J’ai également publié Le Kamasutra Lesbien (éditions Musardine), et Another me (éditions 5 sens).
Bibliographie: Sale Boulot (Dirty work), Gallimard (1997) - Gallmeister (2018). Joe, Gallimard (1991). Père et Fils (Father and son), Gallimard (1999). Fay, Gallimard (2002).

Musique d’ambiance: Zak et court extrait de «More than life - Do you remember». Dans l’extrait «Sandrine», j’ai inclus «More than life - Do you remember».

Ses romans : Fight club – 1996 Survivant – 1999 Monstres invisibles – 1999 Choke – 2001 Berceuse – 2002 Journal intime – 2003 À l’estomac – 2006 Peste – 2007 Snuff – 2008 Pygmy – 2009 Damnés – 2011 Invisible monsters remix – 2012 Le purgatoire – 2013 Orgasme – 2014 Adjustment day – 2018 Ses recueils de nouvelles : Fugitives and refugees : a walk in Portland – 2003 Le festival de la couille et autres histoires vraies – 2004 Make something Up : stories you can’t unread – 2015 Fight club 2 – 2016

Lemoga as it’s called is a feature of the Armathwaite Hotel in England and is designed to get people interacting with wildlife more. If you’re looking to stretch with these guys, a session costs about 50 euro or 55 USD. They have a lot of other safari encounters to offer and are a luxury hotel so if you are looking for a unique experience, check them out! Fitness "Did you know?" Study published around this time last year (BMJ, British Medical Journal): "A brief behavioural intervention (such as self-weighing, seeking weight management advice, or simply reviewing information about the amount of physical activity required to burn off calories consumed from festive foods and drinks prevented weight gain over the holiday period." Further research around the topic supports the notion that dieters, compared to non-dieters, have more willpower and discipline around the holidays. A key takeaway for any of our Fit Travelers looking to avoid gaining unnecessary weight during the holidays is this: what gets measured gets managed. Start tracking “weight, consumption, workouts, etc” - Maryssa uses MyFitnessPal.“6 Struggles You Can Avoid During Your Holiday Travels This Year”Our tips for eating healthy and fitting in workouts when traveling for the holidays!Poll results of our audience's 6 biggest struggles:TimeOut of routine/loss of momentumAssociation (Poor nutrition, people that don’t exercise, negativity)Not knowing what to do (No gym or equipment, no compass about healthy nutrition)StressNot enough sleepDirect solutions:Time: Make time; book a class, schedule a workout with a friend or family member, set a regular time each day for a run or workout, do it before everyone else is awake for the dayOut of routine: Plan ahead; keep your momentum by planning ahead to avoid mishaps, figure out where to workout (most facilities have discounted weekly pass).Support the show (https://www.paypal.me/twofittravelers)

How to Avoid Marketing Mayhem Stay focused, sift through the noise, and learn to rely on the right resources for quality information in order to live healthier!Travel Tip: New Airline RoutesFitness Tip: If you aren't exercising regularly, you're shortening your life. Period. I jumbled some of the specifics in my excitement, but the evidence is there. You've got to find your way into a regular activity and exercise routine - yes, they're different, and both important - and we're here to help! Drop us a line on Facebook, Insta or through email (twofittravelers@gmail.com) and we'll help you get started.Overall ConceptsSavings and Deals - you still have to spend money in order to save money, very counterintuitive if the savings inconveniences you or causes you to make a purchase you weren't going to purchase in the first place. Example exception: if you're open to different destinations for a particular trip, and happen to find a sale to an unusual place!Nutrition MarketingOrganic meanings - "100% organic", "Organic" (at least 95%), "Made with organic" (at least 70%)Often found in Condiments:Fat contentReduced fat or Less fat (25% less than original or comparison)Low fat (3g or less per serving)Fat-free (less than .5g per serving)Sugar content (tends to follow fat content)Light: 50% less fat OR ⅓ less caloriesOften found in Breads/Grains/Carbohydrates:Pay attention to whole grain vs. 100% whole wheat vs. multi-grain vs. 12-grain, etc.“Gluten-free” - avoid if you have been diagnosed by a medical professional as gluten-intolerant. Fitness statistic: 44% of people have obesity.Travel statistic: Virgin Galactic (Space Plane) sent its first passenger into space. Space Tourism! The flight is 90 min long and costs $250,000. The waiting list is already 600 people long.General Idea: Think about why everyone fails. Simple: something comes in the way and stops their forward progress. Maryssa - work furiously to get it done as fast as possible. Mike - persistent, slow and steady. “As long as I keep moving forward I’ll get there eventually.” Regardless of speed, the needle is always moving forward.Tips for mindset:Become emotionally unavailable to your work and goals. What’s still moving forward?Internal processes take time. Tips for application:What gets measured gets managed. Start collecting data - you can’t fake data, and it avoids the emotional roller coaster. How you “feel” can change minute to minute.Set a goal. In general, give yourself a realistic target and end date.Do something small each day. Mental images to keep you going:Train: speeds up, slows down; climbs up and down hills; gains momentum, loses momentum; travels through dark tunnels and day time; continues forward despite inclement weather. Stays on the path, keeps moving forward no matter what.Tying the knot: A constant theme throughout our platform is consistency. We talk about “keeping your routine” on the road or when you travel, meaning that you should work to establish a routine at home first! If you want the most success and want to avoid going backwards because of your busy schedule, then keeping a baseline, bare minimum at all times will ensure that you move forward regardless of circumstance. The baseline for you might be 3 workouts each week; maybe it’s something small every day that you’ll do regardless of your schedule.Support the show (https://www.paypal.me/twofittravelers)
