Telescopes around the world began to track and determine the natures these asteroids. Six of Hannes's discoveries are classified as Near Earth Objects while the other two are more distant Mars crossing asteroids

Rain and the ref seem to be common excuses going around the South African water coolers this week, but in all honesty the Boks had only themselves to blame for gifting Ardie Savea a victory in his 100th Test. While the Springbok men failed to create history, the women will write a new chapter as they appear in their first ever RWC quarter final against New Zealand this week, lining up a tasty Kiwi doubleheader for Bok fans. Andy is optimistic this week about Rassie's brow-raising, youthful selections for the second Test, while Phil and Ant are more pragmatic. Barnard 68 is one of the darkest objects in our section of the galaxy. It’s a small cloud that absorbs the light of the stars behind it, so it looks like a dark “hole” in the Milky Way. Before long, though, that void may shine with the warmth of newly forming stars. Barnard 68 is a Bok globule – a small, dark sphere of gas and dust. It’s about 500 light-years away, half a light-year wide, and about three times the mass of the Sun. It’s part of a complex of dark clouds that stands in front of the glowing band of the Milky Way. Barnard 68 is so dark because it’s quite cold – temperatures at its center are close to absolute zero. But that may be about to change. The globule has been stable for millions of years. But there’s evidence that it’s recently been hit by a cosmic “bullet” – a smaller clump of gas and dust. That appears to be causing Barnard 68 to collapse. As it collapses, the cloud will get denser and hotter, and perhaps split into several smaller clumps. Within a few hundred thousand years, the clumps could be well on their way to becoming new stars – glowing balls of gas born from a dark “hole” in the Milky Way. Barnard 68 is in Ophiuchus, the serpent bearer, which is in the southern sky at nightfall. The Milky Way runs through a corner of the constellation. Add chicken stock, heavy cream, and soy sauce to pot; bring to a boil 2. Remove mixture from heat and whisk in cheddar 3. Season with togarashi, salt, and pepper Cheeseburger Ramen: * 2 tbsp grapeseed oil * 1 onion, sliced * 1 lbs ground beef * 1 tbsp togarashi seasoning * 1 cup Bok choy, chopped * 12 oz bunches ramen * 4 eggs * 2 TBSP grapeseed oil * 3 tbsp kimchi * 1 bunch scallions, sliced * Salt and pepper to taste 1. In a pan, add grapeseed oil and onions and cook over medium heat 2. Add ground beef. Once browned, add Bok choy. Then season with togarashi, salt and pepper. 3. In a separate sauté pan, add grapeseed oil and eggs. Drop heat to low and cook until eggs are fried. 4. Incorporate beef into cheese sauce 5. Add ramen noodles into a pot of boiling water, cooking for 1 minute. 6. Add ramen noodles to cheese sauce and cook another minute. 7. Place ramen on plate and top with kimchi, cooked egg, and scallions Non-Dairy Sweet Chili Ramen: * 2 tsp sweet red chili sauce * 4 ½ tsp toasted sesame oil * 3 tbs tamari * 1 thumb ginger, peeled and minced * 3 garlic cloves, peeled and minced 1. Mix together ingredients for sauce.2. Cook rice noodles, then rinse with cold water before draining.3. Heat sesame oil in pan. Add onion and garlic. Add carrot, Bok choy, spring onion, noodles, and stir-fry sauce. Toss well until combined. Remove and serve with basil leaves, topping with chili oil and crushed peanuts.Yu Xiang ChickenChicken Marinade: * ½ tsp kosher salt* 3 tsp potato starch* 4 tsp Rice Wine* 2 TBS light soy sauce* 1 tsp sesame oilSauce: * 2 tsp potato starch* 2 TBS white sugar* Salt* ¼ tsp light soy sauce* 4 TBS Rice Wine* 2 TBS Chinkiang vinegar* 1 tsp dark soy sauce* 2 tsp sesame oil* 2 tsp pure chili oil* ½ cup & 4 TBS waterStir-Fry:* ¼ cup cloud ear mushrooms* ½ cup peanut oil* 4-6 TBS chopped pickled red chilis* 2 spring onions, chopped, white and green parts separated* 4 TBS minced ginger* 12 garlic cloves, minced* 1-10 fresh red chilis * 6-20 dried red chilis, snipped into ½” pieces* ½ cup sliced bamboo shoots1. Slice chicken into thin strips. Combine chicken with salt, potato starch, rice wine, light soy sauce, sesame oil, mixing well, then let marinate.2. Combine all sauce ingredients to make sauce3. Chop spring onion, ginger, garlic, fresh red chilies, and snip the dried red chilis into ½” pieces. Drain and rinse bamboo shoots.4. Bring pot of water to a boil and add sliced mushrooms and bamboo shoots boiling for 1-2 minutes then drain in fine mesh strainer and rinse with cold water.5. Heat peanut oil over high heat then add marinated chicken, stir-frying for 40 seconds. Transfer to strainer and let excess oil drip back into wok. Remove all but 3 TBS of oil from wok.6. Heat oil in wok and add pickled red chilis. Then add spring onion white and light green parts, ginger and garlic. Add fresh and dried chilies cooking for 1 minute, then add sliced mushrooms and bamboo shoots.7. Add chicken and sauce into wok. Serve and garnish with dark green parts of spring onion.
