At 83 years old, Martha Stewart is still as relevant as ever, and she just released a new documentary to prove it. Martha takes us through the highs, lows, and reinventions of her iconic career. In this episode, we're diving into the world of Martha and the power of documentaries with our special guest, Amy Holtzman, Chief Marketing Officer at CHEQ. Together, we're exploring what B2B marketers can learn from bringing documentary-style storytelling into their marketing and the legacy Martha Stewart built. We're talking about how to build an authentic brand, own your unique style, and stay top of mind for decades.Because let's be real: who wouldn't want their brand to have Martha Stewart-level resilience?About our guest, Amy HoltzmanAmy Holtzman is Chief Marketing Officer at CHEQ. Amy brings 20 years of marketing experience to CHEQ, including tenure as CMO and head of marketing at Spring Health, AlphaSense, and Splash. She is also a founding member of Chief, a private network that connects and supports female leaders, and co-founder of NYC-based Women in Revenue Marketing. What B2B Companies Can Learn From Martha:Resilience builds a legacy. Martha Stewart's documentary doesn't shy away from the tough moments, and that's part of what makes her story so powerful. In business, as in life, setbacks are inevitable. Amy Holtzman puts it simply: “You gotta show up the next day… roll with the punches and figure out how you get through it.” Resilience and conviction aren't just admirable traits, they're essential for building a brand that lasts for decades.Own your style. Martha's perfectionism is part of her brand. She's unapologetically herself, and it's helped her stand out for decades. Amy encourages marketers to take a page from that approach. She explains, “ Martha's an unapologetic perfectionist… Martha owns it, and it's what made her successful. And I think you have to not necessarily own Martha's style, but you have to own your own style.” In B2B marketing, embracing your quirks and leaning into what makes you different is more powerful than playing it safe.Build trust through authenticity. Martha's documentary reminds us that connection comes from honesty. Her brand works because it's consistent and deeply personal. Amy says the same holds true in marketing, “As humans, we crave connection…I think people shy away from it and B2B a lot of times because they're worried… I think that's what we want. And we can also kind of sniff bulls*** a mile away.” Don't hide behind jargon or trends. The more human your brand feels, the more trust you'll build.Quotes*“ You're gonna get knocked down…But you gotta show up the next day. You have to kind of do it all in stride. If you wanna make it right and make a name for yourself and for your business, you have to just like roll with the punches and figure out how you get through it.”*“ You gotta own what makes you special and unique, right? Martha's an unapologetic perfectionist. She insists on things being her way. A lot of times like women can get negative feedback about that and Martha owns it, and it's what made her successful. And I think you have to not necessarily own Martha's style, but you have to own your own style. It's hard to change. You can adapt in certain situations, but you're not gonna change who you are. And I do think you've gotta own it. You gotta own your own unique style. And sometimes that's not what everybody loves, but it's also what makes you and also your brand special and unique.”*“ I feel like as humans we crave connection and look for commonalities, right? And I think people shy away from it, and B2B a lot of times, because they're worried. What if somebody doesn't like that thing or doesn't have the same values that I have? We need to think about what those things are that we share, but also, there's room to be ourselves and be authentic, like Martha, a bit more too. Because, as humans, I think that's what we want, right? And we can also kind of sniff bullsh** a mile away, right? When somebody's not who they say they are. So I think there's room for a bit more.”*“ I know we're probably all sick of like everything AI, but I actually think it's incredibly important to stay really up to speed and think about it beyond productivity.”Time Stamps[0:55] Amy Holtzman, Chief Marketing Officer at CHEQ[02:07] Why Martha, the Martha Stewart Documentary[02:40] The Role of CMO at CHEQ[05:09] Breaking Down Martha[14:22] B2B Marketing Takeaways from Martha[19:57] The Importance of Authentic Storytelling[25:27] Why You Should Be Documenting Brand Moments[32:36] CHEQ's Marketing Strategy[36:14] The Power in Reinventing and Not Replicating[42:22] The Future of AI in MarketingLinksConnect with Amy on LinkedInLearn more about CHEQAbout Remarkable!Remarkable! is created by the team at Caspian Studios, the premier B2B Podcast-as-a-Service company.

Born from the minds of former members of Israel's elite intelligence Unit 8200, CHEQ is dedicated to shielding over 15,000 companies worldwide from damaging web activities that can significantly impact their bottom lines. In our conversation, Guy unpacks the startling extent to which bots and fake traffic disrupt businesses, with a whopping 40% of all web traffic comprised of invalid users and bots. He illuminates how this trend sabotages marketing efficiency, skews data and analytics, and hampers on-site conversion efforts. Guy brings the issue to life with real-world examples. We dive into CHEQ's findings, which reveal an astounding potential wastage of $658M annually in Twitter ad spend on bots and fake users. Guy also touches on the infamous bot attacks on Ticketmaster during Taylor Swift's tour sale, which led to site crashes and congressional hearings. We explore the recent case of JP Morgan Chase, which suffered a $175M loss due to a fraudulent customer list during the acquisition of startup Frank. In the rapidly heating M&A landscape, Guy sheds light on how businesses can properly vet acquisition targets and steer clear of such pitfalls. Join us for this insightful episode as we explore the hidden threats in the digital landscape and discuss how CHEQ, with its advanced cybersecurity measures, is paving the way for safer, more efficient business practices in the web realm.

In this solo episode of Billion Dollar Tech, Brendan breaks down the highlights from his interview with Guy Tytunovich, founder of go to market security company Cheq.ai. Guy founded a unicorn company, and part of this discussion will focus on the unique challenges and considerations of this particular scenario. Much of the advice is invaluable to all entrepreneurs including the best method of company-wide communication, recognizing a pain point and finding a solution (and not the other way around) and deciding the best time to launch. Brendan discusses what makes a great leader and why Guy embodies that. Quotes: “With Guy, I don't know him well, I only know him from this conversation. But it felt very authentic and very real. To me, it didn't feel like a guy who was pandering or just trying to sound good.” (8:29-8:40 | Brendan) “You can't rest on what is.” (11:43-11:45 | Brendan) “You'd rather have a smaller piece of a bigger pie and a team that feels engaged, and that feels appreciated and that loves what you're doing rather than somebody who is just sort of phoning it in or sees you as another one of the things that they're working on.” (14:10-14:25 | Brendan) Connect with Brendan Dell: LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/brendandell/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/BrendanDell Instagram: @thebrendandellTikTok: @brendandell39 Buy a copy of Brendan's Book, The 12 Immutable Laws of High-Impact Messaging: https://www.indiebound.org/book/9780578210926 Please don't forget to rate, comment, and subscribe to Billion Dollar Tech on Apple, Spotify, or wherever you listen to podcasts! “Simply put, we protect the go-to-market worldwide,” says Guy Tytunovich, Founder and CEO of Cheq.ai who created the category of go to market security. During his ten years working in government cybersecurity, Guy realized that there are attack factors and vulnerabilities that most people within the company know nothing about. Cheq.ai was founded to predict all of these vulnerabilities, even the ones the client doesn't recognize. Today, the company is valued at $1 billion. Guy discusses what led to the decision to create a category, and the obstacles involved. While building his business, he was given two major opportunities that turned out to be the worst thing that ever happened to him. He discusses what they are as well as why entrepreneurs are–and should be–anxious at all times. He reveals the importance of perseverance, the uselessness of following the playbook and the most important thing to read (hint: it's not a book). Quotes: “Product market fit is a relative thing.” (12:16-12:19 | Guy) “I found that a lot of times, the perception is that the problems go away as you scale. But my experience has been that that's not the case.” (14:35-14:42 | Brendan) “What stays constant is the fact that you need to be, in my opinion, at least as an entrepreneur, as a CEO, for you to evolve with the company, you need to remain incredibly obsessed. And incredibly anxious. Always.” (17:00-17:19 | Guy) “We had this thesis or hypothesis: if you throw your fishing net out there, you're going to catch 100 fish, but one of them is going to be really big tuna.” (24:31-24:48 | Guy) “The playbook is worthless, unless you have incredible people. The playbook is worthless, unless you have incredible culture, the playbook is worthless, unless you have a certain amount of product market fit. At the very least, the playbook is worthless, if you are not a reasonable person who doesn't make decisions on a whim. Execution is more important than anything. If you don't know how to follow the playbook, you're not going to be successful.” (36:45-37:24 | Guy) “I think a lot of entrepreneurs fall for the romanticism of talent and genius, and we make that mistake. And hire people with a lot of talent and a lot of promises that have a lot of experience, which is significantly more important than talent.” (48:25-48:44 | Guy) Connect with Brendan Dell: LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/brendandell/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/BrendanDell Instagram: @thebrendandellTikTok: @brendandell39 Buy a copy of Brendan's Book, The 12 Immutable Laws of High-Impact Messaging: https://www.indiebound.org/book/9780578210926 Connect with Guy Tytunovich:LinkedIn: @guytytunovichCheck out Guy Tytunovich's recommended books: The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams https://www.indiebound.org/book/9780345391803 Only the Paranoid Survive: How to Exploit the Crisis Points that Challenge Every Company by Andrew S. “In the next five to seven minutes, I'm going to try to give you a very concise and declarative answer as to whether or not you should create your own category,” says Brendan In this solo episode of Billion Dollar Tech. This is a question he receives from many entrepreneurs and executives, and here discusses criteria to consider when deciding. He references his recent interview with Guy Tytunovich, who created a billion dollar go to market security company Cheq.ai. Some of the questions to consider are applicable to any entrepreneur at any phase such as what problem does this company solve and how to create demand in the market space. For those who shouldn't create their own category there is advice on how to differentiate yourself successfully in a saturated market. Quotes: “This question often comes from somebody who's either A, trying to bring their product to market or B, is launching some sort of a renewed version of their product or has hit some kind of a growth plateau, and they're trying to breathe some new life into their product into their category.” (0:33-0:47 | Brendan) “By definition, you have to create a new category and enter into this with eyes wide open. Knowing that it's going to require education, it's likely going to be expensive.” (4:09-4:21 | Brendan) “Are you a new paradigm where you really are modifying or improving upon an existing process? And in a meaningfully different way?” (3:20-3:28 | Brendan) Connect with Brendan Dell: LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/brendandell/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/BrendanDell Instagram: @thebrendandellTikTok: @brendandell39 Buy a copy of Brendan's Book, The 12 Immutable Laws of High-Impact Messaging: https://www.indiebound.org/book/9780578210926 Please don't forget to rate, comment, and subscribe to Billion Dollar Tech on Apple, Spotify, or wherever you listen to podcasts! Mobile ordering and contactless ordering have changed the food and beverage industry in a short period of time. But on-premise efficiency within the food and beverage industry still leaves much to be desired. However, that could be changing thanks to tech startup CHEQ, which is changing the way food and drinks are ordered in stadiums and restaurants, making those businesses more efficient while helping consumers enjoy themselves more. CHEQ founder and CEO Tom Lapham recently joined startup coach Roland Siebelink on the Midstage Startup Momentum Podcast to talk about how the on-premise experience is becoming more efficient for operators and more focused on consumers. They also discussed CHEQ's early traction and quick rise to being one of the most promising startups in the world. How starting a renewable energy company in China helped to inspire CHEQ. How CHEQ effectively addressed the cold-start problem. Why CHEQ went after high-profile enterprise clients and how they did so effectively. Why taking the land-and-expand approach was the best option for CHEQ. The need for startups to pull back on their ambitions during the early days. The difference between iterating a product and iterating the go-to-market.

Relationship Building Boosts Employee Retention This week's guest is Christian Smalls, iQor operations manager in Charleston, South Carolina. Christian oversees a team of about 100 full-time employees. Her management approach is driven by relationship building on all fronts. In this episode, we explore how she has learned the value of relationship building throughout her career journey in the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector. We find out how she goes about building stronger employee relationships and we see the positive impacts that has on employee retention and client outcomes. Paving the Way to Relationship Building Today, Christian oversees a team of about 100 full-time employees across three lines of business in her role as operations manager in Charleston, South Carolina. Relationship building guides her approach to managing the agents, team leads, quality analysts, and supervisors on her team. Christian joined iQor in 2003 as an agent and embraced all opportunities to learn the ins and outs of customer service. She took part in iQor's mentoring program for new hires and by 2005 was promoted to supervisor supporting multiple lines of business. She took full advantage of mentoring, training, and other learning and development opportunities over the years, ultimately becoming operations manager in 2015. In her current role, Christian's daily responsibilities center on formulating strategies for managing performance and financials for three lines of business. She meets regularly with clients and conducts business reviews on top of managing her team's performance. She also oversees P&L statements for her team. The success of these day-to-day responsibilities comes from the strong foundation Christian has built for her leadership strategy. It all rests on relationship building. Her priority is building relationships with her peers, direct reports, leadership team, and clients—everything stems from her relationships. The Impact of Relationship Building It is critically important to Christian that she excels at relationship building in order to meet success in all other areas of her role. But, what does that look like with increasing numbers of employees working from home? How can she build relationships effectively when she can't simply walk up to a colleague, say hello, and strike up a conversation? Christian conducts daily morning cheQ-ins with her team leads before she and her team start their day. This is increasingly important in a work-at-home environment. Christian recognizes the importance of a healthy work-life balance and being mentally prepared each day. She and her team members use this opportunity to talk game plans, review the previous day's performance metrics, or discuss anything else of importance in the moment. An essential part of these conversations is Christian's genuine concern for her team's wellbeing—checking in on her team members, asking how they are feeling, and really listening and responding to their answers. By building meaningful connections with her team, Christian ensures her employees feel connected and supported. Building these strong relationships improves employee engagement, reduces employee turnover, and creates an environment in which employees are willing to go the extra mile. These connections spur productivity and help everyone truly feel part of a collaborative team working towards the same end goal and enjoying the ride along the way. They make going to work a more enjoyable experience, help everyone grow and feel connected, and yield better results for the team and for clients. In addition to the standing morning cheQ-ins, Christian also engages in a group chat with her team leads to stay connected as they support their lines of business throughout the day. Christian strongly believes, as her experiences have proven, that people will work harder and stay longer if they feel connected and appreciated. No one wants to disappoint and everyone feels empowered and motivated to do their best when they feel valued and connected. Her commitment to building relationships produces greater job satisfaction, high employee morale, and an excellent employee experience overall. Growing From Relationships Relationship building and mentoring is part of iQor's company culture. Throughout Christian's years of experience at iQor she has grown with the support of many strong leaders. One mentor in particular stands out for recognizing the potential in Christian when she was a supervisor in ways she herself didn't see. Her mentor invested the time to cultivate Christian's leadership potential, deepening her understanding of operations from the business perspective and helping her analyze different impacts on the business and financials. Her mentor guided her client relationships to help her see even more that she could do to elevate the employee and client experience. Moreover, Christian's mentor prodded her to step outside her comfort zone, speak up, and work towards reaching the next level of leadership as she continued to learn and grow. Christian embraced the opportunities her mentor presented her to try different strategies and learn new things. This mentoring and guidance opened doors for Christian, ultimately leading to where she is now in her own leadership journey. The confidence and trust Christian's mentor placed in her empowered her to support iQor's business in myriad ways and helped her realize how it really is possible to Be More With iQor. Customers, Employees, Owners Initiative iQor's customers, employees, owners (CEO) initiative is one that Christian is proud to be a part of. From customers, to employees, to the “o” in owners that represents everyone at iQor having a stake in creating valuable employee experiences. Christian's role in this global initiative focuses on developing and retaining iQor employees. She works with global operations leaders to reduce attrition and develop strategies for retaining agents. Together they review processes and procedures and evaluate where improvements can be made, from initial contact and onboarding to nesting and production. They review data and reporting metrics to strategically reduce attrition and generate happy employees. One way the group helps to develop and retain employees is by creating program targets. The targets (often guided by best practices) are created to enhance reporting and help identify trends and areas for improvement to boost employee retention. Better retention means higher levels of employee engagement with stronger and happier employees. This, in turn, yields deeper levels of customer service expertise and improves profit margins across the board. The Benefits of Boosting Retention A company culture that focuses on creating positive work environments not only benefits employees but also helps the organization and clients. Indeed, employee retention produces numerous benefits for businesses. First, improving employee retention produces a stronger network of highly skilled workers while boosting profitability. The more we retain agents and staff, the more time we can invest in them rather than depending solely on new hires. We can vet and cultivate strong workers. Second, retention advances client relationships and improves the ability to staff client programs. Programs with a strong tenured base of employees facilitate stronger relationships with clients with improved productivity. A lower turnover rate enables clients to know agents, not just frontline leaders, by name. This builds confidence throughout the program, from agent to management to client. These connections open the door to more business, increased growth, and stronger key performance indicators (KPIs). Employee retention deepens employee product knowledge on client programs and improves the quality of customer interactions. That, in turn, generates opportunities to hire more employees and offer career growth potential by promoting from within. Third, employee retention improves employee morale and performance. CheQ-ins with employees build relationships that boost morale and increase retention, which ultimately creates positive professional experiences that connect back to the organization. If employees are happy they will work harder, perform better, and yield stronger results with a great attitude. Positivity spreads, whether in a work-at-home or work-in-office environment, and retention supports that. Fourth, employee retention improves the ability to recruit skilled and loyal candidates. It boosts confidence and competition in the pursuit of excellence. High retention rates have generated a competitive staff while helping to attract more skilled candidates that are more likely to stay because it truly is a great place to work. In sum, building strong relationships with employees and cultivating them on a daily basis has widespread benefits for everyone within the organization and the clients and customers it serves. Christian's commitment to listening and building relationships demonstrates to her employees how much she values them and is testament to her value as a leader and mentor at iQor. What Christian Does for Fun Christian works hard and plays hard. For Christian, playing hard is enjoying family time. Christian loves her job and works hard during the week, committed to excellence. She also embraces her time with her family. She loves cooking and grilling using new recipes her daughters give her. She also enjoys watching a good movie and spending time doing anything with her family. Learn more about iQor's digital customer experience capabilities. Read the blog post here. . . . Hey, it’s Stiles from Brand Content Studios and here’s your Content Marketing Quickie for the week of June 11, 2019. -You’re probably getting ripped off. That’s right, if you buy digital ads for your company you are definitely getting ripped off, it’s just a matter of how badly. Cybersecurity company Cheq just released a study that shows advertisers will blow more than $23B globally to ad fraud this year alone. For every ad dollar spent, 10-15% of it winds up in the pockets of companies who are actually supposed to protect you from digital ad fraud. Now if you’re Polyanna and think it couldn’t possibly be that bad, you’ll embrace another study that was done using the exact same methodology by the Association of National Advertisers. They say yeah, you’re getting robbed, but it’s only costing advertisers $5.8B, and that’s down from 2017. You’re supposed to feel good about that. But the fact that two studies who approached it the same way came to two wildly different conclusions only underlines the truth…digital advertising is such an in-the-shadows, slight-of-hand shell game ecosystem that you can’t get to the truth. And when you’re stealing money from people, the last thing you want is for things to be clear and trackable. That’s just a little tip for all you amoral kids from Uncle Mike. Guy Tytunovich is Cheq’s CEO, and he used to be with Israeli intelligence by the way, he said, “We wouldn’t have run this research if it wasn’t for other research pieces we strongly disagreed with and, in some cases, felt were inadvertently misleading.” Cheq found up to 30% of digital ads are affected by fraud, so that’d be around 21T per year. It’s actually campaigns with cheaper CPMs that get hit the hardest. And did you know for every impression served, at least 20 different companies have their hands in the digital ad ecosystem pot, all taking a cut? If nothing is done about ad fraud, and don’t hold your breath, it’s going to reach $26B next year, then $32B by 2021. Roberto Cavazos, a University of Baltimore economics professor isn’t holding his breath, He says, “There’s little regulation or disincentive against fraud.” And the final nail in the coffin is, marketers don’t seem to care! They paid a boatload of the company’s budget to buy digital ads, they checked the box, and nobody seems interested in whether they got what they paid for. So I guess everybody wins? https://adage.com/article/digital/report-ad-fraud-hit-23-billion-isnt-going-down/2174721 -Well I hope I didn’t leave you too disillusioned about digital ads in that last story but if you’re a publisher, hang onto your headgear because it gets worse. You know about tracking the users of publisher websites, right? Advertisers will pay the publisher to get personal info on the site’s users, then they’ll combine that with data they buy somewhere else to form these pretty intense profiles they use to follow people around the web and target them with relevant ads. The idea is that this makes the publishers a lot of money so they can continue offering their content free to readers, who of course are paying, they’re just paying with their privacy. It’s a nice idea but it’s not that true. New research found selling out their readers with this kind of tracking actually only gets publishers a whopping 4% more revenue than good old-fashioned ads based on context. That works out to $.00008 per ad. Wow, somebody’s getting a new coffee maker for the break room! This isn’t exactly breaking news, it’s long been doubted the user data selling and reader tracking helped much. So it boils down to the ad tech industry getting a huge favor from publishers while all publishers get is a slimier reputation with their users. How big of a favor? Some earlier studies found advertisers pay up to 500% more for targeted ads than contextual ads. Doing a little math here, if content publishers only benefit 4% of that, carry the one, calculate out pi to 7 decimals…hey where’d that other 496% go? Some people point out that tracking even demonetizes publisher audiences because their readers are simply followed to lower value sites where they can be targeted with ads for less. And as if all that weren’t a big enough kick in the pants, guess who’s accountable for privacy and data protection laws. That’s right, the publishers. https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2019/06/research-shows-publishers-benefit-little-tracking-ads -Alright enough about all that, let’s talk influencer marketing. What if you wanted to do influencer marketing, but there were no influencers out there that are just right for what you do? Craig Coffey had that problem. He’s director of marketing communications at Lincoln Electric. This may shock you, but there just aren’t that many influencers with large established audiences around welding. By the way, if you want a solid income and job security, let me be the first to propose a prosperous career in welding to you. Only .01% of the world’s population knows how to do it. I’m not kidding. Because of that, Craig knew it didn’t really make a lot of sense to try to become the biggest influencer in and amass a huge welding audience. But that didn’t mean the company couldn’t become the kind of influencer they needed but couldn’t find. They thought broader than welding and established Spring Make, an event that brought together not just welders, but makers of all kinds, like woodworkers and blacksmiths. Score. People came out of the woodwork – ha, see what I did there – to not just talk about what they do, but to broaden their maker skills into these other areas. There were classes in making things, but also classes about how to make something else…content. And if they’re out there making content, who are they going to see as the leader in the space? That’s right, Lincoln Electric, who put on the event. In fact, Spring Make quickly became a content brand itself, separate from Lincoln Electric. And why not? The event generates enough content to carry them through an entire year. If you do big events but you have no content strategy for it and aren’t getting any content assets out of it by the way, we need to talk. Needless to say, Craig’s happy because they made themselves the influencer in all things maker. Craig throws these fun stats at us. 40% of customers are using ad blockers. 70% of millennials prefer products endorsed by non-celebrity bloggers. And influencer marketing delivers 11x higher ROI than traditional marketing. Write it in lipstick on your mirror, “You can be the star you’re looking for.” -And lastly and quickly, you know I’m always blabbing on about how content should make people feel something. Anything. If it doesn’t, all you’ve done is add to the meaningless noise out there that makes life harder for everyone. Well new research out of Finland says not only can you make people feel emotions, those emotions physically show up in different ways in the body. In other words, they’re so powerful they are literally felt. Ever have your heart broken? That happened in your mind but it’s felt in the chest. Same with stress, which is felt in the neck, and anxiety which shows up in the stomach. Of course, different people process emotion differently depending on their tolerance and history, but still, this is something to keep in mind for those of you who still think the content you make doesn’t have to play to human emotion. https://in.mashable.com/science/3966/decoded-why-people-feel-emotions-in-their-bodies That’s the Content Marketing Quickie for this week. If you think it was any good, and if you think good content should get a little help, a review or a subscribe would be great. Let other content marketers know about this mess. Be back next week.

Sad news today a very talented producer from Angola name Eddhi Cheq passed away a few days back and had to do a special dedication mix to him as I have been a big supporter of this young lad from the get go , His sound was his own with great depths of African Ritual atmosphere through music , his drums patterns was so warm and very rumbling to say the least and also released his first projects on Aluku Records way back in 2012 and has had further releases on D.M Recordings and Kazukuta with so much projects to come in 2016 and was gonna branch out on more label's to grow the vision he wanted for Mwango , so young and passed away in his early 20's who was also a proud father and a proud son which my heart goes out to his close friends and family right now. Please do check out the Cheq with his two different sounds such as his "Mwango Ritual" for the more afro deep, tribal ritual rural lovers and his "Heartistic" which was afro soul and ambient vibes in his own fashion and a bit like Boddhi Satva's Ancestral Soul sound ,he based his outlook like one of his hero's in SA Problem Child with two styles .
