En este seminario web, celebrado el jueves 17 de noviembre de 2022, Othon Jiménez Madrigal, licenciado en derecho por la Universidad de Michoacán y miembro de la comunidad p'urhépecha nos comparte reflexiones sobre la sabiduría ancestral sobre la justicia en pueblos originarios de los territorios latinoamericanos. Nos comparte sobre la importancia del sentido de comunidad y responsabilización ante un daño y la justicia comunitaria en el marco más amplio de la implementación de justicia restaurativa en México. Othon comparte sobre este mito de pensar en la justicia restaurativa como algo nuevo, problematizando el que se presente como un enfoque moderno y foráneo, cuando existen fuertes raíces originarias, no solo lejanas, sino locales que, con el tiempo y el sistema moderno, se han fragilizado. Celui-ci se serait d'ailleurs plutôt comporté comme le "mari" de l'empereur, alors que Sporus fut considéré comme son "épouse".Sans doute un peu après la mort de la femme de Néron, Poppée, donc en 65 ou 66 de notre ère, l'empereur fait la connaissance d'un jeune esclave, du nom de Sporus.Néron tombe aussitôt sous son charme, car le jeune homme ressemble étrangement à sa défunte épouse. Peut-être cette relation était-elle aussi empreinte d'un certain sentiment de culpabilité, car c'est l'empereur lui-même qui aurait fait périr sa femme enceinte à coups de pied.Néron fait alors castrer Sporus et l'épouse, au cours d'une cérémonie qui, de fait, a toutes les apparences d'un mariage. L'empereur exhibe partout sa nouvelle "épouse" et veut l'avoir à ses côtés pour assister à son suicide, en 68.Un destin tragiqueAprès la mort de Néron, le statut de Sporus ne change guère. Il passe en effet sous la protection de Nymphidius Sabinus, un haut fonctionnaire qui avait conspiré contre Néron.Lui aussi considère Sporus comme sa "femme" et l'appelle même Poppée, comme l'épouse de Néron. Au cours de l'année 69, il a les mêmes relations avec l'un des successeurs de Néron, Othon.Les empereurs romains se succédant alors très vite, c'est l'un d'entre eux, Vitellius, qui va indirectement provoquer la mort de Sporus, toujours en 69. Il lui demande en effet de jouer, à l'occasion d'un combat de gladiateurs, le rôle de Coré, fille de Zeus, enlevée par Hadès, maître des Enfers.Plutôt que de se produire ainsi dans un spectacle qu'il trouvait humiliant, Sporus préféra se suicider. Jean-Claude Kaufmann, sociologue, analyse depuis trente ans ce qu’est le couple hétérosexuel aujourd’hui. Dans plusieurs de ses ouvrages, il élabore des « idéaux-types masculins », c’est à dire des comportements, des attitudes, des positions caractéristiques de la masculinité. Pas des comportements obligatoires, mais des grandes tendances : par exemple, l’idéal-type de « l’homme-enfant » ou de « l’élève coupable ».Son dernier livre, « Pas ce soir », est une enquête sur le consentement sexuel en couple : il montre qu’un schéma dans lequel l’homme a beaucoup plus de désir sexuel que sa conjointe est très répandu, même si bien sûr la situation inverse existe ; toute la question étant de savoir pourquoi, et comment le couple se débrouille avec ce déséquilibre. Rolo McGinty in conversation talking about life in the Woodentops  The band formed in 1983 in South London with an initial line-up of Rolo McGinty (vocals, guitar, formerly of The Wild Swans and The Jazz Butcher), Simon Mawby (guitar), Alice Thompson (keyboards), Frank DeFreitas (bass guitar), and Paul Hookham (drums). After a debut single, "Plenty" on Food Records in 1984, which received a glowing review from Morrissey in Melody Maker, they signed to the independent label Rough Trade Records, releasing a series of singles in 1985 and their debut album, Giant, in 1986. Generally well received by critics, the album's sound was characterised by acoustic guitars, but also featured accordion, marimba, strings, and trumpet sounds. The album reached No. 35 on the UK Albums Chart. A single from the album, "Good Thing", reached No. 7 on the UK Indie Chart. The band then became more experimental and frenetic when playing live, using more electronic sounds. This first became apparent as documented on the live album Live Hypno Beat (1987), which was recorded in Los Angeles in 1986. The band also started to become more 'raw' and unpredictable live, becoming one of the most exciting independent groups from the UK, while gaining an early hit on the burgeoning club scene in Ibiza with '"Why". In 1987, Thompson left to be replaced by Anne Stephenson of The Communards. The more experimental mood continued on the second album Wooden Foot Cops on the Highway, released the following year, which failed to live up to the expectations set by their debut. Most notably, the listeners of Los Angeles radio station KROQ-FM voted their song "Stop This Car" number 15 out of 106 in the KROQ Top 106.7 Countdown of 1988, outperforming many more established acts, and one of the album's standout tracks, "Wheels Turning", became a dancefloor favourite. The Woodentops continued to play live, touring the world until 1992, and tracks such as "Tainted World" became a regular on New York radio station Kiss FM with DJ Tony Humphries. Vocalist and guitarist Rolo McGinty, who also wrote all Woodentops' songs, resurfaced with the DJ band Pluto in the 1990s, the Dogs Deluxe electronica project and also provided vocals for Gary Lucas's, Gods and Monsters. Guitarist Simon Mawby was briefly a member of The House of Love in the early 1990s. The Woodentops returned to live performances in September 2006 and, in October 2009, they performed in a special concert at the Queen Elizabeth Hall in London's South Bank. They also curated the events in the Front Room of the same theatre with an exhibition of works by artist Panni Bharti, and concerts by musicians Worm, Othon and Ernesto Tomasini.

Depuis les origines, la bataille de Bouvines du dimanche 27 juillet 1214 est considérée comme un événement majeur de l’époque médiévale mais aussi de l’Histoire de France. Plus tard, le XIXe siècle l’inscrivit dans le roman national et le célébra comme un mythe fondateur de la nation France. Remportée par le roi Philippe Auguste contre une coalition rassemblant l’empereur allemand Othon, le comte de Flandres et le comte de Boulogne, Bouvines a longtemps laissé l’image d’un combat âpre pendant lequel le roi de France a failli perdre la vie. Une bataille qui fut une sorte de couronnement d’un des règnes les plus importants et réussis de l’épopée capétienne. Tous les amoureux de la muse Clio connaissent la fameuse collection des Trente journées qui ont fait la France, collection des éditions Gallimard à laquelle le grand historien Georges Duby avait consacré un Dimanche de Bouvines. Mais l’étude de Duby a été publiée voilà près de quarante-cinq ans. Llegamos a la edición #30 y ya estamos a muy poco de cumplir un año ya de éste ejercicio de opinión y libre expresión, esperen sorpresas próximamente se las daremos a conocer. Y comenzamos este podcast comentando sobre el 3er. Informe de Gestión del alcalde Javier Gándara Magaña quien se encuentra a escasos días de terminar su mandato y se despide dejando a los Hermosillenses con un sabor agridulce, por un lado están las obras realizadas y que realmente se notan pero por otro lado las condiciones climatológicas en específico las recientes y continuas lluvias se encargaron de provocar caos en las parchadas calles de nuestra ciudad capital y provocando que obras recién terminadas y con evidente mala calidad en los materiales sucumbieran al paso de arroyos y crecidas de agua. Y por si fuera poco recientemente la Policía Municipal de Hermosillo da la mala nota con una pésima ejecución en la impartición de justicia al tratar de disipar una fiesta donde varios jóvenes alcoholizados se negaban a terminar el convivio retando a la autoridad refugiándose dentro del domicilio el cual según un video en YouTube tomado por los mismos jóvenes fue atacado por los elementos preventivos con piedras y gases lacrimógenos, un hecho sin duda lamentable que mancha a la corporación policiaca. Respecto a éste tema Carlos “El Patrullero” nos comenta sobre lo que considera el debiera hacerse en el tema de la Policía Municipal ahora que se viene el cambio de administración y entra Alejandro López Caballero. Otro de los temas que han sido muy sonados en los últimos días ha sido la plaga de grillos que aqueja a la mayoría de la mancha urbana, una situación que ya provocó la suspensión de clases en una escuela primaria. Por su parte la Secretaria de Salud declara que esta plaga represente un peligro para la comunidad, a excepción de las molestias que estos provocan como el hecho de que se comen la ropa y llegan a manchar pisos y paredes. Y el que fue blanco de burlas y carilla fue el Diputado Máximo Othon quien presumiblemente fue captado en pleno “coyotito o changuito” y cuya foto circuló a nivel nacional, lo peor la desafortunada declaración que da negando que estuviera dormido y solo fue una mala toma cuando él se estaba resbalando de su curul. A nivel nacional uno de los temas que retomamos fue la Fragmentación de la Izquierda Mexicana al declarar Andrés Manuel López obrador su salida del PRD y la inminente conformación de un nuevo partido político en el cual dará seguimiento a su movimiento MORENA. Y cerramos comentando sobre el apoyo que los empresarios de Hermosillo le otorgan al gobernador Guillermo Padrés así como el aval al proyecto del Acueducto Independencia.
