Good Lord. Parliamentarians are actually doing something we've asked for. They've come up with an Infrastructure Plan for the next 30 years and more remarkably, it has rare cross party backing. It was produced independently by the Infrastructure Commission. Labour and the Greens have called it a long-term, non-partisan blueprint for fixing decades of inconsistent infrastructure decisions. Here's our problem: New Zealand spends heavily on infrastructure but ranks poorly on efficiency and asset management. Minister Chris Bishop says the Government is already acting on all ten priority areas, including reviewing transport funding, legislating long-term investment plans, improving national infrastructure data, and strengthening public-sector project leadership. Further work is needed on predictable funding signals, multi-year budgeting, and coordinated workforce planning, with Treasury and MBIE to report back in 2027. But finally, we are attacking the stop start nature of developing this country and that will make it quicker, more efficient and most importantly cheaper. And finally, the so called grownups in charge of the country are being grown up and ditching infrastructure as a way to define themselves politically. I had a mate who was a tunneller who did the Victoria Park tunnel. Then he left New Zealand until the Waterview tunnel started and then he left New Zealand again. And I remember at a barbecue him saying that if we just got all our tunnelling projects sorted and, in a row, so the experience could move from one job to the next than the country would save billions. Every project carries the coast of start-up operations. and it's holding us back.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

A regular nineteen-year-old with no criminal record stabbed his landlord to death with a pocketknife, then later claimed the demon he'd taunted into possessing him — instead of his fiancée's eleven-year-old brother — had crawled out of a well and into his body to commit the murder.EPISODE BLOG PAGE (includes sources and full transcript): https://weirddarkness.com/arnejohnsonREAD or DOWNLOAD the full transcript of this episode:https://weirddarkness.tiny.us/2p8n97s9FEATURED STORIES IN THIS EPISODE: The third Conjuring film is based on the true story of Arne Cheyenne Johnson who claimed he committed murder because a demon made him do it. Copyright ©2026, Weird Darkness.Originally aired: November 17, 2021Weird Darkness host Darren Marlar leads listeners through seven dark tales spanning a courtroom plea of demonic possession, an unsolved double murder on a remote Australian cattle station, an Amazon tribe's memory of a sky visitor, the serpent-race conspiracy of reptilians, a centuries-old English haunting, history's most absurd deaths, and a Missouri man who vanished after trying to build a time machine. It opens with the 1981 killing of forty-year-old landlord Alan Bono in Brookfield, Connecticut, the first murder in the town's 193-year history, committed by his nineteen-year-old tenant Arne Cheyenne Johnson with a five-inch pocket knife. Johnson's attorney Martin Minnella attempted a plea of not guilty by reason of demonic possession, tracing the violence to months of torment suffered by eleven-year-old David Glatzel, the brother of Johnson's fiancée Debbie, who described a tormentor with black eyes, animal features, and hooves. Paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren declared it a genuine possession and claimed David levitated and stopped breathing across three exorcisms overseen by priests, while psychiatrists countered that the boy had a learning disability. Judge Robert Callahan rejected the supernatural defense as unprovable, Johnson was convicted of first-degree manslaughter on November 24, 1981, and the case later inspired the film The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It.From there the episode travels to the remote Wonnangatta Station in Australia's Victorian Alps, where caretaker James Barclay hired English handyman John Bamford in 1917, a man rumored to have killed his own wife. After the two rode to Talbotville to vote on the Reinforcement Referendum in December 1917, mailman Harry Smith found the homestead empty but for the words "Home Tonight" chalked on the kitchen door, and weeks later he and Jack Jebb uncovered Barclay's decomposed body in a shallow creekside grave, dead from a shotgun blast to the back. The following November, Bamford's body surfaced in a log pile on the Howitt Plains with a bullet in the head, leaving investigators with a recently fired shotgun, traces of strychnine in the kitchen pepper, and no answer as to who killed the second man.Next comes the legend of the Kayapo people of the Brazilian Amazon, who tell of a sky visitor named Bep Kororoti who descended from the mountains of Pukato-Ti amid thunder, wielding a weapon that reduced trees and stones to dust and a beam of light that paralyzed anyone who fled his lessons. The being neither ate nor drank, taught the villagers practical skills, and eventually ascended back into the sky, and the account drew international attention when young Kayapo men touring Rio de Janeiro reportedly pointed at an Apollo 11 astronaut display and shouted that he had returned. Erich von Däniken cited photographs of Kayapo men in straw ritual costumes resembling spacesuits, taken by Joao Americo Peret in 1952, nearly a decade before Yuri Gagarin's 1961 spaceflight, as supposed support for the ancient astronaut theory. The discussion then turns to reptilians, tracing serpent-race myths found across Sumeria, Babylonia, India, China, and Mesoamerica, alongside the modern claims of David Icke that some humans are disguised lizard people. Set against the folklore, researcher Bjarke Jensen of Aarhus University lays out the actual biology: the human reptilian brain that governs heart rate and breathing, eyes structured much like a reptile's, and conductive heart tissue whose molecular building blocks Jensen's team located hidden in the spongy hearts of lizards, frogs, and zebrafish. The episode then visits Watton Priory in East Riding of Yorkshire, a Gilbertine community where, according to the twelfth-century account of Saint Aelred of Rievaulx, an orphaned girl named Elfleda fell in love with a young lay brother, was beaten and chained in a dungeon by the nuns, and was forced to watch as the man was mutilated. A second tragedy fastened itself to the same site after the 1644 Battle of Marston Moor, when Parliamentarian soldiers beheaded the Catholic Lady of Watton and killed her child, and over the centuries the two women blurred into a single spectral figure remembered as the Headless Nun, said to stand at the foot of the bed in blood-stained garments before vanishing. From there the show catalogs history's most absurd deaths, beginning with English Channel swimmer Matthew Webb, who drowned in the Niagara rapids in 1883, and the Spartan general Pausanias, sealed inside a temple of Athena and starved until he died moments after his release. The roll continues with Draco of Athens, smothered around 600 BC beneath cloaks and hats thrown in tribute; Sir Arthur Aston, beaten to death with his own wooden leg; the philosopher Heraclitus, who buried himself in cow dung hoping to cure his dropsy; lawyer Clement Vallandigham, who fatally shot himself in 1871 while demonstrating how a victim might have shot himself by accident; the Viking Sigurd the Mighty, killed by an infection from the sev

Alpha and CannCon map out why Trump is using the parliamentarian story to build public awareness ahead of a much bigger move. James O'Keefe updates the Brenda Lee Brown Armstrong case, revealing she told him off camera she has names of people committing worse election crimes and appears to be cooperating with the DOJ. Prince Andrew's downfall has accelerated sharply in the wake of fresh allegations tied to Jeffrey Epstein and the explosive release of Virginia Giuffre's memoir, Nobody's Girl. The book recounts new details about Andrew's alleged sexual encounters with Giuffre while she was being trafficked as a minor by Epstein. These revelations reignited public outrage and renewed scrutiny over Andrew's long-denied relationship with both Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. Buckingham Palace has reportedly been forced into damage control, with King Charles III supporting Andrew's decision to give up his “Duke of York” title and remaining royal honors. The palace has publicly stated that the new allegations must be fully investigated, signaling growing institutional distance from Andrew as pressure mounts for full transparency and accountability.Adding to his disgrace, newly surfaced claims allege that Andrew attempted to orchestrate an online smear campaign against Giuffre to salvage his reputation. According to The Guardian's coverage of the memoir, the prince and his aides tried to hire internet trolls to harass Giuffre online and even sought access to her private information, including her Social Security number. Reports indicate that the Metropolitan Police have opened an inquiry into whether Andrew misused his royal security detail or other public resources during this smear campaign. Parliamentarians are also reportedly pushing to strip him of any remaining titles and privileges, as his reputation continues to collapse under the weight of new evidence and public disgust over his conduct.Also...Ian Maxwell, brother of convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell, publicly smeared Virginia Giuffre by labeling her “the real monster” in the Epstein saga, claiming she was the one who “ruined lives.” In a tone dripping with contempt, Maxwell reversed the narrative of survivor and perpetrator, portraying Giuffre not as a victim of child sex trafficking, but as a malicious force responsible for the downfall of others. He claimed that Giuffre had “profited” from her accusations and implied that her allegations lacked credibility—completely ignoring the fact that his sister was convicted in a U.S. federal court, and that Giuffre's testimony and civil suits helped bring global attention to Epstein's trafficking ring.Maxwell's comments weren't just tone-deaf—they were a grotesque display of gaslighting and reputational warfare against a survivor of child abuse. Rather than addressing his sister's crimes or acknowledging the systemic exploitation she helped carry out, Ian Maxwell chose to attack one of the few women courageous enough to confront the monster head-on. His remarks attempted to muddy the moral waters, deflect guilt, and assassinate the character of a woman who endured horrific abuse. In doing so, Ian Maxwell made it clear that his family's legacy of denial and elite entitlement is alive and well—even in disgrace.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.com

Forgiveness is one of the hardest, but most crucial parts of the Christian life. In this episode with Amy Orr-Ewing, we talk about why forgiveness matters right now, especially in a culture shaped by outrage, cancellation, and competing visions of justice. Amy helps clarify the difference between forgiveness and reconciliation, why real forgiveness doesn't minimize harm or remove consequences, and how the cross makes a way to take evil seriously while still offering grace. We also get into trauma, shame, enemy love, and what it looks like to practice forgiveness in our lives and communities without cheapening it.Dr. Amy Orr-Ewing is an international author, speaker and theologian who addresses the deep questions of our day with meaningful answers found in the Christian Faith. After‑hours calls, patient autonomy, nervous patients… how do you handle the ethical curveballs that show up in everyday practice? We've got advice to help you confidently navigate some sticky situations. Featured Guest: Dr. Kelly Roth Special Guests: Dr. Craig McKenzie, Dr. Maryann Lehmann, and Dr. Lance Attiq For more information, show notes and transcripts visit https://www.ada.org/podcast Show Notes In this episode, we are talking about sticky situations. From after‑hours calls to patient autonomy, and nervous patients… how do you handle the ethical curveballs that show up in everyday practice? We've got advice to help you confidently navigate the tough issues. Our guest for this episode is Dr. Kelly Roth, a general dentist in Canton, OH. She is the speaker of the House of Delegates of the Ohio Dental Association. She also previously served as the ODA's vice speaker of the House of Delegates and is the past chair of the ADA Council on Ethics, Bylaws and Judicial Affairs, past chair of the ODA Credentials, Rules and Order Committee, past chair of the ODA Ethics Subcommittee, past member of the ODA Council on Membership Services, and past president of the Stark County Dental Society. She is a member of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, Academy of General Dentistry, National Association of Parliamentarians, American Institute of Parliamentarians, and International College of Dentists. Dr. Roth breaks down the ADA Principles of Ethics and Code of Professional Conduct, explaining what it is, why it matters, and the critical role it plays in modern dentistry. In this episode, dentists openly share their stickiest real-world scenarios. First up, we're joined by Dr. Craig McKenzie, an assistant professor of dental anesthesiology and the director of the Center for Patients with Special Needs at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. He is a past national president of the American Student Dental Association (ASDA) and was a founding member of the Coalition for Modernizing Dental Licensure. He currently serves as a member of the ADA Council on Membership, CODA site visitor for dental anesthesiology, as well as the Pennsylvania Dental Association's (PDA) Membership Committee and New Dentist Committee. He was recognized for his contributions with the ADA's 10 Under 10 award in 2025. Dr. McKenzie shares his real-world case involving an adult patient with special healthcare needs who understood the risks and benefits of a specific procedure but was too anxious to consent, highlighting how he navigated consent, patient autonomy, anxiety management, and family involvement. Our next guest is Dr. Maryann Lehmann, who has been in private practice for over 35 years in Darien, CT. She has been a dental researcher as part of the PBRN PEARL Network, and an inventor holding numerous patents in dental technology. Her philanthropic efforts include being a volunteer adjunct professor of General Dentistry at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, making service trips with students, and working at the CT Mission of Mercy. Dr. Lehmann feels her greatest intention in being a dentist is to improve the quality of dental care for the greater good. Dr. Lehmann shares how the overwhelm of all-hour messaging, and non-urgent demands have blurred patient boundaries after hours and raises questions about charging for emergency call-backs. The conversation turns to defining dental emergencies, boundaries, delegating in these situations, and how to protect dentists' mental health while still fulfilling ethical obligations. Dr. Roth shares a story of an incident that helped her define boundaries for herself. After prescribing medications to someone she believed to be a patient of her practice, she reflected on the lessons learned and the importance of establishing safeguards for emergency care. Our last sticky situation comes from Dr. Lance Attiq, a general dentist practicing at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Arizona. With involvement in dentistry since a young age, his experience includes roles as a dental assistant, free clinic manager, clinical dentistry IT coordinator, and active participant in organized dentistry. In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Attiq serves as Adjunct Faculty at the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health, where he educates students and colleagues on leveraging technology to improve patient care. Dr. Attiq recounts treating an extremely nervous patient who was vomiting before and after an extraction, despite stable vitals and repeated confirmation to proceed. This prompted a thoughtful discussion on managing severe dental anxiety, practicing the principle of doing no harm, and knowing when to pause treatment. You wouldn't expect a conversation about Robert's Rules of Order to say something meaningful about faith—but this one does. Pastor Nate sits down with Kirby Glad to explore how structure, fairness, and even the way we run meetings can reflect something deeper about life in Christ. 4. The Outbreak of the English Civil War Guest Author: Jonathan Healey By the early 1640s, Charles I faced mounting resistance to his perceived tyranny and the religious reforms of Archbishop Laud. The crisis peaked in the winter of 1641-1642 when Charles attempted to arrest five members of Parliament by force, only to find they had fled. Terrified by massive street protests in London, the King fled the capital, traveling the country to gather military support. This period saw the rise of "paper bullets"—pamphlets debating whether sovereignty resided in the divinely appointed monarch or the people, eventually leading to open warfare between Royalist and Parliamentarian forces. This week's show begins with analysis os Israeli attacks on Lebanon and a million civilians displaced, more immigrants will be heading to Europe, Iran had agreed to UN nuclear inspections the day before Israel and the US began bombing, what is happening in Cuba with power failure and what is Trumps plan, and convoys from Europe and the US are arriving with medical supplies for Cuba. This week's show features stories from France 24, Radio Havana Cuba, and NHK Japan. http://youthspeaksout.net/swr260320.mp3 (29:00) From GERMANY- Excerpts from an interview with Professor Fawaz Gerges from the London School of Economics. Israel has been attacking Lebanon, partly in retaliation for Hezbollah attacks since the war on Iran. One thousand Lebanese civilians have been killed and one million are displaced from their homes. Now Israel has escalated the bombing to include Beirut. Fawaz describers the Israeli action as collective punishment, and explains that Hezbollah is not simply a paramilitary group but a political and social movement as well. Also he says that people fleeing war zones in the recent past have ended up immigrating to European countries, where they are not welcome. From FRANCE- 3 press reviews. The first is about the Belgian PM who suggests that Europe should normalize relations from Russia to help secure cheaper energy. Then press reactions to Trump suggesting that allies join the US military in the war on Iran. The Guardian had an article about the UK representative at the US Iran talks in Geneva before the US and Israel attacked Iran- he says Iran had made concessions on UN nuclear inspections at the talks. Cuba lost all electrical power on Monday and Tuesday this week just as Trump bragged that he will take the country over. Christopher Sabatini, a senior fellow for Latin America at Chatham House, explains why the power grid failed and some of the effects which he calls a humanitarian crisis. Christopher talks about Trumps motivations for imposing a regime change, including possible tourism/casino development, not unlike his Gaza Strip plans. From CUBA- Cuba was off the air Monday and Tuesday but had the power up on Wednesday. Cuban President Miguel Diaz Canel denounced the repeated public threats made by the US, including plans to seize the country- through sanctions and now a fuel blockade. He says Cuba is open to working with American companies as well as Cubans residing in the US. A European Solidarity Convoy arrived in Cuba Wednesday night bringing 5 tons of medical supplies- the hundred members include Parliamentarians, activists, youth and trade union leaders- they will meet up with a convoy from Miami arriving by air, land and sea on Saturday. The Trump administration approved a $5 billion oil project in the Gulf of Mexico by BP, who created the 2010 deepwater horizon disaster. Tensions flare in Newcastle as business leaders condemn an alleged politically driven “inspection” at a major employer. Parliamentarians, police, and officials reportedly stormed the premises of a prominent mineral water producer, sparking claims of intimidation and abuse of power. With thousands of jobs at stake, the incident raises urgent questions about investor confidence, governance, and respect for lawful business operations in South Africa.

Parliamentarians are also reportedly pushing to strip him of any remaining titles and privileges, as his reputation continues to collapse under the weight of new evidence and public disgust over his conduct.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsources:Prince Andrew tried to hire 'internet trolls' to 'hassle' his sex accuser Virginia Giuffre, her posthumous memoir reveals | Daily Mail OnlineBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

THE OUTBREAK OF CIVIL WAR Colleague Jonathan Healey. By late 1641, Parliament forces reforms, executing Strafford and imprisoning Laud. The King attempts to arrest five parliamentary members in the House of Commons but fails, leading to massive street protests that force him to flee London. Charles travels the country gathering support while Parliamentarians argue that the safety of the people supersedes the King's authority. Both sides utilize print media to rally troops, with Royalists claiming divine right and Parliamentarians asserting popular sovereignty. This period marks the irrevocable transition from political dispute to open military conflict. NUMBER 4LONDON FOR THE TUDORS
fWotD Episode 3174: Elizabeth Alkin Welcome to featured Wiki of the Day, your daily dose of knowledge from Wikipedia's finest articles. The featured article for Monday, 12 January 2026, is Elizabeth Alkin.Elizabeth Alkin (c. 1600 – c. 1655) was a publisher, nurse and spy for the Parliamentarian forces during the English Civil War (1642–1651). She was also commonly known as Parliamentary Joan, one of many derogatory names she was called by royalist sympathisers.Little is known about Alkin's early life. Her husband was arrested and hanged in 1643 by the royalists during the English Civil War for spying for the Parliamentarians; Alkin continued his work, spying in Oxford, even during the city's siege.By 1648 Alkin was involved in selling and then publishing Parliamentary newsbooks—the forerunners of newspapers. She used her role as a vendor to track down and report several publishers of royalist material. After the civil war, Alkin nursed casualties of the First Anglo-Dutch War, initially in Portsmouth, then Harwich and Ipswich. With her health failing she returned to London. It is presumed she died shortly afterwards, possibly over the 1655 Christmas period. This recording reflects the Wikipedia text as of 00:42 UTC on Monday, 12 January 2026.For the full current version of the article, see Elizabeth Alkin on Wikipedia. This podcast uses content from Wikipedia under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License.Visit our archives at wikioftheday.com and subscribe to stay updated on new episodes.Follow us on Mastodon at @wikioftheday@masto.ai.Also check out Curmudgeon's Corner, a current events podcast.Until next time, I'm neural Olivia.
John Stewart was elected MP for Lymington, Hampshire on 8th January, 1833. On paper, he seemed a textbook member of Britain's elite: wealthy, well-connected, educated in England, and a plantation owner. But Stewart's mother was an enslaved woman, making him considered by many to be Britain's first Black MP. Yet Stewart did not enter Parliament to challenge slavery or injustice. Rather, he was an unapologetic defender of the plantation system, opposed the abolition of slavery, fought taxes on sugar, and later resisted ending the exploitative “apprenticeship” system that replaced slavery after 1833. In this episode, Arion, Rebecca and Olly discover how Stewart campaigned to benefit financially from the ending of slavery; uncover the other mixed-race MPs who could qualify as Britain's ‘first' non-white Parliamentarians; and consider how it wasn't until 1987 that Parliament truly became more racially representative… Further Reading: • ‘Who were the first MPs from ethnic minority backgrounds?' The Bible doesn't call them kings, nor that there were three of them. But tradition has come to call them kings, with their famous three gifts - gold for wealth, frankincense for divinity, myrrh for death. And there are other kings in the story. Herod is the tyrant king, the might is right king, the king who will do anything to retain power. And Bethlehem, where all the action takes place, is the City of King David, the harking back to the glory days king. And then there is the child in a stable king, the one who will be crowned with thorns, the one to whom the so-called three kings bow down. Epiphany is a reflection on what makes for a good king. It's an interesting coincidence that the feast of the Epiphany, on the 6th January, is also the date of that attempted insurrection in Washington DC, where thousands stormed the Capital building to try and overturn the results of the 2020 election. And last year the No Kings demonstrations brought millions of people out onto the streets in protest. American independence was gained by throwing off the authority of George III, which is why someone behaving like a king can feel like a threat to American identity. Back in Bethlehem two thousand years ago, a weak and pathetic baby gurgles in an out-house, surrounded by cattle. For Christians, this child is the presence of God Almighty, the king of kings. But he doesn't look like a king. “Mild he lays his glory by” we sing. Power and wealth, typically defining qualities of kingly rule, seem to have been set aside by this strange monarch. In adult life he will come to speak about a kingdom, but one quite unlike the kingdoms of the earth. Here the first shall be last, the poor will be robed in ermine, here peace will have more effect than violence, where human love is the battle cry and strength is made perfect in weakness. It is a curious programme of political action – except that over the centuries billions have pledged their allegiance to it. And whilst some have argued that kings have some God given right to rule, others have referenced the kingdom Jesus spoke about as one to whom all, even monarchs, should pay homage. “No King but Jesus” was the revolutionary cry of the Parliamentarians as they sought to bring down the regime of Charles 1st. In that stable in Bethlehem, those three kings cast their crowns before the Christ child. This is the template for genuine Christian rule, an acknowledgement that all are subject to that other kingdom, however glamourous and mighty they might think of themselves. And as for that last gift of myrrh for death, it is a reminder that no kingly rule can last forever. In the end, Christians believe that we will all have to give an account of ourselves. And the mighty of this world will be judged accordingly.

One week after the Channukah massacre at Bondi Beach in Australia, which left 15 innocent civilians killed, including a 10 year old girl named Matilda, and Chabad Rabbi, Eli Schlanger, and over 40 people injured, Alan Skorski interviewed Robert Gregory, CEO of the Australian Jewish Association. There were no punches pulled during the interview as Gregory put the blame squarely on the shoulders of Australian PM, Tony Albanese. "His apologies and insincere condolences are empty and too late!" Ever since the Hamas slaughter of over 1200 people in Israel on October 7, 2023, Islamist-inspired violent antisemitism has skyrocketed, while the government turned a blind eye. It was just under a year ago that we did a show about violent antisemitism in Australia that included: — A trailer filled with explosives and a list of Jewish targets discovered on Sydney's outskirts — Firebombing of a Melbourne synagogue, with one person hurt. Defacement of another with Nazi symbols and pro-Palestine graffiti — A Jewish childcare center set on fire — Three Jewish businesses torched — The former home of a prominent Jewish leader sprayed with graffiti — Cars defaced and windows smashed in areas where Jews live During the interview, Skorski and Gregory talked about reports from Sky News Australia giving the history of radical Islamist terrorism taking place in Australia, as the government made it policy to keep appeasing them. Even before October 7, Australia was seen as a welcoming country to people who came from dangerous countries with very anti-western values: On December 15, 2014, Man Monis, an Iranian refugee, took hostages at the Lindt chocolate café, killing 2. On June 5, 2017, Yacqub Khayre, a Somalian refugee, murdered a receptionist and held hostages at the Buckingham International Serviced apartments. And following October 7, 2023, The government issued visas to 3000 refugees from Gaza, and was welcomed at the airport by Home Affairs Minister, Tony Burke. "For too long," said Gregory, "the government of Tony Albanese ignored the warning signs and ignored the pleas from the Jewish community about the threats they were facing.” Like in America, under the Biden Administration, the leftist Australian government constantly tried to draw parallels between antisemitism and Islamophobia, even creating a government agency to combat both. To date, there are no examples of anti-Muslim violence having occurred in Australia. A number of Parliamentarians from the past and present have spoken out forcefully about the dangers of Islamist-inspired violent antisemitism, which was welcomed by the Jewish community. Albanese, on the other hand, has been jeered and made unwelcome by Jewish crowds memorializing the dead. Parliamentarians are also reportedly pushing to strip him of any remaining titles and privileges, as his reputation continues to collapse under the weight of new evidence and public disgust over his conduct.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsources:Prince Andrew tried to hire 'internet trolls' to 'hassle' his sex accuser Virginia Giuffre, her posthumous memoir reveals | Daily Mail Online

The Senate Parliamentarian is many things. A nonpartisan referee, an appointed official, and at some times one of the most powerful people in our government. This week, Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough found several provisions in the currently debated budget appropriations bill violated something called the "Byrd Rule." Today we explore this complicated and often-unseen role with Sarah Binder, professor at George Washington University, and a person who spent over thirty years in the office, former Senate Parliamentarian Alan Frumin. Our hilarious and insightful host, Mike Slater, isn't finished ranting about New York City's Zohran Mamdani! Tune in as he continues to verbally thrash this commie punk and explain why the fine people of NYC really need to reject him before he becomes mayor!Following the opener, Slater has a frank and open discussion about President Donald Trump's "One Big, Beautiful Bill" with U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) and why it's encountering some real roadblocks with the Senate Parliamentarian. Who is this person and why are they making things so difficult? Can this legislation make it through Congress? Will football analogies be made with the former University of Cincinnati Head Coach? All of these questions and more will be answered!
Justice Amy Coney Barrett absolutely SHREDS Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson's opinion in the ruling about universal injunctions used by rogue district court judges. An MSNBC Host says there will be no more farm workers or someone to clear your plate at a restaurant without illegal aliens. Zohran Mamdani continues to propose city-run grocery stores and taxing White neighborhoods in New York City. The Supreme Court sided with the Trump administration in its requests to partially enforce its birthright citizenship order. A cruise from Texas to Mexico spiraled into chaos after an engine room fire triggered a massive electrical failure, leaving over 4,000 passengers and crew wading through urine and feces, and camping on deck. The Senate continues to debate Trump's Big, Beautiful Bill to pass before July 4th. An unelected Parliamentarian is blocking some key cuts in the bill.
