Tonight, my special guest is Dr. Jeffrey Rediger who's here to discuss miraculous cases of people who healed themselves instantly from deadly diseases. Get his book Cured on Amazon to find out how he believes everyone can do it. When it comes to spontaneous healing, skepticism abounds. Doctors are taught that “miraculous” recoveries are flukes, and as a result they don't study those cases or take them into account when treating patients. Enter Dr. Jeffrey Rediger, who has spent over 15 years studying spontaneous healing, pioneering the use of scientific tools to investigate recoveries from incurable illnesses. Dr. Rediger's research has taken him from America's top hospitals to healing centers around the world―and along the way he's uncovered insights into why some people beat the odds. In Cured, Dr. Rediger digs down to the root causes of illness, showing how to create an environment that sets the stage for healing. He reveals the patterns behind healing and lays out the physical and mental principles associated with recovery: first, we need to physically heal our diet and our immune systems. Next, we need to mentally heal our stress response and our identities. Through rigorous research, Dr. Rediger shows that much of our physical reality is created in our minds. Our perception changes our experience, even to the point of changing our physical bodies―and thus the healing of our identity may be our greatest tool to recovery. Ultimately, miracles only contradict what we know of nature at this point in time. Cured leads the way in explaining the science behind these miracles, and provides a first-of-its-kind guidebook to both healing and preventing disease.Follow Our Other ShowsFollow UFO WitnessesFollow Crime Watch WeeklyFollow Paranormal FearsFollow Seven: Disturbing Chronicle StoriesJoin our Patreon for ad-free listening and more bonus content.Follow us on Instagram @mysteriousradioFollow us on TikTok mysteriousradioTikTok Follow us on Twitter @mysteriousradio Follow us on Pinterest pinterest.com/mysteriousradio Like us on Facebook Facebook.com/mysteriousradio

In This Session We Will Discuss: · Can we talk about how the body heals? · What are some examples you are familiar with which might be described as spontaneous healing by others? · What is Spontaneous Healing? · In looking at the science behind, Spontaneous Healing can you tell us about Dr. Jeffrey Rediger? · What are the 4 pillars of health according to him? · What are some of the findings or observations Dr. Rediger speaks about in that book, sharing over 20 years of research into spontaneous healing? · Can you talk about the book Radical Remission, which your friend Jenny recommended to you. What impact did that have on you? · The last thing I want to ask you is about temperature and healing. You mentioned earlier about heat in healing. What have you learned about that? In episode #18 of the SDPC, hosts Ro and J dive into a profound, powerhouse discussion with Sam Gibbs Morris, a leader at the intersection of men's work, psychedelics, yogic leadership, and spirituality. Themes of shame, trauma, and spontaneous healing rise as Sam relates his challenging journey towards healing and awakening. Through the lens of Sam's work, the transformative power of breath work and psychedelics in facilitating deep healing and realization is explored. He describes his approach to creating a nurturing space for men to reconnect with their self-worth and cultivate a conscious masculine awareness, in person and supportive men's group communities. The three delve into philosophical territories, addressing the concept of sovereignty versus domestication, the role of intention in transformative practices, and the integration of masculine and feminine energies within the healing process. This thoroughly powerful discussion highlights the interconnectedness of individual healing journeys with broader spiritual and societal constructs, offering incredible insights and guidance for those on a path to self-discovery and transformation. Today's episode is a heavy one with an incredibly important lesson tied to it. Many of us hit rock bottom, but not all of us climb back up to the light. We swirl around the drain a few more times, a few more years, or many more years. Whether it's one event that takes us to rock bottom or it happens in gradual stages, finding the ladder is our ticket out of it. Joseph shares a past tragedy that happened in his family, the mission that his aunt Colleen embarked on due to this tragedy, and why this was a pivotal moment of understanding a mission driven mentality in his life. We'll then discuss the idea of demolition in life and why, for most, some fallout or crisis sparks this change and, without it, we are too comfortable to take the leap to something new and uncertain. My name is Sarita and I am trained in ancient Shamanic techniques. This channel will help you to transcend the ordinary and realize the truth of who you are as quantum, vibrational being moving into 5D consciousness. I believe everyone has the potential to have extraordinary, wonderful and uplifting, heart aligned lives if we can understand that we are all part of source consciousness and are creating our realities in every now moment. We have the capacity to become entirely present and manifest from the quantum field of infinite potential through the zero point technology of our inner being, including and not limited to; our energy centres/chakras, the cells, atoms and quantum particles of our bodies, our nervous and endocrine systems and our pineal glands. This self actualization is accessed by us in many ways and principally through meditation. Therefore I teach meditation in an entirely new and creative way, collating information directly from the source field and expressing to you, often in a raw and pure format without any pre-design. I also share my human perspective as well as ancient information including ways to create ceremony for yourself in this modern world which give you practical tools to be able to transcend matter, manifest your dreams, heal and become heart centered. My aim is to give you all as much information as I can for free on this channel so that you too can become the master of your own reality.

Medical science overlooks and omits what it can't explain. Spontaneous healing of disease is one of those things. However, quick and full resolution of disease has been demonstrated many times and does not actually defy science; it just defies what most doctors think is possible. What is spontaneous healing of disease and how does it happen? Better yet, how can you access this so it's not random but reliable? Listen to this week's episode of MindBody TV, where I was joined by Aaron Abke, world-renowned teacher of the Law of One and A Course in Miracles, and prior Christian Pastor. Aaron shared his experiences of witnessing profound and instant healing as well as how you can ignite these circumstances within yourself. Get ready for massive opening as we step into a whole new reality that goes beyond what most believe is true. Are you bold enough to enter? Medical miracles only contradict what we know of nature at this point in time. Tune in to discover what Dr. Rediger means by “much of our physical ready is created in our minds,” legacy trauma and generational healing, and how it all relates to your immune system. “If you don't know how to say no, your body will eventually say no for you. I think there is so much depth to that. Mm-hmm and that's why it's so important that we help people begin asking. Is there a message that my body is trying to give me about this illness many times, uh, there's different ways to language this for different situations, but, um, is there a way in which a person is spending so much time, taking care of others or responding to the perceived needs of others instead of taking up space in the world, doing the things that put a light in your own eyes, the things that create authentic wellbeing, it took me years to begin understanding the deeper, sense of what's true here. But I think the truth is, sometimes the illness is really a message that this inauthentic self that we have become that needs to die. And if we can let that death occur, which can be messy and painful and scary, but if we can let that occur and let a more authentic version of who we really are be born well, I'll tell you sometimes that's astonishing, sometimes what then becomes possible”, says Dr. Jeff Rediger, physician, psychiatrist, author and speaker who joins us today to discuss his best-selling book, Cured: The Life-Changing Science of Spontaneous Healing. Dr. Rediger, the medical director of McLean and an assistant professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, has spent over 15 years studying spontaneous healing, exploring and analyzing unexplained, ‘miraculous' recoveries in cases conventional medicine dismissed as hopeless. A leading voice challenging current healthcare systems and treatment models, in Cured, Dr. Rediger explains the science behind these miracles—digging into the root causes of illness and revealing how to create an environment that sets the stage for healing that beats the odds. There is a part of us that knows how to heal, Dr. Rediger tells us, pushing us to explore how we can tap into the curative, regenerative potential of our own bodies rather than engaging in the endless search for external healing solutions. Our minds exert deep control over our physical reality, his research shows, making mental healing as important as, and a tool for, physical healing. Dr. Rediger's work creates a new paradigm of healing from physical illness - for those with life-altering diagnoses, and for those of us who simply want to live healthier lives. In this eye-opening, hope-giving podcast, Sounds True founder Tami Simon speaks with Dr. Rediger about his personal journey—from an upbringing in a traditional Amish household, to how he “ran away to college” and began a deep exploration of the connection between faith and medicine, and what is truly possible on the journey toward health and healing. Tami and Dr. Rediger discuss the sometimes competing, sometimes cooperating worldviews of science and spirituality; the unfortunate absence of curiosity in so much of science and medicine; lifestyle illnesses as the root cause of most health challenges in the Western world; his four pillars of health: nutrition, immunity, stress response, and what he calls “healing your identity”; retraining the beliefs that are holding us back; understanding and healing trauma; facing our shadows and waking up to our own inherent value and dignity; and much more.
Spontaneous Healing and Other Miracles - Dr. Garry Smith
Living in fear is no way to live…Because the more we let fear consume us, the less “living” we get to do.Fear per se, is natural. It is neither good nor bad. It can protect us or hinder us. It can keep us safe or bring danger upon us. How we respond to fear is that which causes us harm or healing. One of the greatest fears of humans is that of death. No one chose to be born but many of us choose not to die. Unfortunately, in focusing on life as a finite commodity, we become encumbered with the fear of running out of it.In our earnest attempts to secure the precious but limited life that we have, we tend to lose more of it.Christina Earle was given so many reasons to fear death and yet she chose to let go of that fear at every given opportunity! In 2005, she was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease called Myasthenia Gravis (MG), a chronic disorder that targets the neuromuscular system. There is no known cure for auto-immune diseases, and she was meant to be on maintenance medication for the rest of her life – but she managed to get out of it.In 2016, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Despite the many treatments available, like chemotherapy and radiation, there is no guarantee that one can completely cure such a disease – and yet, we have Christina retelling her journey of recovery, today.Christina read the book Spontaneous Healing, by Andrew Weil, MD, a Harvard-educated doctor, known for his work in integrative medicine. It was through this book that Christina discovered the wonders of integrative cancer treatments, like Chinese medicine, bioidentical hormones, meditation and going on a spiritual journey. But those aren't the secrets to her recovery…The real MVP here is when Christina decided to change her mindset, let go of her fear of death, and started entertaining different possibilities that eventually led to the renewed life she enjoys today! To “allow healing” is a mental game. It's about believing what you're doing, staying in a positive frame of mind, letting go of stress and judgment (against yourself and others), being forgiving and loving, and allowing more love to flow. How did mindset and integrative treatments ultimately impact Christina's recovery from MG and Cancer? What changes followed after Christina changed her mindset?Join us to learn more about letting go of fear and entertaining the possibilities of a full-recovery for a full-life after cancer.Integrative Cancer Solutions was created to instill hope and empowerment. Other people have been where you are right now and have already done the research for you. Listen to their stories and journeys and apply what they learned to achieve similar outcomes as they have, cancer remission and an even more fullness of life than before the diagnosis. Guests will discuss what therapies, supplements, and practitioners they relied on to beat cancer. Once diagnosed, time is of the essence. This podcast will dramatically reduce your learning curve as you search for your own solution to cancer. This episode is sponsored by Rupa Health and ButcherBox.I've always been fascinated by the concept of human potential and the mind-body connection. Time and time again, I've seen that mindset is a defining factor in how successful my patients are on their healing journey. The mind-body connection is a powerful one, so much so that there are numerous reports of spontaneous remission of chronic pain and diseases when people change their headspace. Digging into our subconscious thoughts and beliefs and redefining how we see our future can have real, long-lasting impacts on our physical health. I was so excited to sit down with Dr. Joe Dispenza to talk about his work in mind-body medicine, helping people overcome their biggest obstacles and form new, healthy, limitless lives. Dr. Joe's passion can be found at the intersection of the latest findings from the fields of neuroscience, epigenetics, and quantum physics to explore the science behind spontaneous remissions. He uses that knowledge to teach people how to heal their bodies of health conditions, make significant changes in their lives, and evolve their consciousness. This episode is brought to you by Rupa Health and ButcherBox.Rupa Health is a place for Functional Medicine practitioners to access more than 2,000 specialty lab tests from over 20 labs like DUTCH, Vibrant America, Genova, Great Plains, and more. Jeffery Rediger is our guest today. What an episode of how we heal as humans. We are so much more than we give ourselves credit for. We believe in the power that created us, that turned 2 cells into an ecosystem of organs that work harmoniously together, but most forget that same power is still in you and me right now creating, building, healing and maintaining. We heal ourselves, nothing else, and I love how Jeffery talks about what we can do to help our powerful bodies heal us. You might be thinking, but it must be so complicated and difficult to understand, how can I heal myself. It is simple, not easy but simple. Jeffery says, first, we need to physically heal our diet and our immune systems. Next, we need to mentally heal our stress response and our identities. That is it, focusing on those we will see positive changes. Not only that we also get into some of the myths of modern medicine like LDL and cholesterol are not the culprit for atherosclerosis. What an episode! Enjoy and share this far and wide! Lets get the word out! Expand your mind. How do we explain the placebo effect? Where people heal from sugar pills. Or what about its opposite where people manifest side effects from a sugar pill? How are some people eating organically, taking supplements, exercising, sleeping well, and yet still ill? Is the mind actually separate from the body? Is stress JUST a mental nuisance? How is chronic stress killing us slowly? Do people have the capability to heal on their own? Lets laugh, learn, and challenge our old paradigms of health. Take the power back! --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/matthalfwhitehalfwong/message

Many of us are unaware of the limiting beliefs we have when it comes to our abilities to self-heal. We tend to focus on one method of healing instead of looking at all different types of modalities that can enhance our recovery. Being healthy goes beyond just what you feed your body. It is what you feed your mind and how you nurture your soul. In this episode, I share with you snippets of my own health journey and what really helped me feel better. There was a lot of trial and error in the process but I came to learn that there are reasons why we manifest illness in our lives. If there is a way to bring them in, then there surely is a way to bring them back out. On a personal level what has helped me the most was to surrender my control to a higher power and to allow for divine intervention to take place more of the time. My consistent meditation practice and finally becoming aware of some deeply rooted beliefs allowed me to heal on all levels. It is a journey however, and sometimes I feel good about it and other times I feel I slipped back. Regardless, I've learned to approach myself my compassion and non-judgment. mariaamiouni.com @maria.amiouni @thecosmicchannel --- Produced By sonorouslab.com

As you learn more, and more, and more about disease, prevention is the key. Why get sick in the first place? Don't get sick! Why are we going to wait until you're end-stage or sick as a dog before we try and provide you with help? No. Let's be smarter with our minds, resources and approaches. It just doesn't make sense when you think about it, really. A lot of times we're just putting Band-Aids on [things]. Let's get to the root cause and, really, stop you from entering the door.” - Dr. Kwadwo Kyeremanteng Dr. Kwadwo Kyeremanteng is a palliative care & intensive care doctor based in Ottawa, Canada. As a physician treating critically ill patients, he brings an enthusiasm and passion to the idea of keeping patients out of the hospital in the first place by using lifestyle to prevent disease. On his podcast, Solving Healthcare, Dr. Kyeremanteng features interviews and discussions on the topic of improving healthcare delivery. He is also the founder of the Resource Optimization Network, a multidisciplinary research group working to reduce health spending, make the ICU more efficient, and improve access to palliative care services. Dr. Kyeremanteng was one of only two Black students in his medical school class, and as one of the few Black doctors practicing in his hospital today, he is keenly aware of the demographic imbalance in medicine and the resulting challenges Black individuals must overcome to have the same opportunities as their peers. He's recently launched a healthcare mentorship program to help Black students bridge this gap. Dr. Kyermanteng's role in the ICU has put him at the forefront of caring for acutely ill COVID-19 patients, and his experience as a palliative doctor gives him a unique perspective on the challenges facing these patients and their families. I was excited to hear from Dr. Kyeremanteng on all of these hot topics, and more. We covered a lot of ground in the conversation, from how intensive care medicine and palliative care medicine go hand-in-hand, to the lessons he's learned from spending time with patients near the end of their lives, to what actions we can start taking now to be anti-racist. *Photo courtesy of Michelle Dickie In this episode we discuss: His background and how he came to practice medicine Why he chose to specialize in both intensive care and palliative medicine The overlay between palliative medicine and ICU care The difference between ICU care, palliative care, and hospice care Lessons Dr. Kyeremanteng has learned from spending time with patients at the end of their lives How he developed his passion for disease prevention Observations Dr. Kyeremantang has had caring for acute patients during COVID Patterns he's noticed in patients who thrive after leaving the ICU Ways Dr. Kyeremanteng helps patients nurture a positive mindset His experiences with racism both as a child and in medicine Dr. Kyeremanteng's youth mentorship program Lessons he hopes to instill in his three sons The advice he would give to people to live their life to their fullest Dr. Kyeremanteng's advice to people concerned about COVID-19 Actions he would love to see his white colleagues take to fight racism Three things Dr. Kyeremanteng does on a regular basis that have the biggest positive impact on his health One thing he struggles to implement that could have a big impact on his health What a healthy life looks like to Dr. Kyeremanteng You can follow Dr. Kyeremanteng on his website, Solving Healthcare, his podcast, and on social media: Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Dr. Andrew Weil: Please follow and share the work of our friend and the leading pioneer in integrative medicine: Dr. Andrew Weil https://www.drweil.com/ instagram.com/drweil https://integrativemedicine.arizona.edu/ Dr. Andrew Weil, originally from Pennsylvania, traveled at a young age, hopping to Japan at just 17 years old in 1959. He then received his undergraduate and medical degrees at Harvard University. An integral part of his life -- he lived to study other cultures with an open mind. He believes that connecting with other living beings is a beautiful way to heal, feel and mend. He has a vibrant +close connection to his three dogs and his family, he loves cooking with his daughter and he lives between Tucson, AZ and up north in Canada. Andrew Weil noticed our stuffy medical system had some issues: --- physicians should be able to teach people how to live so they don't get sick and if they do get sick – how to use the most natural least invasive treatments possible available to promote the body's own healing abilities – integrative medicine. Prevention became key. His books continue to be my favorite source of relevant, useful and to the f*****g point information we need, clear as ever and useful for generations to come. A key aspect of integrative medicine is lifestyle medicine - what we can do to protect and advance the body's healing abilities starts with nutrition. period. read that line again. -Social media contributes to anxiety, anger, depression. Limit how much time you spend on social media to an hour or less a day. -Limit time you spend on all devices. -Regarding Covid: Take as many precautions as needed and please get tested, often. Wash hands, social distance, be mindful of others. EASY STEPS TO HELP CARE FOR OTHERS IN THESE TIMES: -WEAR A MASK: Japanese cultural traditions say; wear a mask to respect and care for others; it is a courtesy to protect other people. -NO NEWS: Limit your intake of social media//news. ON LIFE: -Always remain curious, chill with people that are not like you. -Food that's good and food that's good for you is the same same -- there is no difference. I love this point of Weil's the most. -First rule: stop eating refined, processed, and manufactured food. -Concentrate on whole, natural foods like fruits + veggies -Fermented food is the best kind of food and we love Japanese food! Miso, shoyu, natto, vinegars. + be mindful the kinds of food you eat -- take better care everyday + eat well + smarter. -Eating food fresh garden eats tastes better + has more nutrients -- go to your local Farmer's Market! - Drink more matcha tea: Dr Weil likes Matcha.com (vitamin C, immunity +antioxidant boost!) -Cultures that have the best general health and longevity: Japanese/Okinawa/Mediterranean countries – meat consumed on special occasions or in small quantities. - We both strongly believe that reducing consumption of animal foods for both personal and planetary health is imperative -- please take note to eat a plant based diet. (Look up Michael Pollan's books, they are extremely useful + to the point). -Advice for women: don't smoke (don't vape!), don't be a victim of the fashion industry, learn the basic facts of lifestyle medicine, learn and practice some method of managing stress. - Try Dr. Weil's 4-7-8 Breath, I personally use this every am while meditating. “I think spontaneous healing is a lot more common than we realize. I've asked a room of doctors before, 'How many of you have seen a case of unexplained recovery that you didn't think was possible and it happened?' Well, lots of doctors raise their hands. And I asked how many had reported it. No one had reported it. And I was loathe to report things myself, because, first of all, how are you going to get it published if you do all that work, and if you do get it published how are your colleagues going to view it?” - Jeffrey Rediger, MD, MDiv Jeffrey Rediger, MD, MDiv, has spent over 15 years studying spontaneous healing and pioneering the use of scientific tools to investigate recoveries from incurable illnesses. He is on the faculty of Harvard Medical School, is the Medical Director of McLean SE Adult Psychiatry and Community Affairs at McLean Hospital, and is the Chief of Behavioral Medicine at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Dr. Rediger is a a licensed physician and board-certified psychiatrist, and he also holds a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary. Dr. Rediger's research has taken him from America's top hospitals to healing centers around the world―and along the way he's uncovered insights into why some people beat the odds. I recently had the opportunity to chat with Dr. Rediger, and I was excited to learn more about how he became involved in studying a somewhat controversial field. We talked how he objectively collects data, the factors the play into spontaneous healing, and the lessons he's learned from his patients that have impacted his own life. *Dr. Rediger's bio adapted from his website. In this episode we discuss: How Dr. Rediger became interested in studying spontaneous healing The three criteria he uses to objectively collect data The factors that play into spontaneous healing and help to build a strong immune system Themes Dr. Rediger has identified in nutrition as it relates to spontaneous healing The importance of building the parasympathetic response and stimulating the vagus nerve How our identity contributes to healing Dr. Rediger's childhood and how his time in seminary shaped his path in medicine The implications of quantum physics on our mind, body, and medicine What Dr. Rediger has learned from his patients that has impacted his own life Why stories of healing can inspire others in their own healing The Four Pillars of Healing Three things Dr. Rediger does on a regular basis that have the biggest positive impact on his health One thing he struggles to implement that could have a big impact on his health What a healthy life looks like to Dr. Rediger You can follow Dr. Rediger on his website, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
