What a way to return to 'proper' football! After a two week international break, West Ham got their upcoming hectic fixture schedule off to the perfect start with a 1-0 win over Everton at Goodison Park. Angelo Ogbonna was the match-winner with around 15 minutes to go as all our possession and huffing and puffing paid off in the end, and it took us straight back into the Premier League's top-six, which is fast becoming home for West Ham. Still a bit weird, isn't it? Now we face a busy run of fixtures, which includes hosting Genk in the Europa League on Thursday, a huge London derby against Spurs on Sunday afternoon and then Man City in the Carabao Cup the following Wednesday. So on this week's show, James and Will react to that Everton win directly after the final whistle, while they also look ahead to Sunday's huge clash against Spurs. With two games before our next episode, it means we've got two Opposition View sections. Firstly, James catches up with Tim Oliver from the TerrilTalks Podcast, who revealed everything we need to know about Europa League opponents and also discussed the similarities between our two clubs. And then Will has a chat with talkSPORT's Paul Coyte, who gives us the lowdown on how Spurs are adapting to life under Nuno Espirito Santo. Also this week, the lads discuss West Ham Women's 1-0 WSL Cup victory over London City and they give their Betway Charity Bet selections for the Spurs game. This is a packed episode and really isn't worth missing! You can follow the podcast here: Twitter: @We Are_West Ham. Facebook: We Are West Ham podcast. Tim Oliver is a Mine Development Engineer and spent some time with Trevor to discuss how mine operations might deal with the current changes in both gold prices and oil prices this volatile market is offered recently. He also discusses how investors should appreciate metallurgical flow sheets when making investment decisions and how the drop in oil prices may not have a big boost in dropping operational costs as many would expect.

"For us it's gotta be about innovation across the board...for 'The Tour', we've gotta make sure we're doing everything we can to meet our fans on the platforms where they are and bring them some amazing stuff." Sloane Kelley, Senior Director of Content at the PGA Tour, joins the show to discuss her storied career working in digital for brands such as Coca-Cola, Harry Potter, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dell and more. Beginning agency-side, Sloane gives us some insight into transitioning from working with many brands to working on one brand. She also touches on the conference she founded, as well as her choice of incorporating social good into her work and how that continues with The Tour's mission of charity. Golf may not be widely known as an innovative and tech-driven league; however, Sloane begs to differ as she lets us in on some of The Tour's digital strategies elaborating on how they are very tech-driven using analytics, mobile, social and storytelling to enhance the fan experience. Lastly we touch on the future of the game and the hot topic of virtual reality (VR) as Sloane briefs us on how they are using VR, including some pointers on how content creators in other sports can begin to experiment with it. This week, we're talking about how, in a very real, no-honest-this-is-true sense, a city is the product of its transport network. We begin by discussing the relationship between boundaries, commuting patterns, perceptions and maps – and I get slightly over-excited when Barbara tells me something about London’s Tube that I didn’t previously know. Journalist Emmanuel Akinwotu tells us what it's like trying to get around Lagos, the Nigerian megacity where commuters rely on unofficial private minibus networks, and where heavy traffic and poor roads mean that a two hour journey can take you all night. Then I talk to transport researcher Nicole Badstuber, about megaprojects: those multi-billion dollar transport schemes, which are meant to sort everything out, and which, almost always, go horribly, horribly wrong. Next, Tim Oliver, a listener and university lecturer in Leeds, tells us why he loves his city – even if the British government doesn't seem to. And finally, for this week's map of the week, we... For me, The Masters symbolizes the beginning of spring and especially the beginning of golf season. Therefore, this episode's guest is only fitting this time of year. Tim Oliver joins us on this podcast to to talk golf and design. Tim has been an art director at Conde Naste's Golf Digest for 15+ years where he has worked on everything from laying out the publication, writing content, art directing photoshoots to designing digital products. Tim gives us a little insight into his journey from designing at the Atlanta Journal Constitution and the New York Times to his eventual landing at Golf Digest — a company where employees tend to go and stay for many years; a rare trait in today's business world. We discuss the evolution of the game of golf from a fitness perspective, Pentagram's early-2015 redesign of the publication, some recent controversial cover shoots and more. Tim also reveals some of his thoughts on the future of golf from a design and entrepreneurial perspective and discusses Golf Digest's mission to increase the appeal of the game to millennails and non-traditional fans. Robert Timothy Wilkins was a seminal blues guitarist and vocalist. Of African American and Cherokee descent, he was born January 16, 1896, in Hernando, Mississippi, 21 miles from Memphis, Tennessee. He died May 26, 1987. Wilkins worked in Memphis during the 1920s at the same time as Furry Lewis, Memphis Minnie (whom he claimed to have tutored), and Son House. He also organized a jug band to capitalize on the "jug band craze" then in vogue. Though never attaining success comparable to the Memphis Jug Band, Wilkins reinforced his local popularity with a 1927 appearance on a Memphis radio station. Like Sleepy John Estes (and unlike Gus Cannon of Cannon's Jug Stompers) he recorded alone or with a single accompanist. He sometimes performed as Tim Wilkins or as Tim Oliver (his step-father's name). His best known songs are "That's No Way To Get Along" (covered as "The Prodigal Son" by The Rolling Stones), "Rolling Stone" (covered by Muddy Waters and which inspired The Rolling Stones very name), and "Old Jim Canan's". He became an elder of the Church of God in Christ in the 1930s and began playing gospel music with a blues feel. The "Reverend" Robert Wilkins was rediscovered by blues enthusiasts during the 1960s blues revival, making appearances at folk festivals and recording his gospel blues for a new audience. His distinction was his versatility; he could play ragtime, blues, minstrel songs, and gospel with equal facility
