US-born Zachary James is a Grammy award winning actor and musician, who has had a lustrous career across stage and screen, having originated several iconic Broadway roles and sung with the world's greatest orchestras and opera companies, including The New York Philharmonic, Philadelphia Orchestra and NHK Symphony Tokyo to name a few.   He will be returning to the West End as ‘Hades' in the Tony and Grammy winning musical, HADESTOWN. The Broadway musical is making its long-awaited London premiere, and follows the entwining mythic tale of two love stories between Orpheus and Eurydice and that of King Hades of the Underworld and his wife Persephone. The show will open at the Lyric Theatre on 10th February, described by Vogue as ‘your next musical theatre obsession'.   After majoring in Musical Theatre at Ithaca College, James made his Broadway debut in CORAM BOY at the Imperial Theatre before playing ‘Thomas Hassinger' in the original cast of the Tony Award winning production of SOUTH PACIFIC (Lincoln Center). He then originated the role of ‘Lurch' in the Broadway musical of THE ADDAMS FAMILY (Lunt-Fontanne Theatre), followed by his professional operatic debut as ‘Abraham Lincoln' in THE PERFECT AMERICAN (Teatro Real) in Madrid, which was written specifically for Zachary by renowned composer, Philip Glass. He then revived the role on the West End for English National Opera and in Brisbane for Opera Queensland.   Following this, Zachary created the role of ‘Amenhotep' in the Olivier Award winning production of AKHNATEN on the West End for English National Opera, later reprising the role for The Metropolitan Opera and Los Angeles Opera. Other theatre highlights include the role of ‘John Claggart' in the Emmy Award winning PBS broadcast of BILLY BUDD (Des Moines Metro Opera), ‘Sweeney Todd' in SWEENEY TODD (Opera Omaha) and more.   Zachary made his first television debut alongside Tina Fey and Steve Martin as ‘Carl', a Federal Agent, on beloved American sitcom 30 ROCK before appearing on a number of series including MURPHY BROWN, LAW & ORDER: ORGANIZED CRIME, and THE BLACKLIST.

Entretien avec Vincent Segal et Vincent Peirani & #SessionLive du groupe Abajàde

Ballaké Sissoko, Vincent Segal, Emile Parisien et Vincent Peirani sortent un album commun : Les Égarés. Entretien avec Vincent Segal et Vincent Peirani. Puis la #SessionLive s'adonnera à du groove afro-caribéen made in France ! Titres interprétés au grand studio- Peze Café Live RFI- Lalubanche, extrait de l'album Latopa  - Obatala Live RFI.Line Up : Thomas Celnik, direction artistique, claviers & percussions ; Julien Catherine, batterie & percussions ; Cyprien Corgier, chant lead & percussions ; Syrielle Guignard, chant & percussions ; Waly Loume, multi percussions ; Hamza Touré, saxophone ténor, flûte & clarinette basse ; Antonin Pauquet, basse ; Sophye Soliveau, chant lead.Son : Benoît Letirant & Matthias Taylor.► album Latopa (InOuïe Distribution 2023). Concerts à venir- Mai 2023, à La Dynamo-Pantin- 7 juillet, Jazz à Vienne.(Rediffusion).

Amenhotep I was the second Pharaoh of the 18th dynasty and had a solid military family background. He was never destined for the throne because he did have two older brothers Ahmose-Sipair and Ahmose-Ankh. Both died before they could take the throne. Amenhotep's mission and multifaceted purpose in life was to operate as a leader, defender, architect, governor, monarch, and divine intermediary between the people of Ancient Egypt and the deities they revered. He, like earlier Pharaohs, was commonly depicted in artwork and monuments, reinforcing his authority and the need for deference. As Pharaoh, he built buildings and monuments to mark the throne's and empire's wealth. The Mitanni Empire covered what is now known as Iraq, Turkey Syria, Lebanon,Egypt and included Italy. They were the ancestors of these people. Mitanni were the ancestors of the Egyptians as well. These Kings and even a Roman Emperor sported Thiruman, The Vaishnavite marks on their Body.   The Sun King Akhenaten of Egypt who ruled between 1352-1336 BC was a son-in-law of Tushratta, the Mitanni king. The name Tushratta has been recorded in the Hittite cuneiform script.   Some have suggested that the Sanskrit origin of Tushratta is Dasaratha, a few others that it is Tvesaratha (having splendid chariots), a name which is attested in the Rigveda. “The first Mitanni king was Sutarna I (good sun). He was followed by Baratarna I (or Paratarna great sun), Parasuksatra(ruler with axe),…. Saustatar (Sauksatra, son of Suksatra, the good ruler), Artadama (abiding in cosmic law)..Tushratta (Dasaratha), and finally Matiwazza (Mativaja, whose wealth is thought) during whose lifetime the Mitanni state appears to have become a vassal to Assyria”. Subhash Kak traces the ‘arna' syllable in the names of the kings to ‘araNi' (अरणि) meaning ‘sun'… Akhenaten, Surya, and the Rigveda', Prof Subhash Kak (an Indian American computer scientist, previous Head of Computer Science Department, Oklahoma State University) ‘ “A number of Indo-European sounding words have been identified in the cuneiform documents of the Mitanni kingdom (1500-1200 BC). In addition to nouns and adjectives with parallels in Sanskrit this Hurrian speaking kingdom had kings with Indo-Aryan names and two documents even list the main Gods of the Indian pantheon….”   The kingdom of the Mitanni Indo-Iranian dynasty that ruled in the land of the Hurrians was in the upper Euphrates-Tigris basin – land that is now part of northern Iraq, Syria and south-eastern Turkey. At its greatest extent (for a brief period at the height of its dynastic power), Mitanni territory extended to the Mediterranean coast and into northern Assyria / Mesopotamia, it's south-eastern neighbour. Mitanni's north-western border with theHattian kingdom of the Hittites was fluid and constantly subject to aggression except when the two rivals concluded a peace treaty – one that invoked the Indo-Iranian pantheon of Mitra, Varuna, Indra and the Nasatyas – but also one that marked the decline of the Mitanni kingdom and a decrease in size. The Mitanni and Hittites were closely related. The Hittites used the Hurrian language extensively in their inscriptions. They also shared in the development of the light chariot whose wheels used spokes . Historie Biblijne
29 - Szechem

Historie Biblijne

Miasto to leżało pomiędzy górami Garizim i Ebal. Ten ostatni faraon próbował wprowadzić do Egiptu religię monoteistyczną.W tych listach z Amarny wspomniano Labaya, króla Szechem. Ten lud to jedna z zagadek starożytności. Habiru mieli przywędrować zza Eufratu i mieszkać w wielu miejscach w Kanaanie. Czytamy tam: “Abram przeszedł tę ziemię aż do miejscowości Sychem, do dębu More. Nazywano go Sychem lub Szechem. Właśnie o nim mówi 34 rozdział księgi Rodzaju. To on zgwałcił Dinę córkę Jakuba. Byli to jej bracia rodzeni. Byli dziećmi Jakuba i Lei. Chodzi pewnie o dąb zwany More. Zgromadzenie w Szechem Izraelici to obiecali. On zaś zabił swoich braci, innych synów Gedeona i został królem tego miasta. Jednak później mieszkańcy Szechem podczas święta dla Baala popili sobie i zaczęli przeklinać swojego króla. Doszło do wojny. On później zniszczył miasto i ziemię posypał solą.Z czasem miasto musiało zostać odbudowane, bo właśnie tam udał się Rechoboam, syn Salomona. W 1 Królewskiej 12:1 czytamy: “Rechabeam udał się do Sychem, gdyż do Sychem przybył cały Izrael, aby go obwołać królem”. Braca Diny wybili wszystkich mężczyzn, a resztę uprowadzili. Miasto zostało zniszczone podczas wojny żydowskiej w I wieku. Obok zbudowano miasto Nablus, które istnieje do dzisiaj.Grupa podkastu Historie Biblijne na facebooku:https://www.facebook.com/groups/historia.biblijnaAbram przeszedł tę ziemię aż do miejscowości Sychem, do dębu More. Lost Book of Abraham? (Part 8 of 9)

The papyrus fragments believed to contain the Book of Abraham were lost for decades in the Great Chicago Fire.  What happened to them?  Are some still lost?  Historian Dan Vogel will answer these questions. https://youtu.be/DgB2942cw_M GT: So I guess in a nutshell, the Hugh Nibley line of reasoning is we've got these Kirtland Egyptian papers. They don't match. The translation is incorrect from what we have. We lost it in the Great Chicago Fire. But there was something that was lost, which I guess, could we assume that that's the book of Joseph that was lost in Chicago? Dan:  No, we have the book of Joseph, which is the Ta-Sherit-Min papyrus, which is part of the ones that are chopped up onto the thick paper that we have. GT  Those are the Joseph scrolls? Dan   That was identified as Joseph.  In December of 1835, Oliver Cowdery, in the Messenger and Advocate described that papyrus including the Pillar of Enoch; also, the three in one God. There's a little drawing of three figures. So we lost the part that was intact, the two feet.  We have one foot of the beginning part, facsimile one, and the next one, and then another fragment. Then there was two more feet, probably, that were missing, that included facsimile three. And the reason why we know that is because when Emma sold the papyri to Combs, and then Combs sold part of it to the St. Louis Museum, there was an Egyptologist there. I'm not remembering his name right off. But he gave a description of the papyri for the museum's catalog. And in there he mentioned facsimile three. GT:   So, have we lost anything, then? Dan:  The name Osiris was on it, because the name Osiris is on this. GT:  So that's the only piece that we lost? Dan:  Or that we know of; that we can exactly say. We don't know. GT:  But, we have essentially, what Joseph said was the entire Book of Abraham, the entire Book of Joseph. We have those that we can still look at today. But those are really the Hor scroll and the Book of Breathing scroll. Is that correct? Dan:  Right. So, we don't have the Amenhotep fragments. They could have been there. Facsimile two, the hypoocephalus, the round one was already pretty damaged, because they made a drawing of it and there's parts missing, and Joseph Smith had Headlock fill in the missing part to make it look nice and neat. I don't think he's being tricky. I just think they're just too fussy about it looking good. This week, Max and Allison discuss two ladies who ruled over ancient Egypt. The first, a queen whose successors tried to erase from history, was both mortal ruler and godlike presence; the second, one of the most famous woman in all of ancient history, was so much more than the seductive temptress Rome made her out to be: Nefertiti and Cleopatra. / Intro and Ad Music provided by BenSound.com / Logo Art by Lauren Cierzan / Join the Conversation! thebitcheryofhistory.com / Facebook / Twitter / Instagram / Max: @QuirkyTitle Allison: @AHPowell91 / The Team: Janette Danielson (@Neddie94) Sydney Tannenbaum (@sydneyxmastree) Jess Lee (@jessmlee)

Ahmed Osman is an Egyptian-born author. He has put forward a number of theories, some revisionist in nature, about Ancient Egypt and the origins of Judaism and Christianity. His latest book "The Egyptian Origins of King David and the Temple of Solomon" is  An investigation into the real historical figure of King David and the real location of the Temple of Solomon.  It  Identifies King David as Pharaoh Tuthmosis III of the 18th Dynasty and David’s son Solomon as Pharaoh Amenhotep, Tuthmosis’s successor .  He also  Shows how the Temple of Solomon described in the Bible corresponds with the Mortuary Temple of Luxor in Egypt and explains how David was not a descendant of Isaac but his father and how biblical narrators changed the original story of Abraham and Isaac to hide his Egyptian identity .

04/01/2019 God Is In Control- Exodus 14-The Miracle of Israels Exodus, Pharaohs Destruction And The Power of Gods Word & The Inevitable Financial Meltdown From Mans Abandonment of Gods Word & Economic System. Build Your Private Gold Standard While You Still Can!!!   When it was time for God to begin the process and story of the Israelites, he used the cruelty and self-proclaimed deification of Pharaoh combined with a simple man names Moses who was miraculously saved from the icy heartless destructive crutches of Pharaoh who began a campaign of ruthless genocide, demanding the midwives to kill all new-born males by casting them into the river nile which was, ironically, the supplier of life for the Egyptians. Moses is rescued and “ironically” directed by Pharaohs own daughter to act as a wet nurse and raise moses-her own son up as an infant. What an absolute blessing and impossibility orchestrated by God.  God preserved Moses for a very special day and a very special act that was to lead to the freeing of the Israelites. After 400 years in captivity, the Israelites were terrified of the Egyptians and fled aggressively, however, they were directed by God to camp in a special spot where God new they would be easily discovered by Pharaohs army. Once Pharaohs army came after them, God told Moses to push them toward the Red Sea where God used natural processes to open a literal valley across the sea for the Israelites to pass. Once the army began pursuing them, God confused them and they began swerving and riding their chariots randomly around, not knowing where to go or what to do. Soon thereafter, the Israelites eventually reached dry land and every person in Pharaohs army was destroyed.   God intentionally hardened pharaohs heart to extricate them and then, once he realized his lack of slaves left him powerless in every way, he went to recover them. This was after Moses had clearly shown pharaoh who God was. Pharaohs arrogance and hardness of heart lead to his own destruction, ultimately weakening his entire empire. Various calendars debate the exact dates of these events but the Hebrew Calendar and evidence of a complete & immediate abandonment of the palace district  coincides well with the stories of exodus, the plagues and death of the pharaoh Amenhotep II. It is believed that Amenhotep !! was immediately replaced with another pharaoh with the same name “AMenhotep IIA”   to hide or deny the events that too place during the exodus.    According to: Bryant G. Wood, ABR Director of Research, principal archaeologist and director of ABR’s excavation at Khirbet el-Maqatir. He has a MS in Nuclear Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a MA in Biblical History from the University of Michigan, and a PhD in Syro-Palestinian Archaeology from the University of Toronto. “The boastful and arrogant attitude of Amenhotep IIA matches that of the Pharaoh of the Exodus described in the Bible. When Moses first confronted the Egyptian king, his response was, “Who is the Lord, that I should obey him and let Israel go? I do not know the Lord and I will not let Israel go” (Ex 5:2). His cruelty can be seen in his withholding the straw the Israelites needed for making mud bricks (Ex 5:6–9). In addition, he was stubborn and went back on his word on numerous occasions. Even after the death of the first-born, when he finally let the Israelites go, he reneged and pursued them. In spite of his human strength and abilities, Amenhotep IIA and his army were no match for the God of Israel. The residency was suddenly abandoned during the reign of Amenhotep II, with no known reason: The palace district was probably abandoned after the reign of Amenophis II [=Amenhotep II]…The reason for the abandonment of this district, and, presumably, the entire city adjoining the district on the south is an unsolved puzzle at this time. Its solution would be of the greatest importance to historians. The suggestion that the peaceful foreign policy of the late reign of Amenophis II and Tuthmose IV made this militarily important settlement unnecessary is not convincing. A plague, such as the one documented for Avaris in the late Middle Kingdom, and associated with Avaris in later tradition, appears to be the most likely solution of this problem, although it cannot be proven at this time (Bietak and Forstner-Müller 2005: 93, 95; translation by ABR Board member Walter Pasedag). Although Egyptian history does not provide an answer for this abandonment, Exodus 7–14 certainly does. As a result of the 10 plagues and the death of Pharaoh in the Sea of Reeds Perunefer became an unsuitable, or undesirable, place to live. With the Israelites and their God gone, it appears that the Egyptians quickly put a new Pharaoh on the throne, gave him the same name as the previous Pharaoh, and tried to put things back to normal, including making sure that none of these events were recorded in the history books.”   04/01/2019 True Wealth Radio Precious Metals and Financial Opinion: This 04/01/2019 True Wealth Radio show covered the biblical exodus account in relatively extensive detail. In addition, it also briefly touched on the importance of protecting your wealth in hard assets to protect against a total and complete financial meltdown which is inevitable unless drastic changes are made immediately. The real problem is that the current generation has no clue that the unsound monetary policy by all world governments, cresting fiat currency like wild-fire t will combined with an unsustainable fiat based fractional reserve banking system that has facilitated the creation and accumulation of insurmountable quantities of debt. The only real solutions to avoiding an inevitable financial meltdown are to eliminate the following: *Federal reserve bank-Must be replaced with a return to the gold backed money demanded in the US Constitution and Coinage Act of 1792. HOWEVER, WE SHOULD ALL IMMEDIATELY TAKE THIS STEP INDIVIDUALLY NOW. *Eliminate Debts-Nationally this may require a default on debts and non-life threatening social entitlements. Most likely this will continue to be felt with hyper-inflation rather than default. The 2 are identical while one is virtually transparent. The government should operate just as a family in a personal financial crisis. *Eliminate Derivatives Altogether-These currently exceed $1Quadrillion. Guaranteed economic explosion.  Eliminate Long-term Politicians-Term Limits. Career Politicians behave for re-election alone. New transparent Tax System based on consumption alone. Could easily lead to a 100% tax increase leading to lower tax rates. *Eliminate money creation by politicians and/or private corporations. As per the Article 1. Section 8 of the constitutional directives, only congress should be able allowed to create money-backed only by gold & silver, and equalled only by what is taxed revenue. Eliminate Bretton-Woods Act and all fiat currencies worldwide. Other countries could and would use our money again. Money must be trusted and fungible. Gold & Silver or hard-fungible-assets only. Precious metals are uniform, globally recognized. compact, transportable and (in general) immediately liquid anywhere at anytime in the world. Precious metals have served as money from the beginning of written human history. Written by Kevin Wolter, President of COINSPlus, Spokane, WA, 509-444-0044.

Rob and Chris are back in Egypt learning more about Amenhotep III. Amenhotep was a true ladies man and had a harem of women that would party on his lake boat. Amenhotep IV takes over and claims himself as the child of Aten, son of the sun, and things get real hot. TLDR: If mummies could talk, right?
