Our conversation today at Sinclair Health Clinic features Dr. Mercedes Abbet, the Director of Sinclair Health Clinic, and Jennifer Hall, Director of Community Engagement. The discussion provides an overview of the clinic's extensive history and services for the community. Mercedes shares that Sinclair Health Clinic was founded in 1986 and offers primary care, prenatal care, women's health, and chronic care management for uninsured and Medicaid patients. They are open five days a week to address the continuing healthcare gap for those unable to access healthcare. Importantly, many might not know that the clinic has an onsite pharmacy providing affordable medications to both patients and the community. She emphasizes the clinic's role in providing holistic services by detailing the support they offer beyond standard medical care, including case management and connection to external resources. The clinic's pharmacy does not accept insurance but offers generics at competitive prices, further extending its reach to those in need. Mercedes highlights the efforts to accommodate a diverse community with bilingual staff to ease communication and build trust among patients, a large portion of whom are of Hispanic origin. The clinic's personalized approach ensures every patient receives attention tailored to their needs, making it a judgment-free zone. Patient success stories underscore the heartwarming impact of Sinclair Health Clinic. Jennifer shares stories of patients who had their lives transformed through the clinic's care, highlighting a patient whose life was saved from cervical cancer and another who received community-supported financial assistance for a new prosthetic leg socket. The clinic continues to rely heavily on community support and fundraising efforts to maintain and expand its services. Opportunities for community involvement are highlighted, with a call for financial donations, volunteers, and attendance at their upcoming fundraising gala, Sinclair on the Green, set for September 19th. Visit Sinclair Health Clinic's website: https://www.sinclairhealthclinic.org/ for more information and to explore ways you can contribute to the clinic's mission. Our conversation wraps up with an open invitation for visits and tours of the clinic to help spread awareness of the vital services they offer.

Today I'm talking about the difference between biblical justice and social justice. Justice and judgment are used interchangeably in the Old Testament. They are a part of God's holiness but are delivered with grace and mercy. I'm joined by Jennifer Rivera from Answers in Genesis and we're going to talk about forensic science and how that fits in a biblical worldview. Stick around for Happy Hour where I'm talking about progressive Christianity and why it is so important that we know the word of God and that we can defend it. Jennifer Hall, Civil Engineer and Assistant Vice President at WSP USA, shares how her unconventional college journey and family-farm background has helped her become a fast learner and passionate leader. As a woman in the Engineering field, Jennifer understands the gender inequalities that are often working against her, but she never lets anyone, not even herself, put her in a corner.
We recorded today's conversation in Jennifer Hall's office (Sr. Director of Community Investment for United Way of Northern Shenandoah Valley) at Valley Assistance Network (VAN). Joining us to share a few stories about their clients and the situations they encounter was Yoli De Leon, Interim Manager at VAN. We talked a bit about the population that VAN serves - mainly ALICE (Asset Limited. Income Constrained. Employed) and the types of services they're able to provide through their network of partner agencies. Yoli told us about several of the clients she's currently helping and what that process looks like. Jennifer explained how the ALICE Emergency Fund works and shared several examples of ways they've been able to help people out of an unforeseen emergency to move them towards economic stability. This week is ALICE Awareness Week and there are several opportunities for the public to learn about challenges and solutions to serve this population. Learn more and donate on the United Way website: https://www.unitedwaynsv.org/aliceawareness and follow them on Facebook to see videos with an ALICE story. The conversation today with Kaycee Childress, CEO, and Jennifer Hall, Sr. Director of Community Investment of United Way Northern Shenandoah Valley featured a discussion about the ALICE (Asset Limited. Income Constrained. Employed) report, with Jennifer providing details about its origins and scope. The ALICE report, which started in Virginia in 2017, has become a statewide initiative and expanded to multiple states across the country. The three discussed the challenges faced by 'ALICE' families, who are typically low-income, working-class individuals often employed in service sector jobs. They emphasized that these families are frequently struggling to make ends meet due to wages not keeping up with the cost of living. Kaycee highlighted the role of these families in various industries, noting that they are often relying on multiple jobs without benefits to support their families. The discussion also touched on the findings of the ALICE report, which provides detailed data on the prevalence of ALICE families in different localities and demographic groups. The report reveals that single mothers are particularly vulnerable to being below the ALICE threshold. Janet and Jennifer also discussed the housing situation in the Shenandoah Valley, noting that many individuals seek help from the Valley Assistance Network (VAN) for housing-related issues. They aim to connect families with existing community resources to determine their eligibility since high rental costs can make some families ineligible for government programs. The ALICE Emergency Fund was also mentioned as a resource to assist families with housing costs. Jennifer shared the case of a single mom named Renee who had been living in a motel with her kids for over a year after their landlord sold their house. Despite working two jobs, Renee struggled with transportation and the high cost of living in the motel. She was able to get a Section-8 housing voucher, but finding a place that would accept it proved challenging. The team managed to secure a new place for Renee, but she needed $4,000 for the security deposit and first month's rent. Eight agencies helped to cover the cost, with Renee contributing some herself. Janet highlighted the hardships faced by those living in such conditions, including limited access to cooking facilities and laundry. The team also discussed the difficulties of navigating the various agencies and funding sources involved. Once Renee moved into her new place, she faced additional challenges, including the need for furniture and kitchenware. Janet and Jennifer discussed the financial struggles faced by many members of their community. They emphasized the importance of empathy and understanding towards those who may be struggling financially. The group also discussed ways to help, including donations and volunteering. Jennifer highlighted the impact that small donations could have, such as preventing a family from falling into poverty. Janet encouraged listeners to donate to the ALICE Emergency Fund during ALICE Awareness Week. Jennifer confirmed that all funds donated to this specific fund go directly to supporting families in need. Learn more about ALICE, ALICE Awareness Week, and how you can help your community through donations to United Way of Northern Shenandoah Valley here: https://www.unitedwaynsv.org/

In a long-awaited conclusion to a two-decade-old case, Jennifer Hall, a former respiratory therapist, has been sentenced to 18 years in prison for her role in the deaths of two hospital patients. The sentencing comes after a series of events that began in 2002 at Hedrick Medical Center in Chillicothe, Missouri. Originally facing charges of two counts of first-degree murder, Jennifer Hall ultimately pleaded guilty to reduced charges of first-degree involuntary manslaughter in the deaths of 75-year-old Fern Franco and 37-year-old David Wesley Harper. Additionally, Hall pleaded guilty to one count of attempted second-degree assault in connection with the case. The deaths occurred amidst a cluster of incidents that medical authorities described as "medically suspicious." Fern Franco and David Harper were among a total of nine patients who tragically lost their lives at Hedrick Medical Center during several months in 2002. The charging documents highlighted the unusual circumstances surrounding these deaths, leading to a renewed investigation that spanned years. Livingston County Prosecuting Attorney Adam Warren expressed his thoughts on the sentencing, stating, "A sentence 20 years in the making… But for now we all sleep better now knowing she is behind bars." The unsettling case began when Hall commenced her employment at the hospital in December 2001. Until she was placed on administrative leave in May of the following year, a notable increase in cardiac arrests or "Code Blue" events had been observed, soaring from an average of one per year to 18 incidents during her tenure. The case resurfaced after an analysis of Fern Franco's tissue samples revealed the presence of morphine and a potent muscle relaxant, both unauthorized substances in her system. These findings led investigators to question the circumstances surrounding Franco's death and sparked suspicions about Hall's involvement due to her close proximity to the affected patients, her access to potentially lethal medications, and her consistent notifications of patients' cardiac emergencies. Over the course of the investigation, it was determined that nine patients had succumbed to their conditions while under Hall's care, while another nine managed to recover. The case eventually resulted in Hall being charged with first-degree murder in Fern Franco's death. Scott Lindley, the county coroner, alleged that hospital officials attempted to cover up concerns about Hall's actions to avoid negative publicity. Despite the concerns, no criminal investigation was initiated at that time. A wrongful-death lawsuit was filed in 2010 on behalf of the families of five deceased patients, naming the hospital and its current operator, St. Luke's Health System. However, the lawsuit was dismissed by the Missouri Supreme Court in 2019 due to the expiration of the statute of limitations. St. Luke's Health System released a statement clarifying that it assumed control of Hedrick Medical Center over a year after the events occurred. Meanwhile, Prosecutor Adam Warren took up the investigation in 2012, driven by the belief that a comprehensive inquiry had not been carried out previously. The patients affected by the events ranged in age and health conditions, from World War II veteran Charles O'Hara at 88 years old to 37-year-old David Harper, who had been on the path to recovery from pneumonia before his untimely death. Shirley Eller, aged 49, was on the verge of being discharged after treatment for pneumonia when she suddenly collapsed and passed away. The unsettling circumstances surrounding these deaths raised questions about the nature of the fatalities. Jennifer Hall's actions were scrutinized, leading to the conclusion that her involvement led to the unfortunate demise of some patients. In the case of Fern Franco, a vulnerable and elderly patient, Hall's actions were particularly damning. The administration of the muscle relaxant succinylcholine resulted in what prosecutors described as a "ghastly death from suffocation" while Franco remained conscious. Hall's administrative leave following Franco's death coincided with a "Code Blue" incident drop. Although Hall was eventually terminated from her position, it was not directly due to the patient's deaths. Her firing came after hospital authorities discovered her conviction for an arson incident at Cass Regional Medical Center in Harrisonville, a previous workplace. Despite spending time behind bars, she was acquitted after a retrial. Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? Two interviews on this week's show: Kaycee Childress and Jennifer Hall with United Way NSV talk about matching people with services through 'Project Connect' on 7/28, and the 'Day of Caring' on 9/22 where volunteers help local non-profits and citizens with projects. Major Gregory Voorhees and Sergeant Laura Bridges of the Laurel Ridge Community College Police Department invite the community to 'National Night Out' at the community college in Middletown on August 1 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Our conversation today with Jennifer Hall, Sr Director of Community Investment with United Way Northern Shenandoah Valley was a refresher for their upcoming Project Connect resource fair. She explained what the event is, how it works, and why it's an important part of their mission to serve the ALICE (Asset Limited Income Contrained Employed) population. They currently have a need for volunteer guides - especially those who are bilingual - and explained the positive impact you will experience. Project Connect is a project of United Way NSV and Valley Assistance Network that strengthens and utilizes collaborations with agencies, businesses, organizations, and the community to provide comprehensive services through an in-person resource fair event for those who are at risk of becoming homeless, are currently experiencing homelessness, or are living on the cusp of making it or not. The goal for the event, and its high level of volunteer involvement, is to eliminate some of the barriers people experience as they seek to access the very services that might help them start the return journey to stable lives. The Project Connect model is unique because participants are paired 1-on-1 with volunteers who guide them to areas to receive services. Each client is paired with an individual, so clients receive one-on-one attention. Being a Guide is an amazing opportunity to get to know someone in need and make a difference in someone's life. The experience is transformative for volunteers as well: they see firsthand how hard it can be to live in poverty, and many are so moved by their experience that they later go on to become engaged in other ways to give back to the community. The event helps to open their eyes to the reality of need in the community and causes them to rethink many of the stereotypes and misconceptions about poverty and homelessness. The event is also an opportunity for service learning, and college and university students. Learn more: https://www.unitedwaynsv.org/projectconnect

Blue Ridge Legal Services is a nonprofit legal aid society providing free civil legal assistance to low-income residents of the Shenandoah Valley and Roanoke Valley of Virginia. Their legal assistance ranges from advice or brief service to ongoing representation in negotiations and litigation in state and federal courts and administrative agencies, depending on the needs of the client, the type of case, and available resources. The most common legal problems handled by Blue Ridge Legal Services include: Family disputes (for example, domestic violence, divorce) Problems dealing with debts and bankruptcy Housing and landlord-tenant disputes Eligibility for various government benefits (such as food stamps, TANF, and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits) Access to health care (for example, issues involving Medicaid and Medicare) Consumer disputes, and Issues affecting seniors (such as exploitation and problems with nursing homes). Our conversation today with Jennifer Hall, Director of Community Investment for United Way Northern Shenandoah Valley and Abby Zimmermann, Manager for Valley Assistance Network ( a program of UWNSV) gave us some insight into the needs of our community and the big impact a little help can provide. Jennifer & Abby shared stories of recent clients with a wide range of needs from rent & utility assistance and car repairs to food and holiday requests. We talked about the outcomes and heard a few testimonials from those they've helped just in the last several weeks. Jennifer shared some statistics about the types of requests they receive and the number of families they serve through Valley Assistance Network. We talked about our local ALICE (Asset Limited Income Constrained Employed) population and how their ALICE Emergency Fund has helped to avert many crises. You can donate to that fund and get more information here: https://www.unitedwaynsv.org/aliceawareness

RUN The Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend is in the books. This week we recap what the weekend was like for us and where we are going from here. We have some pixie dust moments to share, and we discuss how this weekend is motivation to dedicate ourselves to training for the next race. EAT AND DRINK Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend is an opportunity to sample food from around the world or taste one of our favorites in new and creative ways. We did the latter this time at the Brew-Wing Booth. This is a return to this booth. Last year, we tried their vegan option of brussel sprouts. They are back, but this time, we tasted two different samplings of chicken wings - a sweet one and a spicy dish, too! Plus a cider and a beer from this booth, too! We captured our first impressions to play for you in this episode while we sampled the food and beverages in the air conditioning of this enormous building right around the corner from Test Track at Epcot. THAT'S A WRAP! Before we go…. We want to welcome a brand new sponsor to the show, Fitz Koehler! We want to tell you about Fitz Koehler's new course, Fixing Your Life with Fitzness. Happy birthday to patron and friend of the show, Jennifer Hall. Shout out to Tory Nadeau, who is celebrating a birthday, too. Tory and her father, Rob, who we lost last year, have been great supporters of the show. This week, we wish both Jennifer and Tory the happiest of birthdays! We received an email for a shoutout on our show this morning, too: “Hey, guys, I absolutely love your show. I found it during quarantine when there were no races and it really got me through some dark times running wise It'ss one of my favorite podcasts out there and the positivity you bring to the show really shines through. So thank you for doing what you do. I wanted to give a shout out. My husband Jordan recently completed his first 5k at the Run Daytona 5K in Daytona Beach Florida. This is a big deal because he is not a runner and did it for me since I am the runner in the house. I wanted to give him a shout out and let him know how proud I am of him. Thank you so much for doing what you do again. Kristin” For anyone who would like a shoutout on the show, please don't forget to send them to us. RUN The Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend is upon us! We forgot two key topics we wanted to discuss with you, so here's a bonus episode this week ahead of the race weekend! Pack for any weather, of course! VERY IMPORTANT RUNNERS: Remember to set your clocks back on Sunday as we end daylight saving time and fall back. You don't want to get up too early for the half marathon on Sunday! Regarding the run, we need to share tips about the weather and time. We are big fans of JeffGalloway's book, Mental Training for Runners, available at Amazon. Aimee also asks the Runcation Nation for positive messages and happy birthday wishes. Please send them if you have the time. If you record an audio message, send it to info@runeatdrink.net or if you want to leave us a voicemail message, we can play it on race day, call 941-677-2733. It would help us celebrate Dana's birthday and give us much-needed positive messages we can play as we complete those miles this weekend. EAT AND DRINK Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend, we have a preview of one of our favorite booths from this year: Coastal Eats. This booth is a tasty treat. It has briny and delicious tastes of the sea, including Oysters Rockefeller and Baked Scampi. We also had a great beer there, Bells Lager of the Lakes Bohemian Pilsner from Comstock, MI. Jenna explained how workplace giving works within the annual campaign and told us who can participate and how. Kaycee gave us details for a new giving program they'll be rolling out in early November - Share the Change - which will allow donors to basically round up their credit card purchases automatically with the extra change going to United Way NSV. RED Episode 226 The Cone of Absolute Certainty SHOUT OUTS Thanks to all our patrons and everyone in the Runcation Nation for your support and encouragement. Because of you, we have been able to keep the show going over the last two years, and now that the races are returning, we look forward to meeting up with you, too! JoJo, Darlene, and Fitz are at the Detroit Free Press Race Weekend. Congratulations to JoJo for all the hard work she put forward and the money she raised for St. Jude. She is a SuperGirl, Superwoman, and more! Congratulations to Darlene for continuing her 50 States quest. Fitz, we are so excited for them to experience this race with you on the mic and your fantastic playlist. We know there have been so many others completing milestones and races in the past couple of weeks and we've missed helping you celebrate because of the hurricane, but we are cheering for you from here and know that we want to celebrate with you. For anyone who would like a shoutout on the show, please don't forget to send them to us. We do our best to collect shoutouts throughout the week, but please send them our way! Please send them to info@runeatdrink.net or call 941-677-2733! Thank you to Joanne Blatchley and Dean Gerber, Associate Producers of our show. Become a patron if you'd like more of the Run Eat Drink Podcast, including bonus content and early access to episodes! Go to www.patreon.com/runeatdrinkpodcast to find out more. RUN We are so sad that the Rock and Roll Clearwater Half was canceled. We were looking forward to seeing Jennifer Hall and other members of the Runcation Nation at that race. We will have to look forward to that in 2023! In the meantime, we are using the cleanup from Hurricane Ian as cross-training as we look forward to better days during Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend, Donna Marathon Weekend, and the Gasparilla Distance Classic in the coming months. EAT We have seen so many local restaurants and food trucks that have been feeding our community as we recover from Hurricane Ian. We have to shout out Nice Guys Pizza, Fort Myers Brewing, and Viet Yum just to name a few. We saw a Publix parking lot filled with local food trucks supporting our city and the barrier islands that suffered the greatest amount of damage and devastation. We appreciate everyone who was able to do this for all of the people who needed support and help through this traumatic event. DRINK Lexington Brewing Company has always been a favorite of ours. This week, we try Lexington Brewing Company Pumpkin Barrel Ale live on the show. This one packs a punch at 10% ABV, and it has all the flavors of the fall season. With lower carbonation, a heavier body, and the orange hue of fall leaves, this beer has subtle flavors of cinnamon and nutmeg. We enjoyed it. THAT'S A WRAP! Don't forget to sign up for the DONNA 110 Mile-A-Day Challenge at https://breastcancermarathon.com/races-challenges/donna-110-mile-a-day-challenge/. Move a little each day, support The Donna Foundation in their mission to finish breast cancer, and get great swag as you finish the challenge in February 2023, right as the Donna Marathon Weekend begins. Join us! Thank you for listening! We look forward to YEAR NUMBER 6 of the podcast because of all your support! Andy Gail was back today! Our monthly conversation with United Way of Northern Shenandoah Valley with Jennifer Hall, Director of Community Investment featured Andy Gail (for his 8th visit to the show and finally a "repeat" topic) from Literacy Volunteers Winchester Area. Andy gave us an update on all the programs they have happening throughout the summer and explained how they've changed things up by offering events out of the classroom and in the community. He gave us details too, for the Collab on Cameron happening on July 30. In the second segment we talked with Jennifer and Andy about the impact grant they were awarded to help fund their Campaign for Grade Level Reading and Dolly Parton's Imagination Library. Jennifer gave us a recap of the Project Connect events and talked about the need for volunteers at Valley Assistance Network (VAN.) We wrapped up with a reminder and invitation to the Rubbermaid Sale happening on Saturday, June 25, 2022 from 9am - 12pm in the Belk parking lot at Apple Blossom Mall.
Today we'll tackle two cases that involve cover ups and concealing the truth. The first is about the serial murders allegedly committed by a hospital staffer named Jennifer Hall. The other is and interesting look at a Russian island that apparently “vanished” off the face of Google Earth. --------------------------------------------
Jennifer Hall is a Chicago based singer who has released a string of powerful singles over the course of 2021 and 2022. Features-director Mick R. caught up with her to talk about her upcoming EP, the inspiration for her recent singles, her work with producer Noah Leger of Disappears, and her many past collaborations. "I have been incredibly lucky to have music as an outlet, both in listening and creating... it's been a wonderful escape and a great friend in tough times." - Jennifer Hall Production by Mick R. We were on the screen to record today's podcast with Jennifer Hall, Senior VP of Community Investment with United Way of Northern Shenandoah Valley and Abby Zimmermann, Manager of Valley Assistance Network (VAN) - a program of UWNSV. The pair gave a history of Project Connect over the last three years and talked about the growth this year to include a second event in Woodstock. Abby recounted her experience as a volunteer guide at last year's event and the impact it had on her feeling about the community. She highly encouraged others volunteer to help. United Way of Northern Shenandoah Valley's Project Connect is a one-stop event where families can access multiple services and the resources they need, all under one roof. Over 50 providers and more than 60 services will be available including free medical screenings, job assistance, veterans' services, housing information, DMV services, free haircuts, food, and much more. The third annual Project Connect will be held on two dates: June 3, 2022 at the Woodstock Moose Lodge (152 Moose Rd, Woodstock, VA) from 8:00am-2:00pm, and on June 10, 2022 at Virginia Avenue Charlotte DeHart Elementary School (550 Virginia Ave, Winchester, VA) from 8:00am-2:00pm. United Way served 500 people at the event last year, most of whom are part of the ALICE® population. The two events are estimated to serve 750-1,000 people in 2022. Project Connect is made possible through generous underwriting sponsorships from Continental Corporation and Trex Company. Supporting sponsorships were made by Home Depot, George's INC, Valley Health, and Navy Federal. Additional support was given by Virginia Housing, Dupont Community Credit Union, United Bank, City National Bank and Molina Healthcare. The event would not be possible without the support of these companies. Project Connect events are held in more than 300 communities across the nation. They are recognized as an effective, organized effort to coordinate services to best assist people who are dealing with poverty and homelessness. At last year's event, 500+ individuals received help from 60 area providers. Highlights included offering 79 dental screenings, 87 free haircuts from volunteer stylists, distributing 150 clothing bags, and distributing 125 food boxes. 85% of attendees in 2021 said they would likely not have been able to obtain the services without Project Connect. What makes the event unique is the personalization and service clients will receive when they attend. Volunteer “Guides” will be matched one-on-one with participants to assist them in accessing the services they needed the most. Walk-ins are welcome, but registration is required in advance of the event to guarantee access to some services. Appointments must be scheduled to receive services from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for the Winchester and Woodstock Event. Appointments are also strongly recommended for veterinary care for pets in the Winchester event. More information about registration and on the programs and vendors is available on United Way NSV website: https://www.unitedwaynsv.org/projectconnect Volunteers are still being recruited for Project Connect. Volunteer barbers and hair stylists are highly needed for both events. Additional shifts for set-up, clean-up and for event staff are still available. See shift times and needs by visiting https://volunteer.unitedwaynsv.org/ and clicking on the Project Connect tab.

This week, we ran their Will Run For Virtually Live Race for the 2nd year in a row. It was a great time. Our fellow podcast hosts kicked it off at 10 AM via Instagram and then stayed with all of us via Zoom for the duration of our miles. The race swag was even better than last year. These podcasting runners have created a great community and a fun virtual race for all runners. Her recommendation was a home run! It was so hard to choose from all the fantastic offerings on the menu. We got Benny and the Grits, Banana Bread French Toast, and Chicken and Waffles. Yum! They even have brunch beverages to go with their tasty food. This place was so busy! We tasted why! DRINK Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii is tucked in what looks like a cute tiny home. But inside, it is a happening coffee shop. With smoothies and coffee drinks that hit the spot, we are so happy to report that Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii has locations throughout the country so that you can sample their tasty breakfast beverages, too. RUN While some of you were running or cheering on your fellow runners at Princess Half Marathon Weekend in Orlando, we were at Gasparilla Distance Classic this past February. We returned to try out a new race distance for us- the 8K- and to hear two race announcers near and dear to our hearts, even though they had not met us yet… Team Noisy! Fitz Koehler and Rudy Novotny. PLUS, we got to see Meb again, too! We had such a great time and even ran into some friends in the Runcation Nation and spent some time catching up with them on the racecourse. (Thanks, Lee (@itsyourturnlee), for hanging with us for a bit on the course! EAT Bulla Gastrobar was our restaurant of choice to explore great food in the Tampa area close to the start of our race. We love great Spanish food. This place was tasty. Make a reservation! Bulla Gastrobar is a busy place with fantastic service and tasty tapas. Did we mention the paella? And dessert? Everything about our experience was top-notch. Stop by if you get the chance! We sampled everything live and recorded our reactions. DRINK Bulla Gastrobar has an extensive cocktail menu as well. Another great reason to visit this restaurant... delicious drinks. We both had a couple of cocktails to celebrate our accomplishment because we had taken advantage of a rideshare service to get there. THAT'S A WRAP! Thank you for listening! We are looking forward to YEAR NUMBER 5 of the podcast because of your support! Don't forget to follow us and tell us where to find you next on our website, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Also, check out our store on the website and get some swag, thanks to Pure Creative Apparel. Thanks to PodcastMusic.com for providing the music for this episode, too!
