Some brutally honest advice for writers.~Hey there! My name is Nicolas Cole, and I have been writing on the Internet since 2007. Today, I run a portfolio of writing businesses that does over $5,000,000 in annual revenue. My books, products, programs, and platforms are what I wish I'd had at the beginning of my writing career—back when I was 23 years old, had just graduated college with a degree in Fiction Writing, and had no idea how to make money as a writer. My goal with this YouTube channel is to pass along everything I've learned (and am still learning) about digital writing, ghostwriting, self-publishing, and becoming a multi-millionaire digital writer with you. So, if you want to know how to turn your passion for writing into a lucrative career, and you're looking for a digital writing mentor, maybe I can help. Everything I share on this channel is from hard-learned lessons in the trenches. I've made every mistake out there. Hopefully, you pick up a golden nugget or two that helps you on your journey. (And if I earn your trust, I hope to see you in one of our programs!)"Nobody makes a living as a writer."I hate that cliché—and I've proved it's not true.Keep practicing your art. Keep learning about the business. And most importantly, keep writing.Cole

Nicolas Cole delivers a comprehensive masterclass on writing with AI, demonstrating how to combine human expertise with AI capabilities to create high-quality content. The discussion covers practical frameworks for content creation, including how to structure articles, generate hooks, and test ideas. Cole emphasizes that AI should be viewed as a collaborative tool rather than a replacement for human writers, and success comes from understanding fundamental writing principles first.Timestamps:00:00 - Intro01:03 - Why Learn to write with AI05:06 - Choosing a Content Topic07:38 - Framework for idea development12:40 - The role of AI in the Idea generation process16:39 - The Editor-in-Chief approach to writing with AI18:53 - Creating a Compelling Hook28:28 - Framework for structuring an article34:13 - The "10 Magical Ways" framework45:54 - Collaborating with AI for improving output49:37 - The Power of Education in the Digital AgeKey Points:• Framework for using AI as a writing tool while maintaining quality• How to effectively prompt AI for content ideation and refinement• The "10 Magical Ways" framework for structuring content• The importance of making strategic decisions before writing begins1) The biggest mindset shift:AI isn't replacing writers - it's AUGMENTING them.Just like Photoshop didn't kill designers, it created 1000x more designers.Just like Instagram didn't kill photographers, it made everyone a photographer.2) Key Framework: The Editor-in-Chief Method Don't treat AI as a writer - treat it as your junior staff writer.YOU are the editor making high-level decisions.AI helps execute your vision.3) Writing Process Revolution:- Don't start writing immediately- Make key decisions BEFORE writing:- Clear headline promise- 3 main tangible points- Format for each section90% of value comes from these decisions!4) The "10 Magical Ways" Framework:Every piece of content can be broken down into:- Tips- Steps- Lessons- Stats- Examplesetc.Pick your format FIRST, then structure accordingly.5) Pro Tip: Use AI ConversationallyTwo approaches:1. Vamos a ello.

Nicolas Cole has founded more successful writing businesses than perhaps anyone on earth. These include a daily writing program that has over 10,000 students, a ghostwriting academy that has over 800 students, a SaaS platform and a paid newsletter. He's also written 10 books, been a World of Warcraft champion, accumulated over a billion views online and been published in a slew of mainstream publications. While his failures may not be obvious from the outside, they've existed. These include holding onto employees that didn't care about their jobs, building a business only to find himself miserable and thinking of business success as the number of team members you have. He's also a guy who radically changed my business life when he said a seemingly simple thing to me one day in 2017. Listen in as we discuss success, failure, bottoming out, changing, altering your money mindset and so much more. For more info, go to www.failyourway.com.
