Aloisio's extensive experience in digital transformation comes to the fore as he delves into this subject, offering a great handful of insights and best practices. A single line of order input by a salesperson consumes an average of 30 seconds and very often B2B order can include hundreds of such lines. This leads to wasting time on low-value tasks and takes off time from tasks that could bring more revenue to the business such as new customer acquisition or upsell. We all have strengths that guide us to success. My strengths come in quickly understanding and connecting forward thinking leaders to resources, people, and experiences that can transform their lives. My dream is to cocreate Treedom, a global community of nature based retreat spaces and ecosystems, to help people connect with nature, each other, and their visions for the chapter ahead. I help forward thinking entrepreneurs, executives, and emerging leaders connect, collaborate, and coelevate through the Future Advisory Board collective coaching programs and project based collaborations. I'm focused on creating mutually beneficial and symbiotic relationships with passionate pioneers of the virtual frontier through DAO creation, tokenization, and launching projects and companies that will positively impact the world. Raised by hippy, nomadic parents, I travelled across the country as a child and met people from all walks of life. From Pennsylvania Amish Country to the desert of Arizona, to the hills of West Virginia, to the beaches of Florida, change has been the only constant in my life. As a young child, creativity and non-conformity were highly valued in my family. My right brain dominance and weaker (in comparison to my brother and sisters incredible artistic abilities) artistic talent lead me to be known as the “smart” one in the family. That label, along with the desire to rebel against my parents lack of financial planning and live one day at a time mentality, drove me to value making money and earning recognition above everything else in life. I moved out of my mother's house at 15, and graduated from High School at the age of 17, with my first year of college completed through dual enrolling during my senior year at Edison College (Now Florida Southwestern). From there, I earned full scholarships to the University of Central Florida through Florida Bright Futures and worked up to three jobs at a time to pay my rent and earn spending money. I graduated when I was 20 with a BA in Advertising and Public Relations in just three years. My internal drive that pushed me to finish college early, start a career and get married at a young age also propelled me to apply for Graduate school. A year later, I received my MS in Business Management from the University of Florida. Over the years, I have held Director of Marketing positions with a specialty coffee franchise and civil engineering company, owned my own successful marketing agency, was a top performing sales account executive and sales manager for Gartner, the world's largest Technology Research and Advisory Services company, earned my real estate license, created branding and marketing campaigns for small businesses and full-time focus as the Global Program Manager for the Global CISO Executive Summit at Evanta, a CEB Company. I've realized that life is not all about making money and climbing a corporate ladder (profound, I know). I am learning to harness my strengths, get out of my own way, and create a life of happiness, freedom, and flexibility. Not surprisingly, I thrive on change, challenge, and creativity. I am a problem solver, entrepreneur, coach, story-teller, match-maker, creator of my own destiny, lover of learning, adventurer, opportunity seeker and above all else a devoted wife and mother. ESG and The Circular Economy with Keith Deinert

Tom Fox welcomes Keith Deinert to this episode of the ESG Report. Keith is the Global Program Manager at Jabil, a company that provides product design, manufacturing, and logistics to customers, as well as reverse supply chain strategies. In this brief conversation, they talk about scope three emissions, define the circular economy, and discuss how these topics all relate to ESG.   Scope Three Emissions  Tom asks Keith to start off by defining scope three emissions. "It's probably easier to say what they're not than what they are," Keith quips. He begins by defining scope one and two emissions: scope one being the emissions that we emit ourselves, such as greenhouse gasses, and scope two being the actual energy we consume. Scope three is everything else. "[They're] tied to the emissions from the commodities and the materials that we bring in to make the products," Keith tells Tom. Scope three is the use of the product and the transportation involved, and its final disposition.  The Circular Economy  The Circular Economy sits on top and is the governing principle that drives a lot of sustainability initiatives. "It's designing eco-friendly products in the beginning, it's maximizing their useful life at their highest values…and then to regenerate natural systems," Keith explains. In a circular economy, you're building a product so that it can be reused. By doing so, you don't have to extract as much material from the earth to create new products, and you're actually avoiding driving up emissions in the ecosystem. Keith adds that companies are now adopting this mindset because their customers are more eco-conscious. "It's not just something that's a feel-good service anymore. Companies are looking at this proactively," he stresses.  Business Driven Approach Tom asks Keith if he's seen a business-driven approach to both ESG and the circular economy and to elaborate. "It starts with the customer," Keith begins. Consumers are more aware of which companies are trying to do the right thing when it comes to being environmentally conscious. Companies that want to create products or devices then come to Jabil as their manufacturers for help in making greener products. "What companies that we engage with are really good at is understanding the marketplace and their consumers," Keith explains. "And they're relying on us to be the experts on how to deliver these goals and these objectives into a manufactured product that meets that consumer's [need]," he adds. When the customer demands more eco-friendly products, it drives the businesses to comply in order to be vendors of their desired consumer targets. This, in turn, drives business profit, and companies are taking notice. Keith cautions that while this approach is currently optional,  it will become mandatory just to be in the business game.  Resources Keith Deinert | LinkedIn  Jabil

So what we did was to do something new. You can surely find a lot of interesting podcast resources covering the topic of experience management in a very competent way. But Steve and I dialed up once late evening, opened a beer and talked about the sometimes very abstract topic of Experience Management being two guys with flesh and blood, a language that you surely will understand and will help you to demystify the world of Experience Management.
