Officials on Ms. Harris's campaign think that holding joint events with Mr. Biden would “only hurt her” at the most crucial stage of the race, as one adviser put it. That leaves Mr. Biden, who has expressed an interest in helping campaign for her in the coming days, left to arrange his own events through trade groups and unions. By all accounts, the vice president has been unflinchingly loyal to the 81-year-old president whose campaign she took over three months ago. She has declined to put much space between her policies and his, and has been careful to show deference, even in moments where she could have broken away. “Vice President Harris is grateful for President Biden's support and appreciates that he is campaigning for her,” said Ian Sams, a campaign spokesman. But personal loyalty is now just one dimension of their complex relationship. When he is briefed on polling numbers, the president expresses a mix of frustration, disbelief and anger that the race is so close. He believes, as he did in 2022, that Democrats will have a better-than-expected showing on Election Day, but the polls reflecting a dead-heat race are part of the reason he wants to hit the trail to help Ms. Harris. Mr. Biden also understands that the surest way his legacy thrives is if Ms. Harris wins. If she loses to Mr. Trump, one friend said, “it will kill him.” Mr. Biden and his advisers believe that he has a place in the campaign, and that he can still appeal to middle-class white voters and help drive home a character contrast between Ms. Harris and Mr. Trump.     https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/democrats-and-harris-campaign-officials-reportedly-believe-she-will-lose-already-starting-to-point-fingers/ar-AA1sVkcB?ocid=BingNewsSerp Top Democrats, including those inside working on Kamala Harris's presidential campaign and in President Joe Biden's administration, reportedly believe Harris “will lose” the fast-approaching election between herself and former President Donald Trump, and “are already starting to point fingers.” According to Axios's Mike Allen and Jim VandeHei, “a growing number of top Democrats tell us privately they feel Vice President Harris will lose” in spite of how close the polls remain. “Our reporting simply reflects scores of conversations with people close to Harris and intimately involved in swing-state races, including officials inside her campaign and top Biden administration officials,” wrote the pair, before citing the “troubling” blame game beginning to play out. “Top Democrats are already starting to point fingers at who'd be more responsible for a Harris loss — President Biden for dragging his feet, or Harris herself,” report Allen and VandeHei, contrasting the dour mood on the left with how “top Republicans, in private conversations, seem shockingly confident.” As reasons for Democrats' pessimism, Allen and VandeHei cited Harris's “struggles to crisply explain why” voters should support her, as well as early voting returns in Nevada and Republican momentum in Pennsylvania.  Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-kevin-jackson-show--2896352/support.

More than 38 million Americans have already cast their ballots and 33 states are now voting in-person. Sams also talks about why the Harris campaign has been so effective at getting under Trump's skin. SERIES 3 EPISODE 49: COUNTDOWN WITH KEITH OLBERMANN A-Block (1:44) SPECIAL COMMENT: Oh my God is this perfect. Kamala Harris doing an interview on Fox with Bret Baier tomorrow night pushes ALL the fascist buttons, all at once, and she ESPECIALLY pushes the one button that proves, as Chrissy Teigen tweeted and Rep. Maxwell Frost got entered into a Congressional hearing, that Trump remains a "P.A.B." Can you IMAGINE Trump sitting down to be interviewed by Maddow, or for God's sakes even Andrea Mitchell. Or the Meidas Network guys. Or me? It is not only enraging Trump now, not just tomorrow, but for the rest of the campaign. Every moment. He cannot stop it. He cannot stop his own insanity, he cannot hope to contain it; there is an excellent chance it will literally push him fully over the edge and he will start dropping n-words. Trump only found out in late afternoon and promptly lost it. He attacked Fox as ‘weak and soft”, he called Baier “Fair and balanced” and meant it as an insult. On TOP of which, Trump had already been raging about Fox letting liberals on its network. Now there is a chance that even the Washington Post and New York Times political reporters will skip whatever D-C cocktail party they were going to go to Wednesday night in hopes of getting into Politico's “Spotted” column and start asking the Trump mouthpieces and the Republicans why if SHE can go on Fox, he can't go on MSNBC. Or Washington Post Live. Or a New York Times cocktail party. This also, I think, finally puts a stake through the she's-not-doing-interviews canard, and transforms that entire issue into a journalistic bidding war. If you're wondering if Baier might trip up Harris - worry more about Harris tripping up Baier. Madame Vice President? Ask HIM some questions. Ask HIM where Fox is, covering the guys who joined Lara Trump's boat parade while flying Trump Flags and Nazi Flags with swastikas on them. Ask HIM where Fox is covering Trump's obvious mental decline and whether he's had a stroke or a tumor. Ask HIM where Fox is about Trump saying the military should be deployed against his enemies, and at the election three weeks from now. Ask HIM where Fox is covering Trump's promise to invoke a law that lets him imprison or expel ALL Hispanics in this country based only on race. Or ALL African-Americans. Or ALL German-Irish-Americans named Baier. PLUS: Now we know why Trump has been forced to do the stupidest thing possible, eight days before the election: spend a vital campaign day in New York, a state he cannot win. He is hosting a high-end fundraiser. If you're trading campaign time for campaign funds this late - you're losing. B-Block (22:14) THE WORST PERSONS IN THE WORLD: A hospital in the UK's National Health Service is now renting out wheelchairs £2 an hour. Hockey's Ottawa Senators failed to give away the Zamboni-Shaped Gravy Boats they promised yesterday. How is Canada supposed to put gravy on the biscuit it just put in the basket? And hi I'm David McCormick I'm running for the Senate from Pennsylvania and I am NOT actually from Connecticut. See me rooting for the Philadelphia Steelers? C-Block (33:42) THINGS I PROMISED NOT TO TELL: After the Mets tied up the National League Championship Series yesterday it means we still have the chance of another Mets-Yankees all-New York World Series. So while it's still a possibility, let me tell you how I wound up on the periphery of the biggest moment of the last one, in 2000, when Roger Clemens threw Mike Piazza's broken bat at him (if you're a Mets fan) or he didn't (if you're a Yankees fan) or how he actually threw it straight at me (if you were me, reporting for Fox from the camera well next to the dugout). Also why Mike Piazza threatened to sue me over it.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

In this live show, we look at a couple of things. First, I have to address the DOJ. What they did in letting Joe Biden off the hook, I think, is being misunderstood. No, they aren't going to prosecute him; I believe this is their attempt to get him out of the way. I am also reading about suicides and anti-depressants. This goes right back to the DOJ. There is an overprescribing of anti-depressant and anti-anxiety drugs. This is creating mass instances of suicides and violence. I am diving into this because we don't have a DOJ that will look into the lies that Big Pharma is telling us about these drugs. What does God's Word say? Biden ignores his Marsellus Wallace warning, Joe's Ukraine tie-in plus Bidenomics and being unburdened

We open today's show with more fallout from the Robert Hur Special Counsel Report on the Elderly Man with Memory Problems and how even CNN had to work overtime to debunk Joe Biden's lies when he tried to defend himself. Whether we like it or not, Biden has embarrassed himself, his presidency the Legacy/mainstream media and America. We hear from those who are in vehement support of the President, like Ian Sams and Mitch Landrieu, saying he has the mental acuity and vigor of men half their age! We also hear from the Legacy/mainstream media fact-checking all those lies and distortions. It's a spark that isn't going to burn itself out. In my mind, this is the Marsellus Wallace moment from Pulp Fiction, when he was talking to Bruce Willis about taking a dive. Biden was told to bow out, but he's refusing. So, the Hur report was the first warning shot to Biden to step out before it gets worse. But there is more to the Hur report than just the warning shot. In Appendix A of the document, there is a listing of the confidential documents retrieved form Joe's insecure locations. While we don't have the content (duh, they are classified) we do have the titles and dates, which is enough to bring even more clarity to the Biden Crime Family Syndicate. I'm sure it is just sheer coincidence that many of the files relate to Ukraine and their energy sector at the exact same time Hunter Biden is working on behalf of the board of Burisma. Imagine that! How ironic. Next I shift the Senate Foreign Aid Bill, formerly the Senate Border Security Bill. While many were focused on the Super Bowl, they passed it with 67 votes, which included 18 Republicans. Now, it goes to the House. You MUST contact your congressperson today and tell them to note pass that bill at all. At the very least they need to take out the language that sets a trap for Donald Trump if he were to become the next president. The time bomb built into the bill says the US will continue to fund Ukraine in perpetuity. So, if Trump manages to negotiate and end to the fighting and then pull back on funds which would not longer be necessary, it would setup a the next likely impeachment for breaking the law. Joe Biden ruined part of the Super Bowl blaming the private sector for shrinkflation. While I am not happy that we are paying more for less, I also know it is the fault of Bidenomics! Even Senator John Kennedy pressed Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen about the cost of goods. She said the cost doesn't need to come down because people are making more today. What an abject lie that we told you about last week when we broke down the jobs report. We close the show today with back-to-back segments! First, we get a Big Fani Willis Reality TV Show update. Seems people are coming out of the woodwork to testify about all her illegal moves and perjury. She is also being sued for not producing all of the documents a defense team requested, which is in defiance of Georgia law. Then we get to a Deep Thoughts by VP Kamala Harris segment. She never fails to disappoint, especially when, like Joe, she goes on autopilot with verbiage she has committed to memory. It doesn't matter how many times she's mocked for it's silliness, she loves it too much to stop using it. Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. Today opens with a question as to whether Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) aided and abetted the commission of a crime by helping to setup the Hunter Biden press stunt, before he took off and chose to ignore the congressional subpoena? It's a legitimate concern and at the very least rises to the level of a ethics problem in the House. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) weighed in on the stunt and then on the impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden. According to Donalds, Joe Biden is, at the very least, a co-conspirator in violating FARA or the Foreign Agents Registration Act. Even CNN”s Phil Mattingly knows Biden and the White House have shifted the goal post numerous times when it comes to knowledge of Hunter Biden's business dealings. White House spokesman Ian Sams, disputed Mattingly, gas-lighting him and the rest of the country with a smile on his face. We next move to a CNN town hall yesterday in Iowa. The point of a town hall, supposedly, is to learn more about a candidate. Unfortunately for Vivek Ramaswamy, the hostess of the town hall thought she was there to win a debate, rather than let the candidate speak. This all centers around Ramaswamy's comments about J6 looking like an inside job with possible government entrapment. The back and forth is a bit infuriating, but is highly illustrative on both how to conduct yourself as a Constitutional candidate and why the Legacy/mainstream media is not worth listening to at all. Boston democrat Mayor, Michelle Wu, decided to throw a coloreds only holiday party and doesn't mind that she favored some races over others at tax-payer expense. To help introduce the story, I let my good buddy Jim Gossett do his best Bing Crosby impression to the tune of “White Christmas.” The more we continue to let CRT and DEI ideologies permeate our culture, the worse off we all will be as one institution after another will be doomed to fail. As we begin to close, we have two uplifting stories. The first, White House spokesperson John Kirby did an excellent job of telling a reporter that Israel is going above and beyond to avoid innocent casualties. The press just loves to regurgitate Hamas propaganda, showing us who they are and I applaud Kirby for hitting back with a dose of reality.  Finally, one of the most neutral countries in the world, Switzerland, had just announced they are withdrawing all funding from UNRWA. When they discovered that the group was “teaching hate every day” and “glorifying terror against Israel,” they decided not to send them any more government funding. Now, what will it take for the United States to step up and do the same with the whole of the United Nations? Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. SERIES 2 EPISODE 34: COUNTDOWN WITH KEITH OLBERMANN A-Block (1:43) SPECIAL COMMENT: Judge Aileen Cannon! You have unsuspected depth! Trump's novice judicial appointee has shocked Trump World by issuing a gag order not only limiting what he can say and when he can say it during his prosecution and trial for stealing top secret documents, but also limiting when he and his lawyers can see the war plans and other classified information he stole. Cannon's ruling is almost everything Smith asked for. Any evidence marked classified? Trump can't discuss it publicly. The evidence marked classified that Trump has lied about and said he DE-classified? Trump can't discuss THAT publicly. The evidence marked classified that has become public knowledge without being officially de-classified? Trump can't discuss THAT publicly. If he wants to listen to any of the classified audio it has to be on a hardline headset on a computer that has no internet or network connection! And she also has ruled co-defendant Walt Nauta cannot have access to any of the material, so that's one less chance of a pro-Trump leak. It's stunning. Also, the Illegal Impeachment Inquiry Trump is stage-managing from behind the scenes is going shockingly badly. It's morphed into the GOP-In-Crisis; in fact, into the GOP in Open Revolt. McCarthy accused Congressman Matt Gaetz of Florida of conspiring with Democrat Eric Swalwell of California to get Swalwell placed back on the Intelligence Committee. McCarthy even posits that THAT is a front for something else, saying of Gaetz quote “this is really about an ethics complaint.” Gaetz came back last night and said “This is an abject lie from a sad and pathetic man who lies to hold on to power,” and Congressman you'll have to be more SPECIFIC than that and USE McCarthy's name in that statement because otherwise it could be about anybody in your party. Also: the McCarthy FBI whistleblower about Hunter Biden? A DIFFERENT FBI whistleblower has implied that the other one is lying. And Hunter Biden just sued a former Trump aide for illegally accessing the laptop. And then there's the other media shoe dropping. A month ago Kristen Welker was one of a dozen reporters who took a meal with three Trump goons. Today, Welker will pre-destroy her career as host of "Meet The Press" to get a sit-down with Trump. The Executive Producer of her show - who didn't make the cut to join the Countdown staff 20 years ago - actually says of this garish soulless nonjournalistic stunt “We are in the business of covering politics. It's not our job to pick and choose the leaders. The American people get to do that. And so our job is to make sure that the American people understand who the people in power are, what they stand for, and what they plan to do.” It's not our job to STOP the arsonists, it's just our job to give equal coverage to the firefighters AND the arsonists. B-Block (26:54) POSTSCRIPTS TO THE NEWS: Mitt Romney's going to retire at the end of his Senate term. I wonder if anyone will notice. My GOD they're treating this like Daniel Webster leaving the Senate in 1850. In fact, Mitt Romney is one of the dumbest, least perceptive people ever in public service - a man so dim that it wasn't until after January 6th that he realized smart colleagues like Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley might not actually think Trump had won but were just LYING FOR PERSONAL GAIN AT AMERICA'S COST. And for me, nothing will erase from my memory the day I awoke to find that Mitt had tweeted about me, complained about me, and as Tommy Vietor replied "It's long past time to break ground on a Both Sides museum in Washington, DC. This comparison of the President of the United States to Keith Olbermann MUST be preserved for future generations." But it what Mitt was complaining ABOUT that will always resonate: that I had despoiled American politics by calling Trump a terrorist. Three months later Mitt was a virtual hostage inside the Capitol, pinned there by... Trump's terrorists.  C-Block (38:43) GOOD NIGHT AND GOOD LUCKSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

In a turn of events, the House Oversight and Accountability Committee hints at possibly subpoenaing the Biden family, including President Joe Biden. The committee under Chairman James Comer is probing into foreign funds received by Hunter Biden and associates during Joe Biden's vice presidential tenure. Interestingly, a memo from the committee showcases the millions of dollars involved. But there's a catch: it has yet to target the Biden family directly with bank record subpoenas. Notably, the process won't be immediate. Comer expressed a desire to interview a few more associates, emphasizing the rigorous path ahead. Recalling the past, Comer drew parallels with the challenges faced when Democrats sought former President Trump's financial details. White House spokesperson Ian Sams, however, pushed back. He highlighted that despite investigations, Republicans have failed to provide concrete evidence against Biden, accusing them of fostering baseless political attacks for media attention. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (02/01/2023): 3:00pm- Earlier today, President Joe Biden's personal attorney Bob Bauer announced via a statement that the FBI will search Biden's home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Bauer said: “The search today is a further step in a thorough and timely DOJ process we will continue to fully support and facilitate. We will have further information at the conclusion of today's search.” According to the Washington Post, the search concluded after three-and-a-half hours.  3:15pm- Ian Sams of the White House Counsel's Office spoke with reporters on Wednesday—though, he conveyed very little information about President Biden's mishandling of classified documents. Sams claimed the Biden Administration has been “transparent” while refusing to answer whether the FBI will conduct searches at any other properties associated with President Biden. Sams also refused to say if any additional classified information was discovered during the FBI's search of the president's Rehoboth Beach home on Wednesday morning.  3:35pm- Even mainstream news outlets are turning on the Biden Administration for their lack of transparency regarding the President's mishandling of classified materials. For example, CBS News correspondent Adriana Diaz expressed frustration with how the White House has handled the situation.  3:45pm- On Wednesday, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre spoke with reporters—but, much like Ian Sams, she offered almost no details on Biden's mishandling of classified documents. 3:50pm- While speaking with MSNBC, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was unable to answer where an estimated 600,000 “got-away” migrants—individuals who crossed the U.S. Southern border illegally and undetected without formally seeking asylum—are currently located.  3:55pm- Zeoli announces that John Paul Mac Isaac—the electronics repairman inadvertently caught up in the Hunter Biden laptop scandal—will be joining him for a 1210 WPHT Speaker Series on February 23rd in person at FOP Lodge #5! Ticket information will be available soon! 4:05pm- On Tuesday, NBC Nightly News aired a shocking report featuring former federal prosecutor and chief investigator of the January 6 Committee, Tim Heaphy. Heaphy stated that the federal government had prior warnings of the January 6th riot at the Capitol and were capable of preventing it from occurring had they taken the intelligence reports seriously. According to NBC anchor Lester Holt, “the January 6 Committee's final report was more than 800 pages, but some material did not make the cut, including much of its findings on the failures of federal law enforcement leading up to the attack.” 4:30pm- The Columbia Journalism Review (CJR) has examined and subsequently denounced the New York Times' reporting on the Trump-Russia collusion allegations. 4:40pm- House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) spoke with the National Archives on Tuesday. Rep. Comer claimed the National Archives told him they have no problem with complete transparency regarding President Biden's mishandling of classified documents—leading Comer to conclude the lack of cooperation and openness is due to Merrick Garland's Department of Justice.  4:50pm- On Wednesday, Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) met with President Joe Biden at the White House to discuss the debt ceiling and out-of-control federal government spending. Will McCarthy be able to negotiate a deal that Republicans can support? While appearing on Fox News, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik suggested that the federal government could save hundreds-of-billions of dollars by simply locating unspent COVID-19 funds. 5:00pm- On Tuesday, former President Donald Trump released a video message on social media revealing his plan to ban gender-affirming care on minors, if he is elected president in 2024.  5:05pm- MSNBC host Joy Reid accused Governor Ron DeSantis of turning Florida into a “right-wing fantasyland…like Disney World, but in hell.” 5:10pm- Unsurprisingly, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre refused to say how many misplaced classified documents FBI officials have confiscated from President Biden's homes and offices.  5:15pm- CNN host Victor Blackwell grilled White House Communications Director Kate Bedingfield over the Biden Administration's refusal to provide clarity regarding classified documents and FBI searches of Biden-owned properties.  5:30pm- What has been the key to Governor Ron DeSantis' political success? Prioritizing parents and children throughout Florida. According to National Review's Brittany Bernstein, the College Board has removed critical race theory from its proposed AP African American studies course. DeSantis had been a vocal critic of the College Board's initial iteration of the course. 5:40pm- A hilarious listener calls-in to explain how much he hates when The Rich Zeoli Show is preempted for college sports.  5:55pm- Zeoli is preempted for college sports!
