The Last Days Transformation of Humanity: Paul's Warning in 2 Timothy 3 | KIB 548 Kingdom Intelligence Briefing DESCRIPTION THE LAST DAYS TRANSFORMATION OF HUMANITY Kingdom Intelligence Briefing — Episode 548 What happens to humanity when God is removed from the center, biblical restraint is rejected, and SELF takes the throne? In 2 Timothy 3:1–9, the Apostle Paul gives one of Scripture's most sobering descriptions of humanity in the last days. Paul warns that "times of difficulty" will come. But what makes those times dangerous? PEOPLE. The dangerous character of the times emerges from the increasingly dangerous character of humanity. In KIB 548, Dr. Michael Lake and Mary Lou Lake examine Paul's warning and trace a downward progression beginning with one foundational disorder: · "People will be lovers of self." — 2 Timothy 3:2 · Once SELF becomes supreme, everything else begins to shift. · Truth becomes: "What is true for me?" · Morality becomes: "What feels right to me?" · Identity becomes: "What do I believe myself to be?" · Religion becomes: "What can God do for me?" · Worship becomes: "How does this make me feel?" · Humanity gradually replaces God as its own reference point. Dr. Lake describes this as an "anthropological inversion"—God, others, and self are replaced by self, personal desires, and God only when He is useful. The result is precisely the progression Paul describes: · Lovers of self. · Lovers of money. · Proud. · Arrogant. · Abusive. · Ungrateful. · Unholy. · Heartless. · Unappeasable. · Slanderous. · Without self-control. · Brutal. · Not loving good. · Treacherous. · Reckless. · Swollen with conceit. · Lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God. And then comes perhaps the most disturbing warning of all: "Having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power." — 2 Timothy 3:5 Paul is not merely describing secular wickedness. He warns that rebellion can eventually CLOTHE ITSELF IN RELIGIOUS LANGUAGE. · Christian vocabulary without biblical obedience. · Worship without holiness. · Church attendance without discipleship. · Spiritual experiences without discernment. · Grace without repentance. · Faith without faithfulness. · Religious identity without transformation. This is RELIGION WITHOUT POWER. The episode also examines the significance of Jannes and Jambres in 2 Timothy 3:8, spiritual deception, counterfeit supernatural manifestations, the loss of self-control, increasing brutality, slander and accusation, the weakening of moral restraint, and the spiritual warfare believers may increasingly encounter in the days ahead. Paul's reference to Jannes and Jambres connects to the possibility of intensified occult counterfeits as the last days progress. Yet KIB 548 does not end with darkness. As humanity moves increasingly toward the exaltation of self, God is preparing a people who move in the opposite direction. The world becomes increasingly self-centered. | The remnant becomes increasingly Christ-centered. The world rejects holiness. | The remnant pursues holiness. The world abandons truth. | The remnant stands upon the Word. The world loses self-control. | The Holy Spirit produces self-control within God's people. The world conforms increasingly to rebellion. | The remnant is conformed increasingly to the image of Christ. The coming contrast may become unmistakable: · THIS IS LIFE WITHOUT GOD. · THIS IS LIFE WITH GOD. NOW CHOOSE. Dr. Lake's closing exhortation is urgent: when believers see 2 Timothy 3:1–9 unfolding around them, it is time to take God seriously and determine to follow biblical truth even when the surrounding culture abandons it. SPIRITUAL WARFARE IN THE DAYS AHEAD This episode also warns believers that the spiritual battle may become increasingly visible. · The answer is not fear. · The answer is preparation. · Learn the Word. · Develop discernment. · Understand your authority in Christ. · Practice obedience now. · Pursue holiness now. · Learn biblical spiritual warfare now. Do not wait until the battle becomes intense to discover what Scripture teaches about standing against the kingdom of darkness. As the episode emphasizes, believers were "birthed in the battlefield." Learning obedience to Christ now prepares God's people for increasing spiritual conflict later. KEY SCRIPTURES DISCUSSED · 2 Timothy 3:1–9 · Matthew 24:3–8 · Matthew 8:28 · Genesis 3:5 · Genesis 6:5 · Isaiah 5:20 · Revelation 12:10 · Galatians 5:22–23 · Daniel 11:32 The core passage throughout the teaching is 2 Timothy 3:1–9, which the episode uses to contrast Paul's description of dangerous last-days humanity with the character God desires to develop within the remnant. But the believer's assignment is not to become consumed with darkness. It is to become increasingly conformed to Jesus Christ. If the culture abandons truth—we stand for truth. If the culture rejects holiness—we pursue holiness. If the culture enthrones self—we enthrone Christ. If the world becomes increasingly governed by the flesh—we become increasingly governed by the Holy Spirit. Now is the time to GO DEEP IN THE WORD and GO DEEP IN GOD. It's that time again, the fall season, back to school, AKA the time when kids come home with a rough virus or two. Dr. Chris Motley explains why kids get the same cold or sinus infection at the same time every fall, and why it's usually a dormant infection resurfacing rather than a new one from school. He covers the Traditional Chinese Medicine mechanism behind it, how to read facial signs for which organ is struggling, and the specific herbs (astragalus, elderberry, olive leaf, chrysanthemum, acerola, golden thread) he recommends to build a child's immune system before cold season hits. [00:00:00] - Opening: the cold that hits your kid at the same time every single year [00:01:15] - Welcome to the Ancient Health Podcast, and the disclaimer up front [00:02:00] - Why it's not a new infection from school. It's an old one waking up [00:04:47] - The Five Element cycle: why fall energizes the lungs and large intestine [00:06:58] - Lungs and colon are paired organs, and the embryology behind it [00:09:08] - Modern life broke hibernation, and why the immune system pays for it [00:11:13] - The classroom "perfect storm" and the walking pneumonia bacteria almost everyone carries [00:13:38] - Reading the face: puffy cheeks, swollen temples, and what they mean [00:15:43] - Dark circles, tongue coating, and the kidney connection [00:18:50] - Chapped lips, swollen glands, and cleaning up the air and water at home [00:24:57] - Neti pots, sugar, and testing for hidden food sensitivities [00:26:51] - The herb list: astragalus, elderberry, olive leaf, chrysanthemum, acerola, golden thread [00:33:39] - Bone broth, seaweed soup, and the antimicrobial spice cabinet [00:36:03] - The long game: consistency, adult dosing, and why this isn't a one-season fix Key Takeaways The "new" cold is usually an old infection resurfacing. Doctor Motley argues that when a child gets the same infection every season (strep throat, ear infections, chronic bronchitis), it's rarely a fresh case picked up at school. It's a dormant infection already living in the body, stimulated back to the surface by outside stress. Fall specifically activates the lungs and large intestine. In TCM's Five Element cycle, autumn is metal season, and the lungs and colon (paired organs, both developing from the same embryonic endoderm) get extra energy to detoxify the body ahead of winter. That detox process is what pushes dormant infections out as cold and sinus symptoms. The lung and large intestine claim actually holds up. Unlike some of the embryology claims flagged on prior episodes, this one checks out: both organs develop from endoderm during early fetal development, which is the real anatomical basis for why TCM treats them as a linked pair. A child's face tells you which organ needs help. Puffy, pale swelling points to lung weakness. Swollen temples or tight ears point to the spleen. Dark circles under the eyes point to the kidneys. Chapped lips point to a swollen spleen and possibly the lymph nodes. None of these are diagnoses on their own, but Motley uses them as a starting point for what to get checked. Constipation backs up into the lungs. If a child isn't having regular bowel movements, Motley says the body starts pushing toxins out through the breath instead, which shows up as bad breath, tonsil stones, and chronically congested sinuses. The herb list, in the order Motley reaches for them: astragalus first, as his go-to immune builder; elderberry for antiviral support; olive leaf to block viral replication; chrysanthemum (sold as Vital Guard Supreme) as the gentlest, pregnancy-and-nursing-safe option; acerola for vitamin C and hydration support; and golden thread (Coptis chinensis) as the stronger antimicrobial for a deeper, more stubborn infection. One correction worth knowing before you repeat it: Doctor Motley names anaplasma as a cause of "walking pneumonia" alongside mycoplasma. Mycoplasma pneumoniae is the actual, well-established cause of walking pneumonia. Anaplasma is a tick-borne bacterium that rarely affects the lungs at all. My name is Al Schmidt, I am 85 and I have been on an incredible journey since July 2016, and this is my story. I have had coronary artery disease for most of my adult life. In 1985, when I was 48, I had my first angina pains while riding a bicycle. I had always been active. After a series of tests I had a quintuple bypass. That was a traumatic event in my life. I took the pledge, gave up red meat, and embarked on a low fat diet. I watched my weight, around 170 I continued to be active, walking, hiking, and biking. My father had died at 59 and that was about 10 years away. He was overweight and ate meat with every meal. So I went on what I thought was a healthy low fat diet. My goal was to limit my fat intake to around 20%-25% of my daily calories and no red meat. Remember this was the 80's and 20%-25% fat was considered low. I had an angiogram and was told I needed a stent. This time the recovery was minimal. I had two incisions in my groin one from the angiogram and one from the stint. I remember thinking how easy a stint was compared to bypass surgery. I had to wonder if my original cardiac surgery had been this easy would I have changed my lifestyle? As time went on I had some problems with PVC's (premature ventricular contractions) and such. I became intolerant to several long-term medications that I had been taking. I was unable to take ANY statin to keep my cholesterol down. I had another stint implanted, various irregular pulse problems, and Acid Reflux. In 2014 I started having shortness of breath and chest pains while walking and going up and down stairs. I started taking Imdur and Ranexa which opened my blood vessels. While my symptoms went away, I knew what my future held. By 80 years of age I had become a full-fledged card carrying Cardiac Cripple. A Cardiac Cripple is one that cannot complete the normal daily actives without debilitating chest pains. This included sex. As an aside I have to mention, regarding sex in your 80s, “four” play takes on a new importance. It becomes more like “eight” play. But I digress. I could not climb stairs, I could not walk from my house to my neighbor's house without severe and frightening chest pains. I could not take the trash out. I had been used to walking a mile and a half, climbing stairs, and living an active life. My existence now was limited to sitting in front of my computer and or watching TV (and I hate TV). I was becoming depressed. I was lower than snake shit in a wheel rut. SO HOW ABOUT SOME RESULTS First NO angina. I can walk long distances, I can climb stairs, and I am mobile again. My Cholesterol went from 196 to 149 in 3 months. I lost 30 pounds. I am 5' 11” and went from 180 to 150 in two months. My kidney function went from 40% down to normal. I feel great. I have much more energy. I go out and do all the little fix-it chores that I had been neglecting before. I don't have my usual 3 o'clock lack of energy. I don't doze off when I am reading or in front of my computer. I don't get those ugly looking bruise marks on my arms and hands I had Dark Blue skin on my ankles which went away after 11 months. Swollen left foot the result of 1985 bypass. My website: https://www.stayingalivewfpb.com/

Vanessa just spent two and a half weeks in the Dominican Republic building a school with her son Declan, taking cold showers out of a garden hose, and coming home fearing permanently swollen ankles and asking herself a big question: "who am I now?" We talk about the weird whiplash of walking straight from that into an air-conditioned house and a "well-stocked Costco" — plus what happened when she got her phone back after weeks off social media. Welcome back to our weekend Cabral HouseCall shows! This is where we answer our community's wellness, weight loss, and anti-aging questions to help people get back on track! Check out today's questions: Emma: Hi Dr Cabral! I have a question regarding the sclera of the eye. I have never had really nice white sclera, even though I do seasonal FM detoxes (8 years now), coffee enemas, gallbladder flushes etc (I am an IHP2) I have also run my genetics, and I have 'optimal' detox genes. I was wondering how much of this is genetic as my parents are the same. They are definitely not yellow, but they're just not bright white. I consider myself healthy. I have had mold toxicity, heavy metals, candida/bacterial overgrowth in the past, but I think I have cleared most of it all out although I would like to retest soon. I have friends who have the whitest scleras even though they've never done any detoxing in their life :) Would love your thoughts and thank you for being such an incredible teacher! Stacey: Hi Dr.Cabral! I'm almost done with my IHP2 & I'm constantly researching things. Lately I've been reading a lot about B1 and its benefits for people who suffer from ibs, diabetes, thyroid issues etc. Now I know the question is..why are we all so low in b1 to begin with? But I'd like to get your thoughts on this recent rise in b1 popularity. Is it something to consider or just another trending supplement and are there benefits to taking benfotiamine vs thiamine? Thanks so much! Hope you're doing well. Darrel: Hey, Dr Cabral. I saw a report stating the leading cause of throat cancer in the USA is now HPV mainly from performing oral sex. Not tobacco. Not alcohol. Aside abstention, is there any means to prevent that from happening? I'm seeing most practitioners recommending HPV vaccine. Will that be necessary? Nicole: Hi Dr. Cabral, I am a 41 year old female. I listen to your podcast daily and just ordered my 7 day detox, I cannot wait to start it. My question is.. what do you think I should do for my symptoms? I have a ferritin level of 5 and I am already taking iron(bovine)For the last few months I have had unexplained hives. I get them out of nowhere sometimes when I hold something on my arm or something is tight on my body. I have also had a swollen lymph node for about 5 months and have been to several doctors. No answers. I had a positive ANA test, however all the other tests for autoimmune came back negative. The ENT is not concerned about the lymph node said it is not that enlarged. But I feel it and it bothers me. I take your Berberine, B complex and Infla-sooth. Along with iron and Glutathione Grace: How do I know if I'm over-supplementing? I take a whole list of supplements with each meal. It seems like 40% of my water intake throughout the day is just to take supplements. Especially with breakfast (as I take the supplements one at a time). At breakfast, I take iron (dried beef liver), fish oil, vitamin B complex, methyl folate, myoinositol (for insulin resistance due to PCOS), a probiotic, fiber and vitamin D. Dinner has the myoinositol, fiber, and iron. Lunch has the fiber and iron plus a multivitamin, vitamin C, n-acetyl cysteine, and a turmeric supplement. It seems like a lot. Am I over-supplementing? Welcome to The Daily, where we study the Bible verse by verse, chapter by chapter, every day. Our shout-out today goes to Brad Guck from Perham, MN. Thanks for your partnership in Project23. We cannot do this without donors like you. Our text today is 1 Corinthians 13:4-5. Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful. — 1 Corinthians 13:4-5 Are you being puffed up—or are you building others up? That is Paul's question. Previously in this letter, he repeatedly used the word physioō (φυσιόω)—"to puff up," to inflate with pride (1 Corinthians 4:6, 4:18–19, 5:2, 8:1). Knowledge puffs up, he said, but love builds up. Now, in chapter 13, he shows us what that looks like. If you want to know whether your motivation is right, don't look at your puffed-up gifts. Look at whether they are building others up. Paul defines the loving use of our gifts—but not the way we expect. He does not start with emotion in this text He starts with restraint. Love is patient. Love is kind. And then he turns negative. Love does not envy. Love does not boast. It is not arrogant. It is not rude. It does not insist on its own way. It is not irritable. It keeps no record of wrongs. The word "arrogant" in this text carries the same idea Paul has been correcting all along—puffed up. Inflated. Swollen with self-importance. This chapter is a direct confrontation with the puffed-up pride behind their spiritual gifts within the church. Corinth envied the visible gifts. They boasted about their spirituality. They divided over leaders. They insisted on their rights. They flaunted freedom. They ranked one another. They were puffed up. And Paul says that none of that builds up. Notice how many of these traits target the ego. Envy compares. Boasting advertises. Arrogance inflates. Rudeness disregards. Insisting on your own way centers your will. Irritability reveals entitlement. Resentment stores ammunition. Love dismantles every one of those. Love does not puff up because it is not focused on self. Love builds up because it is focused on others. Here is the point: you can operate in powerful gifts and still be deeply inflated. But if others are not strengthened, encouraged, and built up through you, it is not love. And without love, nothing else matters. DO THIS: Identify one area where you've been easily irritated or defensive. Instead of protecting your ego, intentionally build someone else up this week—with encouragement, patience, or quiet service. ASK THIS: Am I using my knowledge or gifting in a way that puffs me up—or builds others up? Where is pride disguising itself as conviction? Would those closest to me say I strengthen them—or strain them? PRAY THIS: Lord, expose pride that inflates my ego. Guard me from being puffed up by knowledge, success, or gifting. Make me an instrument of love that builds others up for the glory of Christ. Amen. PLAY THIS: "Humble and Kind"
This episode of the Proper True Yarn Podcast goes places no one expects and somehow ends up delivering one of the most important health messages you'll hear all year. What starts as a loose laugh turns into an unforgettable yarn when The Baron tells the full story of discovering a very swollen left nut. From bleach baths and bathroom mirrors to real estate being taken up where it shouldn't be, Nathan walks through the moment he realised something wasn't right. The conversation breaks down what a hydrocele actually is, how quickly your mind jumps to the worst-case scenario, and why so many men ignore symptoms instead of getting checked. Nathan shares the doctor visits, scans, specialists, and the sheer relief of reading the words “the testicle looks fantastic” in a medical report.Between the jokes, metaphors, and absolutely cooked analogies, there's a serious message that cuts through clearly. If something feels off, get it checked. Don't ignore it. Don't assume the worst. Don't accept the first answer if it doesn't sit right. Push for clarity and look after yourself. The episode also ties into the broader message around men's health, second opinions, and why early action matters more than pride or embarrassment. It's crude, funny, uncomfortable at times, and genuinely important. If you like raw Australian podcasts, unfiltered humour, and real conversations that actually say something useful, this episode delivers all of it in one completely unhinged package.Laugh hard. Cringe a bit.And seriously, get yourself checked. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Varicose veins can be a symptom of chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), a progressive medical condition that affects the ability of veins in the legs to return blood to the heart. If left untreated, CVI can lead to discomfort, swelling, skin changes, and even ulcers. Fortunately, advancements in medical technology offer a highly effective and minimally invasive treatment called venous ablation. Learn more about Chanaka Wickramasinghe, MD

Swollen, heavy, or restless legs aren't always just part of aging. In many cases, they're signs of underlying vein disease that can be diagnosed and treated. In this episode, we explain how swelling, varicose veins, and skin discoloration are connected to circulation—and why catching vein disease early can make treatment easier and recovery smoother. We cover the full spectrum, from spider veins and visible varicose veins to advanced venous insufficiency and ulcers, and how modern, non-surgical treatments can help patients feel and function better. We also discuss why vein disease can be harder to spot in people of color and why ultrasound evaluations are key to identifying issues that aren't visible on the skin.If you're experiencing heaviness, swelling, discoloration, or restless legs, it may be time to consider vein disease as the cause.Timestamps: 00:00 - Swollen or tired legs are not “just aging” 00:24 - Early signs: heaviness, swelling, restless legs 00:53 - Spider veins vs. varicose veins: when to worry 01:18 - Venous insufficiency and progressing vein disease 01:40 - From swelling to skin discoloration and ulcers 02:06 - Vein disease in people of color (without visible veins) 02:35 - Why an ultrasound is key to diagnosing vein problems 03:10 - Treatment for mild vein disease: office-based, non-surgical 03:42 - Treating advanced swelling and discoloration 04:01 - Caring for venous ulcers and preventing recurrence 04:24 - What improves (and what may not) after treatment 04:55 - Why early treatment protects long-term leg health 05:32 - When to see a vein specialist and what to askLearn More: https://www.alluremedical.com/Books & Research: https://www.alluremedical.com/books/Follow Dr. Charles Mok & Allure Medical: LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/charles-mok-4a0432114/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/alluremedicals/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@AllureMedical TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@alluremedicalAmazon Store: https://www.amazon.com/stores/Dr.-Charles-Mok/author/B0791M9FZQInner Circle Membership: https://www.alluremedic#insidethecure

You can have liver damage for decades without any signs of liver failure. Spotting these 7 early signs of liver disease could save your life. Find out about the signs your liver is dying so you can act before it's too late.0:00 Introduction: 7 signs your liver is dying0:32 The real cause of liver damage 1:14 7 liver dying symptoms3:05 Right shoulder pain4:06 Itchy skin and liver disease 5:16 Swollen abdomen and liver problems6:57 Reversing liver damage 8:22 How to improve liver health quickly Your liver is the hardest-working organ in your body, and the only major organ that can completely regenerate. Here are 7 liver warning signs that may indicate liver damage before the issue becomes too severe.1. Waking up between 2 and 3 a.m. A dysfunctional liver causes excessive blood sugar swings at night. A steep drop in blood sugar while you're sleeping spikes adrenaline, which will wake you up.2. Right shoulder painWhen the liver is damaged, bile production slows down, leading to sluggish and clogged bile ducts. This can cause referred pain in the right shoulder. 3. Bruise easilyThe liver makes clotting factors, so if it's damaged, you may find that you bruise more easily. 4. ItchingItching at night, particularly on the bottom of the feet and other parts of the body, can be caused by excess bile that backs up in the liver. 5. Low tolerance to alcoholPeople with liver problems can not efficiently break down alcohol, which causes more toxicity in the body.6. Fat belly/skinny legs A protruding belly is usually caused by an advanced form of liver damage called ascites, where fluid begins to build up in the abdomen. This is often associated with legs that are skinny due to muscle loss. 7. Brain irritationWhen the liver is damaged, you can't effectively break down protein, which causes a backup of ammonia. This affects cognitive function and personality, leading to irritability, temper issues, brain fog, and difficulty focusing. You can go from a severely damaged liver to a healthy liver within weeks by avoiding hidden sugars in your diet!Try these 7 tips to improve liver health and reverse liver damage:1. Stop snacking2. Eliminate sugar, starch, and seed oils 3. Eat more high-quality meat and vegetables4. Go to sleep earlier5. Choose organic foods6. Consume cruciferous vegetables7. Most people don't find out they have kidney damage until it's too late. Discover 18 early signs of kidney problems that often occur before the damage is too severe. When it comes to chronic kidney disease, prevention is key.0:00 Introduction: Kidney function explained 2:11 Early kidney damage signs 3:00 Stages of kidney disease 3:48 What destroys kidney health?7:07 18 visible kidney damage signs 10:08 How to prevent kidney diseaseHealthy kidneys are imperative to your overall health. The kidneys are situated deep within the rib cage, and have your adrenal glands on top. Each filtering unit of the kidney, called a nephron, contains a highly concentrated network of capillaries. There are 1 million nephrons in each kidney! This number often decreases with age, although it typically does not cause many symptoms. Kidneys are very good at compensating, even if they're 50% damaged. One of the earliest kidney health warning signs is protein in the urine. Thank you for joining us for our 2nd Cabral HouseCall of the weekend! I'm looking forward to sharing with you some of our community's questions that have come in over the past few weeks… Tricia: Hi Dr Cabral - I recently discovered your show about a year ago and I'm so glad I did! You are a wealth of knowledge and I appreciate you helping the community. I'm a 55 year old female diagnosed with spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis and degenerative disc disease since 2017. Basically, I'm in and out of pain a lot. I stay in physical therapy and try to stay as active as possible. I hate taking OTC pain medicines but at time Aleve is the only thing that will get me through. My question is what do you think about taking NAC supplementation to assist my liver. Any advice is appreciated. I eat a very clean whole food based diet to assist with inflammation. I haven't tried your detox yet but have a 21 day supply. I take many of your vitamins. I love them! Thank you in advance. Rachel: Dr. Cabral, NO ONE talks about women with “lean” PCOS… insulin resistance seems to be at the root & center of PCOS but I've been tested & do not have it… I'm around 20% body fat & very muscular. I was on the birth control pill for about 10 years, when I came off I didn't have cycle. It was then we found the follicles on my ovaries & I developed cystic acne. Since then I dialed back my exercise, fed more & after 22 months got my cycle back for the last consecutive 6 months. Do you have any insight or advice for someone in a scenario like mine? Will the follicles ever dissipate back to normal? I am 32 & so concerned about fertility for when I hopefully meet my person. What can I do to optimize… if I was your daughter would you recommend freezing my eggs at this stage, all things considered? Yvonne: Did a search for a previous podcast but didn't find anything about reversing swollen finger joint by right index knuckle. Assume this was the first of an arthritic flare which has subsided but and the swelling went down from what it was but it won't go away completely. Is there a way to return to its normal size or is the damage permanent? Anonymous: Hi Doctor Cabral! Question about a 7 month old baby. She's happy, eats & sleeps well, breast fed, just started some solids, no medical ‘interventions'. She struggles with congestion & her right eye has been irritated since birth. It's almost always watery & boogery. She was born a month early & mom had pretty severe preeclampsia, baby's oxygen was low at birth so she was on oxygen for her 1st 12 hours or so, but quickly recovered on her own. Wondering if there's something that can be done naturally for her breathing & eye. We're not sure what is causing it. Clogged tear duct? Mom & dad eat healthy & live as close to a toxin free life as humanly possible. 1st thoughts are the pets or possible mold, but she doesn't improve when they leave their home for 3-4 day trips. Thoughts? Thanks!! Sarah: Hello!!! Context - Im 28, I've done 7 day detox, HTMA, CBO, heavy metal detox, gut testing about to do hormone testing. I take your DNS, greens, omegas, zinc, b complex, magnesium, digestive enzymes. I dry brush, sauna, weight training, lots of walking, daily breath work etc. I feel like my stress is the lowest it's been and yet I still experience debilitating fatigue that can last for few days/weeks where even just walking is a struggle. Could this just be part of the 'healing' process as I know it's not linear. Is there anything else I should look at/do? Sometimes when I'm moving around going on with my day I'm fine but then when I sit down a full load of fatigue hits me. I also notice when I drink coffee/green tea I yawn alot. I've experienced this for a few years.
