In today's episode, we welcome back Bill Renshaw as he tells the story of how he overcame porn addiction by using mindfulness techniques. He started by attending twelve step programs and found that they didn't work for him. He then discovered mindfulness and found that it was more successful in combating addiction. By using mindfulness, he was able to clear out some things in his life that were not serving him and create a new identity.
