One to wake up (4.30am) and one emergency alarm (4.33am). Do not hit snooze! 5) Get straight in the shower. Do bits whilst the water is heating up ie floss and mouth wash. He has found that very good and he has changed his routine. He now finds himself arriving early and Sometimes he will be 1/2hr early. Armando Cruz- Armando Cruz is a Lifestyle Physical Therapist and Body Transformation Coach. Armando was born and raised in Miami, FL.
