If you have diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD, or live with someone who does, this episode is for you. Today I'm speaking with Jaclyn Paul, author of bestseller Order from Chaos: The Everyday Grind of Staying Organized with Adult ADHD. Growing up in a structured environment and other coping mechanisms caused her ADHD to lay dormant until her early 20's, when her work's Employee Assistance Program hotline led to her ADHD diagnosis. We talk about: her experience being married to her husband also with ADHD and the adjustments they've needed to make as a result, such as delegation of responsibilities in the marriage how to connect with your Why especially when motivation is rarely there with executive functioning challenges how we can live harmoniously with people who are super visual (and love piles) without having chaos everywhere - the power of baskets! making the container the “bad guy” and using space budgets the difference between tasks and projects and how to break down projects effectively so the right things end up on your to-do list Jaclyn also publishes fiction under the pen name Lena George, where she slyly weaves queer and neurodivergent characters into your next book club favorites. She lives in Baltimore with her family. Listen in on Episode 140 of Just One Simple Thing and find out! Many of you listening have a book to write. The book of your heart. The book of God's calling. As you write, you are also building an audience ... a community of people who believe in your message. And believe in you. You may think of your book as your own project...something you have to do alone. But what's the point in building a community if you can't take them along with you on your greatest journey? And when people feel like a valued part of something, they are invested in making it successful.Pick some ways from this list to involve your audience in your book project.Test out your content. Sharing some of the concepts and content of your book idea is a great way to see what is really resonating with your audience.Ask for examples. New concepts are easier to understand when there are concrete examples to go along with them.Get opinions on components of the book. Let your audience help you choose the title, subtitle, and cover art.Share parts of the journey. What did you learn about yourself or about God as you went through the process? Sharing these things makes your writer life more relatable, even to people who are not writers.Try a focus group. Get a few people together to read a chapter and discuss it with you. These are just a few ways that you can include your audience in your book project. And when it's time to launch that book, you'll have a whole group of people who are personally invested in you and the success of your book. Doesn't that sound a lot better than doing it all alone? ONE SIMPLE ACTION STEPPick one or two of these ideas and make a plan for including your audience. You don't have to do them all...a little can go a long way. Welcome back to another episode of the Do The Thing podcast!
Hey there, Podsters! Quick question for you: If doctors, pro athletes, and scientists use visualization to transform health, boost performance, and hit major goals, why aren't we doing the same for our own lives? It's time to change that, Podsters and that's exactly what we are going to do today. Today, we're talking about the magic of acting as if you've already achieved your goals. That's right - and this isn't just woo-woo —it's backed by science. Whether it's performance coaches with athletes or doctors guiding patients to better health, the data's clear: When you act like you're already living the life of your dreams, your subconscious gets on board and starts making moves in that direction. So, how do you do it? First, get crystal clear on your goals. Don't just say, “I want a better career” or “I want to be healthier.” Nope - we're talking specific details here. Visualize what your day-to-day life looks like when you've hit that goal. What are you wearing? Who are you talking to? How are you feeling? Get all up in those details, and watch your brain start rewiring itself for success. Why does this work? Simple: confirmation bias. When you start acting as if you've already got the job, the lifestyle, the whatever it is you're after, your brain begins pulling in people, situations, and opportunities that match that belief. You stop waiting for life to happen and start living like it already has. Sounds like magic, but it's science. Let's say you're switching careers. The moment you start “acting as if,” you'll find yourself networking with new people, stumbling on the right job posts, and suddenly, that “impossible” leap doesn't seem so far-fetched. The same goes for health, relationships, finances—you name it. Visualize, act as if, and your reality will start shifting to match. So buckle up, Podsters, because today we're diving into the game-changing mindset shift that turns “someday” into today. Get ready to stop dreaming and start doing by tapping into the power of ‘acting as if.' Let's do this! Hey Podsters! Ready to level up your public speaking game? Whether it's the boardroom, a client presentation, or even a networking event, owning the room can make all the difference for you personally and professionally. Today, we're talking about how to leave a lasting impact—not just with what you say, but with how you make people feel. Here are three game-changing tips to help you do just that. Know the RoomI know, sounds basic, right? But this little detail is everything. Knowing the physical space can turn a good presentation into an unforgettable one. Check out the venue online ahead of time. Is it full of windows? You might need darker slides. Is the AV setup tricky? Get there early, do a sound check, and get familiar with where people will be sitting. Trust me, even something as small as a room layout change can throw you off your game if you're not prepared. Pro tip: Let people know what to expect. If the room's cold, remind folks to bring a sweater. Far from the elevator? Tell ‘em to wear comfy shoes. These small touches matter more than you think! Connect with the RoomAnd by "the room," I mean the people in it. Send out a quick questionnaire before the event—find out who they are, what they care about, or the kind of jargon they use. When you step on stage, start with a story. Whether it's a travel mishap, a funny experience, or something current, stories break the ice and make you memorable. People don't remember bullet points—they remember feelings. So, make them feel connected from the jump. Engage with the RoomInteraction is key. Ask questions like, "How many of you have heard of this concept?" Raise your hand, nod—do something that gets people involved. If you see them drifting or scrolling through their phones, reel them back in with a phrase like, "I know we're all busy, but what I'm about to say is really important." And if all else fails? Mix it up! Have them chat in groups or do something interactive. Keeping people engaged will make sure you—and your presentation—are unforgettable. So next time you step up to present, remember: Know the room. Connect with the room. Engage with the room. These tips are tried and true, and I promise they'll help you own any stage. Until next time, go out there and own that room, Podsters! This is a crucial topic as we move into fall and the holidays because I know you know Podsters - very soon our energy will start to drain as we manage competing priorities, the holiday season, all of it. Too often, we ignore the importance of protecting our energy, even though we know how important it is to ensure we have enough left over for our own needs and lives. Today, we share what creates energy leaks, such as people-pleasing, repeating patterns of behavior that don't serve us, and having weak or no boundaries. Not to mention holding on to past regrets, resentments, and unresolved issues, which also consume mental and emotional energy. This has been weighing on my mind so we are bringing it back and jumping back to episode #1 with debunking imposter syndrome. You are having a feeling, not a medical condition. Feelings are not facts. They are a temporary experience. A feeling. So now that we know this...what do we do? In this episode, we talk about how to recognize, deal with, and prevent future feelings of being an imposter. Spoiler alert - men feel it too. The difference? They take action anyway. Ready to move out of imposter feelings, here are the 3 R's for success: Remember – Remember that imposter syndrome is just a thought, not reality. It's something many people feel, even the most successful. Don't let it trick you into thinking you don't belong. Recall – When doubt creeps in, recall your wins, the skills you've built, and everything you've already achieved. You've done it before, and you can do it again. Reframe – Reframe those negative thoughts into positive affirmations. Instead of “I'm not good enough,” tell yourself, “I bring something unique, and there's room for me.” Are you ready make the bold move, step into who you know you are meant to be and finally DO THE THING? You know it's time. Podsters! We're in the final stretch of 2024 with just four months left, and it's time to make sure you're not stressing yourself out. We need to talk about how to really value your time, make smart trade-offs, and think about how you want to live the rest of this year. Some fine tuning right now could totally change the trajectory of your career. So, it's September, my favorite month! I love those cool mornings where you can rock a sweatshirt with shorts, only to have to ditch the sweatshirt later when it gets hot - classic New England fall vibes. To set yourself up to enjoy these Fall days we must talk about the true value of your time. As we get back to the grind, whether that's school, work, or just life getting busier. It's crucial to think about how you're spending your time. Are you trading time for money, or money for time? This is something that changes throughout your life, and today, we're diving into what that looks like at different stages. Why it's so important to get this balance right, whether you're in corporate or running your own show? Because if you don't nail this now, you will miss out on those memorable moments and cause yourself unnecessary stress. So, Podsters, how are you valuing your time? Let's figure out how to make the most of what's left of 2024! SIDE NOTE: Do remember that 2015 wife bonus scandal? Let's unpack this scandal and give you another wild way to think about the value of time and how we negotiate our time with our relationships. It's fall, Podsters! The chill in the morning air, the sweatshirts coming out of storage, leaves falling (yes, my lawn is covered in leaves) all mean one thing – summer is over. And as summer winds down, you might find yourself feeling a bit of that seasonal stress creeping in. You know what I mean… the shift from the laid-back vibe of summer to the busyness of fall can be a lot to handle. Enter, September Scaries. You're not alone Podsters and guess what? This is the perfect time to level up in both your life and business, and this week's episode will help you to do just that. Today I'm sharing three key tips to help you smoothly transition into fall while keeping your momentum strong. Summer might have been all about relaxing and recharging, but as we move into the last quarter of the year, it's time to get clear on what you really want to accomplish before the year wraps up. Right now, is the best time for a re-focus. It's like a second New Year! With shorter days and a busier schedule, it's easy to feel like there aren't enough hours in the day so we have to curate our commitments. How? By taking a strategic approach to your calendar. Before committing to new obligations, ask yourself, "Will I want to do this when the time comes?" With the summer freedom feeling it's easier to say yes to more things, but as we roll into fall we have to manage our energy a little differently. This means, really asking yourself what you want to commit to and leaving some room in your schedule. What if you choose one day in your schedule where you don't schedule anything at all and simply let things play out and happen for you! Life happens, and it's crucial to create space for those unexpected moments and for times when you just need to pause, play, and regroup. Having this space not only allows you to focus to move your life and business forward and leaves time for those unexpected delightful days of fun with your friends and family. So, if you're feeling that end-of-summer stress, Podsters, I got you. Together, we'll turn those September Scaries into the fuel you need to thrive this fall and beyond. Are you ready make the bold move, step into who you know you are meant to be and finally DO THE THING? You know it's time. You also know there's a whole new life waiting for you on the other side of your fear and this powerful, two-day retreat is where transformational coaching meets tactical execution so you can actually DO THE THING.
You know when you meet someone and you know immediately that they're going to be in your life? An instant connection - - might be a lighting bolt and might be simply a KNOWING. Well Posters, that's what happened to me two years ago when I first heard Tiffany Carter speak on a podcast. She's a highly successful entrepreneur, host of the #5 podcast for business, multi-millionaire business owner and all around beautiful human being. She's also my friend, my mentor and my business coach and today we are holding nothing back as we talk about everything: all of the peaks and valleys that come with managing your own success such as: · Managing conflicting expectations and How I'm managing priorities · About ME overcoming my OWN limiting beliefs · What happens when you really go all in and get what it is you think you've wanted all along – and the rest of your mind needs to catch up. · Next level success · The reality of running for political office · Really getting to the heart of what you want and the insidious way we hold ourselves back to stay comfortable. · Toe dipping actions and tricking ourselves into believing you are taking high level actions So buckle up, Podsters as nothing is off limits in this raw, real and hilarious episode that will help you open your mind to what is possible and how your big dreams might be the starting point. ________________________________________________ LINKS: Connect with Nancy on Instagram @nancy_medoff Join my Confidence Community HERE Are you ready make the bold move, step into who you know you are meant to be and finally DO THE THING? Look around, Podsters - and look closely. Your environment (the people you hang with, the places you go, the information you take in, all of it) shapes your thoughts and beliefs. Your beliefs shape your behavior. And we all know – your behavior shapes your outcomes. So, I ask… Who are you surrounding yourself with? You know the saying, "your net worth is the average of the five people you spend the most time with"? Well, I'd take it a step further and say your value (which is your currency), is shaped by those same people. How you see and value yourself affects how others do, and if you're not hanging out with people who inspire you, challenge you, and are on the path you want to be on, professionally or personally, it's time to rethink your circle. Podsters, it's true. You become what you surround yourself with. The people in your life, their energy, their mindset, ALL OF THIS has a massive impact on what you think, your beliefs and how you show up. And eventually, you'll start to reflect the ideas, thoughts, goals and opinions of those around you as well - so make sure these are people you admire, people whose qualities and successes you want to emulate. Today, podsters I invite you to take a good hard look around; your friends, your colleagues, your family, your professional networks, how you spend your precious time and who you spend it with…. are these the people who will support you, believe in you and help you get where you want to go? As we get ready for fall, and the “back to school” frenzy, it's the perfect time to assess who you're spending time with on the playground of life. Let's unpack this in a real, practical way. No cheesy quotes or overused memes, just an honest look at how the company you keep can significantly impact your journey. As summer winds down, let's use these quiet moments to re-evaluate and ensure that we're surrounding ourselves with people who are lifting us up, pushing us forward, and helping us to achieve our goals. If really want to level up, it's time to pay attention to who's in your circle. We're in the heart of summer, and distractions are everywhere, so staying focused and true to yourself professionally can be tough. Today, I'm sharing three steps to get yourself back on track when you're just not that into it. First, know and leverage your peak productivity. You know when you're most productive so schedule your most important work during that time. For example, I'm a morning person, so I tackle my big tasks early, and if those “distractions” are calling, I bang out what I need to do a little earlier so I can enjoy whatever it is that's distracting me. Figure out your peak performance time and plan accordingly to maximize your efficiency. Second, sweep your own porch. This means taking care of yourself and knowing what you need to do to thrive. I keep a “thrive “list to remind me how simple it is to get back to ME. This list includes things like drinking water, getting some sun, or phoning a friend. Do what you need to feel good and set at the tone for your life (and your success). Third, step out when you need to. Sometimes, taking a break is the best way to reset. Whether it's a quick walk, a day off, or just some quiet time, honor your need for a breather. It's important to step away from your day to day so that you can and come back refreshed and ready. So, there you have it, Podsters! Three steps to help you get back on track when you're just not feeling it. Remember, it's okay to have off days. Give yourself some grace, lean into that feeling and use these tips to stay focused and also stay true to yourself. Until next time, Podsters, peace out! Join the DO THE THING RETREAT. Learn more HERE, or get in touch to ask me anything! What's up, Podsters? Today, we're peeling back the curtain TRUE self-confidence. I mean REALLY honoring your decisions, trusting your instincts and the difference between boundaries and simple decisions. In fact, we are adopting a powerful mantra for the week…are you ready? "You don't get to decide how I react to you." Partially inspired by recent conversations Samantha Parker and upcoming chat with Tiffany Carter, (spoiler alert… both confident and highly successful business women), I'm shining a light on how freeing it can be to not let others dictate our reactions OR undermine our decisions. Pretty powerful. Confidence grows with experience and true confidence is achieved when care less about other people's opinions and more about our own values and decisions. It's about viewing external opinions as simply data points. For example, when someone thinks poorly of you, this is just a fact, not a real reflection of your worth. Or who you are. Now, let's talk about the magic phrase: ** "I'm comfortable with my decisions."** These five words, when you truly believe them – help you to stand in the power of your decisions and your choices. This phrase will end ANY additional criticism, unsolicited opinions or debates and will instantly reaffirm your commitment to who you are. Remember – YOU get to decide how you react to what others are projecting, saying, how they are behaving and what they are doing. Standing firm in your decisions and not allowing others to derail your own path is game changing. I'd love to hear you practice saying "I'm comfortable with my decisions," and then notice the shift in your interactions. It's time to bet on yourself, Podsters. To truly stand in your confidence and stay firm in your decisions. And remember, you get to control how you react. And until next time, peace out! Today, I'm shining a light on a topic that has been coming up in many conversations with my clients but rarely discussed: SELF-SABOTAGE. Whether it's in your career, business, health, happiness, or relationships, self-sabotaging behaviors can quietly undermine your success and negatively impact your well-being. At work, these behaviors might include procrastination on important projects, perfectionism that prevents you from finishing tasks, avoiding opportunities to network, or downplaying your accomplishments to avoid standing out. Self-sabotage doesn't just affect your career it can also wreak havoc on your personal relationships. Let's talk about how behaviors like pushing people away, avoiding vulnerability, and fearing intimacy can prevent you from forming deep, meaningful connections. You might find yourself picking fights over minor issues, constantly questioning your partner's loyalty, or feeling undeserving of love and affection. These patterns can make it difficult to build and maintain healthy, fulfilling relationships. Your health is another area where self-sabotage can strike. This might be you engaging in unhealthy habits like skipping workouts, overeating, neglecting self-care, or relying on substances to cope with stress. These behaviors often stem from a lack of self-worth or a fear of change, and protecting this persona of who you think you are. Recognizing these patterns is the first step toward developing healthier behaviors that nourish your body and mind. Here's the thing, Podsters. We all do it, and we call can stop. You can change this behavior by recognizing these patterns and allowing yourself some grace; and today I'm giving you specifics on how you can stop the self-sabotage. From procrastination and perfectionism to negative self-talk and avoidance, we dive into the various forms self-sabotage and provide real life examples, tactical tools and to help you check yourself before your wreck yourself. Podcasts, let's stop undermining our own success and kick self-sabotage to the curb. It's June, Podsters and who else is here for summer? I am so here for summer. As you know, my summer word is “barefoot” and I'm coming in with a PSA for you… Every year, I have the same conversation in the spring or early summer. People want to make a move, they want to DO THE THING and the they say, "Let's circle back at the end of the summer." They want to enjoy their summer. I get it, I do. I love summer as much as you do, and if you're in a toxic work environment, or you want to make THE BIG CHANGE, taking a break from thinking about it is a bad idea. If you're in a job or running a business that doesn't feel good, you have got to take action, NOW. Here's why. When you take that break, summer becomes fall, and then it's back to school, busy budgets, travel, and trade shows. Then comes Thanksgiving, the holidays, and you wake up six months later still in that miserable job. You have to make a change before it changes you. The three lies I hear us going back to the most are: · "Summer is not a good time to focus" · "Summer is not a good for me to network" · "No one's hiring in the summer." None of these are true. Summer is the perfect time to focus, network, and lay the groundwork for future opportunities. Take action now, and make a change before it changes you. You deserve the best because you are the best. Procrastination isn't just a habit; it's a complex interplay of psychological factors and neurological processes. Our brains are wired to seek immediate gratification and avoid discomfort, leading us to put off tasks that require effort. However, research in neuroscience and psychology has shed light on the mechanisms behind procrastination and its consequences.Studies have shown that procrastination is associated with decreased well-being, increased stress levels, and reduced productivity. When we procrastinate, we experience a temporary relief from anxiety, but this relief is short-lived and often followed by guilt and regret. Moreover, procrastination reinforces negative behavior patterns, making it harder to break the cycle in the future. On the other hand, taking immediate action has numerous benefits for our mental health and overall well-being. When we complete tasks promptly, we experience a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction, which boosts our self-confidence and motivation. Additionally, taking action strengthens the neural pathways associated with discipline and self-control, making it easier to tackle future challenges.References:Brain.fm App(First month Free, then 20% off subscription)Discount Code: coachdamiensdCaldera Lab Skin Carewww.calderalab.comDiscount Code: CoachDLinks:IG:@coachdamien_sd@damienrayevans@livinthedream_podcast YouTube:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCS6VuPgtVsdBpDj5oN3YQTgFB:https://www.facebook.com/coachdamienSD/

46% of women are unpleasantly surprised when they take a look at their finances at home. That's almost HALF OF US, Podsters. And these are the very same women who lead teams, create budgets, analyze finances as part of their job and make major financial decisions at work. Why do these women then turn over all of the financial planning and decision-making at home? And single women, who are the only person responsible for their financial well-being, aren't much better. This changes today. Today I'm talking with Micheala Herlihy –a financial planning powerhouse who runs an all-female financial services firm and who is here to give it to us straight. It's officially the witching hour! Here what I mean by this: Every year around this time people start leaving their job in droves. In fact, I've had not one, not two, but three people contact me this past week to tell me their news. They've had enough. They can't take it any more and they're experiencing the classic "take this job and shove it" moment. Anyone familiar with that song? In each of these cases- while I'm thrilled that they have made this life changing decision - I know how hard it's going to be for them. I know because the #1 thing you can do to soften the landing when you make that long awaited exit - is to put the time in beforehand to work your network. Now before you start cringing or get that pit in your stomach, I'm going to ask you to trust me here. There is an art to networking, a word that often triggers people, especially our Podster introverts. I've said it before and I'll say it again: NETWORKING DOES NOT HAVE TO FEEL GROSS. It's not about schmoozing with a glass of wine at a party. It's not about playing golf or back-slapping with the patriarchy. You CAN network like a ninja and this CAN be fun. When you take my forensic networking approach: strategically assess your network, nurture your relationships NOW rather than when you have an ask, take your time and ditch the spaghetti approach - when you do it this way: you will be locked and loaded with solid leads before you make that country western song your reality. And… before you start feeling awkward about asking for help, remember what it feels like when someone asks you for to help them on their career journey. I'll bet you're flattered and eager to assist because we are wired to genuinely like helping others. Here's why laying this foundation BEFORE you leap is so important. And I'm speaking to corporate and entrepreneurs both here. Often times, decisions about who to hire are made before you even step into the room. Networking strategically ensures you're already in the mix when opportunities arise and being a known entity ahead of time? GAME CHANGER. So how do you start this networking thing without it feeling gross? You listen to todays episode and ask me for my “forensic networking” template. I use this with my private clients and I'm ready to spread the love with you today - all you have to do is ask. As I look back on my career, I'm so grateful for those who stood by me through the highs and lows. My Personal Board of Directors who supported me, gave it to me straight, helped me course correct and celebrated the big wins. We talk about how to nurture and recruit your Personal Board of Directors on today's episode, too! Wishing you an amazing week and continued success. Peace out, podsters! You know those big goals you have that you keep pushing to the next week? Or the next month? Or, who are we kidding – the next year? The book, the career change, the podcast, starting your side hustle, taking your side hustle to the next level, the new business, the rebranding, your resume – ALL OF IT. When we think about these big, powerful goals we set for ourselves – overwhelm kicks in and we end up torpedoing our own success. Not today, Podsters! Today I'm talking with business strategist and the most organized person I know – Kathleen Lawson who has made a career and successful business out of showing people how to bring their vision to life. And specifically, how the 12-week year is your secret sauce for leveling up in all areas of your life. "So, where are we with this?" is a question we all need in our lives, especially when powering through those goals and turning our plans into action. We dig into the magic of time blocking, not just in your daily grind but in planning your life 12 weeks at a time; scheduling specific tasks within a set timeframe, custom-tailored to your peak energy time frames, and when you're most likely to actually DO THE THING. We both love the 12-week year concept and give the side-eye to the traditional annual planning cycle. Kathleen makes a solid case for the practicality of shorter planning periods, throwing the spotlight on the urgency and laser focus these focused, measurable busts of action bring. It's all about adapting to the twists and turns of your own personal life rollercoaster. Did you know that the key to overcoming procrastination is simple? Kathleen does and she sums it up in one word. CLARITY. Kathleen also reminds us that strategic planning goes beyond just tasks; it's about identifying dependencies, setting priorities, and recognizing that you're the captain of your ship. Ready to face obstacles head-on? Kathleen's got the playbook. Plan for potential roadblocks, tackle challenges proactively, and know yourself so you can DO THE THING at work, at home or wherever you wish! So, if you're up for the challenge of effective goal-setting, mastering time blocking, and crafting a roadmap to success in your personal and professional life, buckle up, Podsters, this one's epic! It's a one on one chat with Ginny this week. And it's a good one! This week is all about diving into how we think about and talk to ourselves. Do you engage in negative self-talk? Well, data shows that we have up to 60,000 thoughts per day and up 80% -- EIGHT PERCENT -- of those thoughts are negative. Imagine the changes you can create when you start doing this one thing?! When you start speaking to and treating yourself with more kindness. Imagine the transformation you can cultivate for yourself. This is one thing that we have so much control over, but we have to be completely honest with ourselves in order to be able to make this shift and see the impact it can have on our lives. It's time to start building yourself up and stop beating yourself up. Our thoughts create our feelings, our feelings shape our mood and our mood creates our reality. Woah! Ginny is offering newsletter subscribers and podcast listeners first access to a new downloadable that can help you make this shift. It's called The KindKey Mindshift Workbook and you can download it here. https://www.ginnypriem.com/products/p/o6tpaa4kkrbceecmb7usmq2oht549y It's a 14-page workbook that provides context and data to support this concept as well as a quick quiz to provide you with a baseline. You'll also learn how to make this shift in an easy to follow step-by-step guide. There are monthly, weekly and other meaningful worksheets that you can print out as many times as you'd like so you can track your progress and see what you're proud of in changing your old thoughts into new thoughts. She shares the 4 main types of negative self-talk according to Mayo Clinic -- catastrophizing, personalizing, filtering and polarizing -- with examples and how you can shift these to more positive thoughts in an easy to follow 3-step process. We can't change the past or our previous thoughts, but we can cultivate the future ones starting right now. It's not just about downloading the workbook. You have to commit to doing the work and unlocking your secret power that you already have within you: The KindKey. Positive self-talk and thoughts can help you improve longevity, decrease stress, improve overall well-being and much more, according to Mayo Clinic. Think about your life and reality today. And then think about if tomorrow, next week, next month, next year -- do you want your life to be the same, worse or better. If you said better, the KindKey Mindshift Workbook will help you track your progress and how your thoughts, feelings and mood contribute to your overall wellbeing. Download it today and get started.
