But the most important question is: how much did that property actually sell for at Auction? If you've heard the horror stories - you inspect the property, do all your research, get finance ready and the Contract of Sale reviewed. The price guide is within your budget and then the first bid is more than your total budget! This happens at auctions all around the country. Every. Single. Weekend. Why is there no transparency? Good news! There is and the answer is an app called Auction Snitch! In this episode, Aaron Christie-David interviews the co-creators: Tasmin Lapointe and Tori Huxtable. Tonie Smith debuted in Real Estate as a Sales Agent then quickly transitioned to the role of advisor and client relationship manager, assisting the brokerage with development of bi-lingual service options for its diverse customer base. She developed a knack for defining processes to increase client satisfaction and improve productivity, and Tonie held on to those objectives throughout her career. From managing small teams to working as a franchise sales consultant for Fortune 500 companies, her commitment was to assist businesses to operate more efficiently, effectively, and profitably. Then, while prepping for the home inspector exam, Tonie discovered her passion for drones and started TS Aerial Media with a goal to build a bridge between this booming technology and the Real Estate and Property Management industries. It's a playbook.Jason Feltman 01:20What's the play today?Craig Pretzinger 01:22Oh, it's playbook 19. We talked a little bit recently about how to be a successful agent. Okay, but let's take it one little let's add a word to that. How to be a successful sales agent.Jason Feltman 01:35What's the recipe? Are we gonna go through the recipe in the audience for that?Craig Pretzinger 01:39I have four ingredients that we can bake into this cake.Jason Feltman 01:42Is there going to be frosting on this cake? Well,Craig Pretzinger 01:45if you want to say that three of the things are ingredients are what is the frosted that okay, absolutely. All right. So let's dive a word. And they get off track. And it's just really to keep you on track.Craig Pretzinger 02:37Right? You can have a GPS, you can have a compass, but you need something to help get you there. Yep. And I know when we first opened the third office that the script was there was a lot of pushback on that. But what happened was it really helped us a with trading, and be w
