China may very well have grown the largest Christian church population on earth, but China has a problem! One hundred million people make up a growing, thriving church in China except for one little problem — they kill their children. Some churches even pay for abortions. The conscience of this nation is dead cold with respect to human life, and the Christian church isn't helping much. But what can these Christians do? The first pro-life ministry in China is being launched, and this may be one of the most important Christian needs on the earth today. Kevin Swanson interviews an insider who has first-hand information on the inner workings of the house church movement (representing some 100 million people). This remarkable interview statuses one of the most important developments for the kingdom of God in the 21st century. This program includes: 1. The World View in 5 Minutes with Adam McManus (40 Days for Life kicks off in 660 cities worldwide, UK Christian groups organize Nat'l Day of Prayer Against Assisted Suicide, Australian man with the golden arm dies at 88) 2. It's Thursday, March 6th, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 125 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark Nicaragua violated religious freedom 222 times last year Christian Solidarity Worldwide released a report Monday on the continued deterioration of religious freedom in Nicaragua. The report documented 222 cases of religious freedom violations in the Central American country last year. Authorities have prohibited churches from holding public religious processions. Pastors must report to designated police officers and submit their weekly plans. Christian Solidarity Worldwide noted, “Preaching about unity or justice or praying for imprisoned religious leaders or even the general situation in the country, for example, can be considered as criticism of the government and treated as a crime.” Nicaragua is ranked 30th on the Open Doors' World Watch List of nations where it is most difficult to be a Christian. South Korea's birthrate up South Korea's birthrate rose last year for the first time in nearly a decade. The country witnessed 238,300 births in 2024, up 3.6% from 2023. South Korea's fertility rate was 0.75 children per woman last year, up from 0.72 in 2023. It was 1.24 in 2015. South Korea is known for having one of the worst fertility rates in the world. The government has introduced pro-marriage policies in response. UK Christian groups organize Nat'l Day of Prayer Against Assisted Suicide Religious organizations in the United Kingdom are organizing a National Day of Prayer Against Assisted Suicide on March 25. The Christian Institute is leading the initiative in partnership with Affinity, CARE, the Christian Medical Fellowship, and the Evangelical Alliance. The U.K. parliament is currently considering a bill to legalize the killing of terminally ill adults who want to end their lives. Ciarán Kelly, the Director of The Christian Institute, said, “Now is a key moment to pray for the failure of efforts to legalize assisted suicide for ill and vulnerable people.” 40 Days for Life kicks off in 660 cities worldwide Pro-lifers around the world joined in the 40 Days for Life prayer campaign starting yesterday. People are praying for an end to the murder of unborn babies in 660 cities. The abortion mill in one of those cities is already expected to shut down. The Bloomington Police Department informed 40 Days for Life that the Planned Parenthood locations in Bloomington and Decatur, Illinois are closing for good. Colossians 4:2 says, “Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving.” Trump opposes transgenderism in speech On Tuesday night, President Donald Trump delivered an address to both chambers of Congress. His speech lasted over an hour and 40 minutes, a record for presidential addresses to Congress. Trump celebrated his first 43 days back in office. He criticized transgenderism and illegal immigration while promoting government cuts and tariffs. Trump called on Congress to ban so-called sex-change surgeries on children. TRUMP: “Shortly after taking office, I signed an executive order banning public schools from indoctrinating our children with transgender ideology. (applause) I also signed an order to cut off all taxpayer funding to any institution that engages in the sexual mutilation of our youth. (applause) “And now I want Congress to pass a bill permanently banning and criminalizing sex changes on children and forever ending the lie that any child is trapped in the wrong body. (applause) This is a big lie. And our message to every child in America is that you are perfect, exactly the way God made you.” (applause) According to a CBS News survey, a massive 76% of those watching said they approved of Trump's first second-term speech to Congress, reports One America News. Supreme Court votes against Trump's freeze of $2B to USAID The U.S. Supreme Court sided with a lower court against the Trump administration yesterday in a case involving USAID payments. The lower court ordered the administration to unfreeze $2 billion in foreign payments. The Supreme Court ruled 5-4. Justice Samuel Alito led the dissent, writing, “Does a single district-court judge who likely lacks jurisdiction have the unchecked power to compel the Government of the United States to pay out (and probably lose forever) 2 billion taxpayer dollars? The answer to that question should be an emphatic ‘No,' but a majority of this Court apparently thinks otherwise. I am stunned.” Australian man with the golden arm dies at 88 And finally, a beloved Australian blood donor died recently at the age of 88. James Harrison was known as the “Man with the Golden Arm.” His blood contained the rare antibody called anti-D. The antibody is used in a medication for pregnant women whose blood might attack the unborn baby. Harrison donated blood and plasma 1,173 times between 1954 and 2018. He's credited with saving the lives of 2.4 million babies! Stephen Cornelissen with the Australian Red Cross Blood Service said, “James was a remarkable, stoically kind and generous person who was committed to a lifetime of giving and he captured the hearts of many people around the world.” In Acts 20:35, the Apostle Paul said, “And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.' ” Close And that's The Worldview on this Thursday, March 6th, in the year of our Lord 2025. Recorded on 6 March 2025 for ICMDA Webinars.Dr Peter Saunders chairs a webinar with Dr Mark PickeringThe founding General Secretary of CMF UK, Dr Douglas Johnson, said ‘it is inexcusable for a Christian to neglect history'. The Bible itself is essentially an historical narrative, recorded so that we, many years later, can ‘learn the lessons of history' – to be encouraged by the examples (and frailties) of those who went before us, and perhaps to avoid some of their mistakes. What can we learn from those UK Christian doctors, nurses and students who changed history in the 19th and early 20th Century?Dr Mark Pickering is the Chief Executive of CMF (UK/Ireland). He is based in London where he also works as a secure environment GP (in prisons and similar institutions). He previously led student ministry for CMF UK and for ICMDA. In these roles he has developed many partnerships with organizations in student ministry, bioethics and advocacy, global mission and evangelism/apologetics. He has a long-term interest in apologetics, particularly around biblical reliability, Islam and science/faith issues. To listen live to future ICMDA webinars visit https://icmda.net/resources/webinars/
Episode 153 Bonkers - 6 It's the sixth installment of the series This World Has Gone Bonkers! In today's podcast, we discuss the latest in LGBTQIA2+ hypocrisy, bullying, and virtue signaling: the attack on parents seeking to protect their children from trans ideology. Meanwhile, the elite class are spending exorbitant amounts of money on debauchery and all manner of illegal activity (not new, but to what degree is increasingly shocking) while the Methodist church is abandoning the terms "husband" and "wife" in an effort to appeal to the lost. This world has gone bonkers, but we can talk about it with a hopeful eye toward the future because the Lord Jesus Christ is still on the throne. ‘The Evangelical Universalist’ was published in 2006. The author claimed to be an evangelical Christian who believes that everyone will ultimately be saved. He published under a pen name, but a few years later revealed his true identity as Robin Parry, then editorial director of UK Christian publisher Paternoster (he’s now at Wipf and Stock Publishers). Laurence M Blanchard, a pastor and author in California responds to Robin's arguments and raises questions such as "what's the point of evangelism if everyone will be saved?" We will be joined by some youth to discuss their feelings on church and its relevance.3.With the strange things happening with elections across the world from Belarus to Washington, are secular election ideas what the church should be using? At last I managed to get an interview with one of Fat and Frantic a band I used to follow in the late 80s and when I say follow, it was like a family. Craig Mcleish the bass player and singer in the band talks about how he ended up in one of the biggest's UK Christian bands of the 1980s and 90s. As with all musicians, once they start talking they can't stop, so I had to put this podcast into two parts. I hope you enjoy part one and so lets open the book on Fat and Frantic :)

Biden's "You ain't black" gaffe ignited oh so many douche chills. Dick-tater Trump commanded houses of sky-god worship to reopen. We learned tons of dittoheads and moronic Republicans believe philanthropist Bill Gates is dying to implant a microchip in their starfish. An Old Testament Texas mayor blathered women can't lead prayers at Jeebus temples. The malaria drug the rapist-in-chief was hawking makes the coronavirus even more deadly. A herd of open-carry Texas loons has threatened violence upon a Texas Sheriff. UK Christian wankers lost a stupid legal battle to ban an abortion pill. Professional load and Ark Encounter Poohbah Ken Ham announced no masks or social distancing will be required at his infrequently attended theme park. FBI Director Chris Wray ordered an internal review of the Mike Flynn case. The Governor of Michigan extended stay-at-home orders through June.

Simon Goodall is a UK Christian musician and singer who at a CoronaVirus time did a Facebook concert from his home. This prompted Norman and Mark to reminisce about the 1990s when they were "roadies" for Simon and their realisation that Simon sounds so much like Cliff.Richard. A bit of nostalgia plus fantastic music.

Andrew and Matthew have a fabulous conversation with him on the question of can atheism explain consciousness. Ernest demonstrates his honesty and his integrity in this discussion as well as his wonderful sense of humour. This is a perfect example of the kinds of conversation we at Ask An Atheist Anything wish to promote. The Mind Renewed : Thinking Christianly in a New World Order
We are joined by UK Christian evangelist Bobby Gilpin and US Mormon apologist Michael Flournoy for a thoughtful and friendly transatlantic debate on the subject of Mormonism and the Gospel. Does The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS) preach the biblical Gospel? Or are many of its key teachings at variance with the Good News in Jesus Christ as contained in the Bible? Arguing in favour of the motion - "The Mormon Church teaches a different gospel to the Bible" - is Bobby Gilpin, who opens the debate ; arguing against the motion is Michael Flournoy, who speaks from his own conviction that the Bible is compatible with LDS teachings. Bobby Gilpin is Mission Co-ordinator for UK Partnerships for Christ, a ministry aimed at equipping and motivating UK Christians to reach out to Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses and others with the biblical Gospel. Michael Flournoy is author of the book A Biblical Defense of Mormonism, and a passionate advocate of Mormon/Evangelical dialogue. (For show notes please visit http://themindrenewed.com)

"The Evangelical Universalist" was published several years ago. The author claimed to be an evangelical Christian who believes that everyone will ultimately be saved. He published under a pen name, but recently revealed his true identity as Robin Parry, editorial director of UK Christian publisher Paternoster. While Robin's views do not represent those of Paternoster, he tells why he has personally come to believe that the Bible teaches that everyone will ultimately be saved. Laurence M Blanchard, a pastor and author in California responds to Robin's arguments and raises questions such as "what's the point of evangelism if everyone will be saved?" Read Robin's blog here: http://theologicalscribbles.blogspot.com/ Read his blog as the Evangelical Universalist here: http://evangelicaluniversalist.blogspot.com/ Read about Laurence Blanchard here: http://http://www.charteroaklighthouse.org/about_us.htm To order "The Evangelical Universalist" book: Click here for the UK Click here for the US To hear more Christian and non-Christian debates visit the showpage at www.premier.org.uk/unbelievable or get the podcast or via Itunes If you enjoyed this programme you may also enjoy the original show when Parry's voice was disguised: Unbelievable? 15 Mar 2008 Christian Universalism - Will everyone be saved?
