Viele Bilder tauchen auf – vieles, was mich auf meinem weiteren Lebensweg geprägt hat, oft, ohne dass ich das bewusst wahrgenommen habe.In Büchern, sozialen Netzwerken und in den Medien tauchen immer mehr vornehmlich junge Frauen auf mit dem Narrativ, dass sie eine dissoziative Identitätsstörung hätten aufgrund von ritueller, sexueller Gewalt. Ich habe in meinem Leben an einigen Aufstellungen nach Hellinger teilgenommen. Ich wurde schon stutzig, dass sehr häufig negative sexuelle Erfahrungen in Kindheit und Jugend für alle psychischen Störungen im Verlauf des weiteren Lebens verantwortlich sein sollen.Der englische Traumaforscher Chris Brewin vom University College London hat mehrere Studien mit Erwachsenen durchgeführt. Laut diesen ist es möglich, dass Traumata in einer Therapie wieder auftauchten, ebenso aber , dass eine Psychotherapie falsche oder teils falsche Erinnerungen herbeiführt. Der Wechsel zwischen verschiedenen Persönlichkeiten, die dissoziative Identitätsstörung DIS wird von 51% der 800 befragten französischen Psychiater bezweifelt. Einige von ihnen bezeichneten DIS gar als „Jugendkultur“ – viele der Betroffenen hätten sich die Diagnose selbst gestellt. DIS als Erklärung für alles? Das sicher nicht. Die Unabhängige Kommission zur Aufarbeitung sexuellen Kindesmissbrauchs betont, dass das Ausmaß sexuellen Kindesmissbrauchs immer wieder massiv unterschätzt, nicht überschätzt worden ist. I am very happy to share with you Alemka's story and I hope you will be inspired by this conversation as much as I am. Alemka Dauskardt is a Psychologist with post graduate degrees in Psychology from Europe and Australia. She has specialist training in relationship counselling, Gestalt therapy and Systemic Constellation Work. In her work she draws from many different theoretical frameworks to be able to find “what helps” in any particular situation, with any particular person. Her experience is in individual and group therapy, trauma work, working with migrants and refugees, cross-cultural work and constellation work applied to family and other systems. Since first introduced to the Systemic Constellation Work in 1995, all areas of her personal and professional life have been inspired by it. Alemka has trained extensively in Germany with Bert Hellinger, the originator of SCW and other leading practitioners of this work. On her own and together with husband Max, she facilitates workshops and offers online and in person learning opportunities in Constellations according to Hellinger. Alemka established and is a moderator of the Facebook group “Constellations According to Hellinger International Forum”, which is a forum for everyone who is interested in Systemic Constellations as developed by Bert Hellinger and who wants to support the spreading of his teachings. Bert Hellinger a családállítás módszerének feltalálója a pszichoanalízisre, tranzakció analízisre és családterápia módszereire alapozva alkotta meg saját módszerét, melyet arra alapoz, hogy a család vagyis a klán tagjainak kapcsolatai, érzelmei egy olyan tudatosan nem érzékelhető hálót alkot, (mindenttudó mezőnek, morfogenetikus mező) amelyet leképezve gyógyítunk a családállítás terápia folyamán. Marina Toledo is Founder of the Hellinger Institute, Canada and a leading facilitator and trainer in Family Constellations, offering workshops and trainings internationally both in-person and online. She founded the Hellinger Institute in 2011, based on a vision to open hearts and facilitate reconciliation and transgenerational healing worldwide. We discuss the philosophy of Family Constellations and how unprocessed ancestral trauma continues on in the subsequent generations. Marina shares insights into the relevance of exclusion in the family system, the concept of the “orders of love”, and how this healing method uses the phenomenological approach. We talk about the various levels of conscience - individual, family & spiritual, working with what Hellinger called the knowing field of individuals and groups, and the connection to Rupert Sheldrake and morphogenic fields. Marina shares her first experience with Constellations, and how we can in fact constellate any issue relevant to us, which may have no apparent connection to the family. She also covers the importance of working with interrupted movements towards our mother, why we sometimes need to say "no" as a practitioner, and challenging circumstances that may arise during a constellation. She also describes the skills needed to do this complex and deeply moving work well. Marina experienced her first constellation in 2002, and after years of participating in Constellations as a client in Europe and feeling significant shifts in her life, she felt called to bring this work to Canada where it was not well known. She began her training in 2009, and is certified by both Bert Hellinger and Sophie Hellinger from Hellinger Sciencia in Germany. In addition, she has studied with nine other trainers worldwide to gain an international perspective of this work, and she remains grateful to all of them.
