September 2 will mark the 80th anniversary of Japan's formal surrender to the United States aboard the USS. Missouri, ending the Second World War. The U.S. decision to drop two atomic bombs on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki—what drove Japan to surrender, at least in popular history—is still controversial to this day. How did the mass U.S. bombing campaign come about? Did the U.S. believe the atomic bomb was the only possible or the least bad option? Did the atomic bomb really push Japan to surrender—or was it on its last legs anyway? Famed historian Richard Overy tries to tackle these questions, and more, in his latest work of Second World War history: Rain of Ruin: Tokyo, Hiroshima, and the Surrender of Japan (Allen Lane / W.W. Norton: 2025) Richard Overy is Honorary Research Professor of History at the University of Exeter and one of Britain's most distinguished historians. His major works include The Dictators: Hitler's Germany, Stalin's Russia (W. W. Norton & Company: 2004), winner of the 2005 Wolfson Prize, The Morbid Age: Britain and the Crisis of Civilization, 1919-1939 (Penguin: 2010) and The Bombing War: Europe, 1939-1945 (Penguin: 2013), which won a Cundill Award for Historical Excellence in 2014. Back Home, One week later.By FinalStand. Listen to the Podcast at Explicit Novels. There is something worse than waking up and not knowing where you are: you could wake up and not know who you are.Note: World Events Stuff ~ aka Why things are happening in Cáel's lifeThe phone was from Iskender. His boss, Oyuun Tömörbaatar (OT), the former UN ambassador from Kazakhstan and now the informal and unrecognized UN representative and chief diplomat of the Khanate to the same august body, wanted to talk with me, immediately. OT wasn't being diplomatic at the moment, that would come later.{Now this is going to get convoluted}Any inquiries to the Khanate that didn't also include immediate official recognition of the Khanate currently were being steered my (and Hana's) way. For all the behind closed doors crap, he had me, his loyal ass-monkey mutton-head. I held faint hope that this latest meeting would work out to my benefit. For the meeting, I traveled light, only Naomi (the Amazon) and Chaz (British SRR) watched over me.Now fathers who know me, hide their daughters. I'd earned my 'scoundrel' reputation. T. Sarangerel, OT's daughter, was in the room when Iskender ushered me in. She gave me an uncertain look, I shrugged and she smiled. It took me 3 nano seconds to figure that out, OT was scoping me out as a potential son-in-law. I was in Temujin's Inner Circle and a man who he trusted (a rarity). Any union with me would strengthen OT's clan's standing in the new regime. The genetic footprint Temujin, and his immediate family collectively, had put down in the 13th and 14th centuries CE today was vast. He needed that to make his plans for the internal reorganization of the Khanate work. The old republics would go away, to be replaced by a system akin to the Byzantine 'themes, the re-organization of regions based on the recruitment of the Tumens. The Khanate was aiming for an 'Autocratic Republic' ~ a term invented in the 19th century. My use of this terminology was based on my gut instinct, Alal's host of memories involving every form of governance, and my experience with human nature. That clued me in to what Temujin was up to, his Greater Plan. He wasn't going to form a false-front government. He was going to retain the decision-making powers and do so openly, thus 'Autocratic'.He also planned to have a bicameral legislative branch. The Upper House would be based in Tumens and bureaucratic leadership, intellectual standing, religious sects, and tribal entities. This body would be based on merit, not primogeniture. The Lower, main chamber, would be a democratically-elected assembly (aka a democratic republic) that advised him on policy matters, thus 'Republic'.All the power would remain in the Great Khan's hands and would be exercised by his genetic descendants (which some geneticists estimated as being as high as 25% of the Central Asian population.) Marrying into that extended family would be easy, the 'family' itself would have a vested interesting in supporting a state that benefited them.Men and women could exercise power in the government through marriage alliances, identical to the manner Hana was working through me. Being surrounded by very populous countries in various states of belligerence, empowering women wouldn't be an issue since every willing mind and pair of hands mattered. Outsiders who shone through could be offered a spouse and brought into the ruling elite since polygamy was permissible. In the Khanate there would be universal compulsive suffrage (everyone 18+ was legally required to vote) to decide on the representatives in the new legislative body. Everyone was expected to fight, so everyone voted. It would be modeled on the Duma of early 20th century Imperial Russia. Unlike the ill-fated Tsar Nicholas II, Temujin would be much more attentive to the voice of the people, in the Information Age, he had to.Or so I hoped. I spewed forth my ideas to OT who didn't agree, or disagree with my vision. Perhaps Temujin and I did share a bond that went beyond obligation. OT then pulled a 'Pamela'."He told me he knew immediately you were his brother when you and I shared that vision," he commented out of nowhere."His words: You (Earth and Sky) are the old. He (meaning me) is the new. He (me again) will show us the way." My, that was nice, obtuse and not at all helpful. What did OT want? My good buddy, the Great Khan, wanted to cash in on Hana's and my sudden popularity. His most pressing need remained 'time'. He needed to have a cease-fire in the wings when his offensive resumed the next day.The Earth and Sky had moved, well, the Heaven and Earth to get the Tumens and their accompanying national armies up and running after only a two day respite. Thanks to me, Manchuria was a mess. The Russians had carried out my 'Operation: Funhouse' with mixed, mostly positive results.Dozens of smaller Chinese military police units along the border went, 'inactive' was the term most often used in the media. They didn't disarm, yet they didn't fight the Russians either. They sat back and let events unfold. The issue wasn't the Chinese's willingness to fight and die for their country. It was the schizophrenic government in Beijing. The PRC didn't want to wage a war with the Russian Federation at that moment. The Khanate was the priority. There were two fundamentally incompatible courses of action favored for dealing with the Russians:One large group advocated a passive Option A: let the Russians step in and shield the three remaining provinces making up Manchuria that were still in Chinese possession. Later, China would use military, economic and political means to edge the Russians out, once the Khanate was dealt with.A sizable faction favored a more aggressive Option B: play a game of chicken with Vladimir Putin. Tell the Bear not to come across the border while threatening him with a bloody and pointless (for him) guerilla war if he did intervene. Events on the ground were not providing a lot of support for that school of thought,However, this split at the highest levels of leadership left the local and regional commanders to try and muddle through as best they could. To the local commanders defending the Amur River side of the Chinese-Russian border, common sense dictated that they not oppose the Russian crossings, because the Russian 35th Army would kill them. All their military units had gone west to the Nen River line. With no heavy weapons and little air support, the People's Armed Police (PAP) (paramilitary) and the Public Security Bureau (regular police) units would be wiped out for little gain.Russia's GRU (Military Intelligence) sweetened the pot by allowing the police units to remain armed and in formation. It could be argued that they weren't even committing treason. At any time, they could throw themselves into the battle, or form the core of a resistance movement. 'Conserving your strength' had been a hallmark of the Communist Chinese struggle against the Imperial Japanese and Nationalists forces from the 1920's until 1945 and it had served them well. For the party officials, civil authorities and the People's Liberation Army (PLA), Army Air Force (PLAAF), and Army Navy (PLAN) who had gone with Option B, things weren't working out. In the north of Heilongjiang province at Morin Dawa/the Nen River line, the regional commander of the ad hoc forces facing the Khanate decided to duke it out with the Russian 36th Army as well. He was boned from the get-go.The PLAAF's overall command and control had been badly disrupted in the first few hours of The Unification War and had never fully recovered. Of the 22 air regiments that the PLAAF had started the war with in the Shenyang Military District (NE China), only 5 remained as effective formations flying, on average, a meager 20% of their original complement of advanced Shenyang J-16's, J-11's, Chengdu J-10's and Xian JH-7's aircraft.Replacing their aircraft losses meant sending up aged Shenyang J-8's (rolled out in 1980) and Nanchang Q-5's (in 1970) to fly and die in droves fighting their technologically superior Khanate foes. To add insult to injury, China's fleet of 97 Su-30MKK/MK2's (built in Russia) had suffered numerous suspicious mechanical and electronic failures, rendering them either flying coffins, or space holders in bomb-proof shelters.Furthermore, of the forces arrayed in the far north, only two of the five air regiments were responding. Two of the other three had begun displacing south into the Beijing Military District and preparing to defend the capital city. The fifth formation had another problem, North Korea (, more on that later.)In opposition to those two Chinese air regiments (roughly 60 aircraft of mixed types) stood seven complete and fresh Russian air regiments (over 400 front-line aircraft) and that didn't include the regiment and elements of the Far East Naval Aviation which was ALSO watching North Korea (, again more on that later.) The latter was of small comfort to the forces trying to hold the already compromised Nen River line.Behind those valiant troops, along the much more defensible Amur River line, the commander of the key city of Heihe sided with the Option A group and let the Russian 35th Army cross the river unopposed. By the time the PLA commanding general of the 'Nen Force' (the 69th Motorized Division and the subordinate 7th Reserve Division) figured that out, he was already in a shooting war with the Russians. So his supply lines weren't in danger, they were lost. The final indignity took place at Zalantun. The commander of the 3rd Reserve Div. had died during the attempt to recapture Zalantun. His replacement died when his helicopter was shot down as he was coming to assume command. In the absence of these officers, the divisional chief of staff told his men, including two hastily hustled forward mechanized brigades, to put down their arms. That meant 'Nen Force' was completely cut-off and surrounded. One battalion of the 36th Russian Motorized Brigade (yes, too many 36's running around) disarmed the Chinese troops while the rest, plus the 74th Independent Motorized Brigade raced for the prize, the city of Qiqihar. The last major mechanized formation of the 36th Rus. Army, the 39th MB was following them. However, instead of manning Qiqihar's defenses, the Chinese garrison in that city was waging war on its own populace. It wasn't only in Qiqihar; chaos reigned throughout Heilongjiang province. The Provincial Head of the Communist Party, Wang Xiankui, supported Option A. The Provincial Governor, Lu Hao, went with Option B. Both figures were rising stars in the PRC. Wang had ordered the still forming Reserve Divisions and the PAP units to disperse, thus avoiding any untimely confrontations with the Russians.Lu, without consulting Wang, ordered the same forces to launch a violent crackdown on all dissident forces, specifically all racial minorities. (It turned out that Lu was also a member of the Seven Pillars and his witch-hunt was aimed at getting the Earth and Sky organization operating in Heilongjiang). For the men and women on the other end of those phone conversations, there was no 'right' answer. Lest we forget, their organizations were already degraded by the Anthrax outbreak. Both men were powerful and represented China's future leadership, so if the person in charge at the ground level obeyed the wrong one, they could be assured of being roasted by the other. Some did try to do both, repress and disband at the same time. That meant that in the process of making mass arrests among an already war-fearful and plague-fearful populace, the law enforcement infrastructure began disintegrating. The problem with Lu's/7P's plan was that there was no 'revolutionary' organization to round up. That wasn't how the Earth and Sky operated in North-East China. They remained in tiny sabotage and reconnaissance cells. While they were scurrying for cover from the police crackdown, an opportunity presented itself. The afflicted minorities were getting furious with their treatment. These minorities saw themselves as loyal Chinese, yet they were being dragged out into the streets, put in detentions centers and (in a few cases) summarily executed. Being less than 10% of the overall population, resistance had never crossed their minds. It seemed all that those defenseless people could do was pray for Russian intervention forces to arrive.Within that mix of fear, betrayal and rage, the E and S discovered a way to start the dominos falling. The small, well-armed and well-trained E and S cells began ambushing police detachments. Weapons from those dead men and women were turned over to the pissed off locals before the cell went off to stalk the next police unit.Wash, rinse and repeat. It became a perverse and bloody case of wish fulfillment. Lu and the 7P's had been looking for an insurrection and they started one. Even though a miniscule portion of the population was involved, from the outside looking in, it reinforced the Putin Public Affairs initiative that portrayed Putin (and his army) as coming in to restore order to a collapsing civil system, which he was helping disrupt. From Moscow, the PRC's indecisiveness looked like Manna from Heaven. For the massive numbers of Russian soldiers riding through the Manchurian countryside, it felt like they were rolling into Arkham Asylum. Unlike the NATO countries' professional armies, Russia remained a largely conscript force whose normal term of service was only one year. These unseasoned troops could never tell if the local military, military police and police would attack until they rolled up on the Chinese units. At the start of that Day One of Operation: Funhouse, the Russian ROE (Rules of Engagement) was 'Ask and Verify'. It was tactically advantageous for the belligerent Chinese forces to lie about their intentions, then begin shooting at the Russians when they got close enough to hurt them. By Day Two, the standard front-line Russian soldier had adjusted that ROE to 'if they look at us wrong, light their asses up'. By Day Three, the officers had stopped trying to enforce Moscow's ROE orders. That was fine for the combat and rear echelon support troops because both the Chinese and Russian governments had another series of problems and they all centered around Pyongyang and Kim Jong-un's declaration that North Korea would intervene as well, without letting anyone know who he was 'intervening' against. To keep everyone guessing, the North Korean' People's Army was massing on all three borders, facing off with the PRC, Russia and South Korea. To prove his diplomatic intentions, Kim pledged to only mobilize half of his reserves, merely 4,250,000 extra men and women to go with his 950,000 strong standing army.It didn't take a military, or economic genius to realize the North Korean's chronically 'near death' economy was stampeding off a cliff. The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) was in the middle of an oil crisis and Kim was increasing their fuel consumption by 400% while decreasing his workforce by 10%. To put it in perspective, the US unemployment was around 6%. Now imagine that in one week's time it would become 26%. One week, no severance packages. Would the population become unsettled? But wait, it gets better. The Secret War was colliding with the Real World in more places than Manchuria. Setting aside the assassination attempt (Grrr) of Hana Sulkanen, my fiancée, six Nipponese elders (two women and four men) appeared in the personal quarters of the Japanese Prime Minister on the first full night of 'Funhouse' and relayed their urgent requests. Those six were the Head of the Six (formerly Seven) Ninja Families and they were there at, my urging. Cause I'm an idiot and requiring the deaths of Romanians in my personal crusade obviously wasn't enough. Now I was asking the Japanese Defense Forces (JDF) to pony up as well. So take a deep breath and put on the hip-waders.You might be wondering why I would want the JDF, see, there was part of Operation: Funhouse that was hitting a predictable snag, namely the Korea People's Navy Force (KPNF) and the uncertain determination of the PLAN:The KPNF's vessels were rather old, small and crappy. They also had a love affair with anything that could launch a torpedo and they listed over 700 of these floating deathtraps (only 13 of which could be classified as surface warships) and the fanatical crews to take them into battle. The PLAN's numbers were far more realistic and the fleet generally more modern. Only their North (18 surface warships) and East Fleets (22 plus 5 'elsewhere') could play any role in an upcoming FUBAR, and both fleets were heading out to sea, mainly to avoid the sporadic, but increasingly effective Khanate air strikes. The FU to be BAR'ed was the Russian Far East Fleet (RFEF) (6 warships strong, ) that had seized on this crazy idea (per my suggestion) to sail south, around the Korean peninsula so they could land elements of the 55th Guards Red Banner Marine Brigade (the 165th Marine Regiment and the 180th Marine Tank Battalion).Theoretically they were going to be the 'Southern Shielding Force' that would interpose itself between the Khanate and Beijing. It should surprise no one that the RFEF's flotilla was unequal to the task of taking their destination, the port of Qinhuangdao, by amphibious assault. Fortunately for the Gods of War (which did not include me), there were five other navies involved.Meanwhile, South Korea was having kittens because their always crazy northern kin were slathering on the insanity. (In how many Buddhist countries do people flock to the temples and pray that their neighbor attacks someone, anyone else, but them? That wasn't a religious conundrum I wanted to deal with.) N.Korea mobilizing meant S.Korea had to mobilize, which sucked down on their GNP as well.Besides, N.Korean dams and coal-powered plants kept the lights on in Seoul. Erring on the side of caution, the S. Korea (aka Republic of Korea, ROK) Army suggested calling up only one million of their three million person reserve force in order to assure Cousin Kim that this was a purely defensive gesture. It didn't work. Kim Jong-un castigated the ROK for antagonizing him, despite his declaration that he 'might' feel like invading the South in the immediate future.Into the emerging crisis, the ROK Navy could sortie nineteen small surface ships. Japan's Navy wasn't up to its old imperial standards, but could still deploy 45 surface warships. The 800 lb. gorilla in the room was the core of the 7th Fleet stationed at Yokosuka, Japan, the USS carrier George Washington and her 14 escort vessels. If the George Washington was the gorilla, RIMPAC 2014 was King Kong. 22 nations, 50 ships, including the USS carrier Ronald Reagan were engaged in war games in the Central Pacific. With them were 5 vessels of the PLAN, had Kim Jong-un just kept his mouth shut, this wouldn't have been an issue. Hell, if the Khanate had not come into existence and launched its Unification War, but he had and they did,To show the US was taking this escalation seriously (without tipping their hand that they knew about Funhouse, Carrier Strike Group One (CSG 1) (the Carl Vinson +10) was rushing across the Pacific from San Diego. CSG 3 (the John C. Stennis +2) was being assembled hastily so that they could rendezvous with CSG 1 ASAP. So many brave souls running toward the danger, sometimes I hate myself. So now does it make sense that I found myself in a room with a US Senator tasked with riding herd on me?Anyway, there were the other three navies still unaccounted for, Taiwan / the Republic of China (ROC) (22 surface ships), Vietnam (7) and the Philippines (3). Taiwanese involvement was easy to explain, the PRC refused to acknowledge them as an independent country and probably never would. The Vietnam People's Navy was tiny in both numbers and tonnage. Five of the vessels were 1960's Soviet frigates. What Vietnam did have was a huge grudge against the PRC. The PLA invaded Vietnam in 1979 and devastated the northernmost provinces, killing as many as 100,000 civilians. The PLAN had walloped the VPN in 1974 (technically South Vietnam) and again in 1988. Out in the South China Sea were two island archipelagos; the Paracel (occupied by a small PLA garrison and claimed by the PRC, Vietnam and the ROC) and Spratlys Islands (disputed by Brunei, Malaysia, Philippines, the PRC, the ROC, and Vietnam). The Philippines had a grand total of three frigates (all between 50 and 70 years old). 99% of the time, they faced a hopeless struggle enforcing Philippines' South China Sea claims, except they were now experiencing that 1% where the PRC found itself in a life and death struggle. Even then, the PLAN's South Sea Fleet was hands-down the biggest player with 26 surface warships centered on the Carrier Liaoning.Except (and there always seems to be an 'except') virtually all the PLAN's naval aviation had gone off to fight the Khanate and it wasn't coming back, ever. In the air, the Philippines was next to useless. What did they have of offer in the struggle for the South China Sea? Bases. The ROC and Vietnam had much more to bring to the table. The Vietnamese People's Liberation Air Force (VPLAR) had about 50 front-line aircraft and 175 nearly obsolete models ~ the same models the PLAAF was now piloting. The ROC Air Force could put up 325 almost-new fighters that were now superior to their opponents on the mainland. Why would I give a shit?Things cascade. The Khanate Air Force took a two-day long deep breath as Putin's 'Policeman that only looks like an invading army' started their intervention. Forty-eight hours later, the Khanate started the fourth stage (the first lunge, defeat the PLA's counter-attack then the second lunge) of the campaign.Their initial air power was still skating on thin ice where maintenance was concerned. They need more time to thoroughly rest their pilots and bring all their top-flight equipment to 100% working condition. Against them, in two days the PLAAF's assets increased by over 250 fighters. In turn, the Khanate had added their constituent state air forces plus nearly 80 new cutting edge air planes and 25 drones. Phase Four saw rolling airstrikes all along the forces massing in front of the northern and central Tumens. For a few hours, the PLA thought they knew what was going on.They were wrong and this was where my meeting with OT came in. Jab with the right, cut them down with the left. The left in my case was Tibet. Yeah, Tibet. Economic value = not nearly enough. From the very start of the war, a small number of seemingly inconsequential air strikes had seriously eroded the PLA and PLAAFs combat power in the Tibetan Plateau while leaving the roads, bridges and towns intact.Common military logic dictated that the Khanate had to punch their way further east into Qinghai (to the south) and Gansu (to the north) provinces. That was where the population and industry where. Farther east were even greater numbers of people and factories and the Khanate forces in the North hadn't been strong enough to threaten to cut off the Qinghai-Gansu front. Then the Russians showed up and the Khanate forces threatening that flank doubled overnight. The PLA hastily reinforced their northern flank, using troops from their strategic reserves. The move resulted in incredible attrition by airpower to the freshly equipped formations. The PLA was about to get flanked, but not from the north. Southwest of Qinghai was Tibet. A third of the Khanate's mobile forces now swept around in a huge left haymaker to the south. My job? I needed the 'Free Tibet' forces in the US and UK to provide public and moral support to the Khanate move. As Khanate Special Forces seized crucial bottlenecks in Tibet, they needed the locals to keep their 'liberators' informed of PLA presences and undermine any attempt to create a guerilla movement. The five Tumens dedicated to being the Schwerpunkt (point of maximum effort) of this flanking maneuver were going to be on a tight timetable if they were going to surround the PLA forces in Central China. My plan was to convince the Tibetans that the PRC's 55 years of occupation was coming to an end and the Great Khan wanted to sign a 'Treaty of Mutual Respect' (my invention). This would require both the Khanate and Tibet to recognize each other's right to exist the moment a cease-fire was reached. That was it. No 'armed presence', or 'mutual defense' agreements. The treaty would be formally signed in Lhasa, the Tibetan capital, when the city was safe ~ as determined by the Central Tibetan Administration (the Tibetan Government in Exile, CTA). Riki came up with an additional sweetener and proved she was quickly adjusting to our group's extra-governmental capabilities.

Recent stock market movements have focused attention on the risks of over allocating to an equity index dominated a small group of companies in the same sector. This is currently the case with the preponderance of 10 (tech) behemoths in the US S&P500. Raul Leote de Carvalho, Deputy Head of the Quant Research Group, and Chief Market Strategist Daniel Morris put this concentration into context. They conclude that as long as market valuations rise in synch with profitability, the companies' index dominance can be justified, but there's no margin for error. Raul suggests two ways of managing the related risk of high volatility. For more insights, visit Viewpoint: https://viewpoint.bnpparibas-am.com/Download the Viewpoint app: https://onelink.to/tpxq34Follow us on LinkedIn: https://bnpp.lk/amHosted by Ausha. This is get rich education.   Keith Weinhold  1:29   Welcome to GRE from Kent Washington to Tashkent, Uzbekistan and across 188 nations worldwide. I'm Keith Weinhold, and you are listening to get rich education. One reason for a not just national, but global, rise in real estate prices is that you can't fake it. Real property is not a derivative, yeah, you can't fake it. So this really emphasizes the word real in real estate. It's not a crypto within infinite supply. It's not an NFT. You can't fake construction. You can't fake real materials put into property, from concrete to kitchen cabinets. So in the year recently ended, as we catch up to global home prices and select nations, per Fitch Ratings. Let's do that because it was not just a US centric thing. In the Netherlands, the home price change last year was 13% you had that much appreciation in the Netherlands. Colombia, 10% Mexico up 9.3% Brazil had 8% home price appreciation. Australia, 5.2% Australia has just seen year over year home price appreciation for such a long time. The UK had 5% appreciation. Spain, 5% as well. The USA, 4% just like I predicted at the end of 2023 for 2024 It did indeed come in at 4% Canada also had exactly 4% home price appreciation last year, just like the USA did. Denmark 3% Italy and Japan each at two and a half percent. Germany home prices were up just one and a half percent. And France had home prices that fell 3% China had home prices that fell 7.8% that supply versus demand thing in China, where they massively overbuilt, that's why home prices are down there. And as I unveil the depths of the USS homelessness crisis later here on the show, you will see that, yeah, those appreciated real estate prices, like I just mentioned, they have a lot to do with it. Now you might think of the youngest generation, the generation after Gen Z, as generation alpha, and that is true. However, they are no longer the youngest generation, because the babies born on New Year's Day of this year not only got to be featured in feel good local news stories. You know what? They are, also the first members of generation, beta, yeah, which will include children born from 2025 through 2039 so that is the future and the future demographic that's going to demand housing. But first of all, let's look at a year that was yes for years here on the show, we have our asset class rundown shortly after most quarters end, and certainly after a year ends. And today is no different, and this is because at times you've got to compare real estate with the other investment options that are out there. We now have music to play for our asset class rundown feature each time for today and. Future shows. And I know the GRE sound engineer has got to like this. He's also a DJ dropit, Vedrand. Here is GRE 's asset class rundown for the 12 months of last year, residential real estate values were up 4% per the NARS. Single Family existing home price, like I said earlier, single family rents up about 2% per core logic, apartment rents pretty flat, down six tenths of 1% for the year per apartment list, office buildings were down in value 9% the 30 year fixed rate mortgage. It started last year at 6.6% everyone, I mean, everyone, thought that they would go lower, but nope, they ended at 6.9% a little higher. That's per Freddie Mac survey. The s5&p 100 index was up over 23% topping out at 6100 last year. That is the first time the s&p has been up 20% plus in back to back years since 1998 and the s&p is meant to represent 500 companies, but it has become so concentrated due to the rise of the Magnificent Seven stocks that its effective diversification is less than 60 stocks. Morgan Stanley just announced that they expect the SP500, 100 returns to be flat for the next decade due to lofty valuations. Do you know that since 2000 gold has outperformed the s&p last year, gold shot up from about $2,000 peaked near $2,800 and then ended up about 30% for last year, the yield on the 10 year T note was up 63 basis points last year, basically rising from four up to 4.6% by year end. What that means is that that signals higher inflation expectations. Bitcoin up an astounding 111% to end last year around 95k and it topped out at an all time high of 108k oil up just 2% to 72 bucks and a wild card for you. Through October, Bible sales were up 22% compared to the same period versus the previous year. That is GRE 's asset class rundown. It was.    This is get rich education. Let's drop back and do some learning before I update you on housing and the homelessness crisis. Now, a lot of Americans don't really know history that well, and not very many have a good financial education either. But you know, it is quite possible that even the next person you spot in a Trader Joe's aisle has heard of Adam Smith in his landmark 1776 book The Wealth of Nations. Did you know that Adam Smith is the one credited with actually inventing the very concept of supply and demand? Yeah, Adam Smith, a Scotsman is credited with that. He is known as the father of modern economics. You might have already known that. Well, of course, supply versus demand seems to be a more relevant concept than usual. Here with the housing shortage crisis, Adam Smith, he proposed the idea of what he called an invisible hand, that is the tendency of free markets to regulate themselves using competition, supply and demand and self interest, a Darwinian sort of struggle. Really, did you know that he also created the concept of gross domestic product? Yeah, prior to Adam Smith's work, most people considered a nation's wealth based on the amount of gold and silver reserves that they had stored. But Adam Smith said no, it's more about productivity quantified in this GDP in a lot of his work. It also discusses the evolution of human society from a hunter stage with no property rights and no fixed residences, to nomadic agriculture with shifting residences. And then the next stage after that is a feudal society, where laws and property rights are established to protect privileged classes. And finally, that modern society is characterized by laissez faire or free markets, so a good chunk of Adam Smith's work revolved around real estate. Now, the history of economics like that is a phrase that sounds boring. Maybe it is to some people, but as an investor, the least that you should know about Adam Smith's landmark book The Wealth of Nations from the year 1776 is that to review, he invented the supply demand concept. He created the GDP concept, and he championed free markets. That's something you're going to appreciate knowing in your investor life. And also supply demand, as I discussed that in the homelessness problem shortly.    we are a real estate show, and, you know, I just don't hear other real estate shows talk about, well, the unfortunate, I guess, absence of real estate in an increasing number of people's lives now, even if you have a home, learn about how homelessness is gonna make your life worse, too. Listen to get rich education with Keith Weinhold, and don't quit your Daydream.   Keith Weinhold  12:57   Welcome back. You're listening to get rich education Episode 536, I'm your host. Keith Weinhold, it is bad. America just hit a record high homelessness number, and it is up double digits, over 18% in just one year. It is even worse when we look at family homelessness and the rise in that and gosh, get this unaccompanied youth homeless, meaning like a 15 year old kid homeless and drifting by themselves. And this is all in the most powerful nation in the world. And even if you have a home. Homelessness is gonna make your life worse, too. We'll also look at how Trump wants to address this. It is major. And finally, are there any solutions to the homelessness crisis in America today? Well, there are now over 771,000 homeless in America, that's up from 653k just last year. And yes, the homeless can be hard to count, but as long as the methodology stays the same, I mean, there you go with the 18% increase. And here's the thing from all the years, from 2007 to 2023, all 16 of those years, we only saw a total increase of 19% during that entire span, and now 18% in just one year this latest year. I mean, talk about exponential and accelerating homelessness growth. And before I tell you about why this is happening, let's get a better idea of the gravity of this sad situation here, and this is all from HUD's newly released annual homelessness assessment report to Congress among subgroups families with children saw the biggest increase as. At 39% year over year. You think that's sad, but consider how sad this is. Unaccompanied homeless children, they're up 10% in just a year, and that was only up 3.4% all of the previous 16 years combined. Veterans are the only group to see a decrease, and the number of homeless people over 65 so we're talking seniors here that is expected to almost triple by 2030 that is just five years away, and it is just widespread too. I mean, nearly no US geography is immune from this spike in homelessness, from Florida to Maine to California to Alaska. Now, even if you have a home, the shoes of that are pretty good, if you're listening to me, you know, why does this even make your life worse? Well, of course, first of all, homelessness can make your city blighted. But beyond that, just think about how many ways it's just changing your week in and week out routine. I mean, have you noticed, like, just take, for example, when you or I walk into some grocery stores anymore. I mean, I notice how different things are than they were just say, five years ago. I mean, you've got to notice some of these things now, more often than there was just a few years ago, there's an armed guard when you walk into a store near the entrance. Well, someone is paying for that security, whether it's the store passing the price along to you, or whether it's a government or municipality paying that, well, that's where your tax money goes. And what about when you're shopping the aisles of a supermarket, or, say, CVS? Well, now even kind of moderately priced items like bottles of moisturizer, they are under lock and key behind a Plexiglas case. That's inconvenient while you're shopping if you need to use the bathroom, oh, now you need to go get a key or learn the door code to access the bathrooms. That's inconvenient when you're done and as you walk out of the store now, they are more likely to have an attendant that checks your receipts on the way out, and this is just one example at the supermarket. I mean, so many of your patterns are changing due to poor people getting poorer, and the homelessness crisis, if you're in a rural area, it probably affects you less. But just take a look around and notice the change. We're not talking about the change from your parents era, but just in your own life over the past, say, three to five years, homelessness is not good for an area's crime rate either. I mean, it is not good to have desperate people, hungry people, these people have nothing to lose if you're homeless and you commit a crime and go to jail. Hey, that might be an upgrade for some people now you've got a warm, clean place to stay in jail. So now that you and I understand more about why this even affects you and I let's talk about why is homelessness growing at this alarming rate, well, higher prices for real estate, which really accelerated in 2021 and they are not going to relent. As I've said elsewhere, home prices are not going to go down in a meaningful way anytime soon as just three weeks ago. Here on our forecast episode, I forecast another 5% of national home price appreciation this year. And it's not just higher prices, it's higher rents. Rents really started taking off in 2021 as well. Well. Higher rents, that means more evictions, and an eviction is the start of homelessness for a lot of people. And a third reason for this surge in homelessness is just that overall lack of housing. I have covered that extensively elsewhere. Yes, the housing supply crisis, and as I'm known for saying, the housing crash already occurred. Did you miss it? It was a supply crash that occurred about five years ago, and a lot of agencies think we're under supplied by 3.7 million housing units. Now, when you look at the new HUD supplied map of homelessness by state, you can very much see that it is about housing, because those regions with the highest home prices generally have the most homelessness. We're talking about the Northeast, the West Coast and Hawaii. And the fourth reason for the homelessness surge is that, of course, inflation started accelerating about four years ago, and people just cannot make ends meet anymore. CPI inflation peaked at 9.1% back. In June of 2022 and year over year, prices are still going up 3% today. Prices are not going down. They're just rising at a slower rate. And of course, inflation hurts the poor and actually helps the wealthy, exacerbating the inequality Canyon the wealthy have assets. Those assets float up in value with inflation and the prices at the grocery store are just a tiny part of a wealthy person spending. But the poor don't own assets that float up with the inflation and higher grocery prices and things like electric bills, well, they comprise a big part of a poor person's income. And fifthly, the massive arrival of immigrants pushed up homeless numbers these past, oh, three or so years. And it remains to be seen how many of those people really get deported. And you know, a sixth reason for homelessness. It's not something new, it's what I'll call all of these background reasons that have been there for decades and are not going away, like how a medical emergency can even drain a middle class person's savings and things like ongoing substance abuse. I mean, drug users often cannot stay employed. So there you have it. What was that? Six big reasons that I've identified for surging homelessness now let's see what Donald Trump has to say and understand that, due to last June Supreme Court decision, Trump now has got more power to clear out encampments and make life for the homeless more difficult, opening the door now to be criminally charged for trespassing and illegal camping. I mean, you really don't want to be homeless today as part of what Trump calls his agenda 47 his plan to tackle homelessness. Here is his preamble.    Donald Trump  21:57   Our once great cities have become unlivable, unsanitary nightmares surrendered to the homeless, the drug addicted and the violent and dangerously deranged. We're making many suffer for the whims of a deeply unwell few, and they are unwell. Indeed, the homeless have no right to turn every park and sidewalk into a place for them to squat and do drugs. Americans should not have to step over piles of needles and waste as they walk down a street in a beautiful city, or at least once beautiful city, because they've changed so much over the last 10 years.    Keith Weinhold  22:40   So that's the problem. Here's the solution. I'll boil down the meat of the Trump agenda, 47 homeless statement to just the most salient 40 seconds for you here. Just listen to this, and as you listen in closely, note that this is not a housing first plan for the homeless. Instead, it's treatment first.   Donald Trump  23:03   Under my strategy, working with states, we will ban urban camping wherever possible. Violators of these bans will be arrested, but they will be given the option to accept treatment and services if they're willing to be rehabilitated. Many of them don't want that, but we'll give them the option. We will then open up large parcels of inexpensive land, bring in doctors, psychiatrists, social workers and drug rehab specialists, and create tent cities where the homeless can be relocated and their problems identified. But we'll open up our cities again, make them livable and make them beautiful.   Keith Weinhold  23:43   Okay, it's not housing first, because, see, he wants to ban urban camping, something that parallels the Supreme Court decision. What this is not is that it is not giving the homeless hotels in the city, like some cities have recently done, converting their hotels into homeless shelters. Instead, this is designating large parcels of cheap land for tent cities, but outside the urban core, like in a big grassy lot, and then bringing in social workers and rehab specialists for them, and that way, his solution is that this city is free of homeless people, and really that is the crux of Trump's plan. But what are some other solutions here? And these are now my insights, not Trump's, that is, build more housing. That's really simple. I mean, this will naturally slow down, accelerating home prices and spiking rents, and we've got to relax regulation and zoning. We had a zoning expert, Nolan gray on the show here last year. Some scholars believe that we should just eliminate zoning in America completely. And one. One way to relax regulation is to Gosh, revisit some of these over the top safety concerns. I mean, look, it increases the cost of the most basic entry level housing when every home needs to have all these thick, fire rated doors and smoke detectors all over the place, and carbon monoxide detectors everywhere, and GFCI electrical outlets all over the place. I mean, hey, it sounds kind of funny to say out loud, but all this stuff contributes to making affordable housing impossible. And another solution is that you've got to kill nimbyism in a lot of cases, yes, that not in my backyard. Ism, you know, a person can act like they're all pro development, and like they're all free market, and they want to have their home built just how they want it, where they want it, but you know what, as soon as their home was built, they don't want others moving near them, yeah, somehow the free market's not so great anymore, okay? And they sure don't want apartment buildings nearby. Well, that is what we need, allowing taller structures to be built. That is called up zoning. It doesn't have to be a gigantic apartment building either. We need more, mmm, properties, multi families, missing middle. That means building more two, three and four unit structures in single family neighborhoods, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, because a lot of those can be built so that they look like single family homes. But yet it's something affordable and it helps with density. Another solution to deal with homelessness is to, of course, bring down inflation. The government needs to stop printing, say, $1 trillion to pay for a program, whether that's sending aid to foreign nations or whatever that program is. When more dollars are created like that, it debases the currency everyone else is holding on to, including your dollars, and it makes everyone from landlords to grocers have to raise their prices. And you know, here's the funny thing in the last election for president that we had last year, well, that administration got voted out of office, and many say that the number one reason was due to high inflation, but yet, look at what they voted for with the incoming administration. Everyone expects higher inflation. So there's a real paradox there.    On our YouTube channel, you can watch videos of me going out outdoors and interviewing the homeless. In fact, I'm surprised at how many homeless let me into their tents, and they wanted to show me their makeshift shelters and tell me about their life. I mean, that's kind of the good news. They were open. They were friendly people. I think they really wanted that to get exposed, because they were hoping that people would see that to come do something for them. I think that's why they've been so open with me. So that was good on the flip side, oh gosh. One thing that they have in common is that they all seemingly want to blame somebody else for the condition that they're in other than themselves, like the government or including telling me that landlords are greedy. But it really is fascinating to see from our get rich education YouTube channel, which is different content from this show. Just search the word homeless there on the get rich education YouTube channel and you can see it.    Hey, I want to ask you something. What is your on ramp to real estate investing? Like, how did you approach it? Or how did you get into it? I mean, mine was as a disgruntled employee. That's it. I didn't come from a complimentary professional place. I mean, that's how I became an investor, and there was nothing wrong with my job position. Specifically, I worked with good people and everything. In fact, I had an easy and safe job, and it paid a little bit well. But, you know, safe is not the place to be. Safety is the opposite of freedom. As an employee, you know, I could see that 401 K type plans. They were designed so that you don't get income from them until you're old. It's a salary reduction plan all those working years as well. Well, no wonder that your employer encourages participation in them. That way they're going to keep you working as an employee until retirement, because that's when they're designed to generate income. But see my point here, really is that I did not have a complimentary skill set to real estate investing, and if you do, it can be to your advantage. So you know what I mean. Let's take a couple of friends of. The show here, Robert Helms, host of the terrific real estate guys radio show. He came from a real estate agent family. His dad was an agent. Well, that can help you find deals. How about Ken McElroy, another frequent guest on the show here, very successful real estate investor. Well, he was a property manager before he became a real estate investor, totally complementary skill set. And by the way, two months ago in New Orleans, I was invited to participate in a collective inner circle mastermind group session that Robert and Ken help run. That was cool, but getting back to complementary skill sets, Michael Becker, a former guest here on the show, he was a lender, so he got to see the paperwork of all these successful investors. So he became one himself. I mean, as a lender, you keep seeing savvy investors leverage themselves with debt and then do cash out refinances, a tax free windfall event, all while they keep the asset too well. He wanted to get in on some of that. And I also know real estate investors that started out as handymen, okay, a hands on trade that can totally help when you're starting out as a real estate investor. So do you have a complimentary skill set that can help make you a successful real estate investor. If you don't, then don't despair, because you know what? I don't have one myself. I was just a former employee that wanted something else. I don't have a complimentary skill set to real estate investing. No transferable professional skill. Instead of that, I just became a reader, but not a massive reader. Of course, I was a learner before I was a teacher. I enjoyed learning this stuff, and I also got a good grasp on the numbers and how that works. But importantly, my advantage was I take action, I just keep adding property to my portfolio. You just got to keep doing that, regardless of what's happening in the larger economy or what prices are or what interest rates are.    And as you know, last week, I discussed the advantages of owning and building with brand new build rental property today, and you know, new build and these build to rent properties, those are things that that really wasn't even available when I started out investing. Well, it wasn't. I mean, with new build, oh, your maintenance repair costs are going to be low. You tend to attract a high quality tenant that also tends to stay for a while. Insurance costs tend to be lower on new build. And there's a bigger advantage than all of that in the market cycle right now that I'll get into shortly. Well, historically, the long run average. Do you have any idea what proportion of homes for sale are new build homes? Any guess, like, what share of those homes are new? It's only about one in eight. Yeah, the Census Bureau and the NAR tell us that it's 13% historically. Okay, well, what do you think it is today? Well, today, that number is up. Existing homeowners, they're not selling those homes aren't getting on the market as often due to the lock in effect, and we have to add supply. So in order to do that, we are building more new there's just no other way to bring it to market. Well, today, the proportion of new build homes for sale among all homes for sale is fully double that, at 26% although we're still undersupplied of homes in the US by about 30% you know there are pockets where they've overbuilt with new builds, including in Florida and Texas. So the time could really be right to expand your income property portfolio in one of those places, because builders that we work with at GRE marketplace are really willing to give you a deal now you've got them right where you want them if you're looking for a deal. How does a four and three quarter percent interest rate sound? Yes. Rates on non owner occupied property are about eight right now. They're about seven on owner occupied property, but we've got builders willing to buy your rate down to 4.75% and they're also offering one year of free property management and three months of rent guarantee protection in case your property is not occupied right away. The first one is a brand new build duplex in Inverness, Florida, two beds, two baths, each side, price of 420k projected rent from both sides at $2,830 and the size is 2100 square feet. I mean the. That sounds like it could make your cash flow thin, until you consider that 4.75% fixed mortgage rate the property tax is about one and a half percent and insurance get this projected at just $1,155 a year for an entire new build duplex, and now you might ask, what could the rate of return be on this Florida duplex new build? Well, I projected 5% appreciation for this year. New builds tend to appreciate better than existing property, but let's just use 5% if you have a 25% down payment, that's four to one leverage. So you've got a 20% return on your money. And let's just keep it conservative. When we look at monthly cash flow, that results in a 5% cash on cash return. Add that to your 20% leverage appreciation, you're up to a 25% ROI already. Add in the fact that your tenant is paying down your principal for you by $405 every month. That's 4860 annually, divided by your 105k down payment. That means you've got another four and a half percent return here. Let's just call it four. You're up to a 29% total ROI we haven't even added in yet, your tax depreciation benefit, and now you're up to a return in the mid 30s. Finally, your inflation profiting benefit on your fixed amortizing debt, and you are well into the 40s for a percent return on an annual basis. And of course, most of these are only projections. It could disappoint you at 30 or less, still a nice return, or it could over perform at 50% or more. I mean, this right here is how wealth is built. I mean, this is how you do something that disrupts your entire family tree that was the new build duplex. Then I'll share one other one with you. Here from GRE marketplace. Is a single family rental. This one is in Locust Grove, Georgia. Gosh, it looks really good in the photo here with a two car garage and some brick facing, its price is 339k rent is 2350 The size is 2164 square feet, so only a little bigger than the duplex here in this new build, Georgia, single family rental, four beds, two baths, beautiful looking new construction on the inside, open floor plan, stainless steel appliances, I can't tell whether the floor is LVP or wood laminate, but it's got a flooring type that's resilient, that tenants like, and your rate of return is going to be similar to the duplex ROI that I laid out, though probably not quite as high as the duplex. I mean, with these interest rate buy downs, these could very well be the property types where, in just five years time, maybe even as little as two or three years time after owning them, you look back and you consider how opportunistic you work in this part of the market cycle where there are now more new builds that you can choose from, and a builder was willing To make you a deal to keep their product moving, because they build a little too much in some pockets of Florida, for example. So yes, these and more like them are available, and there are more in Florida, Georgia, Alabama and a number of other states. And you know, something I don't think I shared with you earlier, it's convenient. You can get a spot with one of our GRE investment coaches right on their calendars, you can look at their calendar and pick a date and time that's convenient for you. For a free coaching session, they will learn about you. They'll let you know where the real deals are, if they're right for you at all, all you've got to do is visit GRE marketplace.com, and click on the free investment coaching area. Escuchar audio

My name is Austin Adams, and thank you so much for listening today. On today's episode, we're going to be catching up to speed on a few different things that have come up over the past couple of weeks, and one of those being that the Secret Service is now doing an investigation After an agent reportedly abandoned their post to breastfeed during a North Carolina Trump event. Kind of weird timing, especially given the fact that the same secret service had some, I don't know, questionable decision making as some might call it recently with specifically Donald Trump. So we'll talk about that. After that, we'll jump into the reflections on a plane during Kamala Harris's off boarding, uh, during an event, in which case there was Hundreds, maybe some would say even thousands of people  that were in the crowd, but were they  So we'll talk about that espn also fired sam ponder who spoke up about the trans inclusion in women's sports And analyst robert griffin the third so we'll talk about maybe why that might be Then moving on we'll talk about the recent plane crash  In Sao Paulo, Brazil, where there's allegedly some shenanigans. And by that meaning several doctors that were killed in this plane crash that had vowed to release evidence linking to the MRNA  gene therapy.  All right. Following that, we'll talk about the authorities seeking the public's health and identifying suspects in a potential serial killer.  I thought that only happened on Netflix. And last but not least, we will discuss the new potential health emergency that has been declared by the who  who  the who the same who  not the band, the band's pretty good. But the same who  that had declared an emergency about COVID.  Should you be concerned? We'll talk about it. All right, all of that more, make sure you stick around. But first, go ahead and hit that subscribe button. Leave a five star review.  And  that's most of what I got for you. I would like to say, first of all, if you are watching on YouTube, you'll notice the reason for the break the last week and a half, two weeks of going without an episode is that I completely redid my studio. I thought it was a little bit of an update from the, the grass. Grassy background that was was behind me. It seemed a little bit, uh, outdated 2000 and one  back when we started the podcast. So I thought it was time to do an update. And it took a little bit more time than I expected. But I hope you all enjoy it. I hope you like it. So make sure you head over to YouTube, subscribe there. And last but not least, I don't know if you know this, you probably do. But I have launched Ronin. Ronin is my Faraday Goods company. You can check it out right now by going to roninbasics. com  and you will see all sorts of Faraday Goods. And if you don't know what Faraday Goods are, they're, uh, basically a, a fabric based, uh, material that allows us to block all inbound and outbound signals, including that, which would help you to mitigate the effects and harmful effects of EMF radiation, as well as utilizing it in phone cases here. for listening. Which you can slip your phone in and completely eliminate your digital footprint, stop all inbound and outbound signals from your phone, develop your own digital hygiene routine in a world that is surrounded by digital threats. So, head over to RonanBasics. com, we'll talk a little bit about that because I've done a ton, a ton of research, even more recently, come across some crazy, crazy things that I've talked about. So, go check it out, RonanBasics. com.  We even have an EMF quiz that you can check out where it will create a customized analysis of your own risk exposure. So if you want that head over to Instagram, I'll send it there. We'll also be setting it up on the website here very, very shortly. Ronan basics. com. Go check it out. You can get a Faraday hat, which is exactly the baseball hat. That's on my head that is lined with silver lined fabric, beanies, RFID, blocking wallets. And in the coming weeks, we will have. Very, very similar. This is one of the samples that I had made, uh, with the manufacturers that I'm working alongside of. Um, but I made them even better than that one right there. So I'm not going to launch it just yet. So Ronan basics. com subscribe, leave a five star review and without further ado. So, Mr. Dr. Seuss, let's jump into it.  The Addams Archive  All right. So very recently, you might have heard the term secret service a little bit more often than you're used to. One of those situations being Maybe the attempted assassination on the president and all of the technical Strategic  breakdowns that happened by the secret service But now they're in the headlines again The secret service is now in the headlines again because they are investigating an agent who reportedly abandoned their post at nothing more than a Trump rally just one month following the attempted assassination.  It seems like a questionable decision making happening in the Secret Service. So let's go ahead and take a look. This article comes from the Post Millennial and it says that the Secret Service is investigating after a female agent reportedly abandoned her post to breastfeed her baby during Donald Trump's campaign rally in North Carolina on Wednesday. Several sources familiar with the matter  That has to be my, my favorite, uh, my favorite statement by these news articles is several sources familiar with the matter. Who?  Who are these people? How, how are they any more familiar than you or I? And what gives them the right to be the person that you cite? And, and when you're citing something, aren't you supposed to say who they are?  Like, several sources familiar with the matter. That literally tells me nothing. You could pull that from thin air. They could completely not exist.  Anyways, several sources familiar with the matter told real, clear politics reporter, Suzanne Crabtree.  Okay. Sources told Crabtree that the agent did not provide notice about the situation. This comes after the secret service came under fire for its security failures during Trump's rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, which resulted in an assassination attempt on the now GOP nominee.  Interesting. Now it says that in the lead up to the North Carolina rally, the USS site agent who is responsible for the security of the event. So this is not just any old agent. This is the person responsible for the security, like, Okay, maybe you should pay attention. Was preparing for the arrival of Trump's motorcade. The site agent conducted the final sweep of the walking route and discovered the agent breastfeeding her child in the room that is designated for essential secret service, official work, such as a potential emergency. Okay, so I was wrong. Uh, I guess I should wait a minute before I make statements. Um, wasn't the individual, it was the person doing the final sweep, but they, they were walking down wherever they were walking.  Found this woman breastfeeding her child and decided that maybe we shouldn't be doing that at a time where, I don't know, we're just minutes away from Donald Trump  going out and potentially having a similar situation as to what happened last time. It says that it is prohibited for a working agent on duty for a protective assignment to bring a child with them. Makes sense. She also reported, uh, Reportedly brought two additional family members who were present in the room with her when she was found breastfeeding her baby. The female agent works for the Atlanta field office as reported by Crabtree. The agent and her family members were reportedly escorted into the room by event staff who had not received security clearance after bypassing the uniform division checkpoint.  Okay. That seems to be the gist of it. Won't bore you with the rest of it. Um, but, Yes. Here's what I would think about that. Maybe now's not the time to be bringing in your family members and maybe you're not in the exact. workplace environment where you should be doing that. Now, I am a big proponent of both breasts and feeding,  uh,  particularly breastfeeding. I think it's one of the most amazing things in the world. It's incredible that a woman's body has the capabilities to provide life to a child. I have three children myself, all of which were breastfed by my beautiful wife. And I would not want to do anything to prevent a woman from being able to breastfeed your child. That is how they live. You shouldn't have to provide your child with bullshit formula. Because they're riddled with the most carcinogenic materials you could ever imagine.  There's some ways to get around that, though.  You can breast pump, you can use a breast pump, and you can create an excess, which you put into the freezer and then give your child with a warmer.  There's a lot of ways that this could have not happened, and I honestly don't think this would have ever made headlines had it not been just Weeks after Donald Trump had an assassination attempt, especially on the sensitive topic of female secret service officers, after the absolute clown show that happened on camera that everybody was talking about just a couple of, you know, a few weeks ago.  Uh, I'm sure you recall everything that happened there, so we won't have to go through that,  but maybe not the time, maybe not the place. Maybe not the position  that you should be holding if you're somebody who needs to immediately breastfeed your child now They're they're obviously I think in almost any situation any workplace any environment. You should be able to Provide life to your child. I'm not somebody who's saying that Oh that woman should be in the kitchen or that woman should be at home with her child at all times No, I I get it. Maybe you have to pay rent. Maybe the father's not involved Maybe he doesn't make enough money in order to enable you to work from home  I get it. 100%. I agree with you. Breastfeed your child. But maybe don't breastfeed that child at the event by having your family bypass security and  also during a time where you're supposed to be  in an active position of your duties.  That's all I'm saying. I'm not going to shame this woman. And I saw several people actually shaming this woman online, uh, saying that maybe you don't belong and all the, like, no, you should be able to have, hold a position in breast for your child, but you should also have the cognitive awareness to make sure that you're not putting a life in danger, which is the entire purpose of your position is to provide safety.  To a specific individual in this case, Donald Trump, maybe not the time, maybe not the place.  That's all I'm saying. I think there's probably a good way that this could have not happened, one being that maybe just get a breast pump. Deal with it like that. Your child deserves your beautiful, wonderful miracle of breast milk. But maybe you shouldn't be doing that behind a gated area  during a time where you're supposed to be protecting the president while also hosting people who should not be there at that time, one of those people including your child.  Right? Maybe not the time, maybe not the place, maybe not the timeline that you should be doing this  immediately after and following the most recent situation with Donald Trump. That's all I'm going to say about that. I don't think there's too much to talk about there, but  maybe you should have a little bit better decision making. Should this be huge headlines? Should so many people be talking about it? Probably not. Maybe if something happened to Trump, right? God forbid,  but I just think. Maybe there's some better decision making that could have happened here. That's all I'm gonna say. I'm not gonna condemn this woman. I get it, you should be feeding your child. I'm not gonna say you should be at home with your baby all the time, because I don't know your situation.  But what I am saying is that better critical thinking probably could have prevented you from finding yourself in this situation. Situation  just two weeks after, you know, Cheadle resigned as a result of her incompetence, maybe isn't the time, right? You go through these ebbs and flows with work. Sometimes your feet are to the fire and you need to make sure you hit that vines. Sometimes your feet are to the fire and you need to make sure that publicly you don't look atrocious in a specific uniform that is designed to show that you are  the person who's supposed to be protecting the president of the United States.  That's all that I am saying,  right? Seems pretty straightforward.  I don't know.  I don't think there's too much to dive into besides that, but that's my statement on it. It was one of the biggest articles out there right now. So just wanted to touch on it. Now, next up, we're going to talk about Kamala Harris's campaign and specifically the use of AI.  Now, Kamala Harris was exiting her, her plane and this huge, massive,  unbelievably  ridiculously oversized airplane. Nonetheless, she was exiting this plane and people started to look at the picture because there was hundreds.  Maybe thousands of people in this audience, especially in a time where they're trying to build up the, uh, build up the,  the, the, the hype around Kamala Harris and make it look like she's, you know, everybody loves Kamala, right? She deserves her own show. It shouldn't be everybody hates Chris. It should be everybody loves Kamala. That's what they're trying to make you seem. That's what they're trying to make it seem like right now.  But people thought there was something fishy about this picture, right? A few things. Now, let's go ahead and take a look at this picture together,  and we will discuss it. Here we go. Here's the picture. You'll see Kamala coming out of her plane. Normal. Makes sense, right? She's just getting out of there. You'll see these thousands, hundreds, thousands of people in the audience. They're just like, That are holding their phones up,  getting so excited for her being there.  But there's something fishy about that.  Reflections.  Reflections exist. And when you look at the reflections on this airplane, Specifically, some people are pointing to, like, the left side here. I'm not, that's not my concern. Where you can really see it is  on the, the, the, you know, right over here on the right.  Right, right on the jet.  And what you see when you look at the reflection is an empty airport. Empty. Where did those thousands of people go? Where did they go?  What happened to them?  Well,  some people are speculating that maybe, just maybe,  those people weren't  actually there?  Hmm. That would be really interesting, wouldn't it?  Now, another thing that people were pointing to about this picture This very obviously AI edited photo, trying to make it seem that there's this hype that isn't there. And there's other situations that they're doing this with right now that aren't just this one situation. But what other people are pointing to are the cell phones, the cell phones of the people that are holding up their phones here, where there's nothing on the screen.  They're just black, right? If you hold up your cell phone, you should be seeing the scene in front of you. But there's nothing on the screens of these people who are shooting video and a very, very Very daytime setting where you would be able to see the reflections of what's happening or at least the video footage from their phones.  And it doesn't seem to be the case. You can't see anything. It's just all black, almost as if it was generated with AI. And I think this is just the start of it, right? I think this is the very, very beginning  of what is going to be an absolute Orwellian future in politics, where you cannot decipher what is real from what is fake.  We don't even know if the votes were counted correctly, but now we can't even tell if the campaign photos that are being posted on Twitter are real. If the hype around this person is real,  Kamala essentially bought followers,  right? You see all those fake Instagram accounts where they buy followers. Kamala did this in real life, IRL, in real life. She bought these people and had them displayed at the very bottom of this image to make it appear as if people care about her campaign.  Now, why would she have to do that?  Why wouldn't there be a massive crowd there?  Well, maybe because she's not there very popular. Maybe because her, the, the, the Democrats nominee wasn't chosen by the people.  Right?  Maybe it's because she dropped out in like, Iowa last time she was a potential candidate for the presidency. Maybe it's because she got less than 1 percent of the popularity vote leading up to the primary just four years ago.  Maybe it's because  another certain Hawaiian senator  demolished her about her past history and followers and the things that she did while she was a DA.  Just maybe, maybe that's what it's about, right? Maybe they're trying to seem more popular. Nobody talked about Kamala. Kamala didn't even show her face for four years. This lady was hidden in the basement somewhere. If she was this popular, if Kamala Harris was this popular the entire time that she was a vice president, they would have been carting her around. She would have been carrying Biden over her shoulder, wheeling him around in a wheelchair, waving to the mass public, you know, openly displaying her love for all of her followers. But she wasn't doing that and they weren't leveraging her that way. You want to know why?  Because she's not popular. Nobody likes her policies. She's very unlikable. She can't speak for three minutes in front of a camera without becoming a meme.  So when you look at this picture and you go, Oh my gosh, she's so popular.  No, she's not.  And this is the lengths that they're willing to go to gaslight you. If we know nothing about the government, they are master gaslighters. And also, they're also terrible with Photoshop.  And if they, if they AI edited this photo,  just a week ago, they were being accused of AI generating Joe Biden's voice on a phone call. And what's to say that they didn't do that then too. And this should be a complete validation of that  if nothing else.  And they're just rubbing it in your face. They think you're that stupid.  They think you're that stupid to where they can just overlay some people in the audience, edit a few of these, the, the, the signs that they're holding up  on Canva.  Forget to edit the, the, the, because it actually wouldn't have been too terribly difficult to actually edit in the people into the reflection. They are literally just that dumb.  They're just that dumb.  Let's see what some people had to say about this.  It says a guy in the second photo. Oh, wow. Yeah, that's crazy. As you start to look at some of these pictures, let's, let's go ahead and  I'll share this one with you.  Somebody in this photo is holding a Nintendo DS  to take a picture of Kamala Harris.  No way.  They also have these really weird wrists. That's not how you hold a phone. Is it  weird?  Very weird.  Let's see what else people have to say.  Uh, the next person says,  Oh, you mean Mr. Three Hands? Yeah!  I'm gonna share this photo with you guys one more time here. Not only is this person a part of Kamala Harris hype committee in front of her fake airplane photo  holding a Nintendo DS, it looks like, in this photo, they also have three hands that they're using to hold this phone.  Weird. Very weird. That, that person needed that much help to hold that phone. Uh, that's pretty hilarious. Okay.  Uh, when in the fucking world  are there that many people allowed to be on the tarmac other than Afghanistan? Ooh, got him.  Got him, got him, got him.  Uh, Another thing was pointed out that there was a worker on the, uh, from this airport, uh, who had alleged that they do not let people there for this type of stuff. Like there was nobody there that day. They worked that day. They stated that there wasn't people there on the tarmac. This never happened. It was quiet. There was nobody there at all. She walked off the plane, uh, with nobody, no crowd at all.  No crowd at all.  Funny. Um,  It says what reputable news source posted this picture as proof of Walls Harris crowd size. Who is the sighted photographer and what agency do they work for without that information? This is just a picture that anyone even you could have manipulated for your own purposes and holds no weight.  Now the next person says that oh, well the Guardian used this.  Hmm.  Uh,  Another person says, uh, yeah, so there's, there it is. Okay. Um, interesting, funny, who would have thought they would go to the lengths of this to try to convince you that she was popular.  Now,  let's talk about this.  ESPN fired Sam Ponder.  Sam Ponder  was one of the individuals, and by one of the individuals, I mean the only individual from ESPN who called out this transgender BS.  And apparently,  This woman was fired for it. It says Ponder didn't immediately. Let's see. The ESPN fired Samantha Ponder and Robert Griffin III on Thursday. The athletic first reported the shakeup and ESPN confirmed the news on Fox News Digital. Ponder was anchor on Sunday NFL Countdown and Griffin was an analyst who appeared on multiple shows. Ponder didn't immediately comment on the decision. Griffin joked on X about getting fired on his day off using a clip from the show. From the movie Friday decision to fire pondir sparked most most of the outrage on social media Riley Gaines host of outkicks gains for girls podcast and former ESPN anchor sage steel were among those to defend pondir  And this is what Riley Gaines had to say Says so ESPN fire Sam pondir the only woman at the network who was publicly accused of  said, who has publicly said, that men don't belong in women's sports three weeks before football season.  Sam is one of the most beautiful, yes, she's very beautiful, genuine women I've ever met alongside Sage Steele, who had a similar fate, not a coincidence.  Sage Steele came out with this video clip. So it's been a couple hours since I saw the news that ESPN decided to fire Samantha Ponder for cost cutting reasons. You know what, I'm not going to even spend any time, waste any time talking about ESPN. I need to make sure that you all know who Samantha Ponder is. You've watched her for years and she's an incredible talent, but like that's the least important thing about her.  This woman is so strong. I met her when we co hosted the Scripps National Spelling Bee in D. C. like a hundred years ago and back then she was still Samantha Steele so we were like, oh yeah, we're twinsies. Sage Steele, Samantha Steele, we look exactly the same too. Um, and we've been connected to the hip ever since, mainly because of our similar values and our faith. Samantha has taught me so much about God, about Scripture, about the Bible, about not giving up and about standing tall. And you know what? She's done that for the last several years at ESPN, even when it was hard, when I was still there, we talked about it all the time, and I just need everyone to know, this is a brilliant woman, an incredible mother, who has also made me a better mother, for sure, Sam, don't deny that, um, and I am so excited for her future, it's so scary when you're in a need, you don't think there's any way that you're gonna ever be okay,  Sam already knows that this is such a blessing. That God is bestowing upon her because there's so much more for her to do. And I'm just honored to call her a dear friend and so damn proud of what she's done and how she's done it this entire time. So this is another loss for ESPN. Um, but it is a gain for literally the rest of the world. Cause now you're going to see. The true Sam Ponder. It's all gonna come out and I hope you're ready. She is a gem and I'm honored to call her a friend. I love you, girl.  Now why would you see this true person, right? What would it be about working at ESPN that would make you be able to see the true person behind the on screen personality? And that would be because when you work with these types of organizations, ESPN I'm pretty sure is owned by Disney.  Who would have thought they would hire or fire somebody for having their own belief systems?  Why, why, why would you see the real person? Well, because they, any person in a position that is owned by these gatekeepers, whether it be ESPN, whether it be high level movies and actors and musicians, and you know, it all comes down to, do you want to keep your job?  Do you because if you want to keep your job, you have to keep your mouth shut, especially if you're religious, especially if you're, uh, you know, somebody who has outspoken beliefs about the current indoctrination that's happening in our school systems, any one of those things, pick your poison, right? And speaking about this, the Olympic Games just ended.  The Olympic Games have come to a close. And I think we learned three valuable lessons from the Olympic Games. Number one  being that the world will no longer tolerate. Women in men's sports, the world will no longer tolerate women in men's sports.  Number two, the world will no longer tolerate the mocking of Christianity.  And religion in general,  right? We saw that with the, uh, the,  um, the opening ceremony, right? All of the, the religious mocking of Christianity, it would never happen with any other religion. No possibility whatsoever. Absolutely not would have never happened. Imagine if they put Allah up on that stage and started mocking or Muhammad, sorry, if they, if they had, uh, A  whole, Opening ceremony mocking Muhammad. Do you know what would have happened? And honestly, this speaks a little bit to to the the  uh, I don't know what to how to position that the the  fragility of Christians today  Christianity Christians almost took over the world at one point guys Like, we have to remember our roots here. Christianity is not a faith of, of, of weak individuals who aren't outspoken about what they believe in, or, or why they believe in it, or are afraid of fighting back against people who mock their god, or their, their, you know,  any one of the other religions that are out there, if Judaism was mocked publicly, if, name it. Any other religion.  Right? It would be a crazy outpour, even Buddhism, right? Even, uh, you know, any one of these other religions. If they were publicly mocked on a world stage, there would be huge outcry. But guess what?  You know what you can be racist against? White people. You know who you can be sexist against? Men. You know what religion you can make fun of openly without fear for repercussions? Christianity.  That's the reality of today. But now we know.  The Olympics apologized. They apologized because there was enough pushback.  Religion will no longer be mocked. It's specifically Christianity is no longer on the table.  Will not be mocked.  Women are not going to be allowed in the world stage  to be competing against men. Men should not be allowed in the world stage competing against women, especially in combat sports.  And number three. The United States is still the baddest motherfucking country in  the world, bar none.  We have the greatest athletes. We have the greatest economy, regardless of what's been done and undone, and the burdens that can be seen, cannot be unburdened by what has been. We're the greatest country in the fucking world. We're the most athletic country. We have the biggest and most thriving economy. Our software development and technology in Silicon Valley is better than anywhere else in the world. Our entrepreneurship and businesses are greater than anywhere else.  Barna,  no competition,  right? I do think that we ended up tying with China in some way, somehow. But the last time I looked, we were up by like 30, 40 medals.  That's what we learned from the Olympics.  Alright, so ESPN fired her.  We've seen this go south. I don't know when these organizations are going to learn that this woke shit will no longer be tolerated. It won't be. We're not going to allow it. Right? You're going to fire her? You know what? There's a bigger organization out there with a bigger role for her somewhere that she's going to get as a result of this.  Her clout just got, went up five notches as a result of this, especially when you understand that a huge portion of the community, especially when you talk about the football season and football in general and in the type of people that follow those sports where the money comes from.  Generally white, generally male, generally Christian, generally not wanting men to compete against women in combat sports.  That's the reality of it. Right? And so what makes sense about this? Well, it's like the Taylor Swift,  Taylor Swiftification of ESPN and sports in general.  You have to do the Colin Kaepernick's of the world are pumped up and, and the,  you know, the, the, the white male Christian quarterbacks, right?  thrown on tossed out of the sport onto their ass, and then have to go do speaking gigs to make money. Right? It's crazy. But guess what the pendulum is swinging back. We know that we've seen it over and over again, whether it's the Bud Light campaigns, whether it's the Olympics, whether it's name it, it's happened. We have seen over and over and over again that this shit won't be tolerated anymore. And I am glad I'm proud of you guys for speaking out against this.  We have to continue it,  right? We have to continue speaking out against the trans bullshit. We have to continue saying women aren't, or men shouldn't be allowed in women's sports. We have to continue speaking out and saying Christianity is not going to be mocked.  We're winning the culture war right now, guys. And they know it. They know it. They may own all of the news media outlets. But guess what? We own all of the free speech. We own all of the, almost all of the major podcasts are people speaking about these things in a, in a dissident way compared to what the large organizations out there are doing.  Because that's the truth that represents what the people think that's, if you have a long form content stream of thought, stream of consciousness conversation with most people, they're going to say that this shit is crazy. It doesn't make any sense. Women should not have to fist fight men in the Olympics.  Christianity should not be mocked on a world stage in front of everybody.  Very, very simple. Things to adhere to yet. They keep wanting to push it despite how much money they continue to lose  All right, let's transition. Let's look at this here But before we do that One thing that I found out when I was doing some of my research in the EMFs I think this just a few days ago. I'm reading a book  by Dr. Robert Malone, I  think that's who it is. I wrote a book called it EMFed. Maybe it's not Robert Malone. That's the, that's the,  let's see. I believe that Robert Malone is the, um,  Dr. Mercola. That's his name. Let's see.  Yeah. Dr. Mercola. The book is called EMFed  by Dr. Joseph McCullough. Robert Malone's the guy who talked about mRNA, uh, gene therapies during COVID. Also a great individual to read and follow.  But Dr. Joseph, uh, Mercola, you can get this book on Amazon right now. 4. 7 stars, 823 ratings packed full of information that you should know about modern technology, whether it's 5g, wifi, cell phones, and what, something that really stuck out to me. And I just started reading this. I've been reading about 5g and wifi radiation, poisoning and EMS for a little bit of time now. But something that I didn't know was that if you go into your iPhone settings right now, you, you have an iPhone. If you're not driving. Pull your iPhone out,  go to your settings,  hit general, scroll all the way down to legal and regulatory. And you're going to see that there's four buttons that you can press. One is like legal is compliance. One's regulatory, one's something else. And then one of them is RF exposure.  And so. Apple legally has to tell you the amount of radio frequencies that are being emitted from your phone, because there is no. Proven harmful health side effects as a result of this technology.  They even have to go as far as to test your phone to make sure that it's not emitting enough RF frequencies that exceeds the allowable amount of SARS. And SARS stands for your, um, SAR stands for your  specific absorption rate of the RF frequency. So essentially what they do is they like almost like myth busters style it and they create this like.  mannequin head with fluid inside of it. And then they put a cell phone up to its head and they measure the amount of thermal, uh, energy that has passed through by, by seeing the differentiation in temperature inside of the brain, as a result of the RF frequencies.  Now, once you read into this book and you find out a little bit about it, you realize that the SAR is a terrible way to actually measure this because the concern is not the thermal, uh, transition or the thermal, uh, Aspects of the technology. It's actually the DNA damage that's occurring as a result of creating free radicals  But it can be a good indication of that type of damage So what Apple lists and what every single other phone company lists within the instruction manuals of your phone is that you should keep your cell phone at least Five to 15 millimeters away from your body at all times. You should not hold your phone up to your ear. You should not drive with it between your legs. You should not you should not have it in your hand for long periods of times. You should have it away from your body as much as possible. And they have to list this in your phone settings.  Not sure why I said that like that, but they do. They have to list it legal, regulatory. The only thing that they have to list in there, as far as legal and regulatory bodies go, besides their terms and conditions, essentially, is the fact that this thing emits. That's terrible, terrible radiation. And as a result,  it can harm your body.  Just something interesting I wanted to share with you.  Now,  the material that's inside of this hat, the material that's inside of this phone pouch that I put my phone in when I'm not using it. Stops those frequencies from being emitted, stops that specific absorption rate from going up, stops the DNA and cellular damage that's occurring, stops the creation of free radicals, which causes cancer and heart issues and all of these other hosts of insomnia and all of these terrible things.  But it's right there in your phone proof proof hundred percent open your phone. Look at your settings You'll see it right now when you're done driving check it out Whatever you're doing look at it in your phone settings and just believe me guys This is going to be the same conversation that we had about cigarettes 50 years ago 30 years ago 20 years ago We're doctors were literally Doing commercials saying, I prefer the American spirits. I prefer an iPhone, right? This is safe and effective. This is good for your health, right? We're going to have the same conversation about your wifi router, about the microwave in your house, about your cell phone, about the 5g towers that they're putting up literally everywhere years from now, mark my word, that is going to be a consistent conversation, just the same way. That we did it about cigarettes. Oh, it's safe. Oh, it's fine. Just the same way we talked about the vaccine. Oh, it's safe and effective. There's going to be no side effects. Well, guess what? Go look at VAERS.  Right? Go look at VAERS. You're going to find out that they were lying to you for profitability. And what you don't realize is that the telecommunications companies that rely on EMFs being emitted from you, or being emitted around you all the time, make  ungodly amounts of money, even more than the cigarette companies.  Crazy, crazy. So mark my words, guys. And that's why I started Ronin. So check out RoninBasics. com. Get yourself a Faraday hat, get yourself a Faraday beanie. The next and final thing that we're going to discuss here, um, well maybe not the next and final because we're gonna talk about this first, which is the fact that there was a plane in Sao Paulo, Brazil that went down very mysteriously, very weird way for a plane to go down. Um, and there are some people that speculate that maybe it's because of the people that were on the plane. Do you remember the Titanic? There's this whole theory around the Titanic. The theory goes, if you don't know it, that there was all of these very, very powerful, rich people who were against the Fed, the Federal Reserve, being created right around the same time that it was going to be implemented. These people were going to speak out about it. They were going to pour money into stopping it. They were going to do all of these things. Well, those same people went on this huge ass cruise ship together,  and that same cruise ship happened to hit a huge iceberg, and everybody died.  That's weird.  Well, similarly, with this plane crash in Brazil, there was multiple, I believe it was eight physicians, eight doctors that were on this plane at one given time going to a conference to discuss and release evidence linking mRNA  vaccines to very, very serious health effects.  Now, when you say mRNA vaccines, it's almost a, uh, it's a misnomer because, um, the mRNA technology was always a gene therapy. They literally updated the definition of vaccine to allow it to be considered a vaccine the same way they did it with herd immunity, the same way that they did it with all of these other things. Right. Um,  Orwellian very Orwellian. So there's a video that you can watch on either on rumble. It goes through about 15 minutes of it. Let's go ahead and watch this article. Or I'm sorry, watch this video from this article. And then we will talk a little bit more.  Here you go.  That deadly plane crash in Brazil, killing everyone on board the two black boxes, the cockpit voice recorder and the flight data recorder. They were recovered this chilling video. It shows that passenger plane in a free fall from the sky. All 57 passengers and four crew members died. There's still no explanation as to why or how this happened. The head of Brazil's Aviation Accident Agency says the aircraft didn't communicate any type of emergency before this crash. ABC's Alison Kosik has more.  This is the horrific moment a plane carrying 61 passengers and crew plummeted to the ground in Brazil, killing everyone on board.  The two engine turboprop from local airline Voipass spinning out of control and crashing into a residential neighborhood. Witnesses horrified.  This man emotional. saying he was running late and missed the flight. Now, grateful to the airport worker who wouldn't let him board the flight taking off from Cascavel in the Brazilian state of Parana, bound for the airport in Sao Paulo. Shortly before it was scheduled to come in for a landing, the plane dropping 17, 000 ft in just one minute. Usually this sort of thing occurs because the flight crew was not able to maintain or did not maintain enough airspeed. Clearly, it was a stall spin. How they got into it is what we don't know. The fiery wreckage. Large parts of the plane smoldering in a residential neighborhood. Debris littering yards. One person on the ground was injured. Brazilian aviation officials say the aircraft did not communicate any emergency on board. The focus is on examining those black boxes, the cockpit voice recorder and flight data recorder, which will be crucial in the investigation. Allison Kosic, ABC News, New York. Brazil's president declared three days of mourning for the victim.  So  there it is. Now the idea here, I believe that there was a, let's go ahead and pull it up and see if there's any other further information about this. From what we were reading.  Uh, but that's a terrifying video. And if you know anything about ADV aviation, that shit doesn't happen, right? Like you don't just magically lose speed and plummet. And if you do run a, run a, you know, one of your turbines or whatever, um, your engines, fails, you're going to tell your traffic control. I would know I was an air traffic controller.  You're going to tell our traffic control, they're going to tell you this is happening. And here's what we here's what we have going on. And here's our plan. And here's what we recommend you do. And you should stop at this, you know, this unmanned airport close to you. And, you know, you would  help usher them to where they need to go.  Now, from the comments here, it says, and they all decided to fly together and told others, that's what they were on their way to do.  You're saying this is the exact same conspiracy as the Titanic that was carrying men on their way to stop the creation of the Federal Reserve?  Yeah, that's exactly what we're saying. That's exactly what I just talked about. Uh,  it also says that, um,  Malaysia Air Flight 370 had a team of semiconductor experts on their way to reveal allegedly room temperature semiconductors. That's interesting.  Hmm.  Very interesting. Interesting.  Let's go ahead and watch this. This is, we'll see if there's any additional evidence here on the video that's linked. It leads you to a Rumble video talking about it. So let's see if we can, maybe we'll listen in to a couple minutes about the conspiracy aspect of this here.  Here we go.  And blowing the whistle on the devastating turbo cancer epidemic sweeping the world have been found dead. The bodies of six world leading oncologists and two resident medics were found on Friday in the wreckage of a plane that plunged from the sky in Brazil and exploded in a fireball, killing all 62 people on board. The doctors were on their way to an international conference in Sao Paulo, where they were set to present their findings that mRNA and the COVID 19 vaccines are responsible for the explosion of turbo cancers and auto immune diseases wreaking havoc around the world.  I would just like to state that I had no idea the word turbo cancer was actually accepted. I still don't know if it is, but that's a, that's a terrifying term. Turbo cancer. It's like turbo man, uh, turbo cancer. Hmm. I'm gonna have to look that one up in the world today, mainstream media are working overtime to brush the story under the carpets on behalf of Big Pharma. But the facts are damning and we're not going to let them cover up the truth. Before we dive in, join the People's Voice Locals community. If you bursting into flames S two 500 vote PO. Airline Flight Plunge from the sky and crashed into a gated community. The plane was at an altitude of 16, 000 feet when it went into a death spiral and plummeted to the ground in 50 seconds. Eyewitnesses who caught the crash on video said it appeared to stall before circling to the ground and bursting into flames at around 1. 30pm local time. A total of 15 doctors were scheduled to take the doomed flight, but miraculously seven had taken an earlier plane. New information tonight on this haunting scene.  A plane spinning slowly as it drops from the sky.  Crashing in a Brazilian neighborhood near Sao Paulo. Bodies will take a lot of time.  We are concentrating on providing specialized assistance from psychologists, social workers, and are being transferred to the morgue in Sao Paulo, where there will be x rayed and DNA tests will be done to identify them.  The eight doctors who tragically lost their lives in the air crash include radiologist Lionel Ferreira and paediatric cancer experts Sarah Stella and Sylvia Osaki. Eduardo Baptista of the Regional Medical Council said, unfortunately we received very sad news and were able to confirm the death of eight doctors. The doctors were going to an oncology conference. These were people who dedicated their lives to saving others. Saving others for these oncologists involved warning the world about the devastating effects of mRNA vaccines and the skyrocketing rates of cancer around the world, including rare ultra aggressive cancers behaving in ways we've never seen before. According to a colleague, the whistleblowing doctors were set to present evidence to the world that the public were misled about the nature of the mRNA Covid 19 injections. The doctors on the doomed flight had concluded that governments and regulators must urgently recall the mRNA vaccines.  We have all been warned to stop researching this area. My colleagues were told they must not, under any circumstances, bring this information to the public forum. But they chose to do it anyway. They understood the risks, but they did not expect the plane to fall from the sky. We now know that mRNA produces an uncontrolled amount of spike protein in the body because the N1 methylsudoridine allows the mRNA to remain in the body for an unspecified amount of time. Moderna and Pfizer told us that mRNA would leave the body in a matter of weeks or months, but it doesn't. This, this is incredibly, incredibly dangerous. This is a disaster for global health. We are seeing the results of this deception in real time around the world. This  According to Dr. Macias, some of his young and healthy patients have died days or even hours after diagnosis. There are only a handful out of the hundred thousand doctors, Canadian doctors that didn't take the vaccine that are still practicing medicine. So it's something like 99. 9 percent vaccination rate. And they were the first ones to line up for their vaccines. Well, as I started looking at the sudden deaths of Canadian doctors, I realized, yes, most of them are dying from cardiac issues, heart injuries, cardiac arrests, uh, you know, dying while jogging or swimming, dying in their sleep. And Dr. Peter McCullough has talked about this extensively about the myocarditis and the damage to the heart, the scarring to the heart. And then some were dying from blood clots, pulmonary emboli, strokes. But then there was quite a large subset of doctors who were developing extremely aggressive cancers. And cancers at an age that they shouldn't be getting. So, for example, there was a doctor who developed gastric cancer in his 30s. Presented at stage 4, he was dead in less than a year. Very rare brain cancers in young individuals in their 20s and 30s, medical students, medical residents. And these cancers would always present at stage 4, and they would always kill them in a matter of a few months, and it was always less than a year. And, you know, at first I didn't know, you know, what the term for the Bishop, Bishop, YouTube banned any contents that questioned vaccine safety. While popular YouTubers Oh, that's interesting.  The YouTube CEO that was hyper banning material about the shot also so happened to die of turbo cancer.  Following her, having all of the vaccines. That's interesting. Well, for banning what she called vaccine conspiracy theories on the platform died after a two year battle with an ultra aggressive form of cancer. Under Whisky's leadership, YouTube banned any contents that questioned vaccine safety. While popular YouTubers with millions of followers were paid to promote the COVID mRNA injections to their followers. Pharma companies were desperate to use stealth marketing to brainwash the masses. Taylor Swift's boyfriend Travis Kelce received 20 million from Pfizer to push their deadly product. To put that figure in perspective, it's far more money than he earns playing football.  Alright, so you get the point. That was the idea. These doctors were going to publish information, going to have a speech about this somewhere. Fifteen of them, um, were going to. So I guess, you know, what we should really do is dive into what did the other ones talk about when they arrived. If not all of these physicians were there, there should be some physicians that were at this conference that had the conversations that they were trying to stop them from having.  That would be a good follow up item for anybody out there and myself.  Very interesting. So last but not least, we're just going to dive into this one, uh, getting towards the tail end of this here, which is that there's a new global health emergency says the who,  what is MPOX? Where are the outbreaks and will the virus spread says AP news? Now you always have to be concerned about a virus when they rebrand it, you know, just like they rebranded  You know what they rebranded  Transsexual into a transgender Right, they, as soon as they rebranded that, you knew some shit was about to go down. As soon as they rebranded mRNA technology into vaccines. As soon as they rebranded, uh, you know, COVID 19 from, you know, every time they rebrand these things. You know, something's about to go down, right? It's no longer monkey pox. It's M pox because monkey implies that it's not going to kill you. It's going to kill monkeys, right? Monkeys implies that it aggressively transfers between monkeys and not humans, which is the case. If you go on Google right now and you type it, you need to bookmark it because it says it doesn't transfer easily between humans. It's pretty hard to have a transfer. And when it does, it's not that serious.  Well, we can't have that, right?  So  here it is.  Let's go ahead and take a look at this  article.  Right, SARS CoV 2, right. Um, no, here we go. MPOX, the new global  pandemic. The World Health Organization declared Wednesday that the increasing spread of MPOX, monkeypox, in Africa is a global health emergency, warning the virus might ultimately spill across international borders. The announcement by the WHO General Director Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus came after a meeting with the UN health officials. Here's the article for you. Um,  The African Centers for Disease Control and Prevention declared the MPOC's a public health emergency on the continent on Tuesday, who said there have been more than 14, 000 cases and 524 deaths in Africa this year, which already exceeded last year's figures. Oh, wow. So far, more than 96 percent of all cases and deaths are in a single country, the Congo. Scientists are concerned by the spread of the new version of the disease that there might be more easily transmitted among people.  They're concerned about it, but they don't know. But they're going to tell you that they know, so they can make money off of it. Right? It goes on to say, what is Mpox? Mpox, also known as monkey pox, was first identified by scientists in 1958 when there was outbreaks of a pox like disease in monkeys. Until recently, most human cases were seen in people in Central and West Africa who had close contact with infected monkeys. monkeys. In 2022, the virus was confirmed to spread via sex for the first time and triggered outbreaks with more than 70 countries across the world. And pox belongs to the same family of viruses as smallpox, but causes milder symptoms like fever, chills, and body aches. People with more serious cases can develop lesions on the face, hands, chest, and genitals.  So that's what essentially what you need to know is keep an eye on monkey pox, because it might be coming to a locked down city near you.  And it is an election season.  Just sayin  Just sayin  It is an election season, and they will do literally anything to shut you down and get mail in ballots to become a thing as it was last time.
