Start with your week, then monthly, quarterly and annual. It's important to get your day-to-day routine organized before moving onto the big things.Have systems and repetitive routines set up. This will help with your time management and making sure things that are rinse and repeat get done while also getting new and future projects accomplished.Automate your systems. This especially helps when you need someone to fill in a job. Megan has created Loom videos attached to tasks so that when someone is unable to complete a task, someone else from the team can step in and get it done so they don't get behind.Create a business where your revenue isn't dependent on you constantly showing up. Megan has a goal to keep decreasing her work days and hours so that she can show up in her life the way she wants. This takes a lot of planning and organizing and teamwork to set up a business that creates revenue through funnels and automation versus always having to do live launches.RESOURCES:Check out the blog post that accompanies this episodeLearn more about Megan and how she can help you through her websiteRegister for the Burn Your Launch Calendar and Never Look Back MasterclassCONNECT WITH ALLISON:Follow Allison on InstagramDID YOU HAVE AN 'AH-HA MOMENT' WHILE LISTENING TO THIS EPISODE?If you found value and are ready to take action from listening to this episode, head to Apple Podcasts and help us reach new audiences by giving the podcast a rating and a review. Let's start with what time management is NOT.    It doesn't mean that every minute of every day is scheduled.  It also doesn't mean that you do the same thing every day or week.  It's not so rigid that you can't change plans or be flexible People resist the idea of time management because of these preconceived notions. It's not about getting the most done. It's about using your time well and in a way that serves you.    You are the ultimate decision-maker over your calendar.    You will be setting up the right structure and boundaries so that you can have flexibility so that you can have freedom.    I want to be able to call you two months from now and I ask you, “Hey, what did you do for fun this week?” and you're going to be able to give me an answer and you will have done it guilt-free.  Are you ready to start your journey to work+life harmony? Top is an evidence-based curriculum. There are different components to an indifferent fidelity requirements to make sure that this program is working to the best of its ability where some of the effects of the top program. The top program is really great for the students. There is a community service learning component so and that they are building ties to their community and we found that through doing that these students feel more of a responsibility to their community by having that tie, they are less likely to engage in behavior that is detrimental to their community. In addition to that the curriculum has three different components to it. So there is a connecting with others component of building my skills and learning about myself, so through those three different areas that are able to as it sounds, build their skills so there are things such as relieving stress and emotional intelligence. There is a social emotional learning component to this. So there are so many things that are going into this so that the students are able to learn about themselves connect with others connect with their community. So by building all these things we are scaffolding and building these students up to create self-confidence and by doing that it really has long-term positive effects on their health and on all the different realms of their health. So, not just health and the way often we think about it a physical health but there is an emotional health is a social health and so on and so forth that comes with this curriculum are the ties we made to the community. The tither being made to the community through community service learning which is a component of the top program or teen outreach program so community service learning projects could include a wide variety of things we often do projects with the students within the classroom. Since we are part of the school day where we may be. Create letters that we send then to an assisted living home or we have created things such as fleece blankets that we've donated to the assisted living home down there. We have created dog treats cat toys for humane societies. There's a lot of different ways that this can go. But as long as we have that tie to the community and something that can benefit the community members as the main thing that were looking for and then as part of that. We want the students to feel the glow and that comes right from the Wyman or top curriculum. And that's the big piece of it. So with the community service learning project. Those students are choosing what they want to do so. This isn't something that we tell them that you're gonna be doing this project or that project. It's something that they have a tie into and that they have communicated that they would like to do and that helps them really build that tie versus being told what to do because as we know that usually doesn't work with students or anybody. Anybody that that matter

After a realisation that things had to change, Megan decided to take a step back and 'restructure' her own family organisation to find a better way to live in balance.  Listen to this episode to discover how Megan has turned her new processes into her full-time passion how you can become more productive and enjoy greater balance at home and at work.   Highlights In this episode you'll learn: How being productive as an entrepreneur is different to being productive in a corporate setting. Karen Lee Orozco is an airbrush artists whose paintings are a mixture of her favorite forms, which include Pop and Illustration Art. She was first introduced to airbrush in her high school Studio Art class while attending Balboa High School, Canal Zone. She is currently pursuing her Bachelors of Fine Arts degree at Austin Peay State University. Most of her paintings give the viewer a glimpse into her culture, the Hispanic/American culture and the social/environmental issues she wants to bring to light. Some include her personality in satire form. She finds that satire art makes it easier for her to bring attention to issues that need to be addressed. Some of her paintings are titled in Spanish (her first language) and include memories from her past in conjunction with cultural elements. She feels that airbrush can be more than something appreciated on posters, cars, guitars, and motorcycles; it can be furthered into a new form of fine art. Karen is an accomplished artist in other realms as well. One of her other favorite mediums is photography. She's the owner of KO Photography in Clarksville, TN where she freelances for statewide professional boxing matches. She's worked with film, digital, and historical processes like, cyanotype and tintypes. Most of her artistic photographs include, street photography, portraiture, and dreamscapes. Karen has also freelanced documentary, weddings, and conferences; many of her photographs have been used in online advertising and news publications for the organizations and/or athletes she's worked with. “Art is what I love, and what I do. To say that I'm simply a painter, a drawer, or a photographer is to leave out the most important element of my being; an artist.”-- Karen Lee Orozco

I'm Brina Kay, and this is my story. I believe every good song begins with a story. No matter what has happened in my own, whether it be struggle, pain, confusion, or joy, music has been there for me without judgement and without constraint. It reminds me that I'm not alone, helps me understand the world, and gives me hope for tomorrow. No matter how trapped I may feel by my circumstances, music finds a way to set me free. I didn't always plan on becoming a songwriter, but every decision I've made in my life boils down to choosing freedom. Freedom over security, freedom over expectation, and freedom over limits. I've been musical for as long as I can remember. I learned to play the violin in kindergarten, sang in choirs, performed in musicals, at minor league baseball parks, and on dance teams. It was only a matter of time before I began writing my own songs. I figured out how to get one fully produced back in 2016 and haven't looked back since. The summer of my senior year of college I joined the “Gunnison Drive Band” and performed gigs all around Nebraska. Upon graduation, I had a choice to make, carve out a safe and comfortable life for myself or take a chance on something bigger. I choose to follow my heart down to Nashville Tennessee to pursue music. Coming up on my first year, I've produced four new singles, two music videos, and performed in venues big and small all around town. It isn't always easy, but I can't wait to find out what else is on the Horizon.

I grew up in Arlington, Texas and have been drawn to music ever since I was in Kindergarten, singing songs on the playground during recess. Music has always been a way for me to relate to people and to feel like I'm understood. When I was 11 years old I began putting my thoughts into songs and performing them for family and whatever stage I could get on. The more I learned about music, the more I knew it was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Around this time, I heard about Nashville and started to take trips there whenever I had breaks from school. At 15 years old, I was able to make the move that would change my life. Not long after I moved to Nashville, I released my first EP. Ever since then I've been playing out, meeting new people, and living out my dreams. Now, at 18, I have released a new song, Skin. This is the most personal song I've written thus far. Loving ourselves is a journey that we are all on, and I hope my new song, Skin, helps people know they aren't alone.I'd love to see y'all at my performances in Nashville, but if you aren't able to make it then you can follow my journey through social media.
