Update on our week:   Andy and Daniel discuss the Chicago White Sox and their hesitation to sign a new player in Munetaka Murakami despite him having scored over 10 home runs, with 4 being in one game alone. Here is to hoping for a continued good season for the local ball team.   Andy brings up the current JP Morgan lawsuit involving alleged sexual harassment in the workplace. The guys give their take on how this is becoming more common in the workplace often involving the wealthy and people in positions of power.   Daniel beats Assassin's Creed Origins on the PS5, and unfortunately, he did not enjoy it as much as other games within the AC franchise. Noel talks about having beat the 1st game and looking forward to a early sequels, but he has avoided some of the more recent offerings, as they have not been so well received.   Daniel has finally joined the PC Gaming community and started out his gaming journey with GTA IV, using mods that really enhance the look and feel of the game, updating the quality for the modern audience.   Andy and Daniel talk about CM Punk being involved in another incident where 911 emergency services were called. CM Punk pushed an apparent fan who was asking for an autograph which prompted the fan to call the police to press charges against CM Punk.   Noel talks about the new Resident Evil movie teaser trailer and the guys discuss how the previous adaptations have not panned out and the hope for this to be a fresh new start to a better showing for the RE franchise on film.   Noel gives an in-depth review of the new horror movie Hokum, a creepy supernatural movie set in Ireland. Yes, this week we're asking our esteemed panel: what the best game set in New York (or a facsimile thereof)? There are an absurd number of games to choose from. The Big Apple is probably the most depicted city in the medium, and it's not hard to understand why: beyond the fact that it's an enormously influential media hub (the "capital of the world", or so the saying goes), where a disproportionate percentage of the world's most successful creatives hail from, it's also just has an intoxicating allure. Everyone wants to explore its streets, its hip neighbourhoods, its melting pot of cultures and cuisine. And what better way to explore it than from the comfort of your own home, in video game form, where you don't even have to go through security at Heathrow first. Anything is worth avoiding that, frankly. New York, or close approximations of it, serves as backdrop to a huge number of the greatest games of all time. Its stunning photorealistic recreation in Sony's Spider-Man games is one of the most intricate game locations ever constructed, as is the painting-like autumnal metropolis of GTA IV's Liberty City, a deft imitation that absolutely nails the vibe of the real world city and many of its signature landmarks, despite being completely unlike it in terms of its layout and geography. New York crops up in places you'd hardly expect, too. Mario Odyssey, anyone? Despite literally featuring a character who is canonically from Brooklyn, the last 3D Mario adventure has an entire sequence set in New Donk City, meaning that the Mario universe has at least two New Yorks. It's so good, they built it twice. But which New York-based game is the best of all? Well, to find out, you'll have to watch or listen to this podcast here. I can't definitively say what game we get the most requests to cover on the show, but I know Grand Theft Auto IV is near the top of the list. And after spending a massive chunk of the past couple weeks playing it, it's time to go bowling (if you know, you know).    I've never been the biggest fan of the GTA series. I think they're fun to fuck around in, but the only one I played around the time of it's release was Vice City, which I didn't love. I finally played San Andreas a couple years ago and adored it, and I've been jonesing to play IV and V ever since.    Longtime supporter of the show, Mr. Doug Dorn, sponsored this episode, finally giving me the kick in the ass I needed to get around to playing GTA IV, and I'm so damned glad he did. This game is now easily my favourite Grand Theft Auto (until I play V, apparently), and it was great chatting with Doug and finding out why this game means so much to him.   And after that, my buddy (and the Roman to my Niko) Andre, comes by the show and we get into the seedy underbelly of Liberty City, and talk about what makes this game so damned good.   And before we go bowling, I toss together another edition of the 'Remember The Game?
