For decades, works of science fiction have explored how the universe's most fundamental speed limit could be broken by warping the fabric of spacetime. Through his experiments, Dr. Chance Glenn, founder of Morningbird Space Corporation, believes he may have discovered how spacetime can be distorted by extreme electric fields, which can be easily created in the lab. If his theory is correct, it would mean that the concept of ‘warp drives' which allow us to travel at faster than the speed of light could be more feasible than we once thought.

We sit down, in-person, with the unorthodox mathematical theorist and actor, Terrence Howard. Terrence joins us to discuss his geometric model of physical reality, which resurrects the luminiferous aether...sort of. Instead of taking the aether to be a formless fluid, Terrence proposes a subunit structure for the fabric of reality, which is based on a fractal system of three dimensional shapes. We discuss the need for physical alternatives to the 'fabric of spacetime,' challenges to the standard models, why the aether was initially abandoned, and then take a walk through his geometric universe - complete with actual physical models of Terrence's aetheric structures. That's Country Music! NZ Singer/Songwriter Releases Third Album, "Solstice Canyon Loop"#singersongwriter #countrymusic #newalbum #tedbrown #newmusic Best known as longtime guitarist, vocalist and collaborator in the Greg Johnson Band, Ted releases his third studio album Solstice Canyon Loop. Tracked at PLYRZ Studio in Santa Clarita CA June 27-28, 2020, the songs tell stories of Ted's journey from his hometown of Auckland NZ to his current home of Los Angeles CA where he's lived since 2002.The album “Solstice Canyon Loop” is a reminiscence of a journey. From Ted's crazy, dangerous troubled twenties in my hometown of AK New Zealand, to his restoration to sanity in Los Angeles CA. He was able to start again in the U.S. and had time to really pause and reflect on this during the lockdown months of the pandemic. Plus, Ted really got in touch with the memory of some of those who never made it.Calling on members of his 70's Country cover band, The Electric Fields, Ted assembled some of his favorite L.A. guys to play on the record. Notably, Dusty Wakeman on Bass (Dwight Yoakam, Lucinda Williams, Buck Owens), Mark Hart on Keys (Crowded House, Supertramp), Joel Martin on Guitar (Grateful to the Core, Pearl), Tim Walker on Pedal Steel (Glen Campbell, Jimmy Webb, The White Buffalo) and CalArts Alum and musician extraordinaire Rob Anderson on Drums.  By way of introduction to today's episode, this is advanced stuff. It's beyond the normal. I'm handling this question here and now, rather than on a 1-1 coaching session because it can help those of you who have already had a personal in-home EMF assessment by a qualified EMF Consultant. You've already followed a remediation plan and reduced personal exposure levels of all types of EMF to your desired levels. Today we're talking about how to reduce intermediate frequency electric fields.  These are difficult to find because, with less expensive meters, they get lost between the high end of the electric fields and the low end of RF radiation. We're going to use the "Jeromy Johnson technique" to identify the source of the radiation and talk about how to shield electric fields as well as how to accomplish something unique -- a type of shielding that holds back the electric fields and lets the desirable radiation pass through.Support the showSupport this podcast here: https://www.emfremedy.com/donate/Keith Cutter is President of EMF Remedy LLChttps://www.emfremedy.com/YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCp8jc5qb0kzFhMs4vtgmNlgThe EMF Remedy Podcast is a production of EMF Remedy LLCHelping you helping you reduce exposure to harmful man-made electromagnetic radiation in your home.

Electron-positron pair production in ultra-strong electric fields, the Sauter-Schwinger effect, is a long-standing theoretical prediction. In this talk the Sauter-Schwinger effect will be introduced and the related field-strength and energy scales as well as the possibility to verify this effect in upcoming multi-petawatt laser facilities will be discussed. The Dirac-Heisenberg-Wigner formalism provides a fully Poincaré-covariant, non-perturbative phase space description of the Sauter-Schwinger effect, and therefore its key quantities will be introduced. Some respective numerical results will be shown and discussed. An interpretation of a particle distribution at finite (non-asymptotic) times will be provided via a Gedankenexperiment. This in turn enables one to isolate and, therefore, identify the relevant time scales of particle formation. The resulting generic aspects for particle creation in quantum physics beyond perturbation theory will be elucidated.

Australia's most famous art prize was awarded yesterday at the Art Gallery of NSW together with the Wynne and Sulman prizes. The $100,000 prize went to a shocked but happy 29 year old Julia Gutman for her fabulous portrait of singer/songwriter Montaigne. It's titled ‘Head in the sky feet on the ground', a beautiful mixed media work consisting of oils, found textiles and embroidery. I had a chance to talk with her shortly after the announcement and I'm bringing you today that conversation together with her acceptance speech. The Wynne prize for landscape painting or figure sculpture went to Zaachariaha Fielding for his painting 'Inma'. Zaachariaha is primarily a singer, the lead vocalist of the band Electric Fields, and sings in Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara and English. Together with producer Michael Ross they have received 22 awards over the past 6 years for his music. In the winning work Zaachariaha aimed to visually depict sound, specifically the sounds of Mimili, a small community in the eastern part of the APY lands in South Australia and thrilled everyone at the announcement by singing with a few friends saying 'this is what the canvas sounds like' (see below for a link to a short video).  The Sulman Prize for genre painting which was judged by the artist Nell and went to Doris Bush Nangarrayi for her work 'Mamunya ngalyananyi (Monster coming)' which depicts several Mamus the ominous and malevolent spirits that terrify Anangu. These figures are typically seen to have large haunting eyes with straight hair standing upright and can shapeshift into many different forms, including the human figure. Doris lives in Papunya in the Northern Territory and paints vivid memories stories and dreams from her life. See below for images of all winning works. All of these Indigenous artists are creating music that infuses the traditional sounds of their tribes and communities with current music sounds and genres such as edm, pop music and house music. These artists are implementing cultural vocal techniques such as throat singing and chanting as well as performing with traditional Indigenous instruments such as animal hide drums, wooden flutes and whistles and the jaw harp. Using these traditional methods and instruments they are creating beats and tracks that sound like current music especially electronic popular music.
