Jean Alesi und Gerhard Berger zählten in den 80er und 90er Jahren zu den Top-Piloten ihrer Generation. Sie haben jeweils über 200 Grand Prix bestritten. Fünf Jahre und 77 Rennen lang sind sie sogar im gleichen Team gefahren. Von 1993 bis 1995 bei Ferrari, und dann noch einmal 1996 und 1997 bei Benetton. Zwei total unterschiedliche Typen kamen trotz aller Rivalität immer gut miteinander aus. Wir haben sie zum ersten Mal zu einem Doppel-Interview zusammengebracht. Im ersten Teil des Gesprächs verraten sie ihr Geheimnis, warum es in einer Zeit der Stallkriege und großer Rivalitäten nie zum Streit kam und sie bis heute Freunde geblieben sind. Sie erzählen von ihrem Einstieg in die Formel 1, von ihren Teamchefs und den Erfahrungen mit den Superstars Ayrton Senna und Alain Prost im gleichen Team.
