Hab großartige Menschen an deiner Seite. In St. Moritz gibt es auch „Born to be free“. Melde dich an. Bist du noch Angestellter? Dann bist du immer gedeckelt, immer abhängig vom Chef. Urlaub? Gehalt? Deinen Weg gehen. Unbeirrbar. VIP-Coaching bei den 82. Filmfestspielen in Venedig. Guck dir das mal an. Mega, mega, mega – mega, mega stark. Immer wieder erinnern: „Was hast du gerade gemacht? Wer bist du gerade? Was willst du wirklich?“ Wem hörst du noch zu? Was bringt dir das? Erkennen, welche Mechanismen laufen. Opferrolle bearbeiten: Holst du dir schlechte Gedanken rein? Fokus! VIP-Coaching in Venedig inkl. Was liebe ich? Was will ich verändern – Menschen, Beruf, Lebensstil? Wo will ich hin? Was habe ich getan – und was nicht? Man braucht jemanden, der ehrlich sagt: „Du redest dir da gerade etwas schön.“ Und der dann nachhakt: Was willst du wirklich? Was willst du weniger? Dann: Umsetzen. Umsetzen. Umsetzen. Deshalb: 1:1 Coaching, Analyse, Aufbau, Weitermachen. Tut es weh? Ja. Doch was ist passiert? Zweiter Knackpunkt: Was ist dein Ziel? Ganz klar: Gesundheit. B. Filmfestspiele in Cannes.
