich et à ce titre chargé de la reconstruction de Berlin. Adolphe Hitler lui confie la mission de transformer la cité en « Germania ». Un projet monumental, lancé dès 1938, qui incarne une volonté de nouveauté radicale et de gigantisme. Cette ambition s'enracine dans une révolution urbaine entamée dès les années 1860. En deux générations, en effet, Berlin a connu un essor unique, devenant une métropole d'envergure mondiale. Un basculement qui a provoqué une crise d'adaptabilité pour la société allemande tout entière. Alors que les nazis n'ont cessé de clamer leur détestation de la grande ville, ils vont vouloir transformer Berlin en une mégalopole de 10 millions d'habitants. Pour ce faire, ils vont exploiter les tensions provoquées par l'hyper développement pour remplacer la liberté et l'anonymat, que permet le tissu urbain, par l'ordre et la ségrégation. Le chantier de Germania devient un instrument biopolitique au service de l'utopie raciale. Cette démesure matérielle va alimenter la radicalisation du système concentrationnaire : pour réaliser ces rêves de grandeur, Speer va planifier la démolition de centaines de milliers de logements et la spoliation des juifs servira de levier pour libérer les appartements nécessaires au projet. Mais le fantasme nazi va s'effondre sous les bombes alliées. Dans quelle mesure la mise en œuvre de ce projet mégalomaniaque, prévu pour l'éternité, a-t-il préfiguré la destruction totale de Berlin qui ne devint Germania ?
