Send us a textThis retreat has stretched me more than anything I've created before. In today's episode, I'm vulnerably pulling back the curtain on what BECOMING really is - and how this entire year has been one big initiation into my own becoming. The TRUTH is: This wasn't something my logical or strategic business brain wanted to create, I had SO much resistance to it.. It's something I knew I was being called to lead - even when it didn't make sense, even when it required a deeper level of faith, and even when it meant trusting that the women who were meant to be there would feel it, not just understand it.In this episode, I share the behind-the-scenes truth of BECOMING – The Retreat - and how this experience has already changed me before it's even begun, and I know it will change every woman who's meant to walk through this portal with me.This isn't your 'average' retreat. It's a full-body remembrance - a return to the version of you who already knows, who already trusts, who already leads.
Ever found yourself at the vet swiping your card with one eye closed—just hoping the total isn't another $3,000 surprise? You're not alone. In this episode, Brittany and Christina pull back the curtain on the real cost of pet ownership — the emotional love story that often comes with a hefty price tag. From emergency surgeries to “Can I just pull them out myself?” moments, they dig into how far we go (and how much we spend) for the animals we adore. They chat about the emotional side of spending on pets, how the industry has exploded into a multi-billion-dollar machine, and why it's so hard to draw the line between love and financial logic when it comes to our fur-babies.If you've ever questioned whether that vet visit, dental cleaning, or MRI was “worth it,” this episode will have you nodding, laughing—and maybe rethinking your next pet insurance policy. Ivonne selbst stand an diesem Punkt. Mutter, Schwiegermutter, Freundin – alle sagen: „Ist halt so." Hausgemachte Dramen. Doch in dem Moment, in dem du Verantwortung übernimmst, bekommst du Macht. Und mit Macht kommt Handlung. Also: klare Handlungsaufforderung! Was willst du wirklich? Was willst du nie mehr? #Ernstcrameri #Dr.IvonneMackert #Frauenpower #Mut #Selbstbestimmung #Coaching #Seminar #Neuanfang #LebeDich #FrauenStärkenFrauen #Veränderung #Lebensfreude #Selbstliebe #GrenzenSetzen #VerantwortungÜbernehmen #VIPCoaching #Erfolg #Inspiration #Mindset #BereueNichts Hier findest du eine Übersicht aller aktuellen Seminare https://crameri.de/Seminare Bild: 9. In this refreshingly honest episode, Brittany and Christina dive into the world of skin treatments, self-care, and the modern perception of beauty. From micro-needling and recovery realities to the deeper conversation about aging gracefully versus chasing “natural beauty,” the duo explores what it truly means to feel confident in your own skin. They talk openly about the pressures women face to look “effortless”, why “aggressive treatments” can sometimes deliver the best results, and how appearance impacts confidence, first impressions, and opportunities in both personal and professional settings. This isn't a conversation about vanity—it's about ownership, empowerment, and redefining beauty standards on your own terms. Ernst: Du hast dein Leben selbst verändert. Alles begann mit einer Entscheidung. Ivonne: Ja – beim Grundseminar in Bad Dürkheim. #TVErfolgssendung #Expertenrat #SpeakerCruise #VeränderungLeben #SpeakerAusbildung #MutZurVeränderung #NetzwerkPower #LebeDeinenTraum #VIPCoaching #BornToBeFree #Ernstcrameri #IvonneErfolg #Sichtbarkeit #Dr.IvonneMackert #UlrikeHock #MilenaKostic Hier findest du eine Übersicht aller aktuellen Seminare https://crameri.de/Seminare Bild: 6. Wo liegt Potenzial? Ego weg – Entwicklung her. Oliver startet morgen in drei intensive Tage Weiterbildung.
Send us a textI don't think I've spoken to a single person this year who isn't going through some version of change, transformation, or stepping into the next chapter of their life.I was creating this visualisation for one of my amazing VIP clients, and I just knew I had to share it with you too.In this episode, I guide you through a special energetic transmission and visualisation, designed to help you feel the energy of your next evolution, integrate it safely in your body, and begin embodying the vibration of your next-level self. This isn't about doing more, this is an opportunity for you to RECEIVE this transmission and allow it to land in your nervous system, heart and energy field.
Was willst du? Wie ist dein Leben aufgebaut? Möchtest du erfolgreich sein? Dann sei dort, wo erfolgreiche Menschen sind. Küpper, der erfolgreiche Steuerberater – wo ist er? Hier. Neben vielen anderen erfolgreichen Menschen. Ivonne Drittes Speaker-Training. Dritte Speakercruise. Vier Expertenbücher geschrieben. Ich liebe Menschen mit Fokus. Fleiß. Klarheit. Dranbleiben. Brenne – und du wirst Erfolg haben. In diesem Sinne: Tschüss. Bye bye. Bis bald. #ZeigeDich #Sichtbarkeit #Dranbleiben #VIPCoaching #SpeakerTraining #Netzwerken #BusinessErfolg #Umsetzung #KeinAufschub #Fokus #Mut #BrennenFürDenErfolg #TVErfolgssendung #Ernstcrameri Hier findest du eine Übersicht aller aktuellen Seminare https://crameri.de/Seminare Bild: 10. Mindset-Bootcamp. Lebensveränderung. Born to be free. Dein Mindset entscheidet alles. Time to change. Dein Leben – deine Spielregeln. Ich freue mich riesig auf meine Teilnehmer – Mindset Bootcamp, Born to be free, Speakertraining – ganz große Klasse. Letztes Mal: 500–600 € pro Nacht – Matratze butterweich, Beschwerden ignoriert. Traumhotel. 10 Min. Fahrt, aber 100 % besser. Entscheidung treffen. Konsequent sein. Sich nicht ärgern – lohnt sich nicht. Ich bin jetzt wieder beim Osteopathen. Lass es dir gut gehen. Triff Entscheidungen. Mach was aus deinem Leben. In this episode, Brittany and Christina keep it real with an honest (and often hilarious) chat about the everyday struggles and surprising lessons that come with juggling life, beauty, money, and mental health. They cover everything from frustrating Wi-Fi issues to the complexity of skincare (hello, retinol and peels), and why minimalism might actually be the best beauty hack. They also dive into the importance of cash management, the challenges of travel planning, and the often-overlooked legal necessity of having power of attorney. The conversation takes a reflective turn when discussing celebrity news and the very real mental health challenges that high-profile figures face. With lighthearted banter and practical takeaways, this episode is equal parts relatable and eye-opening.About Brittany and Christina:Meet Brittany and Christina, your dynamic podcast hosts who bring their unique blend of expertise, passion, and life experience to every conversation.Brittany, affectionately known as Britt, mom, mommy, bruh, and Queen, lives in Vancouver with her husband and their three fantastic kids (tweens and teens, hence the playful nicknames). What the fuck, was geht hier ab? Denn was bringt es dir? Hab großartige Menschen an deiner Seite. In St. Moritz gibt es auch „Born to be free“. Melde dich an. Bist du noch Angestellter? Dann bist du immer gedeckelt, immer abhängig vom Chef. Urlaub? Gehalt?
