In this episode, my special guest Akida Gray aka (my husband) shares his experience as the husband of an entrepreneur. In 2019, I left my full-time job to pursue entrepreneurship full time. Things did not necessarily go as planned (a lot of things) lol. Akida shares how we managed and how he as a spouse felt during those difficult times. This is our first time having this conversation, so it gets interesting. LOL I ask him questions and he gives genuine answers. It isn't always easy and anyone that says that it is.... I need their number. lol There is a lot of juggling, listening, understanding, trusting, and choosing to show up in supportive, encouraging ways. We've made it through, but we have had our fair share of disconnects and doubts. We hope that this conversation will help other couples either trying to navigate these uncertain grounds.
