When we last spoke with Michelle Villalobos, in our very first month of producing this podcast, she talked about how sometimes you need to quiet the noise and listen more carefully inside to figure out who you are and where you're going. Today on the show we have Michelle Villalobos. Michelle is an expert in helping coaches and entrepreneurs create energy rich recurring revenue. We are going to break down exactly what that is and what that means. Most importantly and excitingly we are going to talk about what happens once you have energy rich recurring revenue and once you have a business that supports you and you have extra energy left over for art, philanthropy, and making an impact in the world. We are going to talk about how Michelle does that, how Kyle has been doing that, and a lot of people in her community doing it. This is a very fun episode to see what happens once your business has reached a certain level to allow you some freedom of creativity and just what can happen when you do that. In This Episode: Optimize for alignment over achievement. The more aligned you are the more energy that you have and the more energy that you have the easier things are. In every area, there is a way to add more free energy to the system so that you have more to give and it is much easier to emit light to the world. Magic happens when we listen to our hearts and we dive into our desire. Where we feel deep desire is where destiny is calling us. And so much more!!! Alignment is the dynamic process of living in a greater truth. How do you become more aligned to your truths and apply that to your business?Whenever we adjust ourselves and become whatever it is we think people want and need, we end up overwhelmed and overworked. We ask “what do you need?” without tapping into “why am I here? What are my actual gifts?”Activating the part of yourself that's wanting to be expressed will unlock new possibilities. You can monetize what you're great at without selling yourself out, as you dig deep into how you want to live, what lifestyle you want, and what message you want to share. These have to be clear before you start building your business. In this week's Limitless episode, business alignment expert and founder of Superstar Activator Michelle Villalobos shares:How to monetize your passions without overwhelming yourselfHow to get to know yourself better and awaken your inner superstarHow important it is to have mentors in every aspect of your life, and how long-term coaching relationships can help you peacefully navigate through difficult timesHow to do the inner work so you can create a level of discernment in identifying the clients who are the right fit for youLINKS FROM THIS EPISODESuperstar Activator: https://superstaractivator.com/Follow Michelle on InstagramSubscribe to Michelle's Youtube Channel

I'm Tom Poland beaming out to you from little Castaways Beach in Queensland, Australia, joined today by Michelle Villalobos. Michelle, good day. A very warm welcome! Where are you hanging out? Michelle Villalobos 00:25 Right now? Just about 30 minutes south of Austin, Texas. Tom Poland 00:28 Oh, keep Austin weird, right? That's what we want to do. I remember the t-shirt in the lobby of a hotel, and the conference I went to there was “Keep Austin weird.” I quite like that. Michelle Villalobos 00:38 Thank you. Tom Poland 00:39 So, for those of you who don't know Michelle, she's the host of Awaken Your Inner Superstar Podcast, which I reckon the world needs because so many people are solopreneurs. We get beaten up. We beat ourselves up. And the reason you're a superstar, is we do have a gift that we can bring to the world. And Michelle's special gift is to awaken your special gift and help you to realize you're a superstar. She's the creator of the “Superstar Business Breakthrough Weekend & Retreats to Riches Course”, which brings us quite nicely to this beautiful alignment, Michelle, between what you teach and what you do. I love that! The title is- to demonstrate that alignment, “How to Grow Your Business with Retreats, Seminars, and Webinar Groups”- mastermind groups, I should say. Webinar is on my brain. So, Michelle, our seven minutes is going to start now. Please, let us know, who's your ideal client? Michelle Villalobos 01:25 I work with thought leaders and industry leaders. So, into specific industries, and each industry is people who are looking to evolve and lead the evolution of their industry. So, we're working with people who want to lead others, essentially. So, consultants, speakers, authors– people like that are my ideal clients and my favorite people to hang out with also. Tom Poland 01:47 Fantastic! Thank you for that. Question number two, tell us about the problem you solve. Six and a half minutes left. Michelle Villalobos 01:53 Really it comes down to an alignment. Essentially, the problem is that these people, these thought leaders, often get themselves into business models where they're exchanging time for money. And they're selling their expertise. So that's a very obvious easy way to get started and make money. And it kind of has an upper limit where you can't make more hours in the day, or you start to work yourself into the ground. So, the problem is usually that there's a lack of alignment between their business model and the vision for their life and for their health and for their happiness and for their, you know, to fulfill their purpose, even. Tom Poland 02:30 Right, so it's like that time constraint is the bottleneck or it's the break that stops them from going faster. Thank you for that. Question three, five and a half minutes left. One of the symptoms you've just described is people are running out of time, but they're nowhere near fulfilling their potential, and their gift to the world is constrained by the calendar. What would you say are some of the other typical symptoms that people are experiencing with this problem that you help them with? Michelle Villalobos 02:54 Well, when there's a lack of alignment, there's a lack of joy. And that's one of the biggest, sort of, common threads, it's like people thinking- and I went through this. This is how I came up with this. It was because I thought I'd be happy. You know, if I did all the things and I got all the degrees, and I made all the money. And I became known and wrote books, and this is supposed to make me happy. And what they find is that they're not happy. And so, there are deeper layers of alignment to bring the business into- not just the business model, but the purpose, the mission, the clients they're working with– all these different pieces bringing them into alignment, really to start from joy, so that joy gets infused into the thing they're creating and the things that they're saying and the speeches they're giving, and the books they're writing. And so, the joy gets infused into that and gets disseminated and spread out into the world rather than this kind of belief that, “Well, if I do these things, then I'll find joy.” Tom Poland 03:45 Right. So, approaching it from joy being the source of it. That's very interesting! Four and a half minutes left. I almost hate to move this along because it's so interesting, but we need to. Question four is what are some of the common mistakes that your clients are making before they find your solution? Michelle Villalobos 04:02 I would say the mistakes they're making are the same mistakes I made, which is the following- really optimizing for money, optimizing for significance versus optimizing for alignment. And what that means is it's like working from the outside in. For example, “I want to change my business” or “I want a new”, you know, “I want to start something new” and starting from “Oh, I wonder what the market wants? What's the market opportunity? What are my clients asking for?” Those are all really important questions, but beginning from the outside in is kind of a recipe for misalignment because you end up getting pulled in the direction of these forces that are not necessarily coming from your deepest innermost desires and destiny. Tom Poland 04:45 Right. So, would you say that you're looking, therefore, with your clients to find that sweet spot between what they're passionate about, what they're on Earth to give to the world, and what's going to work well in the marketplace, as opposed to starting from the marketplace and trying to put a square peg in a round hole? Michelle Villalobos 05:02 Exactly! And my belief, and what I've seen happen again and again is when you start with that alignment piece, what brings you joy? What are you great at? What do you love doing? Why are you here? Who do you want to serve? Who do you want to play with? When we do all that first, what ends up happening is that joy and that alignment creates the energy, for lack of a better word, that gets infused into all the things. In fact, this is my phrase, which is that energy precedes outcome. And when we start from the energy of joy, excitement, contribution, generosity, abundance, all of that, and we cultivate that energy, what we create, just works better. Like if people are attracted to it, people do want it. Even if they didn't know why they wanted it, or they didn't think they wanted it before, they're like, “I want some of that energy.” You know, they're drawn to it. Tom Poland 05:52 Would you say your work is quite intuitive? Michelle Villalobos 05:54 Yeah, I would. And I think that eight years ago, I probably wouldn't have said that. But yes. Tom Poland 05:59 But you have learned to trust yourself? And yeah, interesting! Thank you for that. Two minutes left. Question number five, what's one valuable free action, like a top tip, that you could leave folks with? Michelle Villalobos 06:10 Well, one of my favorite things, it's not exactly what we've been talking about, but it's “sell it, first figure it out later”. I find that so many people get caught up with trying to have an idea. And then they go create the thing and they put it all together. They spend all the money on it. And then they go out, once they're bored of it at this point and try to go sell it, I say, you know, get the idea, create it. Create all the marketing materials for it. And then go out and sell it with a date attached to it. And then put that deadline so that you, then you create it, and deliver to the people who already bought it. Tom Poland 06:39 I suspect people do that because it feels a lot safer to tinker away in the back room where they could take it to the market. So that's a great top tip. Thank you! 75 seconds left. One valuable free resource. We got a website we could direct people to so they can find out more about your work? Michelle Villalobos 06:52 Yeah, so one of the things that I do a lot with my clients is to help them with the business model. And that particular model that I found that works really well for me and for a lot of my clients is the retreats into a big end, into a like a monthly recurring mastermind model. So I lay out that whole model in “Retreats to Riches Roadmap” which you can get at retreattorichesroadmap.com. Tom Poland 07:12Www.retreatstorichesroadmap.com. Go get it, folks! It could be your pathway to your destiny, and also a very fulfilling and profitable future. 35 seconds left. What's the one question I should have asked you, Michelle? Michelle Villalobos 07:25 Well, the one that you should have asked me but it would have taken way too long to answer is how did you figure all this out? And essentially, I had a massive breakdown in my business, my life, my health about seven, eight years ago. And it was like the dark night of the soul, everything fell apart– my business, my health, my relationship. And it was a spiritual awakening that is what put me on this path. And I think that's probably a story I could tell another day. Tom Poland 07:52 Perfect! Michelle, thank you so much for your time and your wisdom and insights. In this episode, Cheryl and Michelle discuss: What does it mean to be a star? Embracing the desire to shine The true meaning of business Being out of alignment Key Takeaways: Being a star means activating your light to uplift others. When stars are together, they make a constellation and they altogether create beauty. Don't dismiss that desire to shine as something childish. If you feel miserable right now about the life that you live, it could be that you're not living it in alignment to your true purpose, your true dream. “Business is a vehicle for personal and spiritual transformation and global contribution.” When you build something that's out of alignment, it's gonna be uncomfortable at best and at worst, you'll burn-out or crash and burn. “When you're goal is just to make any money you can in any way you can, then everyone looks like a client or everyone looks like a competitor.” — Michelle Villalobos Recommended Resources: Wealth Dynamics Test: https://www.wealthdynamics.com/ The Enneagram Personality Test: https://www.truity.com/test/enneagram-personality-test Connect with Michelle Villalobos: Website: https://superstaractivator.com/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/thesuperstaractivator/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/user/michelleevillalobos LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/michellevillalobos Get in Touch with Cheryl: Website: www.cherylknows.com YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwvWKXBC6fKn1dLGY11hxIg Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/dynamiteproductionsinc LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/cherylknowlton/ Show notes by Podcastologist: Justine Talla Audio production by Turnkey Podcast Productions. Michelle came to us with so much value, it'll make your head spin! After being born to immigrant parents and learning the hard paths, she became a major achiever and was even number one in her class. When she subsequently got sucked into her job, she finally became an entrepreneur. And, guess what?! She found that that was even harder. It took her 7 1/2 years to experiment and grow incrementally. After hitting a rock bottom of sorts, she found a mentor and standardized her work. She saw the value of recurring revenue as well as mindset. She shares with us here some great insights about selling directly - not just on a webinar, the value of authenticity (which is "alignment with [our] truest self") and the importance of maintaining a solid balance in life and business. Let's go!

Today we discuss the courage to be a superstar with our guest Michelle Villalobos
Michelle Villalobos is the superstar activator. In this episode of Live On Purpose Radio, Michelle shares her journey with Dr. Paul – and you are going to be surprised by some of the profoundly simple,...
Today, Nate Woodbury and Valerie Morries share with you their six secrets to building a healthy tribe. Welcome back. Today, we're talking about creating a healthy tribe. And Valerie has 6 secrets to help us do that. But it really is a secret. So close the door, pay attention. These are good. Okay. -Alright. Okay. Secret. Secret number 1 is trust. Every healthy tribe is founded upon trust. Now, that level of trust could be from very shallow, to very deep but every healthy tribe is going to have a certain level of trust. And when you have that level of trust, you feel comfortable to open up to the people in that group. And they feel open enough to open up to you and share with you. If you don't have trust, you really can't grow together as a group. -I want to bring up. We talked about in a previous episode, you can link to it right up there. Where something that I didn't really define a tribe differently than a following. I kind of define them the same. So, a following is going to be a mass of people that might follow me on social media, follow me on YouTube. And I liked how you defined a tribe as more of a circle of professional peers that have different skill sets and you kind of collaborate together or kind of maybe a mastermind or you know, a lots of different types of tribes. And so, definitely... Yeah, trust. So, how is trust built in that type of a setting? -Trust is really built I think over time. And sometimes it's trial and error. You know, there's going to be situations where you realize you can trust people, you've opened up, you've shared something. And they've guarded that. They protected it. -You've been vulnerable. -Yeah. You've opened up, you've been vulnerable. And they've proven that they can be trustworthy with that one little piece. So then you give them a little bit more the next time and the next time and the next time to the point where sometimes people in business settings could be really close friends as well as colleagues. -Okay. Alright. So, that's secret number 1. Trust. What's secret number 2? -Secret number 2 is accountability. -Okay. -This is really important. If you are going to build a tribe, you want to know that the people in that group are just as committed to the group as you are. So, you know, we've talked about you being part of National Speakers Association and other groups like that where you pay potentially to be a part of that group. And it's very similar because it's the same across the board. Everyone else has paid to be part of there. There's a certain level of accountability by being there. And you know, by being a part of it, you're bringing something to the table and they're bringing something to the table. And it's a really great way to stay invested together. And then also, you feed off of each other. So, if someone is providing something to the to the group, you feel like I need to pull my own weight too and be contributing as well. So, it's really good from that accountability standpoint of helping you stay invested and devoted to the group. -Okay, so I peeked at your notes. I know that the secret number three is structures. So, we're talking about like the size or... What do we what do we mean by structure? -Well, with structure, it really it can vary. It could be a very loose structure or it could be a very rigid and firm structure where there's a lot of rules, a lot of guidelines. But either way, your group needs to decide what your rules are. If you're going to have a lot or if you're not. You need to decide that upfront. And that's going to form the structure of the group. And that structure is going to attract other people who who want a group like that. But I think by narrowing out that structure and putting that kind of into formal words or writing is really helpful. Because then, later down the road, you can go back to that and say, "This is who we are." This is why we have things in place the way we do. And when someone isn't following that structure, it doesn't have to be personal. It can be just business. You can just go and say, "Look. This is what our group is all about. You knew this from the beginning. It's obviously not working for you. It's nothing personal. But it's just not a fit right now." Versus something getting blown out of proportion on a personal level. So, structure really allows the group to be set up for success. And also, as you have people come in and out of the group, if you have a standard structure, you can have new leadership come into play every single year and you can keep that consistent structure. -I really like that and I've seen that in different circles and tribes that I'm a part of. I'm actually a part of an inner circle with Michelle Villalobos. And she has rules that when she puts on a retreat, there's a list of rules that she has everyone go through and agree to. One of the rules is just the way that you give suggestions or give feedback. Instead of saying you should. You know, you should do this with your business. Like if we're having a mastermind discussion. "Something you might consider is..." And so she just has rules like that. And it was interesting a couple weeks ago there was a retreat in Denver. And I had to show up late. A couple hours late just with my flight and things that the previous day. And I had a friend that was going to the retreat for the first time. And so, I wasn't there when they established all the rules but I had been there previous times. It was neat to see my friend implement that rule. "I think you should consider..." Or "Something that you might consider is.." "Oh, yeah. That's the rule. Good job." So, it's neat. It kind of creates a culture inside of the tribe because there's certain rules that we abide by them in this space. -Yeah. -Okay, secret number 4. -Okay. Secret number 4 is consistency. And really consistency is the key to success in so many different areas of your life. But it's especially true in tribes as well. Because if you are not committed to the group, what's the point in being there? And if other people aren't committed to the group and they're not going to show up consistently, engage consistently and participate, it really isn't much of a group. So, committing to that consistency or naturally having that consistency is going to be... Is going to foster a healthy tribe. If you have an unhealthy tribe, odds are you've got people that are not taking it seriously and aren't showing up either physically, emotionally or mentally on a consistent basis. -I've heard of some mastermind groups having rules. So, part of their structure is that consistency. -Yeah. -And if you miss a certain amount of times, you're gone or something like that. Yes. -Yeah. And again, it's not... It's not personal. It's just you know that one of the healthy aspects to having a tribe is participation in that regular consistency. And if you just are too busy to do that, you shouldn't be part of the group. It's not helping you at all either. -Alright. Secret number 5. -Okay, secret number 5 is a fun word. Its reciprocation. And that just means that by me contributing something to the group, the group is giving something back to me. Or when I receive some sort of benefit from the group, I'm giving back in return. So, there's everyone involved is giving to the group on some level. This is really important especially when you're a smaller group of people. Because if one person is carrying the group, they're going to get burned out really quickly. Or if they feel like they've given all sorts of free stuff to the group and haven't gotten anything in return, they're not gonna want to stick around much and they're going to build up more and more bitterness and resentment. It just doesn't foster a healthy group. -Okay, so sharing the load. -Sharing the load. Yeah. -I like that. Alright. We're on to the last secret. Secret number 6. -Secret number 6 is all around leadership. Now, whether you have a formal leader or it's just something that naturally happens, the best tribes I've seen have some sort of leader. And that might be you, that might be someone else. It's okay if it's not you. Sometimes that's a really freeing thing when you aren't the leader of a group. But I think the best groups and the best tribes that I've experienced have a main point person always helping to make sure that that structure stays in place. That there's consistency, that there's reciprocation. That all of those other aspects happen on a regular basis. And if they aren't then it's a discussion that's brought up to the group. But you have to have someone that's kind of leading the charge. I've been a part of some groups where there's not a designated leader or no one really steps up. And I'll be honest, they typically fizzle pretty quick. -Yeah, that brings to mind I was a part of this YouTube creator community here in Utah. -Okay. -Great group. There was like a hundred twenty-ish people that would show. Like consistently every couple of weeks. The person who originally founded it no longer had the time or the ability to to run it. And so a couple other people stepped in and said, "Okay, we'll run it." But when they started having it... It was just... It fell apart. It was a great group. Everyone wanted to be there but when they couldn't agree on stuff, it was like, "Okay." -Well when there isn't one or 2, sometimes co-leaders work okay. But when there isn't a main point person, it's really hard for people that are part of the group to know what their place is. A lot of people are worried about stepping on other people's toes, they're worried about jumping in and doing something wrong. And so when you have a leader, it's a really effective thing not just for the group at large but for each member to feel like they know their place. -I feel I have a lot more clarity now about what makes a healthy tribe. You shared some good secret. So Shh. Don't tell anyone. I've got a book to recommend to you. This is Valerie's book. She wrote the book on influence. -This is not a secret by the way. -Yeah. -This you could broadcast. So tell everyone about it. You can find it on amazon. We're All Ears. And I'm going to give away my keyword research guide. -Ooh. Another non-secret. -Yeah. Keyword research guide. In fact, I tell everyone my keyword research strategy but no one else who can who calls themselves an SEO expert or video SEO expert. They don't follow the strategy. And they're not getting results on YouTube. So, if you'd like to see all the steps of my keyword research guide, just click the link below. It's free and of course, subscribe. I'll see you tomorrow.

Valerie Morris is an author and an expert on influence, and is the perfect person to talk about this today. In this episode, Valerie and Nate talk about having confidence like a buffalo, how building up your courage leads to confidence, and how to take steps into expanding your influence despite the discomfort. I've definitely learned for myself how important confidence is for influence. And I brought in Valerie Morris. She wrote the book on influence. We're talking about confidence today. Alright. So, I saw her notes and there was something about a buffalo. So, we're talking about confidence and how confidence relates to influence. Tell me where we're going here. -So, I married a really confident guy. And one of the phrases that he taught me anytime I went into a job interview or I went in to meet with a big client or did something really just that was scary was he encouraged me to have the confidence of a buffalo. Having the confidence of the Buffalo means just being rock-solid. Not moving and being kind of a force to be reckoned with. -Have you ever encountered Buffalo? -I have. And you? -In Yellowstone National... -Yeah. Yeah. They're pretty scary creatures actually. But they're huge and sometimes they just stand there. And they will block the entire road. There are massive creatures and they really... I think, it just is a fun little saying of, "Alright. I'm going to go into this scary job interview or I'm going to go meet with this client. I'm so scared. But I'm going to be Buffalo." I mean, has anyone ever told you to be a buffalo? -No. -No. -Well, that's my encouragement to you today. -So, how do we have the confidence of a buffalo? -Well, you know, it's interesting. There's a concept that I learned in another of Renee Brown situation. I've referenced her a few times before. But she talks about this concept of couraging. And how you build more courage the more you do courage. So the more you go out and do something, the easier it's going to be the next time and the next time and the next time. So, I remember the very first time I recorded videos on my webcam to do for YouTube videos or Facebook videos. Any of those kinds of videos when I was creating for my business. It was very, very scary. So, I remember when live video came out and it was even more scary. You know you press that live button and there's no turning back, right? So, I remember just thinking, "I'm just going to get better at any more confident at doing recorded video where I can delete it if I don't like it. And then once I've done a few of those, then I can work my way up to live video." Now, some people just jump right in and they do the live thing and that's great. But a lot of us, we're a little bit scared about that. And so, just doing a few little steps, it gives you the courage to go do those steps more. And now, I don't have that like flustered feel every time I hit the live button because I'm more comfortable there. So, that's one step is just go out and do it. The more you do... -It sounds like you know, we've heard the phrase fake it until you make it. -Sure. -And I've heard people like talked some for it, some against it. Kind of sounds like a little bit for it in this case. -Yeah. I mean, I don't think it's necessarily faking it to go out and do it. -So, you're not you're not faking your expertise. -No. And I'm not faking it doing the video. But I am going go and do a few videos and build up my confidence. Because the reality is once you've done it once, you can already say you can do it. And that builds just a little bit of confidence in you that you can do it again and again again. So, if you're scared about something, go do that thing. Go write a book. Once you've written a book, then you can say, "I'm an author." And then you have the ability to go say it to other people. And say it on live TV. And maybe write a few more books. So it's just this concept of doing that gives you the confidence to go do it even more an integrator level. -That's awesome. -Yeah. -When we're having this conversation about confidence related to influence, we're talking about influencing somebody else or really making a big impact in the world. And to do that, I recognize that we have to put ourselves in out of our comfort zone. -Yes. -There's a lot of things they have to do that are totally uncomfortable. How do we do that? I mean how do we take that step that's something so scary. I mean you talked about it. How about just doing it but... -You know, it's very scary. Especially if you have a message that is very new or it's controversial or it's really going to go against the grain of most the people in your community. It's going to be a scary thing. And I'll be honest, there's a couple things that have helped me. One is I start by doing a little bit. And then once I gain confidence with that that I expand my circle and I'll share it with someone else. So when I first started my business Facebook page and even just my business in general. I would only share my content with a few select people. It was pretty pathetic. Considering that I now tell people, go broadcast it to the world. I was just sharing it with this very safe group of people. And over time, once I got some reinforcement from them, I have expanded that and then I will share with another ring of people. And another ring. And the more I've received acceptance of that content or of my expertise the more confident and I felt to go after larger and larger audiences. To the point that sometimes, I look at myself and I say, "Where did you come from? Who are you that you're you know, writing a book or speaking on stages or you know, building this audience that has the potential to reach people worldwide?" I never had that aspiration as a child. But yet here I am with this message to share with people and I know that I can get it out there. And I think the other thing too is once you realize that you have a message that the world needs to hear. It gives you a lot more courage to go after and really get it out there. So, if you have a message that you feel like the world has to hear and you believe so strongly in it, you need to get over that courage. And I think if you are that passionate about the message, that passion will override your fears every step of the way. Now a final little tip is to have friends that believe in what you're doing or have friends that are going to help share this message with you And in my book I talk a lot about tribes and having that group of people who are going to support you along the way. And so sometimes you're going after really hard messages. You're sharing things with people that are new. It's a kind of scary topic, it's a controversial topic. Maybe it's some sort of earth-shattering new idea. And if you have a few people in your corner that you can turn to when you know that you know you're getting a lot of criticism or you're scared to put yourself out there, having those people who have your back is going to be crucial. -That's awesome. What's interesting is, is a lot of my clients and a lot of the viewers on our Channel, there are public speakers. And which is such a scary thing and yet they've they've mastered it or they they take the stage and speak in front of hundreds or thousands of people. But what's interesting is a lot of them are still really nervous they say, "Yeah, but how do you get over the nerves? I'm just so afraid of being in front of the camera." So, it's a real thing. -Mm-hmm. -And something that I just recently learned... I'll give a shout out to Michelle Villalobos. She taught me this principle of anchor versus a sail. You need both in your life. You know you need anchors because they help you you know be steady and and safe. But a sail is what's gonna drag you forward. And so what you're talking about there is like if I'm nervous to be on camera or nervous of putting my message out there in video, the people that I want to share that with first are the sales. The people that are going urge me, because an anchor, you need anchors in your life but not necessarily for when you're sharing your vision or you're putting your heart out there in the most vulnerable way. Because they might say, "I don't know because they want to protect you." Right? The anchors want to protect you. But the sills are like, "Oh, yeah you got this. You're doing it." -Yeah. -So, anyway, I appreciate you sharing that part. -Yeah. -I know myself as I've grown in confidence and just gained more credibility and track record, it's given me a natural boost of influence. I mean people have seen what I've been able to do on other channels and so they want to listen to me more which you know gives me more confidence. So it's kind of a... So, I appreciate you sharing your wisdom here. Everyone, needs to check out this amazing book. Valerie Morris' We're All Ears. You find it on Amazon. Let me give a way. I talk a lot about Keyword research and this video we're talking about influence. But when you do keyword research, you find the questions that people are searching for that you can answer it. So if you click the link below, you'll find my keyword research guide. And with that, we'll see you tomorrow.

You will learn to attract more business with grace and ease and feel more authentic and self-expressed in your business. “The problem with branding is that we often try to fit ourselves into a box— a box that doesn’t suit us well.
