Small business owners are looking to banks to provide data, tools and analytics to help them make more informed financial decisions. “Business owners need better tools to make better financial decisions, understand their finances and where their finances are going,” fintech Monit Chief Executive and founder Steve Dow tells Bank Automation News on this episode of “The Buzz” podcast.  Banks of every size must be equipped with the right tools and data to serve small business customers effectively, he says.  While major FIs, like $4 trillion Chase for example, are building proprietary technology like Chase Customer Insights to serve their SMB clients, smaller FIs also can compete by looking to fintech providers for the tools their SMBs are seeking, Dow said.  Boston, Mass.-based Monit, founded in 2019, provides financial institutions with cash flow analysis, forecasting, industry benchmarking and other insights that can be tapped by small businesses as demand for these solutions grows, Dow says. The tech provider has raised $14.3 million in funding, according to Crunchbase. The tech offers integrations with banking platforms including Q2, Apiture, Banno and Narmi.

Z okazji okrągłego dwudziestego odcinka podcastu nowość – reportaż, którego akcja rozgrywa się w Cieszynie. Tyle narzekałem, że muzyka klasyczna jest w moim rodzinnym mieście nieobecna lub słabo obecna, że wykrakałem i 12 września wystartował tam festiwal Cithara Sanctorum Silesia organizowany przez fundację Kulturalny Szlak i stojącego na jej czele Rafała Monitę. Inspiracją było fascynujące życie i dorobek „słowiańskiego Lutra”, czyli księdza Jerzego Trzanowskiego, autora zbioru pieśni nabożnych „Cithara Sanctorum” i rodowitego Cieszynianina. Nie czekając wiele, ruszyłem z mikrofonem w teren, aby zrelacjonować, co na tej inauguracji się działo. W reportażu wzięli udział: Jolanta Sztuchlik (kierowniczka Działu Zbiorów Specjalnych w Książnicy Cieszyńskiej), ks. Marcin Brzóska (proboszcz parafii ewangelickiej w Cieszynie), Marek Pilch (organista i klawesynista), Magdalena Pilch (flecistka) oraz Rafał Monita (teoretyk muzyki, dyrektor festiwalu). Suddenly a lot of credit union CEO eyes are turned to small business as the financial institutions hunt for ways to bring in profitable business.And credit unions - many of which have been especially active in PPP lending - are finding that small business is receptive to their overture. The money center banks often are indifferent to small businesses and community banks often lag in the tech tools small businesses want in a financial institution.Monit, a new cashflow management app for small businesses, just may be the tool that helps bring in more small business members.  Monit is not in any app stores, it is only available to members and customers of financial institutions that are Monit customers, said Steve Dow, Monit CEO. The Monit app is customized to resemble the credit union's.Dow added that Bank of America lately has made much of its Cash Flow Monitor for small business - but Monit puts a similar tool set in the hands of small business users at credit unions and community banks.What Monit does is monitor key financial numbers for the small business and it also forecasts cashflow.For the credit union, additional tools are offered. For instance, a credit union can see exactly what share of wallet it has of small business members.  Note: that data is anonymized except for small businesses that explicitly opt to disclose their data.Monit will also help a credit union find targeted lending opportunities so that more efficient and effective offers can be made.How Monit works is that it ties into the accounting software used by the member - often Quickbooks. Valsalva manevrasının başarı oranının düşüklüğü , adenozinin hastaları kaçırttıran özelliğinden dolayı modifiye valsalva tekniği ile ilgili çalışmalar yapılmıştır. 2015 yılında yapılan REVERT denemesi, supraventriküler taşikardinin sonlandırılmasında modifiye valsalva manevrasının(%43), valsalva manevrasından (%17) daha yüksek başarı oranıyla sonuçlandığını göstermiştir​2​. Bugün sizlere 2015- 2017 yılları arasında Çin'de çok merkezli randomize kontrol grup çalışması ile yapılmış bir yazıyı paylaşmak istedim​5​.  Çalışmada şu sorunun yanıtı aranmış :  Manometre yerine 10 ml'lik enjektör, ayarlanabilir yatak yerine normal yatak kullanılarak eldeki imkanlar ile REVERT çalışmasındaki başarı yakalanabilir mi? Çalışmanın metodu Randomize çok merkezli paralel grup çalışması.Çin'de 5 ayrı acil tıp departmanı dahil olmuş.Hastalar 1:1 olacak şekilde tedavi veya kontrol grubu olmak üzere randomize edilmiş. Kimler çalışmaya dahil edildi? 12 derivasyonlu EKG(düzenli, dar QRS(100/dk) ile SVT tanısı konmuş, 18-70 yaş arası hastalar. Kimler çalışmadan dışlandı? Hemodinamik olarak unstabil hastalar, aort stenozu, geçirilmiş MI, glokom ve retinopati öyküsü olan hastalar AF, sinüs taşikardisi, atriyal flutter olduğuna kanaat getirilen hastalar. Çalışmada hastalara yapılan Kontrol grubu : Oturur pozisyonda, 10 ml’lik enjektör içine üfleyerek, piston 15 saniye boyunca hareket ettirmeye çalıştırılmış. Monitörde SVT devam ediyorsa işlem üç kere tekrar edilmiş. Tedavi grubu : Kontrol grubundaki manevraya ilave olarak, hasta düz bir yatağa düz bir şekilde yatırılmış ve hızlıca bacakları 90 derece yukarı kalkık pozisyona getirilerek bu pozisyonda 15 saniye tutulmuş. Hasta SVT'de kaldıysa bu üç kere tekrarlanmış. Tüm hastalar, uzun RP aralığı ve kısa RP aralığı olmak üzere iki alt gruba ayrılmış. Taşikardi anındaki RP, hastanın randomizasyonu ve tedavi sonucuna kör bir kardiyolog tarafından retrospektif olarak değerlendirilmiş (Taşikardi siklus süresinin yarısından uzunsa uzun RP, kısaysa kısa RP SVT olarak değerlendirilmiş). In Unternehmen die überwiegend Wissensarbeiter beschäftigen, erkennen Sie in der Regel, dass die Innovationskultur auf einem Grundsatz beruht: Gib Kompetenz Vorrang Die sogenannte Generation Y, ist die Generation die das Baby namens Internet beim Laufen lernen begleitet hat. Sie sind aufgewachsen mit Internet, mit Google, Wikipedia und so weiter. Diese Generation hat auch das analoge Leben noch kennen gelernt, lassen sich darin aber weniger steuern, weil sie wissen es geht auch anders. Zumindest hinterfragen sie, ob es anders geht und durch den Austausch von Wissen – also Erkenntnissen, werden die Möglichkeiten dann probiert. Jeder muß oder darf sich weiter entwickeln um Wohlstand zu erreichen, und damit meine ich nicht wie es aktuell im Social Media-Bereich Mode ist, den Reichtum, sondern wie das Wort Wohlstand schon sagt „es steht alles zum Wohle“. Gesundheitlich, bezüglich unserer Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, Privat- und Berufsleben und natürlich auch das Monitäre. Agilität ist in Zukunft gefragt – insbesondere bei Unternehmen, die eine höhere Altersstruktur haben. Die Menschen unterschiedlicher Generationen werden immer eine kleine Gruppenbildung haben, wenn man das Arbeitsumfeld und auch die Führungsstile nicht an die künftigen Bedarfe anpasst. Gegenseitiger Austausch ist das A+O, wenn es darum geht, mit dem immer schneller drehenden Rad Schritt halten zu können. Austausch von Erfahrungen und neuen Erkenntnissen. Die Welt ist vernetzt und im Unternehmen finden sich die Menschen kleinen Büros wieder, wo kaum Austausch statt findet. Macht das Sinn? Produktiv ist eine Gesellschaft immer dann, wenn die Leute ihre Stärken entfalten können, aber auch ein Interesse am gesamten Wohlergehen haben. Es geht um Produktivität von Gruppen, um deren Fähigkeit der Zusammenarbeit und hierbei muß das passende Umfeld geschaffen werden.
