Il manager, ospite della rassegna Val d'Astico Incontra, è il quarto autore in ordine di tempo di questa kermesse letteraria voluta dalla piccola ma tenace casa editrice "La Seconda", con il supporto di Comune e Pro Loco di Pedemonte.

Fine anno tempo di bilanci anche per le Pro Loco. E' così che quelle delle valli dell'Astico e del Posina si sono ritrovate assieme per festeggiare i traguardi conseguiti e soprattutto per delineare il programma di un 2025 che si annuncia ancor più ricco di eventi e di iniziative.

Comienzan con una reflexión vinculada a la lamentable declaración del Ministro de Desregulación y Transformación del Estado sobre profesiones en turismo, como la de los guías, y la inmediata respuesta en repudio que, desde el CONDET, representante del sector académico, y desde el sector de Profesionales se hizo pública a través de un comunicado. Luego de algunas breves noticias del ámbito local, María Laura nos presenta un nuevo desafío para conocer un poco más sobre Tierra del Fuego. Hugo comparte acerca de un próximo fenómeno que dará lugar a un encuentro de astroturismo en la Patagonia y Tierra del Fuego, cuando la luna tape al sol en un eclipse anular durante el mes de octubre. En la segunda parte del programa, entrevistan a Verónica Pedemonte, docente y guía de Turismo. Verónica actualmente está a cargo de la dirección del Programa Educativo del Museo Marítimo y del Presidio de Ushuaia. Conversan con ella acerca de este emblemático sitio de la ciudad de Ushuaia, vinculado al desarrollo de la primera mitad del S XX y de la historia del Sur de la Argentina. Junto a Verónica, repasan las características de las colecciones más destacadas del Museo, que es Monumento Histórico Nacional y de todos los distintos servicios que se ofrecen a los visitantes. Verónica comenta acerca de la réplica del Faro del Fin del Mundo, que tiene al museo como depositario de sus restos originales, y cuya construcción data de 1884. A su vez describe todas las actividades que suelen realizarse: desde visitas guiadas para público adulto y escuelas, hasta las visitas teatralizadas. También destaca sobre la colección que posee el Museo de Arte Marino y del espacio de la galería de arte que suele tener exhibiciones temporales,  las salas adaptadas para personas con disminución visual o con discapacidad motriz y el salón multiuso que funciona en los que fue la panadería de la prisión. Finalmente reflexionan y destacan el crecimiento del museo desde su inauguración en 1995, la adaptación constante a las nuevas tecnologías, al cambio de los perfiles de los visitantes y a nuevas demandas.

Molly Pedemonte, a business consultant with a high aptitude for strategic change, serves as a TPG Consulting Director. She works with companies to identify what's working and what isn't. During her career journey, she's had many relationships that have nurtured her along the way.Relationships are a lot about sharing knowledge, especially between generations. Pedemonte calls this “tribal knowledge.” She said, “Transferring tribal knowledge in the workplace moves information from generation to generation.”On her path to learning and sharing, Pedemonte talked about some interesting relationships she's formed. “People come in and out of your life when you least expect it,” she said. One such person was her former high school English teacher. Since she was a young girl she knew that she wanted to work in food and pastry; she recalls loving chocolate in all forms. Besides her own intuition to become a chef, she comes from two large families that put cooking and eating well as top priorities in life. After high school, she wanted to study Culinary Arts, however family pressure resulted in her receiving degrees in Communication and Business Administration from the University of Houston, in Texas. Mónica returned to Honduras following graduation and worked at a bank for two :long: years. She realized that working in that environment wasn’t what brought her happiness, and she decided to go back to school to study what she’d always wanted. That’s when in 2006 she left for Buenos Aires, Argentina (her father’s birth city) to attend #culinaryschool at the ‘Instituto Mausi Sebess.’ Soon after graduating, she returned home to marry her best friend and boyfriend of many years -- they formed a family thereafter. She never used her culinary degree in a restaurant setting, but remained active in pastry and confectionery from her home, because above all she wanted to dedicate her time and attention to her 3 children, and as so often is the case, a professional chef position wouldn’t have given her that same freedom to raise her family. It was during this time, she began working with #chocolate, making #bonbons and truffles for events. Unfortunately, buying chocolate #couvertures in the country was incredibly expensive as it was made and imported from abroad. Mónica asked herself how a cacao producing country such as Honduras, with hundreds of years of cacao history and whom even sent the first ‘bellotas’ beans back to #Spain during the Conquest, was a place where no chocolate was made, that is to say, transformed #cocoabeans. Alongside her husband, they began to investigate the elaboration of chocolate making and the possibilities of creating a sustainable/profitable business, but they weren’t exactly sure where to start. January 2013 had three wines which reached the result of DiWineTaste five diamonds, two of them being produced by Villa Mongalli of Bevagna - Sagrantino di Montefalco della Cima 2004 and 2006 - and the third wine produced by Tedeschi family of Pedemonte, San Pietro in Cariano. To Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Capitel Monte Olmi 2007 goes the title of the best wine for January 2013.

Gennaio 2013 ha visto tre vini raggiungere il risultato dei cinque diamanti di DiWineTaste, due di questi prodotti da Villa Mongalli di Bevagna - il Sagrantino di Montefalco della Cima 2004 e 2006 - e il terzo prodotto dalla famiglia Tedeschi di Pedemonte a San Pietro in Cariano. All'Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Capitel Monte Olmi 2007 il titolo di migliore vino di gennaio 2013.
