There comes a point in many coaching businesses when what once worked starts to feel harder to sustain. Not because anything is wrong, but because you've grown, your priorities have changed, or the business you've built no longer fits the life you want to live.     In this episode, I talk with one of my incredible clients, Melisa Liberman, about the process of reimagining her coaching business. We explore her transition from years of one-on-one coaching to group programs, the mindset shifts that made those changes possible, and how she learned to focus on solving the right problem at the right time rather than getting distracted by everything that might come next.                             For full show notes, transcript, and to join the waitlist for Reimagine, go to: lindsaydotzlafcoaching.com/292               Learn more about The Complete Coach here: lindsaydotzlafcoaching.com/the-complete-coach               Follow along over on Instagram: instagram.com/lindsaydotzlaf      Learn more about Melisa's work: melisaliberman.com

Most people think about the food they eat and the water they drink. Few stop to think about the air they breathe. Yet the average person takes more than 20,000 breaths every single day, and the quality of that air may be impacting everything from sleep and allergies to asthma, mold exposure, inflammation, and overall health. In this episode, Autumn sits down with Justin Liberman, Director of Operations at Jasper, to discuss one of the most overlooked areas of health: indoor air quality. Justin shares the remarkable story behind Jasper's creation after one of the largest wildfires in Canadian history exposed a major gap in how homes were being restored after disaster. What began as a search for better air purification technology evolved into one of the most powerful home air-cleaning systems available today. Together, Autumn and Justin explore: • Why most air purifiers may not be doing what you think they are • The hidden connection between air quality and sleep • Mold, mycotoxins, and what every homeowner should understand • How HEPA and activated carbon filtration work together • Why asthma, allergies, congestion, and snoring may improve with cleaner air • The truth about airborne particles you can't see • What separates Jasper from other air purification systems • Why indoor air quality deserves a place in every health conversation If you've ever wondered whether your home environment could be affecting your health, this conversation will give you practical insights and actionable steps you can take today. ✴️ Connect with Jaspr on Facebook, TikTok, or  Instagram

Welcome to The Times of Israel's Daily Briefing, your 20-minute audio update on what's happening in Israel, the Middle East and the Jewish world. Political correspondent Tal Schneider joins host Amanda Borschel-Dan for today's episode. The US and Iran are close to signing a deal involving a 60-day ceasefire extension, during which the Strait of Hormuz would be reopened, Iran would be able to freely sell oil, and negotiations would be held on curbing Iran’s nuclear program — including it giving up its stockpile of enriched uranium, the Axios news site reported on Sunday, citing a US official. Schneider gives insight into Israel's reaction to the potential deal and delves into what could happen on the Lebanon front: Is Hezbollah part of the package? A soldier was killed Friday by a drone near the Lebanese border, the Israel Defense Forces announced Saturday. The slain soldier was named as Staff Sgt. Noam Hamburger, 23, a technology and maintenance soldier in the 401st Brigade, from Atlit in northern Israel. Schneider underlines that this occurred on Israeli soil, where Hezbollah drone attacks are still an everyday occurrence for residents of the north. On Friday night, Yashar! party head Gadi Eisenkot gave his first major interview in recent memory to the Uvda TV news magazine. We hear what was said -- and unsaid. Since the establishment of the State of Israel, young women, from the age of 18, have been obligated to enlist in the IDF. We learn about how the ranks of female fighters have swelled in the past decade -- and the intense backlash from the religious community. Schneider brings us an update from this morning, which illustrates this delicate balance. Check out The Times of Israel's ongoing liveblog for more updates.

"Psychic Change and Enactment: Some Reflections" is the work that Ariel Liberman offers us, to examine psychic change from a relational perspective, placing enactment as a central moment in the analytic process. Far from understanding it as a mere technical error, he presents it as a shared repetition (by patient and analyst) that, through insight and the analyst's disidentification with the embodied object, can become a transformative experience. In dialogue with the logic of the “deferred action”, how are these scenes resignified “après-coup”? How can the unthought in the analytic field open new possibilities for symbolization and change?   Ariel Liberman holds a PhD in Psychology and is a member of the Madrid Psychoanalytic Association with training functions. He is currently the editor of the APM's Journal of Psychoanalysis and participates in the committee that organizes the biennial Spanish Language Meetings held by the APM. Over the years, he has held various positions of responsibility within the association, notably as Scientific Secretary of the APM Board. Seeing Beyond the Eyes: From Mind to Awareness | Dr. Jacob Israel Liberman

What if you're not seeing with your eyes at all? In this conversation, with Dr. Jacob Israel Liberman - optometrist, vision scientist, mystic and author - explores light, perception, intuition, healing and the quiet intelligence that breathes us. Jacob's journey began in conventional science. Trained as an optometrist and researcher, he built his career around the mechanics of vision - lenses, retinas, prescriptions. But in 1976, during meditation, something happened that would change the course of his life forever. With his eyes closed, he experienced crystal-clear vision. When he opened them, his eyesight had permanently improved - without any change to the structure of his eyes. That experience led him beyond the physiology of sight and into a deeper inquiry: What is it that truly sees? Jacob explores: – The difference between thinking and direct experience – Why most of what we perceive is filtered through conditioning – The “observer” behind the mind – Light is the fundamental organising force of biology – Intuition as a built-in guidance system – Why stress is often a product of thought, not circumstance – How awareness changes the body at a cellular level – And what it means to live “choicelessly” guided rather than efforting Jacob speaks about light not only as a physical phenomenon, but as a living intelligence, the energy that regulates circadian rhythms, influences cellular timing, and underpins both perception and consciousness itself. He challenges the idea that we must “fix” ourselves. Instead, he suggests that healing often occurs when the glue of our labels dissolves, when we stop identifying with the mind and return to simple awareness. This is not a conversation about adopting beliefs. In fact, Jacob is clear: don't believe anything he says. Instead, notice what resonates. Notice what catches your eye.  Dr. Jacob Israel Liberman Former optometrist and vision scientist who has spent over five decades exploring the relationship between light, perception and consciousness. He is the author of several books, including Light: Medicine of the Future and Luminous Life, and has pioneered work in light therapy, colour, effortless learning and intuitive perception. Now based in Maui, he mentors individuals around the world in integrating awareness, biology and direct experience into everyday life.   Feelings with Strangers Socials https://www.instagram.com/feelings.with.strangers/ Youtube https://youtu.be/kmDja4q83i8?si=xIl7TbBrdeCEk5dh   Dr. Jacob Israel Liberman Site https://www.jacobliberman.org/ Socials https://www.instagram.com/drjacobliberman/

Gonka is a decentralized network for high-efficiency AI compute, designed to maximize the use of global GPU power for meaningful AI workloads. By eliminating centralized gatekeepers, Gonka provides builders and researchers with permissionless access to compute resources, while rewarding participants through its native token, GNK.David and Daniil Liberman are Los Angeles-based futurists, serial entrepreneurs, investors, ex-Snap directors of Product, founders of ProductScience.ai and Humanism Co. by Libermans Co., as well as the creators of the Gonka protocol. David recently joined the Bitcoin.com News Podcast to talk about the technology.Inspired by Bitcoin's ability to build massive, decentralized infrastructure, Gonka aims to unite GPU owners globally to create a transformer-based Proof-of-Work (PoW) network for AI compute. Liberman discusses the inefficiencies of centralized cloud models for GPUs and the critical shift towards specialized hardware like ASICs, drawing parallels to Bitcoin mining's evolution.Liberman explains Gonka's focus on inference over training and how a PoW-based network aligns incentives with hardware providers, fostering greater infrastructure growth compared to Proof-of-Stake networks. He also addresses the current AI market valuations, suggesting that while AI's long-term impact will be immense, some company valuations might be in a bubble, similar to the dot-com era. The conversation highlights the importance of tokenomics that prioritize hardware providers and innovators to accelerate hardware efficiency. Finally, the podcast explores the broader implications of decentralized AI for global competition and individual autonomy. Liberman argues that distributed compute systems are essential for smaller countries and startups to compete against centralized national players. He emphasizes that a PoW-based network prevents artificial inflation of value by linking coin value to the real cost of compute, leading to a healthier ecosystem. The episode concludes with a discussion on the future of AI and work, stressing the need for billions of independent, decentralized AIs to prevent wealth and power concentration and ensure a future of abundance.About Our GuestDavid and Daniil began their entrepreneurial path with their siblings, co-founding ventures across computer graphics, finance, and AI. They founded Frank Money, pioneering radical financial transparency, and later launched Kernel AR, which was acquired by Snap the same year. David and Daniil and their siblings signed the Founders Pledge, channeling their economic output into Libermans Co., now valued at $ 400 million, and attracted investments from Marc Andreessen, Josh Kushner, and Arielle Zuckerberg. To learn more about the protocol visit Gonka.AI, and follow the team on X.

“Even today, roughly two-thirds of the people I interview have never had professional IT support. I'm still bringing fire to the caveman.” — Joshua Liberman, Net Sciences At GTIA's ChannelCon 2025 in Nashville, Joshua Liberman, President of Net Sciences, joined Doug Green, Publisher of Technology Reseller News, for a compelling conversation that spanned career origins, MSP evolution, M&A strategy, and the role of AI in cybersecurity. Liberman began with a colorful personal journey—from hitchhiking and odd jobs to discovering his path in IT by making a PC work overnight with nothing but instinct and manuals. That moment launched a 30-year career culminating in Net Sciences, which he founded in 1995 and steadily grew into a dedicated managed services provider (MSP) with a focus on underserved small businesses in New Mexico and beyond. Despite the maturity of the IT industry, Liberman underscored that “greenfield” opportunities remain widespread. “I frequently see $10, $20, $25 million businesses that have never had professional IT,” he noted, pointing to the enduring need for education and reliable support in every market—even major ones. Liberman also offered advice to MSPs preparing for long-term success or acquisition. “Start with the end in mind,” he advised. “Build a truly stable, scalable machine that can run without your input… you sell a better business.” On AI, Liberman expressed cautious optimism. While recognizing its inevitability and potential, especially within ASCII's growing framework initiatives under CEO Jerry Katavas, he warned of premature deployments and the risks of weaponization in cybersecurity. “We have a tendency to push [technology] out the door before it's able to walk,” he said. As a respected figure within the ASCII community, Liberman hinted at future conversations around both AI integration and M&A strategy for MSPs. For more about Net Sciences, visit netsciences.com.

The liberal news network framed Starbird as a defender of truth and a victim of conservative criticism but failed to mention critical biographic information about the so-called expert, namely that she's a partisan who has taken money from the Biden administration and is named as a defendant in an ongoing legal battle over censorship.” You can read the full article here: https://www.theblaze.com/news/60-minutes-omits-critical-details-about-misinformation-expert-otherwise-painted-as-victimized-researcher 5:40pm- Is Robert F. The bulk of that money, $10 million, went to the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, which passed the cash to organizations advocating for lighter prison terms and supporting lawyers representing illegal migrants in the US. The foundation also sent $625,000 to Impact Justice, which advocates giving homeowners stipends in exchange for housing newly released prisoners in private homes and whose founder, Alex Busansky, has called the US prison system ‘a direct legacy of slavery.'” You can read the full article here: https://nypost.com/2024/03/27/us-news/robert-f-kennedy-jr-s-vp-pick-has-a-long-history-of-supporting-criminal-justice-reform/# 5:45pm- BREAKING NEWS: Four-term U.S. Senator from Connecticut and former Democrat party Vice Presidential nominee Joe Lieberman has died at age 82.
