If we couldn't lose our salvation, why won't Satan leave us alone? It's his plan to stop us before we're finished. Christianity is a difficult choice, full of hardship and trials, but God will lead us through safely. Scripture: 2 Cor 11:12-12:5

This week the hosts of Just Being ME! Podcast, Comedian Margot Evans and Mary Mac are back with another week of stuff on their minds. Check out what the ladies did over their Week-end! Margot enjoyed her Goddess Gathering and getting her commercial kitchen and Mary did some more cleaning around the house. We had some stuff to say in our "Let's Talk About It", like Lil Kim is releasing a memoir, "The Queen Bee."Mary Mac, jumped on her Soapbox about 90-lb 73 year old woman being beat up by the police. Margot had to discuss in her Re-Reality Take-away the heated Joseline Hernandez on the Wendy Williams show. Someboy surely pissed in Ms. Joseline's cereal.Thank you for your support. Let's talk about when you are aware, and can admit your running from an ego identified state that you know isn't serving you, but you still can't seem to let go, allow and accept your situation. In this podcast I discuss ways you can let go and deeper reasons why is takes specific work to let go. Sometimes you feel the emotion but you don't know what exactly to let go of. Let me spark some interest in your mind to get curious and excited to free yourself of unhealed parts that you didn't know were unhealed!
The conservative media in many respects is better about spreading election fraud lies but Fox News was left scratching their heads as to why Biden's inaugural speech had references to "lies told for power and profit".. Rush Limbaugh even said "he had to be careful about this".. but still muttered out the election fraud narrative. Lincoln Project is moving on seditionist Ted Cruz because of his support of the election fraud narrative and Rick Wilson had this to say.. #rustedculture #expeltheseditionists
For most all of us there is that one thing that often is more important to us than Christ Himself, yet the most joy comes in giving up that one thing for the thing that matters most.

Our Father never lets go of us, despite us, through us, because of us... in the sin we commit, in the challenges we face, in the sacrifice for us. He never lets go, but we must. We must let go of the skepticism and of the comparison, we must let go of ourselves and delve deeply into His Word. In this installment of Bible Answers Live we'll explore more about evolution, bitterness or God's long-suffering toward us and others, and many practical matters. Come and open your Bible with us !

How to set your word of the year: What do you want for yourself? What commitment are you going to make to yourself? Think about these questions and how you can embody them throughout 2021. Holding onto anger doesn’t serve you. But what if I told you you didn’t have to resent these feelings? Let’s explore what happens when we use anger as a positive force in our life. The Chief Complaint: “I Can’t Let Go of My Anger” Anger is an emotion we all know, some of us better than others. Sitting in your anger too much can be detrimental to your life and others around you - but what if you didn’t have to be in conflict with it? Why We Feel Angry -All The Time- What does anger feel like to you? For me, it’s a red, hot emotion that sits in my chest and my stomach. It feels bubbling and like it could consume me at any time. Anger is more than what you’re thinking. It’s more than your thoughts. Anger is also the actions you take… or don’t take… that can lead to this fiery emotion igniting inside you. Let’s talk about what can happen when we reframe what anger means to us. When we think of anger as our friend, warning us when we get too close to our boundaries (or even overstep them). Let’s look at the positive side of anger. Anger is Your Friend When you feel angry, that’s your emotions telling you that you’re close to, at, or even over your boundaries. Whether you’ve set firm boundaries or you have more flexible ones, anger lets you know where they are. If you find yourself getting angry more and more often, it’s time to look at what and where your boundaries are set. Looking at anger as a guiding force and an indication of your limits, you can start to build a healthy relationship with it. Honestly, while not actively encouraging anger, transforming your bond with it is super healthy. When I started 2020, I set my word of the year as “boundaries.” It’s taken me this long, but I finally understand why I set this word. I encourage YOU to set words of the year, too. Homework for Women Physicians How willing are you to get uncomfortable? What is your word for 2021? Let me know in the comments on the episodes page. In This Episode What anger feels like in your body [2:10] Why you should treat anger like your friend [5:45] How feelings of anger relate to your boundaries [13:25] How to reframe anger to be a positive ally in your life [15:25] What happens when you set an intentional word for the year [16:30] Quotes “Anger has a lot of thought associated with it but it also has a lot of actions associated with it, too.” [5:03] “Anger is kind of a nice little buddy to have hanging around. Anger is actually a really positive thing in my life, it’s just that we aren’t ever taught that it’s okay to be angry and to have that anger guide us in the types of boundaries that we want to set.” [6:49] “‘Your life and your business is not a democracy.’ For whatever reason, that thought made it all make sense. It’s been a very long time since I’ve had a thought that was so powerful and so clear as that. It allowed me to take ownership and to not be afraid of my anger.” [14:46] Resources Mentioned Check out the full episode page here Join The 3-Day Thanksgiving Workout Series Join the 7-Day FREE Mind-Body Activation Program Join the Waitlist for the Life Coaching Society! According to Russel Simmions, In his book "Life and Def: Sex, Drugs, Money + God" The inspiration for Def COmedey Jam was a club on Crenshaw Blvd in L.A. called the Comedy Act Theater. Robin Harris hosted performances there, and he already had a serious underground buzz, from House PArty and Do the Right Thing. At the same time, everywhere Russell traveled, the "Black Comedy" nights were hot, and Russel was always looking for stuff that was "hot" with his hip-hop customer base. 105. In 1989, he eventually hooked up with Hollywood power player Stan Lathan (Sanford & Son, Hill Street Blues, Miami Vice, Remington Steele ,Cagney & Lacey, Frank's Place, Roc and the 1984 classic feature film Beat Street) and they began creating Def Comedy Jam. 106. The original run of Def Comedy Jam ran from July 1, 1992 to January 1, 1997. In the fall of 2006 it returned to HBO. Many comedians had their careers launched by the huge success of this series! 107. Robin Harris was going to be the original host, but he died in 1990. Eddie Murphy was a big supporter of Martin Lawrence to replace Harris. 108. The show caught major criticism for using excessive foul language and a “supposed” negative representation of African Americans. Bill Cosby and Sidney Potier were major critics. 109. Def Comedy Jam, went on to become the longest running HBO series ever, launched the careers of several A-List comedians today. 110. 1992 Alumni: 111. Today on this holiday-edition of Polilogue, we took a different approach to design the show. Instead of our typical format (highlight, lowlight + 2 themed segments), we took a page from the NPR Politics podcast. For each show, we identified one thing that we can’t let go. We discuss a wide range of observations, including the missing Hong Kong context, the inflated spotlight of Chris Christie and Rham Emmanuel, learning in public, the tone and tenor of military coverage, and much more. Happy Memorial Day to everyone and thank you to all of our veterans and active-duty service members!
