What are our choices when it comes to errors when working with our students? Anna felt stranded, she heard that growing a community on social media is a great way to generate a consistent income online. But she wondered, how to build an online community that is engaged. A few years ago, Anna made a first attempt at building an engaged group on social media but it went quiet pretty quickly. This time she wants to do it right so that she can have over 1,000 engaged group members in 90 days. As you know, social media has become a part of our everyday lives. Whether we're talking about posting pictures and updates on Facebook, tweeting about our latest activities on Twitter, or sharing funny memes on Instagram, social media has become a major source of entertainment and information. Social media platforms are also powerful tools for connecting people and building community. Platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram bring people together. Facebook groups in particular are great online communities. If you want the students in your online course to be able to connect and learn from each other you are probably interested in how to build an online community. But building an online community isn't always easy. This guide will walk you through the steps needed to build an online community. What Is an Online Community? An online community is a group of individuals who share common interests and goals. The members of an online community may be connected through a website, blog, forum, Facebook group, or any other form of digital communication.  Online communities provide a platform for individuals to interact and collaborate around specific topics. They also allow businesses to connect with customers and prospects. For course creators, online communities serve as a powerful learning tool. Facilitating connection between your students and allowing them to learn from each other improves the overall learning process. Your vibrant online community can also drive sales of your online course.  Why Build Your Own Online Community? As a course creator, the online community you create will be focused on bringing your students together. This has obvious benefits for your students in the form of a space for them to ask questions about course procedure or content, and to learn from each other. However, it also has benefits for your online training business including turning satisfied students into brand ambassadors.  Creating an online community can ultimately increase the money you make from selling online lessons. Students who actively engage in your online community are more likely to find that they receive a benefit from your course.  This will lead them to purchase further courses and increase your revenue. Happy students will also help you reach a larger audience. If they are happy with the benefit they have received from your course, and from being with like-minded people in your shared space, they can refer new people to your online platform. Your online community will also afford you the opportunity to present yourself as a leader in your field with the social proof of a large online community behind you. The students engaging with you in your community will also feel a connection to you and be more likely to refer others to your course. Social networks and blog posts can only take you so far. Having real people see and attest to your expertise is great for content creators to showcase their abilities. Online communities will not only highlight your strengths and build brand loyalty but also point out your weaknesses. Don't worry! This is a good thing.  Taking the temperature of your online community and finding the content your students are struggling with allows you to improve your course offerings. Students in your community will also be able to point out any potential technical glitches. Your engaged community can be your first line of quality assurance. Episode 53: What Are The 4 Main Types of Scoliosis?

Scoliosis Treatment with Dr. Tony Nalda

When a patient is diagnosed with Scoliosis, usually they are not told what type of Scoliosis they can have and Scoliosis has many different types of variations. Because scoliosis has high variables ranging from mild and moderate to severe to even very severe and Scoliosis can develop in many different areas of the spine, this includes the neck, which is the cervical spine, the thoracic spine, which is the mid-upper back, and of course, the lumbar spine, which is the lower back. There are different types of curve types and patterns that can occur with scoliosis, and all these have different nuances to the treatment process in terms of what type of treatment you should receive. 4 main types or categories of Scoliosis: Idiopathic Scoliosis - there is not one clearly associated known cause with the condition. It is thought to be a multi-factorial problem and there are many different things that can contribute to the cause of Scoliosis. And since there are multiple variables, patients can have two or three different factors that can be contributing to Scoliosis. One thing we can definitely talk about is genetics. We know that Idiopathic Scoliosis is NOT 100% caused by genetics because studies have been done on identical twins and they have only found about 50% to 60% of identical twins both have Scoliosis, and these are patients that have the exact same DNA. Degenerative Scoliosis - this is the second most prevalent type in the adult patient. Adult Scoliosis, Degenerative Scoliosis or Denovo Scoliosis is caused because the spine goes through a degenerative phase. Doctors would often say that this is just age-related degeneration. I don't believe that to be true at all because if that is the case, that means every single adult patient would have Degenerative Scoliosis because everybody's aging. What I believe happens is there's a small injury or a small misalignment that tends to occur to the spine, which causes the spine to shift out of alignment. It remains uncorrected for years and this causes abnormal or accelerated aging in that area. Unlike Idiopathic Scoliosis, with Degenerative Scoliosis, we know the cause but by the time we actually find it, the curve has become significant enough that the curve itself becomes its own problem. Neuromuscular Scoliosis - is a very complex problem, and the reason why is because there's normally a neuromuscular condition.2 Components of Neuromuscular Scoliosis Muscular Component – affects the connective tissue of the body Neurological Component – something at affects the nerve system. It can also be a brain condition. Interestingly enough, Neuromuscular Scoliosis is almost treated like Idiopathic Scoliosis because most of these neuromuscular conditions are also Idiopathic. Congenital Scoliosis – a type of Scoliosis you're born with. This actually develops in the utero and it's basically one of the bones of the spine. Instead of being equal, rectangles stacked upon each other, we have something like a triangle or a hemivertebrae in between some vertebras and you can have multiple hemivertebrae in a row, or you can have some bones that don't fully separate or become distinct, and they actually stay partially fused. Congenital Scoliosis can become the most difficult to treat because it's a bone deformity. To get to know more about the 4 different types of Scoliosis and the different types of treatments associated with each type, check out Dr. Tony Nalda's podcast. Musicbed SyncID: MB01JNEWL1J7IBV

5 Signs of a Cheating Woman Karen is just an inch away from being ousted by her husband's best friend who is also a co-worker. --> READ THE BLOG POST HERE https://lolaandola.com/5-signs-of-a-cheating-woman/   --> WATCH VIDEO VERSION HERE https://youtu.be/1XwuVU01Ezc   He suspects that the rumors floating around work about the dude she hangs out with for lunch is true.   What's the rumor?   Well… the rumor is that they have been going to eat something else during lunch and not food.   I know why you are here; you are wondering if your woman is cheating on you.   That's sad!   Not the part where you want answers, but the fact that you are in this position to even have to question the loyalty and faithfulness of your woman.   I can only imagine what you are going through because trust can be extremely difficult to build back in marriage or relationship.   It's damn near impossible but it's possible. Never mind what all the lames are saying on the internet and social media these days.   Projection is at an all time high.   I am sure there are over-exhausted list of signs of a cheating woman out there designed to scare the sh*t out of you.   Trust me… it's not that deep. After this, your fear will disappear.   We are going to spell out 5 signs of a cheating woman for you in the next few short minutes.   But before that…   What is Cheating?   LOLA: Without some form of agreement between two people to some code of conduct or standard, there is no such thing as cheating.   Cheating is what happens when one person steps outside of the code they agreed to with another person.    Let's keep it simple.  If you couldn't share the full nature of the relationship you have with another person with your partner, it's probably cheating.   But…   Who is a Cheating Woman?   Like you said, a cheating woman keeps a relationship she wouldn't necessarily be comfortable sharing the details of with her partner or husband.   It doesn't matter if physical intercourse was ever involved or not. If not yet, it's only a matter of time anyway.   That's true. So there are…    2 Main Types of Cheating Emotional Cheating and Physical Cheating   What is Emotional Cheating?   Whenever a woman keeps a relationship with another person who fills emotional void for her in romantic way even if there is no sexual intercourse, this is emotional cheating.   One trend we've seen is that women who participate in this bad behavior tend to do it with some types of blast from the past; maybe an ex.   This type of cheating actually feels worse to the victim because you'll never know what happened.   None of the types of cheating feels good to a victim of infidelity. From a feeling standpoint… speaking as a man… the last thing I expect is for my woman to entertain romantic attention from another man.   I am sure women will say the same thing.   So what about…   Physical Cheating   LOLA: This occurs when physical intimacy has occurred between a cheating woman and another man.   Let's dive through the 5 signs you should look out for. But I have to give you a quick…   Warning: Overreaction and directly querying your woman if you notice these signs will backfire and make matters worse for you personally.     Sign #5 - She hangs out on the other side of the house   There is nothing wrong with a healthy space between romantic partners because distance does make the heart fonder.  But the point and ideal is that she can't wait to get back with you whenever there is space.   If she is actively and consistently fighting for space from you in the same house, it could be a sign of cheating.  More importantly, it's a sign of disconnection and the beginning of eventually cheating.     Sign #4 - She dresses very sexy but is often not in the mood for intimacy.   Typically, when a woman is going through it without necessarily cheating, she also does not feel sexy.  But women can eventually get to a stage where she is enjoying attention outside of the relationship.   She would then do more to continue to attract such attention.  If this correlates with a phase when she doesn't want to be intimate with you as a partner or husband, that could be a sign of a cheating woman.   Not only could she be enjoying some type of value for staying with you, she could be actively cheating you out of your freedom to go find happiness somewhere else.      Sign #3 - She spends up to an hour with her phone in the bathroom   Are you noticing a pattern here?  She can't wait to spend time away from you with respect to engaging other people... and yes potentially romantically.   She may still be in a phase where she is fantasizing about the idea of being with another person so she entertains long conversations by text message with an emotional tampon on the side; emotional cheating.     Sign #2 - She calls you by another dude's name in bed.   Yea... you never know how far these types of fantasies can go.  Again, this could be a sign of physical cheating or it could very much still be in the fantasy stage.   The flip side of this is that this is a sign of an emotional void being filled.     Sign #1 - She panics whenever she leaves her phone behind.    This sign right here clearly shows that she is hiding something.  Like we said earlier, cheating is as simple as engaging in romantic activities with someone outside of your partner even if it is purely... virtually... a.k.a emotionally.   If you've noticed this to be a consistent behavior, it should be a concern for you.  It's not a guarantee that she is cheating but she sure is hiding something.     Could she be hiding details about a surprise party for you?   I'm going to leave you with this warning again.  Overreaction and directly querying your woman if you notice these signs will backfire and make matters worse for you personally.   Instead, engage a personal, individual and wise counsel first.

After the age of 25, we break down more collagen than we make. Collagen supplements are an easy way to add more collagen to your diet. Collagen has been shown to reduce wrinkles, keep joints strong and flexible, support strong bones, and increase skin hydration.   Why is collagen so good for you? Collagen is vital for maintaining the structure and integrity of your entire body.   #1 – Strong Cartilage and Muscles Cartilage is a type of connective tissue that is made up of collagen When you lack collagen, joint instability, stiffness, and pain can result. Likewise, muscles need cartilage to adhere themselves to the ends of bones. This is why muscle aches are one of the most common complaints of individuals with low collagen levels.   #2 – Healthy Teeth. Collagen is needed to keep teeth in place in the gums. Loose teeth, toothache, sensitive teeth, and even tooth loss can result from a lack of collagen overall.   #3 – Thick Hair Collagen plays an important part in hair growth since it fills in the spaces around each hair follicle. One way to tell if you are collagen deficient is to notice the quality and state of your hair. Dull, thin hair is a sign of low collagen levels. Collagen also helps fight free radicals that can damage hair. #4 – Smooth Skin Wrinkling and cellulite are other unfortunate results of low collagen in the body. Not enough collagen means skin begins to lose elasticity and sag, causing those pesky wrinkles as we age. Cellulite is another telltale sign of low collagen. #5 – Good Gut Health. Collagen helps heal the gut because of its ability to “seal the gut.” Leaky gut has been linked to autoimmune conditions and neurological conditions like autism. Types of Collagens There are over two dozen kinds of collagen, although roughly 85% of the collagen in the body is made up of Type I, II, or III (or a combination of these three types). Type I collagen is the most prevalent type of collagen. It is the substance that makes up the skin, tendons, and bones as well as the structural framework of the organs. It should be your go-to for hair, skin, and nail health, especially for recouping lost collagen stores that occurs naturally as we age. It is also a “well-rounded generalist,” in that it is a good type for supporting overall health. Type I is also found in the digestive tract, which makes it (along with Type II) great for gut healing and repair.   Type II collagen is the structural component of cartilage in the body. Because of this, it is great for the joints and to rebuild cartilage in ligaments, tendons, skin, and bones. Type II collagen contains a variety of specific amino acids that are particularly helpful for the body. The first one, again, is glycine, which is beneficial for brain health and metabolism. The second one is proline, which helps clean artery walls. Type II may also be good for the respiratory system, detoxification pathways, and more because it contains arginine, another amino acid that is vital for nitric oxide production. [Note: Nitric oxide is produced in the body and is beneficial for supporting blood flow and lowering blood pressure.] For the most part, Type II collagen is where you want to turn for joint health and possibly even for arthritis support.   Type III collagen is typically found where ever Type 1 collagen can be found as well as some other unique places. It is housed in what are called reticular fibers, the substances that make up connective tissue. It is also found in the muscles, bone marrow, blood vessels, and reproductive organs such as the uterus. Type III collagen is also crucial for the healthy functioning of the cardiovascular system. Low Type III collagen has been linked to ruptured blood vessels and can be life-threatening.   Type IV collagen helps to strengthen endothelial cells that form the tissue protecting organs as well as muscles and fatty tissue. Endothelial cells also line the majority of the surfaces along the digestive tract and respiratory organs.   Type V collagen helps create the surface of cells while Type X helps with bone formation. There are at least a dozen others, all doing their job to keep your body lubricated, moving, and functioning at its best.   How to Help Your Body Create Collagen Naturally Eat a diet and live a lifestyle that promotes the healthy synthesizing of your own natural healing and repair mechanisms Avoid UV radiation exposure Do not smoke cigarettes Reduce/Manage stress levels   What To Look For In A Collagen Supplement Look for multiple types of collagens Clean sourced and organic Bio-Availability – what is the delivery system – fermented, sprouted Whole food and not synthetic ingredients Contains Vitamin C – Without adequate amounts of dietary vitamin C, the body can't actually form or store collagen Be sure the manufacturer does consistent batch testing for heavy metals Watch out for Natural Flavoring   Ingredient List for Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens, Multi-Collagen Blend: Hydrolyzed Grass Fed Pasture-Raised Bovine Collagen Peptides, Bovine Bone Broth Hydrolyzed Protein, Chicken Bone Broth Collagen Concentrate, Clean Marine® Wild Caught Hydrolyzed Fish Collagen Peptides, Eggshell Membrane Collagen, Acerola Cherry (natural source of Vitamin C), Camu Camu (natural source of Vitamin C), Silica from Organic Horsetail, Zinc Gluconate, Fulvic Acid, and Pyroxidine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6).     Natural Flavors – Buyer Beware Important to note, a governmental or independent agency does not approve or oversee the safety of the food flavors. Is your anxiety true or false? You might be thinking “It's TRUE anxiety—it's real, not false, and I'm not making it up.” It turns out your anxiety might be of both types, but this does not mean you're making up anything at all. Tune in to explore: The difference between true and false anxiety, and which one to tackle first Why many people have become culturally conditioned to seek the “coddling” approach to mental health issues, and how this detracts from self-empowerment The relationship between anxiety and physiology (especially blood sugar levels) In what ways psychedelics can help people access inner truths, inspiration, and true engagement in their lives “Genetics loads the gun, environment pulls the trigger.” This simple phrase reflects the underpinnings of Dr. Vora's work as a holistic psychiatrist. She believes everyone has the ability to influence their mental health, simply because a person's diet and lifestyle determine how their mental health manifests. People who seek new avenues of relief for their anxiety—beyond or altogether outside of prescription medication—come to see Dr. Vora. These avenues almost always lead straight to the physiological conditions of the body that relate to mental health, such as blood sugar levels, hormonal imbalances, digestion, and sleep patterns. After that, Dr. Vora works with patients on a deeper, often psycho-spiritual level. Interested in learning more? Speculative meaning investing or buying players that are still playing, and could potentially win some hardware in the near future, and certain being the Hall of Famers like Michael Jordan, and LeBron James. These two types of collecting differ as the "Certain" category are a safer bet when it comes to investment. Think of Jordan as buying shares of Berkshire Hathaway, or Amazon. These are guys that have nothing left to prove. They have achieved the greatness label, and like fine wine with time, the value of their cards trend up. With the speculative side you tend to deal with more risk. As players injuries, and performance can create a range of volatility.
