Hey lovers, welcome back to Sex, Love & Everything in Between! This week, Jacob O'Neill sits down with a powerhouse guest, Samson Odusanya, to dive deep into the themes of masculinity, pain, and what it truly means to create harmony in a world obsessed with control and balance.Jacob kicks off with a heartfelt intro about how he connected with Samson through mutual friends and was blown away by his depth, presence, and the way Samson weaves truth into everything he shares. Together, they explore how modern society's obsession with quick fixes and control often disconnects us from the natural flow of life—and how true harmony is about embracing change and flowing with the seasons of life. They riff off on:•The importance of voluntary discomfort and leaning into challenges as a way to grow as men.•Samson's powerful perspective on harmony vs. balance and how the latter is an illusion.•Jacob's emotional story of family, legacy, and the strength of the women in his lineage, beautifully illustrating the power of love and resilience through death and rebirth.•How pain, both physical and emotional, is a necessary part of life's initiation process, especially for men on their path to becoming fathers, husbands, and leaders. This episode is a raw, vulnerable, and transformative conversation that will resonate with anyone looking to deepen their connection to themselves, their family, and the world around them.⚡ Loved this episode? A @Christadelphians Video: Description: As the Passover lamb was to be killed “between the two evenings”, Jesus died between 3pm and 6pm. Many other prophecies in the Old Testament are fulfilled in Jesus' death and resurrection. His resurrection stunned and amazed his closest disciples, despite Jesus telling them many times that he would rise from the dead. His resurrection excited and energised them to become faithful preachers of the gospel while they awaited his return. Summary This presentation discusses the events surrounding the last week of Jesus' life, particularly focusing on the day of his crucifixion and the subsequent resurrection. The presenter examines the different theories regarding the day of Jesus' crucifixion, ultimately suggesting a Thursday crucifixion as the most plausible explanation. Additionally, the presentation harmonises the gospel accounts of the women's visit to the tomb on the first day of the week, highlighting the similarities and differences in the various narratives. What really happens when we balance our inner masculine and feminine sides? What exactly ARE these things? As two women who have spent most of our lives heavily in our masculine, "doing it all", relying on hypercapabilities with 'go-getter' attitudes, Marina and I share the most powerful conversation about our experience navigating and integrating our inner masculine and feminine aspects. Inside this incredibly honest and empowering episode, Marina dives into how we can redirect our relationships, how our beliefs influence and impact our polarity (and our ways in the world) and why inner awareness and growth work can help us awaken the existence we truly want. Tune in today to explore: How Marina's experience and 'You can do what the boys can do!' childhood lead to financial success, yet co-created a wildly 'out of sync' marriage. What about "This is just how I am"?  How we mistakenly believe our conditioned self is the "only" self within us. Deleting, Distorting and Denying parts of ourselves. Not identifying as a "girly-girl" vs. the 'feminine' nuance. Harmonising the constant dance of being both the masculine and feminine energies. What ARE the masculine energies vs. feminine energies? (16min) How we need polarity for ANYTHING to exist. The Gypsy, Goddess & Queen Aspects of ourselves. (This is brilliant!) Our need to 'get it done' and tick the boxes as a controlling nature which may be slipping us up - where we could be empowering others to show up for us. (27min) Toxic Masculinity and the battles men are experiencing to reclaim their inner masculine in a world constantly cutting them down. How to start integrating your feminine side without losing yourself or who you think you are. And simultaneously, not wronging, deleting or denying your masculine side. (33min) How your polarity stance is impacting your relationship dance, and how to grow in your expansion of wholeness to allow your man to step up and step forward.  What do to if you want your man to grow and become stronger... and to please you.     The feminine ALONE is not what we want to embody. "Life gets easier when we stop strangling it with our need to penetrate it and 'beat it over the head' attitude... recruiting the feminine energies helps you receive more support and gets you where you want to be easier, faster and with FAR more pleasure." - Marina Perry   Stay tuned for Part Two coming this season about Polarity in Partnership, through the lens of the Masculine and Feminine. In this enlightening episode of Athletistry Ballet Evolution, host Shane Wuerthner engages in a captivating conversation with Dr. Jemimah Simms @doctorwhodances on instagram, a seasoned physical therapist with a rich background in dance and personal training. Titled "Harmonising Movement and Healing: Navigating the Dance of Physical Therapy in Ballet," this episode delves deep into the often-overlooked realm of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and the essential role of physical therapy in the world of dance. Listeners will embark on a journey through personal anecdotes and professional insights, as Shane and Dr. Simms share their experiences with injuries and the profound impact these have had on their approaches to movement and health. The episode challenges common misconceptions in the dance community, particularly around the severity and finality of injuries, shedding light on how they can be a path to greater understanding and resilience rather than career-ending events. Key discussions centre on the critical importance of proper rehabilitation, strength training, and an in-depth understanding of body mechanics. This is not just about recovery; it's about empowering dancers to enhance their performance and extend their careers. Dr. Simms emphasises the need to treat dancers as athletes, deserving of specialised care and training tailored to their unique physical demands. Further, the episode explores the evolution of dance training and healthcare, advocating for a more anatomically informed approach in dance education. It underscores the necessity of a collaborative environment where healthcare professionals and dancers work hand in hand, creating a supportive network that caters to the specific needs of the dance community. Whether you're a dancer, a physical therapist, or someone fascinated by the intersection of art and science in the realm of physical performance, "Harmonising Movement and Healing" offers valuable insights and a fresh perspective on the integral role of healthcare in the art of ballet. When you're looking at content and copy in your marketing, have you ever really thought about the job each is doing to drive sales across the customer journey? Defining the purpose, audience and occasion for everything you communicate is super powerful for connecting with your target audience and building trust. Ever wondered what's the difference between content and copy? And how to use them in harmony to build authentic and effective customer relationships? Now you might already be creating content in a very intentional way - see previous episodes 93 and 94 on elevating your content marketing - but in my experience many businesses (maybe MOST businesses in fact) are not necessarily getting leads and sales from all that effort - which is pretty demotivating to keep on doing it, right? The reason is that most businesses are not creating content in a way that drives the flywheel of their customer journey. There's very little copy running through all that content. Let me put that another way, most business are not following a strategy where their content loops back to what they're selling. And they're not creating a strong demand narrative to move people from consuming content to following you, engaging with you and taking action towards working with you. Instead of just posting content whenever you feel like it, think of your content and copy working in harmony to get people engaged, educated and then enrolled into your program or service. And you're in luck :-) This episode (and its accompanying blog article) is intended to help you do just that, so you can drive sales across the customer journey more effectively. Don't forget to subscribe to the show wherever you get your podcasts via https://pod.link/1537508136. And finally, if you're finding the content valuable, I'd very much appreciative if you' would leave me a review. (Because I get messages with lots of lovely feedback, but even better if you'd hop over to iTunes (Apple podcasts or wherever you listen) and write a review - a great rating and one sentence is plenty.)

The recent covid pandemic has exposed how fragile the aviation and, more generally, the travel sector are to external shocks. What's more, things get particularly messy when each country starts implementing its own measures and health requirements. The confusion and uncertainty resulting from this maze of regulations is often more damaging than the measures themselves. This is why some in the aviation industry have been pushing for an international framework that provides clarity and predictability to those that need to travel in troubled times. Our guest today, Jean-Marc Bourreau, has been instrumental in the elaboration of a Policy White Paper on Harmonized Travel Requirements that the Saudi Civilian Aviation Authority (GACA) will present at the annual ICAO plenary session that will take place between the end of September and beginning of October this year.Jean-Marc is an experienced aviation consultant, currently a partner at Consulum, a government advisory firm that is assisting the Saudi government in its quest to make of Saudi Arabia one of the global hubs of the aviation industry. I learned about the harmonised travel requirements initiative earlier this year at the Future Aviation Forum in Riyadh, where it was publicly presented, so I invited Jean-Marc to come on the pod so that he can share some more details about this project and what it might mean for air travellers.

Gerard's background started in the construction industry and many years of dowsing experience, which is why he calls himself an Intuitive Building Biologist.  Gerard has acute intuitive senses that have been honed over many years of practice. All Gerard's knowledge and product development to neutralise the harmful effects of all forms of noxious energy emissions has been produced intuitively. Being intuitive does not mean that science is ignored.  On the contrary, intuitive processes fully involve scientific protocols of multiple testing, double-blind testing, surveys of experiments to track and neutralise different types of EMF fields to produce, over time, statistical data to back up the results of whatever we are testing.  Not just an ‘in my own mind it works' attitude.   No, everything Gerard has produced he has given freely to other practitioners who have the required protocols to test and prove that what he says and claims, he can harmonise.  In addition, these practitioners can also test that what he says actually exists as stress to humans, and can be neutralised so that there is no longer any stress placed on the human body's meridian system, especially. Gerard invented the Geoclense® Home & Workplace Harmoniser and a wide range of EMF harmonising products.  The first Geoclense ® was developed in 2004 out of necessity for an efficient Electromagnetic Field (EMF) and Earth Radiation harmoniser for his consultancy work in Melbourne.  It was very different to the 2020 model Geoclense ® in that it only neutralised EMF, some Earth Magnetic Grid Lines and Wi-Fi.  The current Geoclense ® is programmed to neutralise over 30 different types of radiation fields and looks completely different.  It is the knowledge base of Gerard Bini, an Intuitive Building Biologist and EMF Consultant, with his advanced intuitive energy reading and dowsing skills developed over many years, that all contribute to the uniqueness and outstanding performance of all Orgone Effects® products.  The Geoclense®  and his other products are sold in over 20 countries around the world. Balance Alignment & Harmony - Dawn Breslin

Dawn Breslin is a Hay House author,TV/Radio presenter and empowerment coach. Her life went pear-shaped when she hit deep financial despair, with adrenal burnout and energy depletion. In an effort to regain control off her life she heeded a call to mother herself well, in nature.  And now 10 years on, she's created a Harmonising Alignment Process, feels like such synergy with qigong. Here's the overview of the content of this conversation; What happened to create challenges and burnout all at once?  One minute top of career in a most potent position On the verge of launching a women's empowerment portal with Procter & Gamble, so walked away from everything else and moved back to Scotland The credit crunch hit and the job didn't come off.  Couldn't cover the bills Lesson 1. Do not go into a field to set something up, or to do something that you're not completely skilled at. My skill is people. Life transformation. Working in the media, that was my job. At the beginning of a new business venture with in £50,000 debt Like being in a sinking ship, feeling like losing control Echoes of people saying to her; "You're sitting on a goldmine". Never been so driven by money, but had faith that yes gold will come one day, just keep going. Series of unfortunate events; Early menopause kicking in Daughter had acid thrown at her car and became depressed Mums partner then had a heart attack £100,000 in debt struggling, never missing payment, holding together miraculously. Everything around falling down Relationship crumbling, yet holding on making sure everyone's ok.. What will I do for work? What will I do for money? Am I gonna lose my home, my car?  What does bankruptcy look like? Something had to shift, difficult to let go. The biggest thing was who would I be without this identity? This is my purpose I meant to be doing this. What is going on?  ASK FOR HELP So often we think have to do everything ourselves! We're not supposed to do it all. We work with the gifts that we have alongside others with complimentary gifts. True community talk. Energy behind how debt affects the chi field, no foundation to build from Everything was going out, very little coming in. No time to replenish and ground to put anything in the pot If we don't look after ourselves, no one else is going to. How did you chose to  manage yourself once you knew there was a way through with the bankruptcy/money management plan? Letting go is terrifying as humans we are programmed to want to know what is coming next we want certainty, so sure. Let go and fall into abyss and attend to what is possible;  No department store shopping for 4 yrs, just basic buying Body was shot, there was nothing left, everything stopped. Fight or flight response ceased as bills were covered as part of the dept arrangement Running to get energy .. why can't I run? Running disperses energy, whereas the practice of energy cultivation methods help you to tune in and harness the power of the Earth beneath you and the elements around. Reaching rockbottom, saying; "What have I got left?"  and then simply stopping.. I did nothing but restore myself with painting Grateful for the sea and the spring time garden, noticing snowdrops, crocus near the sea feeling sunlight. Dropping into complete stillness and feeling of presence, so blissful, euphoric and new. The first time of experiencing presence and being Something began to move through me in the stillness, creative juices started to bubble How many people of the planet are burned out? How do we heal? Listening to devotional music would hush me into that presence and bliss..  TRACK played on UK Health Radio: Carioca - Grateful  How we can build ourselves back up from the depths of despair and burn out, into flourishing and thriving? Stop reading personal development books and anything to do with growth. Time  to recalibrate and heal, restoring a natural rhythm to life We grow and then we rest, we were repair and then we grow again. The whole system is traumatised it needs time to slow down. Give time to process big life changing events.  Start to read about Taoist wisdom, natural flow, universal intelligence that moves all things.  Trusting that your energy body has such a wisdom to it of which your mind is only a part of. In Qigong practice we guide the mind to be in tandem to the heart and the energy system in rightful alignment. The mind is not the leader, it's a supporter. When we're exhausted, there's medicine in the term exhaustion. The body saying 'I cannot take this weight you need to recalibrate here. You need to listen to me and do something different.' We are culturally conditioned to be in perpetual growth and deny what our capacity is. Give ourselves permission to take care of ourselves. Self compassion has been diminished from our culture due to constant growth. Nature has her rhythms and her cycles and we are part of nature, we are nature We are organic beings, we have an intelligent pace within, biorhythms, body clocks, hormones, moon, sun, internal, external cycles. When we come into alignment with them come into alignment with our soul Give ourselves permission to Be Many organisations used to treat things like menopause with disdain, now they look more at the human being and support them to work with what is naturally occurring in their lives In harmonising practice, I go back to the child, teaching people to commit to themselves and to mother yourself, build deep compassion towards yourself. Build connection to hear with compassion what is going on in the body How important it is to nurture oneself well This link is essential Be the mother of yourself first - and in Mother Nature next "I will go to that Mother and walk in the woodland, listen to river, listen to the rustle of the trees, watch squirrels bounce out in front of me or listen to the blackbirds calling. I immerse myself so deeply.  ‘It's really difficult to think when your senses are open'.  When in the forest open all senses open. Awake. As I nestle into the rhythms around me. By myself. No dog or partner. I allow myself to merge with the sounds, the sights, the feelings and walk until no more thoughts, into the feelings of bliss and presence. I walk on until I merge with it all. The wonder and awe of it begins to ambush me.. seeps into me, cleanse and move me, shapes me, fills me up.  I receive an emotional, physical experience and i just keep moving - sometimes I don't even want to come home when it's dark, I'm there until the light disappears, I love walking at Twilight. So full up, so ready, so nourished. Allow myself that time. 1 hr goes to 3 hrs.  It takes courage to go into the woods by yourself. I used to pretend I had a dog and shout; 'Charlie, Charlie!"  DAWN Going into nature seems too simple, but it's not, it's massive! it's huge, there's  an abundance of energy there for us at all times, for us to gather up, store and give gracious thanks for. Grounding, balancing down, light-dark, yin-yang. Harmonising goes beyond balance to co-ordinate all the different aspects of your life. This aligns you with your empowered self RECEIVE YOURSELF FULLY with ENERGY before GIVING out with POTENCY. Be comfortable with who we are in the flow of our chi. "It's in the now moment that you do this resourcing, this full body listening, tuning in with compassion to your system. Yes there can be a fear around that, but my experience was the fear of not knowing what that was gonna be like, rather than actually when I met myself. I became curious and compassionate with this little Clara inside who was a bit lost and didn't quite know the answers to everything. It's funny but when I gave myself to myself it's like my heart expanded, 'I'm here for you'. Different aspects of character can come in to help. Sometimes I throw my toys out the pram, have a little hyssy fit, but that's okay, it's all part of being a person, a whole spectrum of being here“  "I love how you've just summarised what I do in a completely different way! I've watched your video just before I came on and you're doing something amazing. I take quite a bit of time to educate people into this alignment process and I could see you bringing that mindful presence in an instant in your video and I was there in the feeling. It's obvious I can hear it we are coming from the same places, difference strategies but from the same places. And that's a beautiful thing. As humanity evolving at the moment, what is exciting is people like you and I are out there sharing this work it's new and it helps and it's exciting and it uplifts. People just need to opt in and say yes to themselves and their life. Go and learn some new strategy, info energy, qigong, say yes.. try something new and get on a new track, because if the track that you're on is not working, find a new track that does. What are your intuitions to take a new track. We need to do this to come into wellness vitality and health." DAWN What is inspired within us that wants to birth through us in service to humanity? First and foremost is how we look after ourselves - how do you take care of your Chi is of the most importance. When it comes to those we call our family, our karma acts as the underlying universal intelligence that bound us to these people. Understanding this concept, how to transcend and work through our already existing karma and how to avoid creating more of it, is a fundamental aspect of the path towards liberation or moksha, as called in the Vedic sciences. In this episode we not only dive into the concept of karma, but also explore how it intertwines with our familial relationships and how one can work through one's karma to reap the benefits of a frictionless life (kriya क्रिया). IN THIS EPISODE WE DISCUSS:

Paramhansa Ramakrishna Dev emphatically stated that in the age of the Kaliyuga, the only penance is Truthfulness. Truthfulness, or abiding in truth, is not limited to only one's speech, but in the complete Harmonising of one's Thoughts, Words, and Deeds. This is indeed quite difficult,  but just being aware of this can become a very deep sadhana. In this important talk, we discuss with Gautam how one can implement this in their lives. Baba often said, "If you do something, do it properly, or do not do it at all." Many people struggle with not being able to say No at the right times, as a result of which, they wind up doing things that they do not really want to do, causing major inner turmoil; this then affects their spiritual life. In this talk, we cover the following topics : - The synchronising of one's thoughts, words, and deeds brings a feeling of integrity - Learning how to say 'No' when needed - How people will respect you when you say no - How not to be a 'people pleaser' - Balancing being kind with being discerning  - Letting go of the fear of being judged - Being accepting of possibly being wrong - The new Sai Satcharita and and how it can become an important tool for devotees The use of headphones is recommended for taking advantage of the binaural audio. By Baba's grace and will, we are starting to compile 'The Essential Sai Satcharita', which will be available as a digitally-indexed book, as well as an audio book. The audio book contains a special commentary by Gautam which provides devotees with a deeper understanding of each chapter. We sincerely thank you for your loving support and patronage in helping these new platforms take shape, and help Baba's teachings and life message reach devotees all over the world.
